The Battle of the Century... - Sa16+ Righto... Abi's second ever FF... No Matter What Sequel... Skips into the Summer Holidays... Not much else to sat except ENJOY! Saturday morning brought Mrs Weasley's voice calling up the stairs. "Boys! Hurry up!" Harry, Ron and Jamie were up in the small attic room getting ready for their trip into Diagon Alley. "You know... She's shouting at us and I bet the girls ain't ready yet..." Ron mumbled as he pulled a t- shirt over his head. "Actually, we are ready..." Hermione's voice echoed the room as the three boys froze. "Hey! What are you three doing here?" Harry asked as he hurriedly buttoned up his shirt and Jamie zipped up his jacket. "Seeing what was taking you so long..." Ginny said as she rolled her eyes. "You know, at least you all had jeans on..." Alicia said as she tried not to laugh as Ron grabbed a jacket and pulled on. As they walked down the stairs, Fred and George came out of their room with a pile of boxes. "What are they?" Ron asked as the twins lead the way into the kitchen. "Boxes... What do they look like Ron?" George said as they walked out the back door. "It's probably joke stuff..." Bill said as they all sat round the table. "Oh well... Hey, anyone up for Quidditch today?" Ron said as he poured sauce over a stack of pancakes. As Harry went to nod, Ginny shook her head. "We can't... Practice and then Diagon Alley today..." She said as she raised a glass of apple juice to her lips. "Perfect... I'm sick of practice..." Harry said as he helped himself to Ginny's drink. "Well get used to it..." Alicia said as she sat next to Jamie, who just smiled. A large barn owl swooped in and dropped six letters in Charlie's bowl of cornflakes. Pulling them out and handing them round, Charlie turned to Ron. "Go now... There won't be as much people up there at this time of day..." A couple of hours later found the six of them standing in Florish and Blotts. As Hermione wondered round looking at the different books, the others lined up to pay for their school books. "Have you seen anything else lately?" Harry asked as he turned to talk to Alicia, who shook her head. "No... It's the same things over and over again right now... I'll try again when we get back" She said. As the five of them stood talking, no- one saw the person approach Hermione. "I'd appreciate it if you didn't point your wand in my face you know..." Hermione's voice echoed down the shelves and the group turned to see what happening, Harry, Ron and Jamie pulling their wands out. "Shame isn't it Granger... Where'd Weaslebee and Potter? Left alone?" Malfoy looked up and down the aisle before turning back Hermione. "You lot really think your side will win this war, don't you?" Harry and Jamie stood there while Ron edged forwards slightly. "We don't think, we know" Hermione spat back and a smile crept onto Ginny's face. "Funny Granger... But there's no hope for you seven... There never was" There was something in Draco's voice that Alicia didn't like. She didn't know what it was, all she knew was that her wand had appeard and she was walking toward the two talking. "Really? I think your wrong..." Hermione started but was cut off as a red jet flew over her shoulder and hit Malfoy in the face. "What the- ?" Draco turned on the spot, trying to locate his wand as Alicia drew nearer. "I think that whatever your dad's told you Draco, he doesn't know what he's talking about" She spat at him as she stood next to Hermione and placed her wand in her pocket. "Nothing you can see can help you... Surely you know that?" He said slowly as he looked over her shoulder. The others had obviously followed her down the row of books. "Actually, everything she's seen has helped us. And I also think you should leave now... Or leave us alone" Harry said as he kept his wand raised. Alicia placed a hand on her hip as Ginny stood next to her. "See you at school..." She said as she gave a little sarcastic wave. Draco glared at the group in front of him before turning and walking in the other direction. "Come on... Lets get everything else" Jamie said as he pulled at Alicia's arm. Climbing out of the fireplace laden down with bags and boxes which were left in the kitchen, The six of them headed out for practice by the Orchard. |

Right... I can talk now... Sorry about the beginning of the post as I was in a hurry... This is No Matter What's sequel which I started as soon as hit Chapter 10 (Although its only three chapter long right now) It starts in the Summer Holidays just before Harry's seventeenth birthday and Jamie, Alicia, Hermione and Harry are staying with the Weasleys. Strange things start happening as soon as they receive their school letters and carry on until... Well... until they stop. Hopefully I can post the last two chapters of No Matter What before I get anymore readers as I'm not posting again till its done. One poster? Maybe another post will lure them in! "How can you miss a tree Ron?" Jamie said as he helped Ginny. "I don't know! Stop asking me questions!" Ron said as he flung his arms over his head. "But you was standing right opposite it! And it wasn't a small tree..." Harry said as she opened the back door. "I can't believe you Ron!" Ginny said as she kicked the living room door open. "Just shut up okay! I didn't mean it! You really think that I'd aim for Hermione?" He said as he pointed to the unconscious girl being dragged by her shoulders by Ginny and Jamie. "Ron, calm down... Gin, leave off for a bit... Alicia, can you go and find Mrs Weasley?" Jamie said as he helped the others get Hermione on the couch. Alicia nodded, her tight, black curls bouncing as she did. Her green eyes were full of worry as she left the room calling out for Mrs Weasley. The others sat round in the different spaces available, a silence dropping onto them as they fell into the chairs and onto tables. Ginny looked round the room and then up at Harry. "Will she be okay when she wakes up?" her voice was calm and so were her eyes. Harry smiled and nodded at her. 'She can hide her emotions really well sometimes...' He thought to himself as he took her hand. "Yeah... Sometimes" Alicia laughed quietly as she bent down to Harry's ear. "Come outside for a minute... I need to tell you something..." Harry stood up and dropped Ginny's hand before walking after Alicia. As he reached the door, he heard Mrs Weasley sending Ron to get something. "What is it?" He asked carefully as the door swung shut behind him. Something in Alicia's voice hadn't sounded good. "Ron used that heat jinx Hermione found, not Bombarda..." She said slowly as she perched herself on the kitchen counter. "So why was Hermione blasted backwards into that tree?" Harry had no answer. He just stared at Alicia with a confused look on his face. "When you lot was walking back here, I went to the tree we was aiming at. I touched the trunk and it was warm... Ron hit the tree... Someone else hit Hermione" She added, trying to clear it up for him. Now Harry's confused face had morphed into a look of total shock. He placed his head in his hands before speaking again. "What? Someone else? No- one was using that curse! How can so-" Harry stopped in mid- sentence before looking up at Alicia. She nodded and Harry sighed, running his fingers through his hair as he did. "They know we're ready... They know we could beat them... They want us out" She said as she pushed herself off the counter and started to walk towards the door. "I'll tell them, you tell Ginny. If they're plan is what I think it is, she's next..." |

