Jack walked to the office and hoped to find Teal in it, and inform him what happened to the Erkling and the Sphynx, or at least to tell him what he saw since he didn't know what really happened.

He was lucky, "Teal! Good that I found you!" he exclaimed, and then turned to face the sign that was standing in the air, "Of course, they must have set the Erkling and the Sphynx free" it kind of made sense now, he noticed the look on everyone's face and explained, "I was back at the Holding Room, they're gone" he said, with a serious look on his face, it was now Jack's department that needed to get to work with the House-Elves.

He watched as some origami animals were going his way, "Finite Incantatem" he said, seeing how the crumbled to the floor, "I have to take of the elves" he said to the ones in the room, nodded and left the office.

A misdirected erkling, which had been let loose from the holding center by the house elf rebels, ran into the room as Jack departed. It chased after him, hoping he would lead him to some small children. The erkling was hungry, after all... and children were delicious. He'd not had one in weeks. Maybe longer. Erklings do not as a rule keep calendars, after all...

Once back on level four Richard continued to look round for the elves, they could be anywhere. He was feeling a mixture of frustration and urgency now. It wasn't obvious but his eyes did dart all over looking for signs. He couldn't believe he'd let the two elves escape from the International Magical Cooperation office. He decided to send a patronus to Nathan, he was obviously leading this search. His patronus took the form of a golden retriever dog.

A small, green, folded paper airplane flutters in through the doorway and heads straight for the bulletin board. Upon arrival, the paper flattened itself out and pins itself up.

The note reads:

Catlin entered a different office on her floor, glancing round she decided to speak Erm i'm not sure if im in the right place but im looking for someone to help us with the sphinx annd erskin , well i think thats what it was, that is on the lose once she spoke she looked down to realise she was still dressed in rags. Also could anyone help with turning these rags back to my robes she laughed

Kye poked her head around the door of the office and grinned at the appearance of the woman standing nearby. Her robes looked like they'd just been through 3 rounds with a hippogriff.
"Here, let's see if I can do something about those." she suggested kindly before gently rapping the woman's shoulder wih her wand. In seconds her garments looked brand new.
"I'm Kye; Kye Black." she added, offering her hand. "I just started this morning. Did you say something about a sphinx and an Erskin?" she asked wih a lop-sided smile?

Catlin smiled as the watched her robes return to normal, Thank you so much. Im Catlin Scuto, she offered Kye her hand. Yes there is a sphinx and an Erskin on the loose, not quite sure how they got out the holding room she thought about this for a moment. Is this the department that can help get them back in there?

Kye smiled and shook Caitlin's hand. She looked around the office uncertainly.
"Well I should think that this is the place you're looking for. I've literally just walked in. I haven't even met the rest of the team yet." she thought to herself for a few seconds.
"Well I can always come along with you and see if there's anything I can do. The Erskin shouldn't give me much trouble but Sphinxes can be a law unto themselves. Shall we go and see what chaos they're causing?"

We can if you would like or we can wait for another college to help us as im pretty new here too, Catlin gave a nervous giggle and smiled again at Kye

Teal released his hand from the firm handshake with Derwent, and nodded to him as he had look at his new desk. As he asked about what’s been going on lately, Teal pressed his lips together tightly as he knew that this had been a rather slow period for his Department.
“Well, no too much.” Teal admitted. “But on your desk there are all of the trials held for our sphinx. And the towards the bottom you’ll find some for the up and coming case for the Erkling.” He said with a definied nod. “That court case concerning the Erkling will appear in front of Wizengamont in two months time, I trust that you’ll be there?” Teal asked, looking at Derwent from the corners of his eyes as he made his way back to his desk.

Just as he had settled Derwent in, there was a slight disturbance outside the door. Within a second the office door was thrown open and a group of house elves filed in, and they appeared to be hovering human bodies above them. What in the…? Teal began to think, as the drew out his wand to put an end to this. But right was he was about to strike the Elves, they had left and Jack Lockhart had filed in to attend to thinks. He got rid of the annoying messages but didn’t really manage to catch much of what he said besides the fact that the Erkling and Sphinx were free. Jack left and Teal’s pulse was escalated. All his hard work from the past month was about to go out the window if that Erkling got away, same in the Sphinx too.
“No one leaves this room.” He implored the other three in there; Draxon, Catlin, and Kye.
Right as he was about to leave to room, the Erkling came busting in himself. How easy was this? Teal shook his head slightly as he knew he could overpower the little creature easily. “Immobulous.” He muttered, and the Erkling shivered slightly and froze, apparent paralyzed. He looked around the room for a moment, and then to the note Aricca said that had just flown in. He read over it slightly and looked to Draxon, he needed help from the big guy probably. He didn’t want to risk one of the younger girls getting hurt.
“Derwent, come with me. We need to track down the Sphinx.” He said calmly, yet seriously. Those House Elves were trouble, but he knew it was the wizards faults that controlled them… they had their own acute feelings too, of course. Teal looked to the frozen Erkling and pointed his wand at it, "Locomotor." he muttered, he needed to take it back to the Holding room as well.