Harry said, his gaze never leaving the door. Ginny moved uncomfortable in her chair. No-one had told Harry Voldemort's plan to recruit her. And she really didn't want to, but... "Harry... There's, something, I haven't told you..." Her tone was awkward, her voice hesitant. Harry turned to look at her as she looked away. He caught the look on her face and was worried. It was pained and full of sadness. "Gin... Tell me" He said as he turned on his chair so he was looking straight at her. "Last year at school... The last time Voldemort took over... He... said something" She said as she tried and failed to look at him. She just couldn't face him right now. "What did he say? Did he say it to you? Did he hurt or touch you?" Harry could feel the anger building in him as he stared at Ginny. "Yes, yes and yes... Your scar started hurting and Alicia ran to get Dumbledore... Harry, he was waiting for him. As soon as Dumbledore entered the room you stopped holding your scar... I noticed it... But too late... He grabbed my wrist and pulled me in close to make sure that Dumbledore didn't try anything..." She said, rushing to get it over and done with quickly, tears pouring down her cheeks as Harry turned her round to look at him. "He said that Jamie couldn't always protect Alicia and that Ron shouldn't let Hermione out of sight... He said that he would spare me so he could... so he could turn me into a Death Eater... When I asked him why me, he said it as because I was your girlfriend... Harry, he thinks you'll be dead so you can't stop him... Harry..." Harry cradled the crying girl in his arms as the door opened again to reveal a worried Alicia and a recovered Hermione. Harry's face was full of anger and loathing and it was plainly scaring the two girls. Alicia stared at Harry for a moment before whispering something to Hermione. Turning back to Harry, she spoke softly. "Harry, please..." Her voice held a slight hint of pleading but Harry ignored it. "None of you told me anything about it...Why?" His voice was hard and cold, making Hermione step backwards slightly. Ginny heard nothing. "That's not the reason Harry... We knew how you would react... We don't hate you" Alicia said calmly as she stepped further into the room. Hermione followed her back stayed back. She went to speak but Alicia held her hand out. Harry sat at the table hugging Ginny while Alicia and Hermione stood on the other side of the room. Harry's face hadn't changed but Hermione could tell that Alicia was communicating with him telepathically. "I don't care! You still should of told me! She's MY responsibility! How would you like it if Jamie said that?" He shouted, causing Ginny to look up at him. "Harry?" Her voice was quiet, but it was all Harry needed to withdraw from the conversation. "Shhh... It's okay..." He said as he pulled her close and shot Alicia a warning glance. Turning to Hermione, Alicia motioned that it was time to leave. 'Don't come near me again...' Was the last thing Alicia heard before the door swung shut on Harry's anger and Ginny's tears. |

"He's still not talking to anyone apart from Ginny" Alicia said as she sat with Jamie in the living room. "Ali, he'll be fine... You know that" Jamie said for the fourth time that day. "Harry can look after himself as well as others... Remember last year?" Alicia stopped pacing and looked at Jamie. "I know... But still..." She sat down next to him and placed her head in her hands. "Nothing will happen... You know that we can change anything that happens..." Jamie said as he lent back into the couch. As Alicia went to reply, laughter filled their ears. "Oh, hi..." Ginny said as she noticed them. As she stopped, Harry ran in and wrapped his arms round her. "We're going upstairs... We won't bother you..." She said as Harry turned to see who she was talking to. "It's okay... We was just talking" Jamie said as he smiled at her. As Ginny smiled back, Harry started walking through the room, practically dragging her along. "Al... You just had to, didn't you? He might of actually spoke to us then..." Jamie said as he turned back round. "Jamie, he has to speak to us soon! I thought-" She said as her voice raised slightly. "Exactly... You thought at him... Let him think it out alone... And don't shout at me please" He said as he wrapped an arm round her shoulder. "Fine..." She said and fell into a defeated silence. ------------------- Harry sat outside talking to Ginny while everyone else was inside. "You know Harry, you should start talking to them again... They were trying to help" Ginny said as she let a hand drop towards the water. Harry looked down at her as she flicked some of the lake water and watched the ripples. "But it didn't help... They should of told me in the first place Ginny. I wouldn't of cared if they'd told me earlier but this Battle is just round the corner and I'm not sure of anything anymore..." Harry said as he laid on his back. "Harry... Your letting this battle take control of you... You need to cool off..." She said as she splashed a handful of lake water onto his face, causing him to splutter. "Gin! Ooh... I'm gonna get you!" He laughed as he tried to grab her but she dodged it. Chasing each other towards the house laughing, neither Ginny or Harry heard the voices coming through the open living room window. Ginny reached the door before Harry and ran inside. As Harry ran in and grabbed her, he noticed she was talking to someone. "It's okay... We was just talking" Jamie said as he smiled at Ginny who smiled back. As Harry watched this, Alicia's voice echoed round his head. 'Harry please listen to me! You can't keep this up forever!' 'No. Look, I can cope on my own!' Harry shot at her and he noticed the smile on her face falter slightly before receiving an answer. 'I know that! But you can't do this without us! I'm sorry I didn't tell you... But you need to start talking to us again! You, I, We need each other!' At this point Harry had had enough and started to pull Ginny towards the stairs. 'HARRY!' Alicia's thoughts were cut short as Jamie turned to talk to her. "Harry, what did Alicia want?" Ginny said as she climbed the stairs next to him. "Nothing... How did you know-" Harry began as he looked at her, a smile playing on his lips. "The look on you face... The way she was staring at you..." She said as she shrugged her shoulders. "Anyway... What were we doing?" Harry said as he wrapped his arms round Ginny, pinning her arms to her side. "Hey! Cheater! Not fair!" She squealed as she tried to get free but was unsuccessful. |
Two weeks had passed and Harry was still not talking to Alicia. He had ended up talking to Ron and Jamie the night before and they had made him realise how childish he was being. He has apologized to Hermione but still hadn't seen Alicia. 'Desperate times call for desperate measures...' Harry thought as he fell onto his camp bed. "Jamie? You seen Alicia anywhere?" He asked as he turned to look at Jamie. "Nope... Haven't seen her all day actually... Why?" Jamie said as he continued hunting round the room for one of Ron's missing chess pieces. "I need to speak to her abou-" Harry cut his sentence short and grabbed his head in pain. "Harry? Harry, you okay?" When Harry shook his head, Jamie started panicking. "Oh... Okay... Wait here... ALICIA! ALICIA, WHERE ARE YOU?" He shouted as he ran out the room and down the stairs. As Jamie's footsteps disappeared, Harry sat up and shot his head straight back down again as footsteps echoed up to him. "Harry? What is it?" Alicia's voice was worried as she shut the door on them. "Is it him?" As Harry heard the click of the door, he sat up quickly, causing Alicia to step back slightly. "I'm sorry" Harry said as he stared at Alicia's worried face framed by green curls. Alicia looked back with a blank expression until it clicked. "Harry James Potter! You little- Is that it? I'm sorry? Ooh... You deserve to be cursed right now!" Alicia said as she hit him on the arm. "Alicia! Don't! OW! Stop! I'm sorry! OW!" Harry said as she continued to hit him. "OW! JAMIE! OW! Alicia!" Harry repeated as he turned to the door. "Yeah... ALICIA! Stop, stop, stop!" Jamie said as he ran into the room and tried to get her off Harry. "Ooh... I hate you! I thought it was him and you was faking it all along! And you!" She said as she turned on Jamie. "You called me up here!" "Yes I called you up here but I swear I didn't know he was faking!" Jamie said quickly, raising his hands as she pointed a finger at him. After a long silence and a couple of hugs, Alicia had calmed down and forgiven Harry. "Your such a wimp Jamie..." Ron laughed as Harry finished telling him what happened. "I can't believe you were scared of Alicia... I mean..." Ron changed his tone quickly as Alicia threw him a look. This caused Harry and Jamie to start laughing and Ginny to roll her eyes. "You were saying..." Jamie said as he calmed down and looked at Ron, who watching Alicia out the corner of his eye, causing Jamie to laugh again. "Anyone for Quidditch?" Ginny asked and Ron threw her a grateful look. Smiling, Ginny looked round the room before leaving. "Hey, has anyone seen Hermione?" ----------------------------------- Hermione was sitting in the kitchen talking to Alicia when Jamie came down looking for her. "Alicia! Did you not hear me shouting? Never mind!" He grabbed her hand and pulled her up as she went to answer. "OW! Jamie! Whats wro-" She began, trying to free herself from Jamie's vice- like grip on her wrist. "Harry's scar... Ron's room" Jamie said and Alicia rushed past him and up the stairs. Hermione watched as Alicia and Jamie went out of sight. 'I hope Harry's okay...' She thought as she heard a knock on the door. "It's open..." She said, thinking it was Ron again. Hearing two sets of feet, she turned around and froze. "Y- Y- Y- You!" I've just entered exam time again and its like studying for OWLs XD "I wouldn't do that if I were you..." The closest of the two flicked their wand slightly and Hermione's own wand landed neatly in their hand. "W- what do you w- want?" Hermione asked, flinching slightly as the people in front of her raised their wands at her again. "You survived the attack this idiot was sent to perform... And killing you here is just too easy... So we've come to collect you..." Her voice was loud and clear, her tone made it clear that she would prefer to kill Hermione. "Now now Bella... Play nice..." Lucius' voice was patronizing and Hermione glanced round the room towards the door. "And what if I don't come quiet?" It was obvious that she was buying herself time but it seemed to work. "Curses... Force... Death" Bellatrix said casually as she listed off different things she would do to Hermione. "Bella, your spoiling the surprise..." Lucius said slowly as he sneered down at Hermione, who glanced at the door again. 'I could scream... No, their spells will hit me first' Hermione thought as they stepped forwards. Making a split decision, Hermione left with the two Death Eaters quietly. Five minutes after the three of them had walked out the back door, the kitchen door opened and Harry, Ron, Ginny, Jamie and Alicia walked into the kitchen talking. |

"Naa... Ginny's a better Chaser than a Seeker" Harry pointed out as he took a chair which was pushed back from the table. "Yeah, your only saying that coz your a Seeker as well..." Ron said as he moved a wand laying on the counter away so he could sit there. "You know... I think that the only person who hasn't given their opinion is Hermione..." Ginny pointed out as she looked round the empty room. "Where is she anyway?" "I was talking with her in here before Harry threw his fake fit... I dunno where she went though..." Alicia said as she jumped down from the table. She walked forwards with the idea to sit down next to Jamie and her arm brushed against the chair. "OUCH!" Alicia jumped back and grabbed her arm. The slightest touch had caused a deep shade of red to appear on her arm. "All I done was touch that chair" She said as she pointed towards Harry's chair. She walked forwards slightly and crouched down beside the chair. "Err... Al? What are you doing?" Jamie said as he watched her. "Harry? How was that chair positioned when you sat on it?" Her voice was blank, matching her expression and eyes. "Well... it was pushed away from the table... like whoever had sat on it had got up in a hurry..." Harry said, becoming more confused with every word he said. 'Whats the matter? What'd you see?' Jamie's voice echoed in Alicia's head long enough for her to stand up and turn to look at him. 'I didn't need to see anything... I just know it...' "Get your cloak Harry... We're going for a trip..." Alicia said as she looked at him. Each face in the room was sullen. All they knew was Hermione was in danger. Alicia sat in the corner, mumbling to herself while odd words and phrases floated over to the others sitting round the table in the kitchen. "Ginny... I want-" Harry began but Ginny cut her off. "No. I'm coming with you. There's no way you can make me stay here this time. She's like my sister!" She said quietly as Alicia twitched slightly. "Together is better" Alicia's voice wafted towards them on the now silent air. "How? Didn't hear anything... Made no noise? Clever... Bella?" The rest was cut off by Harry leaping to his feet and his chair flying backwards into the door. "BELLA?!? YOU MEAN BELLATRIX? WHERE! I'LL KILL HER IF SHE DOES ANYTHING..." The slight mention of Bellatrix's name was enough to set Harry off. After all, she was the one that killed Sirius. This would be the first time Harry had seen her after the fight in the Ministry. "Harry... Calm down! Alicia's trying to figure out where they are!" Ron's voice was loud, but not loud enough to drown out Alicia's next words. "No... They can't get in there... Thats impossible" Harry watched as she opened her eyes and stared straight at him. "I know where they are..." "Where? Tell me! We're already packed and ready... Alicia, where are they!" Harry didn't understand why his voice held a slight hint of pleading, but apparently, Alicia did. "I understand... Harry, Hermione says that they've put up extra security measures round the house..." Her eyes were watering slightly, her face held something that was like a bad memory. "Where...'' "Sirius'..." Thats the end of that chapter... I'm gonna start Chapter 7 now and post it as soon as i can... Abi...xox |

They had to practically tie Harry down as they reached Number 12, Grimmauld Place. "Harry please calm down..." Alicia's attempts were useless. "No Alicia... They dont belong here... Where's Hermione?" Harry said as he pulled himself out of her grip. I have to go... My mate wants to go out... I'll finish this when i have the chance!! |

Alicia's voice was quiet as she reached out a hand for the door handle. The others nodded and swung their doors wide open before entering. ''Not in here... Although it looks like someone was...'' Ron said as he walked back out onto the landing and headed for Harry and Ginny. ''Not in here either... Although Alicia's picking something up'' Jamie said as he left Alicia in the dusty room and followed Ron. ''Well... There's no furniture...'' Ginny said as she turned to look at Jamie and her brother as they entered the room. ''Yeah... But there's no Hermione either!'' Harry said as he turned round in a full circle, looking round the room. ''Maybe... She can hear us... And we just can't see her'' Ron said before walking towards the corner. "Hermione? Can you hear us?'' A soft, muffled noise echoed round the room, causing Harry, Ron, Ginny and Jamie to look at each other before turning towards the bookshelf. ''NO'' Harry turned round as he reached out a hand. Alicia's voice was loud and clear. ''Al?'' Jamie said cautiously as he turned as well. ''Don't touch that door...'' Ginny turned to look at Harry with a confused look. ''There's a secret door there? How come we didn't find it?'' ''It's new...'' Alicia appeared in the doorway and walked forwards. ''Hermione just told me... They made it to hold people from the new prophecy... Once they go in they can't get out'' ''Well... Who do we know what would help thats not?'' Ron said, causing Ginny to roll her eyes slightly. ''That would be everyone... Its not who, it's how do we get him here...'' ''Him?'' Jamie asked as he turned to look at her. But Harry laughed. ''Neville! Why didn't I think of it... Umm... Alicia?'' 'No. I'm staying here... I know whats happening...' Harry nodded and turned towards Ginny. ''Oh no... You promised I could help! I'm not leaving!'' She shook her head and backed away slightly. ''Look... You would be helping! And, you'd be straight back with Neville... Come on Gin'' Right... Thats the chapter... I'll write again soon!! |