Dracen walked in, some papers held in his hand, though neither of them was work related. He sighed a bit when he was inside, he'll be in an office now, unless the job required him to travel for some reason, which he doubted. But this change was something needed.

"Hello?" he called, unsure if there was someone in this room, as it wasn't as great lit as the hall.

Jake walked into his new department, already thinking that this was going to be a rather boring job. He would rather be doing something more exciting like working with Dragons. But his mental complaining wouldn't get him anywhere... and neither would actual complaining, so he got to looking for something to do... in his empty office. Where was everyone?? Surely he couldn't be the only one working here today? It was his first day after all...

Corvus walked back in. After she shut the door she noticed a figure that she hadn't scene before. She walked up to him and smiled "Hello, i'm Corvus, i'm a metamorphagi, what's your name?"

After a few meetings went a bit longer than expected, Teal finally made his way into Pest Advisory. It had been a long, long day and he really needed to get this aspect of the convention squared away.

He walked over to a small conference table, "Jakob, Corvus, if you two could just have a seat with me over here." he said as he sat down at the end. "We need to talk about a few things." he said, taking out a pen and a long piece of parchment.

"Oka-ay..." Jake said, not knowing what they would be talking about, but having the feeling of a naughty child asked to sit down by the principal. "What do we need to talk about?"

Teal looked up to the man and gave him a small smile, he seemed nervous. "The International Wizarding Conferences are beginning soon, almost immediately." he said with a curt nod. "There are problems abroad that we need to help abroad. First of all, being the recend infestation of billywigs in Australia." he said with a sigh, taking a sip form his coffee and writing something on his clipboard. "Obviously, me and you need to brainstorm and figure out out to keep the billywig population under control."

Jake walked into his office, feeling rather tired. He hadn't gotten much sleep last night. Sighing, he sat down in his chair and started on his paperwork. Always more paperwork! there was never anything to do at this job.

--Time Lapse--

Straightening out the last few papers in his stack, Jake noticed the heading on one read Assistance Request. Reading further, he gathered that a residence nearby had a nasty infestation of doxies. Terrible little creatures, he thought. He sighed once more and left to go take care of the problem, tiredly running his fingers through his wavy black hair.

Antwone stepped into the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures to much surprised. There seemed to be no one there and some of the cubicles were gathering dust.

Maybe I'm in the wrong room? he thought to himself.

He walked through the office and passed the bulletin boards. There had been postings of court dates on various magical creatures: a forest troll whom bludgeoned a muggle to near death, a Peruvian Vipertooth that had caused a small fire in Richmond Park, and a werewolf attack two months ago in Waterloo.

He took particular notice to the last posting on the board and knew exactly what the incident had been and whom was involved. He shook it off and looked around the office again.

Perhaps they've all gone to a meeting.

Antwone set his briefcase on one of the unoccupied desks and took off his tattered cloak and set it on a self-racking coat hangar. He withdrew his wand and mutter "Scourgify" wiping his desk clean. The lamps in the room were also a tad dark so he flicked his wand hand's wrist and enchanted "Lumos Maxima." In a flash, all the lights flickered with a bit more light.

Antwone nodded to himself with self-approval and turned on his heel to register himself officially in the filing cabinet.

Larry walked through the corridors of level four searching for the room he will work at. He found a door in the middle of the corridor and in a golden tablet on the top saying, Pest Advisory & Disposal of Dangerous Creatures Office. Larry opened the door and looked inside, it was empty. He walked into the room and looked around he saw many books about handling magical creatures. He sat down on one of the chairs in front of a wooden desk. He took out of his pocket a small thin book about how to handle common magical creatures.

Violet walked into the office. It was empty but for one person. Everyone else must be either on break or else hadn't shown up yet. So she took a closer look at the person in front of her.
He was unfamiliar. this meant a new employee. She walked toward him and held out her hand.
"I'm Violet Silvermoon. I'm your Division Head. Who are you?" she asked.

Larry looked up and saw his new Division Head, he shock her hand and said," My name is Larry James Turner and I joined yesterday." He was glad seeing the Division Head, and hopefully she'll be nice.

Violet nodded. "I think I remember your name. Welcome to the Ministry. I'd like it if you could check in with me every so often, just to let me know how you're doing. And if you have any questions, I can probably answer them." She gave him a wry smile. "Now, here's your work for today. It's mostly paperwork here, but occasionally we have a problem that we need to address personally, and that's when we go on missions." She handed him a folder with PA/DDC on it in big bold letters, followed by his name. "Are there any questions you'd like to ask me?" she asked.

"No, no questions yet," he said looking at his work. He took the paper work and at the address personality. He took out a quill and an inkwell from his small bag and began doing his paperwork. He never liked doing paperwork but as long as it's simple then he's fine.

Violet nodded. "Very well, then. I suppose I'll leave you to it. If anything comes up--any questions, anything at all--please let me know. I'll do my best to help you." She let him take the folder and watched as he opened it. He seemed to know what to do. She turned and left the office.