After a couple more whispered words from Harry, Ginny found herself back at school alone. Running round in circles looking for Neville wasn't really what she called helping. As she ran towards the library, she crashed into somebody. Seamus. ''Oh hi Seamus... Have you seen Neville? Harry's looking for him...'' She said as he helped her up. ''Last time I see Neville was in the Common Room... But he said that he was heading towards the library anyway...'' ''Alright... Thanks'' Seamus couldn't answer any sort of reply. Ginny had taken off again, rounding the last corner in a few seconds. ''DEAN!'' She practically screamed the name as she recognized the person coming out out of the library. ''DEAN! stop! Is Neville in there?'' She panted as she skidded to a stop in front of him. ''Umm... No Ginny... Sorry...'' Dean said as he looked down at her. ''He's gone outside... Going on about some plant he's found in a book'' He added, shaking his head slightly. ''Why?'' But again, he received no answer as the red headed girl disappeared round the corner. Alicia was getting restless again. Hermione couldn't tell her anything else about the room she was a prisoner in and now she paced the familiar house top to bottom, Jamie standing on the second landing watching as she stomped past for the twelfth time. ''Al... I think you should try to stand still for a while, otherwise you'll waste energy...'' He said slowly, keeping the worry out of his voice and face. ''You mean, you want me to calm down...'' She corrected him as she changed her route to staying on the second landing. ''Yes... That as well'' He said with a slight smile on his face. It never reached his eyes. Alicia looked over briefly and noticed it quickly, darting to his side. ''And you tell me not to worry...'' She said as she reached for his hand. He pulled his hands away from her slightly. ''I never told you not to worry... I told you to try and stay still... Then to calm down'' He clasped his hands together tightly. She glanced at them slightly before watching his face. ''Whats the matter? You never pull away...'' Again, she reached for his hand, and again, he pulled away. ''Definitely something wrong... She added as she dropped her hand and walked away towards the other end of the long corridor. 'It's nothing Al... I'm just trying not to loose it... I'm sorry if i'm scaring you...' She turned to look at him with curious eyes. ''Thats not it though... There's something else, isn't there... You wont tell me... Or think about it...'' She added as she picked up he was reciting the runic alphabet again for the third time today. 'It's nothing to worry about... That's all... Promise...' Then back to the alphabet again. ''Look Neville, just follow me PLEASE! Come on!'' Ginny said as she tugged on his arm impatiently. ''Fine! But can I have my arm back please!'' ''Harry? I think Ginny's on her way... I'm not sure yet but I can see her with Neville now...'' Alicia said loudly as she continued to watch Jamie. She had replaced her pacing with sitting, now at the end of the corridor, her back against the wall she had slid down five minutes ago without breaking eye contact. "Good..." Was the reply that came from the room between the two of them. ''Alicia?'' Jamie's voice seemed to echo slightly as it broke the silence between them. ''I'm sorry... My Present to you = ] Alicia stood and made her way down the corridor, wrapped her arms round Jamie and pulled herself closer to him before speaking. ''I know... You don't need to explain... I understand it all...'' ''That still doesn't make better Al... I'm being an idiot...'' He said as he leaned his cheek against her hair. As he went to continue, she froze against him. ''Alicia?'' Jamie said as he tried to look at her face. ''Al? What is it?'' She didn't reply. As he ducked under her arms, which were still clamped round him, Harry walked through the door way, nearly knocking him over. ''Oh! Sorry Jamie... What's wrong?'' His voice went from cheerful to cautious in seconds. ''Alicia....'' As if she was responding, Alicia gasped loudly and collapsed. ''Alicia? Al?'' Jamie said loudly as he and Harry caught her by the arms and waist before she hit the ground. Ginny dragged Neville up the path and through the front door quickly. Every time Neville went to say something, she would shake her head and press a finger to her lips. Up a flight of stairs and along a long corridor, she turned to him. ''Neville, I can't explain everything now but-'' Ginny stopped dead and stared up at the ceiling. A very loud screaming as echoing off the second floor right above them. ''What the... Ginny? Who else is here?'' Neville said as he glanced at the red head. ''Umm... Harry, Ron, Jamie, Hermione, Alicia and Luna... Well... Thats who was here when I left...'' She said slowly, before grabbing his arm and running towards the second flight of stairs. As they jumped the last two steps, Neville's jaw dropped and Ginny shouted loudly. Placing Alicia on the floor carefully, Harry asked Jamie what happened. ''She just froze. She wouldn't answer me or nothing... Look at her eyes... She's not even here... But that's never happened before...'' Jamie said quickly. Before Harry could speak, Alicia screamed. Jamie jumped a foot away from her only to then launch himself at her as she started twitching and cringing into the floor. Her screams caught the attention of the others and they ran to help. Ron covered his ears as he watched Harry crouch down beside the shrieking girl and try to calm her. ''SHE SHOULD OF BROUGHT LUNA WITH US!'' Harry shouted over Alicia's screams towards Ron. ''EVEN IF WE DID, WOULD SHE BE ABLE TO HELP HER? SHE'S HAVING A VISION... A STRONG ONE TOO...'' Jamie shouted to Harry as Alicia's arm came up towards his face. While Jamie was ducking Alicia's arms, Ron protected his ears from her screams and Harry tried to calm her, no- one heard the footsteps behind them. ''ALICIA!'' The sound of the voice made everyone start. Harry looked up in time to see Ginny run forwards, leaving Neville at the top of the stairs. ''GINNY! GET NEVILLE IN THERE...'' Harry said quickly as Ginny knelt down opposite him and rested a hand on Alicia's shoulder. As soon as Ginny's hand touched her bare shoulder, the screaming stopped. Jamie looked up, amazed, at Ginny while Neville walked forwards. ''Umm... Harry?'' Neville said as he watched the four on the floor. ''Ginny said that you needed me to help out with something...'' That sentence broke Ron's stare. ''I'll tell him... Follow me Neville...'' Ron turned and walked through the door, Neville right behind him. From the corridor, Harry and Jamie just stared at Ginny while she stared back, just as shocked as they were. As Alicia's fist hit Jamie in the arm, he blinked a couple of times and then looked down. ''Alicia? Can you here me?'' He said as Ginny and Harry pinned down her arms and legs. ''Al? Come on, we need you now... Neville's here and he needs your help...'' There was no emotion in his voice what so ever. Harry glanced at Ginny and noticed that her face was screwed up in concentration. Not wanting to disturb her, he turned back and saw the exact same expression on Alicia's face. ''Gin? What are you doing?'' He asked quietly as Alicia's hair turned pitch black and then scarlet. ''Thinking...'' She whispered back and then smiled. ''She responded... She just answered me...'' Her face lit up as she turned to look at Harry. ''What she say?'' Jamie said. His eyes didn't move from Alicia's face framed by her signature hair colour. ''Jamie... That's what she said to me... She said Jamie'' Ginny's smile seemed to get even bigger as Alicia stopped twitching. ''Come on Gin... Lets go help Ron and Neville...'' Harry said as he stood up and held a hand out for her. |

Anyway, speaking about rooms which not many can get in, are we practicing soon?'' ''Yes. As soon as your okay again and when Alicia's okay again...'' A week had passed since Hermione had returned to school. Her face was healing slowly. Hermione could talk about her experience and not get bothered by it. Alicia only had to think about what had happened before Neville's appearance... Jamie had let two days pass before asking Alicia what she had seen to cause such a fit but all she did was burst out crying and run in the other direction. He had tried that morning but he got the same reaction. ''It makes no sense... She's never acted like this before... It's gotta be bad for us for her to act like this...'' Hermione said quietly as Jamie ambled through the portrait hole. ''Oh... Hey guys... Hermione, why are you in this common room and not the Heads?'' He said absently as he sat down opposite them. ''Too quiet... Too empty... Remember, I may of let them take me but... Anyway, I'm not totally over it yet...'' Hermione let her voice fade as Jamie's expression changed. ''Don't worry about Alicia...She'll be fine soon...'' Jamie just nodded and stood up again. Ron glanced over his shoulder and found the reason. Alicia had walked into the room. Her hair lay round her shoulders in little ringlets in a deep shade of blue. If anyone looked at her, thy wouldn't notice a difference. But if you looked carefully, there was a forced edge to the smile she wore, her eyes were a watery blue that seemed to reflect the light just like water. ''Hi guys...'' Alicia said in a tone that sounded like it had taken her a long while to get to it. ''You look better Hermione...'' ''Thanks... Umm, Alicia? o you want to come to th Heads common room with me? If you want, we could get Luna and Ginny and turn it into a sleep over...?'' Hermione asked suddenly, causing Ron and Jamie to stare at her. There must have been something being said without words between the two girls because they both stared at each other before Alicia agreed. ''I'll see you later...'' Hermione said to Ron as she stood up. She kissed his cheek before heading up the stairs with Alicia to get her stuff as well as Ginny's. |

''No idea... We'll make it up as we go along...'' ''Make what up?'' Alicia asked as she appeared at the foot of the stairs. Her hair had changed again. Emerald Green. ''What we're gonna be doing... I like you hair...'' Ginny said as she smiled over at her. ''Knew you would... I've always liked the colour of Harry's eyes...'' Alicia said as she sat down, Ginny joining her on the long couch. ''Harry's eyes are emerald, Jamie's eyes are sapphires... Did you notice that?'' Ginny said as she put her feet up on the glass table, where Hermione smacked them off again. Alicia nodded but didn't speak. Her face was lit up in a grin that screamed out 'FORCED'. Her eyes lost the sparkle that had just returned. ''Oh yeah... That reminds me'' Hermione said as she sat opposite the girls. ''I know you won't talk to Jamie about it but you can talk to us... What's wrong?'' Ginny's smile changed and turned into a serious look while Alicia looked down. ''I... can't...'' Alicia said quietly, still focusing on her knees. |

Alright... I lied about the time... My teacher caught me and disconnected my internet... Anyway... ''It might not help though...'' Alicia said again as she walked down the corridor towards the Heads corridor. ''Alicia, we're going to try this first... Then we'll try something else... But remember that we can't tell Harry, Ron or Jamie...'' Ginny said as she turned the last corner. The stone gargoyle started to turn before they were even halfway up the corridor. Stopping dead in their steps, they watched as three figures appeared and started to walk towards them. Two of them were roughly the sama size while the other one was that tiny bit taller. The one in the middle had messy hair while the taller of the three's red hair was noticable even in the darkness. Alicia's breathing stopped as her eyes widened. Grabbing both Hermione and Ginny by the wrists, she ran towards the nearest classroom, right round the corner they had just passed. ''Alicia... OW!'' The two girls said together as Alicia practically threw them into the room and slammed the door. ''What exactly is the matter with you?'' Ginny said as she turned round to glare at Alicia, who ignored her and glanced at Hermione ''Hermione, what time is it?'' ''Umm... I think it's about half 8... Why?'' ''Harry, Jamie and Ron... Being in Dumbledore's office... There wasn't an attack... I was keeping watch... Sort of'' She said to herself as she waited by the door for the three boys to pass. ''Look, can we think about them later... We were going to Dumbledore for a reason you know...'' Ginny said again as she watched the choices before Alicia contort her face. Hermione nodded and touched Alicia's shoulder, who stepped back and opened the door. They heard the boys' footsteps behind them now so they headed back round the corner. ''Very well Miss Daniels, I shall see what I can do for your family. Is there anything else you would like to know before you leave?'' Dumbledore said as Hermione and Ginny stood. ''Yes, why were the boys here just now? We saw them as we came up the corridor...?'' Alicia said as she let her statement turn into a question. ''They came here about you. You see, ever since you had this latest vision, they've been worried about you. You've given Mr. Starlight quite a fright... Maybe a bit of colour would be helpful?'' Dumbledore said lightly, as if he were discussing the weather. Alicia nodded once before standing. ''Thank you professor'' She said before following the others out the room. Harry, Jamie and Ron stayed up in the common room talking. It surprised Jamie how much the change in Alicia had made Harry and Ron worried too. ''I mean, what if it's about something she's seen? Something about us? Every time someone brings it up, she starts crying and runs out the room...'' Ron said as Jamie watched the flames in the fire and Harry stared out the window at the pounding rain. ''That's not just it though, is it? It's like a new Ali... No colours, no feeling... Its scaring me'' Jamie said. Harry turned round to glance at Ron before speaking. ''What do you want to do? We could go ask Dumbledore if he's seen anything... He's keeping an eye out just like Alicia... Maybe that will clear it up'' ''Well... That was useful...'' Ron said as the three of them walked away from the gargoyle. ''At least we know that it's not about the battle... Jamie?'' Harry said as he turned to look back at him. Jamie had frozen about 5 foot away from them, staring at the door to a classroom. ''That door was open when we walked past earlier...'' He said slowly. ''I wouldn't go in there if I were you. It's probably Peeves setting up a prank or something...'' Ron said as he continued forwards. ''Come on, I want to get back to the common room so that I can grab my bags. Hermione will kill me if I forget them again...'' Ron let his voice trail on as Jamie continued to walk again. Soon, he was laying in his bed listening to Neville's snores. Getting up, he saw Harry asleep so he tiptoed to the door and down the stairs with his broom in his hand. Mounting it, Jamie launched himself out the window into the rain and darkness. The wind whipped against his face and seemed to help clear it, giving him space to think. Alicia's actions were tied to something... He was going to find out one way or the other... Tap, tap, tap Alicia jumped about 15 foot in the air as something tapped at the window opposite her. ''Alicia! Open the window!'' Alicia crept over to the window in the Heads common room as quietly as she could without walking Hermione, Ginny or Ron who were all upstairs. ''Jamie? What are you doing here?'' Alicia said as she knelt on the window seat. Although he had nearly scared her to death, Alicia's water- coloured eyes turned a shade brighter when she saw him. ''I've come to get you... Come on...'' He said holding out one hand and bringing the broom as close as he could to her. She looked at him with disbelieving eyes. ''Are you mad? Jamie, it's pouring out there...'' ''Don't worry about it... Maybe I am mad...'' Jamie added with a smile as he kept his hand outstretched to her. Shaking her head, Alicia gripped the edge of the window and jumped, Jamie catching her and helping her sit behind him. ''Ready?'' ''No... Just go already!'' She said as she wrapped her arms round his waist tightly. Jamie swung the broom round and shot off towards the forest. After a few hours of soaring round the grounds, Jamie landed under a large beech tree beside the lake. ''Okay... There was a reason why I did this...'' He said as Alicia found a dry spot and sat down. The dark brown hair which had been replaced with a light green while they were smiling vanished. ''What?'' Alicia watched as Jamie sat next to her and wrapped an arm tightly round her shoulders. ''I know you don't want to tell me Ali but I would like to know whats up with you lately... This is the longest amount of time we've had together so far in the last few weeks...'' I hope this is payment for the amount of time I left you waiting... I really am sorry about that... As I said, my teacher disconnected my internet on Tuesday, and I've been working on some coursework over the last two days and today I've been working on another story... I'm playing with ideas but I'm thinking about a diary for Alicia... If anyone has any ideas, please tell me!! |

Alicia walked down from the dormitory rubbing her eyes. As her feet touched the floor, there was an audible gasp from the couches. ''What!?!'' She said quickly as she turned on the spot. Looking towards the sound for the first time, she noticed that Harry, Ron and Jamie had joined Ginny and Hermione while she was still asleep. ''Alicia? You okay?'' There seemed to be an edge to Ron's words as he stared at her. ''Yes... Why? Whats wrong?'' She said as she turned to look in the mirror. Her jaw dropped slightly as she caught a glimpse of the person opposite her. ''See...'' Ron's voice was smug, as if proving a point. ''See what? It's just hair...'' Glad to see your actually awake'' Jamie laughed as he wrapped an arm round Alicia's waist and kissed her on the cheek as she run a finger underneath her eye before she registered his comment. ''What? What time is it?'' She said as she glanced at the clock sitting on the mantel piece. ''HALF TWELVE!'' She screeched as she turned to glare at Jamie. 'This is your fault... Of course!! It's all in Timone and Pumba's point of view and its really funny... My sister put the wrong film in though so we watched Lion King 2 instead... XD I have been very hyper for the last two days, which means that all my mates are annoyed with me, and I have decided what I want for Christmas this year... A Turtle- Monkey. Its a monkey that has a turtle shell on its back... Everyone laughs at me when I talk about it but I'm determined to get one... Oh, and the other story I'm working on is the sequel to this... Alicia stopped pacing and lent against the wall while Hermione scolded her for skiving off duties. ''Hermione, we've been out for ages... Anyway... I need to rest... I thought I had done something...'' He trailed off as she looked away from him, across the lake and to the other bank. ''Have I? Will I?'' He added on just in case. She shook her head slowly. ''No... It's me... I make a wrong choice and the Deatheaters get you... Jamie, I can't let that happen... That's a new vision as well... I can't loose you as well'' Her voice broke slightly there. ''I'm not going anywhere... I promise...'' he said quickly, she didn't look round at him. ''You won't loose me... I'm never leaving you... I'm afraid of loosing you actually...'' That worked. She turned to stare at him. ''That will never happen... You should know that...'' She started to argue but he cut in before she could continue. ''Do I? We're seventeen, we're of age, you could go if you want to...'' ''I can't... You're all I want Jamie... I love YOU...'' ''If you love me so much you can't leave... Marry me'' She turned round to look at him with shock plastered on her face. His face was completely and utterly serious. ''Jamie... You still with us?'' Ron said as he waved a hand 6 inches from Jamie's nose. ''I can remember what I said now... If she tells Hermione tonight Ginny will be upset...'' Jamie said as he looked up at the ceiling. ''OI! Can you please speak English and tell us what you said!'' Harry and Ron said together. ''Oh... Right... Yeah... Well...'' Jamie said as he stared at the floor. ''Alicia! Is that?'' Hermione said as she hopped up and down on the spot, having leapt up from the floor and grabbing Alicia's hand. ''Yeah... It's an engagement ring...'' But Alicia couldn't say anything else as Hermione started throwing questions at her while dragging her through the portrait hole. ''Engaged... Wow... Congrats'' Ron said as he, Jamie and Harry walked along the corridor again. ''I was gonna ask her when we leave but then this Battle came along so I decided to ask her once it was finished but it sort of went out the window...'' Jamie stopped talking as Harry turned left, staring at the portrait they had stopped by. ''Mr Starlight? Mr Weasley? Mr Potter? You are wanted up in the Gryffindor Common Room by Miss Weasley, Miss Granger and Miss Daniels'' The knight said as he clattered into view. They nodded and sent the knight back to tell them that they were on their way. ''Hermione! What happened to duties? We're supposed to be patrolling the corridors not the common room...'' Alicia moaned as she was dragged up the dormitory stairs by her wrist. Hermione just ignored her and opened the door to the right. It held a plaque that read 'Private'. ''Ginny? Luna? Are you awake?'' She said as she closed the door behind her and headed towards the empty bed. This dorm held four large beds. Ginny and Luna were half asleep in theirs, Alicia looked like she was trying to bury herself in hers while Hermione just sat on the end of hers. ''We are now... Whats up?'' Ginny said as she eyed Alicia's strange behaviour. ''Show them...'' Hermione said to the large pile of gold and scarlet bed sheets which hid Alicia's face. Her hair had changed from the yellow it had been all day to a faded pink. It matched her cheeks when her head appeared. Holding out her hand, Hermione's bedside lamp caught the ring and sent sparkles across the room. 'HURRY UP! PLEASE!'' The words screamed out in Alicia's head before Ginny and Luna screamed and then started asking for information. 'I'm on my way... Promise' Jamie thought as Harry said the password to the Fat Lady, who whispered a congratulations to Jamie before swinging open. ''They're in the dorm room...'' Jamie said as they hurried up the stairs. Dumbledore had allowed the three of them access to the Girls Dorm when they found out about the battle. Opening the door, Harry pushed Jamie through first. He headed towards Alicia but then changed course and sat in the seat beside the window. And then the questions started. XD... :gasp: I'm too young to get married... Wait! This chapter reminds me of a certain book that you like reading... :lol: So it should... I do love that book... Alicia mumbled as Hermione pushed the portrait open. ''Hey... Where have you three been hiding?'' Harry's voice echoed down the empty corridor. ''Dorm room... Alicia's woried about talk...'' Hermione said as Ron wrapped an arm round her waist and Alicia threw her a dirty look. ''So's Jamie... We left him by the Lake just to let you know...'' Harry said as Ginny hugged him. Alicia nodded and started forwards in the other direction. As soon as she was out of ear shot, Ginny spoke. ''I don't see why they're so worried... At least it's something good thats being spread around...'' Jamie walked round to the other side of the Lake once Harry and Ron had walked away. He knew that they would tell the girls where he was and send them his way. 'Jamie? You okay?' 'Yeah Al... Just thinking...' Footsteps sounded to the left and Jamie turned to watch Alicia step through the trees. ''Are you sure you did the right thing?'' She said as she reached him. ''Yes. I'm positive... If you think it's the wrong thing...'' Jamie said as she took his hand. Before answering, Alicia started walking forwards. ''I think that it was the right thing... Maybe a bit early but still the right thing...'' She said as she turned to look at him. He nodded in agreement. ''I was going to ask you when we left but I decided not to...'' He shrugged and placed an arm round her shoulders. She layed her head against his shoulder. ''Harry told me you was worried... Don't be... I was at first but as long as we think it's the right thing, what everyone else says shouldn't bother us...'' She said as she kicked a stone towards the edge of the bank. At lunch, the main gossip in the school seemed to be Jamie and Alicia. Every now and again, someone would turn round in their seat and stare at the group sitting in the middle of the Gryffindor table. ''They're seventeen...'' ''Engaged...'' ''The one with purple spiky hair and the boy next to her...'' ''Yeah... Charlotte says that they're friends with Loony... Probably why they're getting married...'' Sarah Belinea's voice echoed across from the Ravenclaw table and caught Alicia's attention. Her dark green eyes turned black. 'Calmly... Don't let Sarah get to you... She's a friend of Charlotte's... That should explain a lot of things... Black doesn't suit you... Calm down please' Jamie thought as he helped himself to more chips. 'I wish I could punch Charlotte... She'd deserve it... Same with Malfoy...' Alicia glared over Ginny's head at the Slytherin table. Malfoy sat there laughing with his friends as they kept shooting looks over towards them and then making remarks they couldn't hear. 'Malfoy's already been punched by Hermione... I don't think he'd like it if you punched him...' Jamie tried to keep the smile off his face but was unsuccesful. Hermione threw him a curious look but he ignored it. 'But I would...' Alicia smiled and waved as Malfoy looked straight at her. He smirked and turned to say something to Zambini who laughed and looked over as well. ''What are you two doing tomorrow? I was thinking off heading out to Hogsmeade before Monday... I need some more ink'' Hermione said as she looked from Jamie and his un- explained smile to Alicia and her wistful stare. ''You know... If you didn't write so much you'd have ink left...'' Ron said,causing Harry to laugh and Hermione to stick her tongue out at him. ''Nothing much... Actually, I'm out of parchment so I'll come... What 'bout you Ali?'' Jamie said as he nugded her under the table. |

That's exactly what I thought!! Harry, Ron, Jamie, Alicia, Hermione, Ginny and Luna walked out of the store as Malfoy and Zambini walked past with Crabbe and Goyle following them. ''You know Starlight, I'm happy that you've found someone who is as mental as you are...'' Zambini said as both groups stopped and glared at each other. ''At least I've actually got someone... Or are you and Malfoy an item?'' Jamie replied as he tightened his grip round Alicia's hand. 'One punch... Just one... Please?' Jamie laughed out loud. 'Not yet' A smile appeared on Alicia's face. ''And what are you smiling at Daniels? Or should we say Starlight...'' Malfoy spat as he turned to look at her. ''Nothing you need to worry about Malfoy...'' Jamie said as Alicia's smile grew bigger and her eyes changed from a beige colour to a bright yellow. ''Starlight? Did you know that you're marrying a cat?'' Zambini said as he directed at Alicia's new look with his chin. Ginny stepped forwards with Harry right behind her. ''You know, why don't you just bugger off...'' She said as her eyes narrowed. Harry caught her hand as it twitched towards her wand. The four Slytherins just laughed at her, causing Harry to hold her hand tighter. 'Now?' Alicia's smile became a sneer as she watched the group in front of her laugh at Ginny. 'I suppose so...' Jamie let a smile appear on his face before talking to Malfoy. ''If I was you I wouldn't be smiling...'' ''Oh really...'' Malfoy said as he raised an eyebrow at Alicia who had stepped forward. In a flash, Alicia's hand darted forward and a crunching noise came from Malfoy's nose. He staggered back, clutching his face as Alicia's sneer turned back into a smile. ''I didn't know I was that strong... Huh... Oh well... OI!'' Her good mood vanished as Crabbe caught her arm and pulled her towards the group of Slytherins. Malfoy, still holding his broken nose, slapped her across the face, leaving a red hand print on her cheek. In another flash, Jamie had pulled Alicia away as Harry and Ron lunged at Malfoy and Crabbe. As Hermione caught Alicia's arm, Jamie followed suit and punched Zambini in the face as he went kick Harry. Hermione and Ginny shouted at the boys to leave them alone while Alicia just stood there, her black eyes narrowed as she watched Jamie and Malfoy fight each other. ''RON! COME ON!'' Hermione shouted as she stood next to Ginny. Alicia's smile vanished and her eyes turned pink, a clear sign that she was seeing something. No- one noticed the change in her as they conintued fighting and shouting. After a couple of minutes, Alicia's eye returned to black but changed to a dark blue straight away. ''Jamie...'' The worry in her voice caught the attention of everyone and the fighting stopped. As Jamie looked up, he saw her bright pink hair change to black. He was up and by her side in a second. ''What? What did you see?'' ''She's seen you dump her Starlight...'' Zambini said as he pulled his robes back in place. Jamie just ignored him. 'Emmett...' Tears run down her cheeks as she looked up at him. As she looked over his face, more tears appeared and she buried her face into his chest. ''Come on... We gotta go see Dumbledore...'' Jamie said quietly as Harry and Ron joined the girls. They nodded and walked away, leaving the Slytherins in the middle of the street. Alicia's tears didn't stop as she sat next to Jamie in the large office. The only thing Jamie could get out of her on the way to Dumbledore was ''Emmett...'' Dumbledore appeared behind them carring a large stone basin. Harry recognized it as the Pensieve. ''Alicia? Do you know what this is?'' He asked softly as he placed the basin in front of her on the desk. She nodded but didn't speak. ''Do you know how it works?'' She nodded again. This time, she raised her wand to her temple before pulling it away. A short piece of silvery hair clung to the tip of her wand. As it broke away, Jamie relised it wasn't hair. She placed the strange substance into the Pensieve before closing her eyes again. Dumbledore sttod up and looked towards Jamie. ''I think you should take Alicia in with you Mr Starlight... Harry, if you would like to go first'' Dumbledore said as Harry stood up and lent over the basin. As soon as his face broke the surface, he disappeared from the room. 'Just copy Harry...' Alicia thought as Jamie helped her stand up. Jamie bent his head towards the swirling silver while Alicia reached out a hand. XD... Okay... I seem to have forgotten to say the chapters.... The last two posts were 13 and 14... I think... As Jamie flt his feet hit solid floor, he also realised that they wasn't in Dumbledore's office anymore. He looked round and recognized where he was. Alicia's grip on his arm tightened as a group of people walked down the garden path laughing. ''What's the day today Rosalie?'' A tall boy with short dark brown hair said as he looked towards a girl with blonde hair down to her shoulders. As Rosalie went to speak, a boy who wasn't a lot younger than the first, with blonde hair answered. ''Dunno but it ends in 'Y''' ''Ha ha Jasper... Very funny...'' The first boy said as he hit the blonde boy round the back of the head. ''Erm... Wednesday I think, why? Oh, Emmett, can you pick Alice you for me?'' Rosalie said as she lifted a small boy up into her arms while a girl who looked the same age as the small boy ran to the other boy. ''Ali comes home in a week...'' Emmett said as Alice jumped into his arms. ''Alicia!'' The small boy said as he bounced slightly. ''That's right Edward'' Rosalie smiled as Alice clapped her hands. As Emmett opened the front door, a loud popping noise echoed round the darkness. He turned and looked straight through Alicia at four cloaked figures. ''Rosalie, get the twins and Jasper inside... The four figures stood on the other side of the road. Alicia whimpered and hid her face in Jamie's chest. Jamie himself wasn't really happy to see Alicia's brothers and sisters again, not like this anyway. ''Are you here to see Alicia?'' Emmett continued to ask the strangers. ''Yes. Is she here?'' A rough voice called back. Now Emmett knew they wasn't kids. ''No, we don't know when she get back... Maybe you should come back another day and see if she's here...'' He said as he lifted a hand off the gate so he could turn around. ''It's Emmett, isn't it?'' The rough voiced man asked, causing Emmett to freeze. ''Yes... Can I ask your names as you know mine and my little sisters?'' Alicia buried her head further in Jamie's chest. She just couldn't watch again. ''This is Lucius, Severus, Bellatrix'' The figure said as he pointed at the people round him. As their names were said, they pulled their hoods away from their faces. ''And I'm Fenrir'' Everyone apart from Dumbledore and Alicia, including Emmett, gasped. Then Harry let out a snarl of fury. Jamie turned to look at him. Harry's eyes were trained on Bellatrix's sneering face. Next to him, Ron was watching Snape. Then Bellatrix spoke. ''You recognize our names Muggle? Did your ikle sister tell you all about us?'' Harry's anger seemed to swell and pass over in Jamie. Alicia looked up, out of Jamie's shaking chest, at his face as he glared over at the woman. ''Yes, I know who you are... Alicia didn't tell though... She's been talking in her sleep when she was here... Bellatrix Lestrange, you killed your cousin didn't you? Before Harry chased you... And then escaped... Lucius Malfoy, here to look after your sister-in law? Severus Snape isn't it? A teacher at Hogwarts? And I'm afraid I haven't heard of you Fenrir'' Emmett said as he looked them all in the eye. ''Shame that... I'm Fenrir Greyback. I'm not like my friends here, Emmett. I'm a werewolf while they are wizards you see...'' Now Emmett stepped back. Alicia had told him about Professor Lupin but also that he was a werewolf who hated himself, that there were others who enjoyed what they were. Bellatrix actually smiled when she saw Emmett step away. ''Scared? Mmm... Makes this easy... Lucius?'' ''Yes Bella... Now we can... I hope the Mudblood sees this...'' He nodded to Fenrir, who advanced at Emmett in a crouch. Alicia let out a scream of torture that signaled it was time to leave. The last thing Jamie saw was the three Deatheaters walking up the garden path with their wands drawn before the image changed and he watched himself punch Malfoy in the face. Jamie sat in the corner of Dumbledore's office, rocking a hysterical Alicia backwards and forwards. Ginny sat shaking next to Harry while he stared out the window. Hermione and Ron sat looking at each other while Luna sat on the floor with her legs crossed and eyes closed. No-one spoke. The only sound that filled the room was Alicia's crying and everyone's breathing. Dumbledore sat at is desk watching Alicia and Harry carefully. Now they both had a reason to loose it at anyone. Voldemort had taken away their family members in front of their eyes just to see their reaction. Harry broke the spell by turning to speak to Dumbledore. ''The others?'' Alicia stopped crying and looked up at Dumbledore. ''Are alive. They are captives from what we can make out. Members of the Order arrived 10 minutes after they left'' He said as watched Alicia out the corner of his eye. She nodded her head as if she was trying to convince herself. ''Is there any way Emmett...?'' Jamie started but Dumbledore shook his head. ''Fenrir decided not to change him'' He said quietly as Jamie closed his eyes. Alicia looked up at his face. Pain was the dominate feature there as a single tear run down his cheek. She raised a hand to wipe it away but Jamie just held it to his face while he looked down at her and smiled slightly. Then footsteps echoed up the stairs and Hermione broke Ron's stare to look at the wooden door as it opened. Filch entered the room and stepped up to the desk. ''Headmaster, I checked the dungeons and you were right. All possessions gone, no trace left'' He said as Harry turned back to the window. ''Very well... Thank you Argus...'' Dumbledore said and Filch shuffled back out the room. ''Mr Weasley, Miss Granger, can you please go and inform the teachers that our Potions master has left and then post notices in the common rooms announcing that all Potion lessons have been canceled and are now free lessons'' Ron and Hermione nodded once before walking out the room. ''Professor?'' Luna said as she stood up. ''Can I leave? I want to go to the Room of Requirement'' Ginny looked at Luna strangely. Dumbledore nodded and Luna left. Then Dumbledore looked over at Jamie and Alicia. ''I know this has come at a difficult time for the both of you, I know that you hadn't told your brother about the engagement... I want you to know that he did know. Arthur told him... He was ecstatic about it. As you heard, he couldn't wait to see the both of you at the holidays'' Alicia looked over at Ginny, who smile imply. ''At least he knew... And was happy about it...'' Alicia said as she looked down at the ring on her finger. Jamie nodded before standing up. ''I'm gonna go see if Luna needs any help... Anyone coming?'' He said as he looked at Harry's back. 'What?' Alicia watched Jamie carefully as he stood there watching Harry. 'Practice... I want to be ready for this... If Emmett can't see us get married, I'm going to make sure that Rosalie, Jasper and the twins do...' He looked down at her and she saw the fury in his eyes. She nodded and stood up. 'Come on... Practice...' The others looked over at her before standing up or walking towards the door. Harry stayed by the window though. ''You go... I'll be there later'' He said as he continued to look out over the forest. As the other left, Ginny looked back once at Harry's back before walking out the door and down the stairs. |

Alicia dodged the curse Ron sent her way by inches. ''Ali? You okay?'' Jamie said as he blocked a stunner from Hermione. ''Yup... Missed it...'' She said as she turned to smile at him. ''Alright then... Be more careful though'' He said before turning and sending a stunner towards Hermione. ''Oh,don't be overprotective...'' She said as she sent a body binding curse at Ron. After he dodged it, he sent a stunner at her. She didn't move until it hit her. ''OH!'' She gasped as her legs collapsed underneath her. Ron caught her before she hit the ground. ''Alicia! I'm so sorry!'' He said as she came round again. ''Don't be... It was my fault...Jamie, I'm fine...Oh, and can someone go stop Harry from trashing Dumbledore's office...'' She added as Jamie helped her stand up. ''I'll go...'' Ginny said quickly as she raced out the room. Harry watched the silver spindly objects clatter to the floor as the door opened. ''Harry?'' Ginny's voice seemed to calm his instantly as he turned round to look at her. ''Hi Gin...Whats up?'' He said as he stepped in front of the mess he created. ''Don't bother...'' Ginny sighed as she pulled him out the way. ''Please remember that Alicia was with us... Sorry Professor'' She said as she pushed Harry out the room. ''No harm done Miss Weasley'' Dumbledore said with a smile as she closed the door. ''What were you thinking Harry? Trashing the Headmasters office isn't the greatest idea you've had is it?'' Ginny said as she led the way to the Room of Requirement. ''I don't know...We were talking and I was just so angry at him... Don't ask why, I can't remember...'' He said quickly as she opened her mouth to speak. She closed it and pushed a tapestry out of their way. ''Jamie, I'm fine... Promise... Now stop asking!'' Alicia said for the fourth time as Jamie asked her if she was okay. ''It was only a stunner... Look, if I get hit with a spell or curse when we're actually fighting, then you can ask if I'm okay... Deal?'' ''That's not funny'' Jamie said as he looked at her smiling face. ''I know... Do you believe me now? Alright, I was planning to write more but as I'm on my mums computer... They were no sitting on the girls beds talking about anything, the wedding that was coming up was a priority for Ginny, Hermione and Luna though. ''Oh come on! You've got to have a date at least...'' Ginny moaned as Alicia shook her head. ''No date, no place, no colour scheme... The only thing I've got is bridesmaids'' She said with a huge grin on her face. ''Bridesmaids? You mean Alice and Rosalie? Ooh... That's really sweet... I think you should go for a wedding outside...'' Hermione said and Alicia rolled her eyes. ''Yeah... Of course theres Alice and Rosalie... Alice may be a flower girl though... But then theres you three...'' ''Really? Oh! Thank you Alicia!'' Luna squealed as she hugged a laughing Alicia. ''Oh yeah... Don't forget the best men... Jamie? Picked anyone?'' Ginny said as she looked across to him when he looked up from the book he had picked up off Alicia's bedside cabinet. ''Jasper, Edward as the page boy... Oh. My. God!! I've just realised that my prom is coming up in July!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH! Also, I think I shall take Turtle- Monkey to prom... Oh and you have a name for her, please tell me!! Alicia had managed to put off all plans Ginny, Luna and Hermione tried to get her into about the wedding over the last four weeks. All she cared about was getting through the Battle alive. Then, on a warm and cloudy Saturday morning, Ginny asked her a question at breakfast. ''Alicia, are you going to have any kids?'' She said as if discussing the bacon in front of her. Alicia knocked over her pumpkin Juice with her hand as she reached for it and just stared at Ginny with a blank expression. ''What? It's a honest enough question... We want to know'' She said as Hermione started to clean up the large orange stain. ''Oh... Erm... I haven't thought about it that much really... I've been busy with practicing and other stuff'' She said quietly as Harry looked over to see what they were talking about. If fact, she had thought about it a lot, too much in fact. What if Jamie wanted kids? What if he didn't? Would it all depend on this battle they had stepped into? Jamie brought her out of her thoughts again. ''Ali? What's up?'' He sounded stressed a bit, as if he was waiting for this to happen. ''Nothing... Why? What changed?'' She said as she picked up a spoon. She looked the same as she did when she walked down the stairs this morning, blonde, straight hair with blue eyes. As it was a Saturday, she had decided to wear a red and white polka dot, knee length, halter- neck dress with glittering red pumps. ''Nothing... It's just... You seemed spaced, that's all...'' He said as he grabbed the last slice of toast before Ron did. Ron's cry of ''OI!'' was nearly drowned out by Hermione, Ginny and Luna's laughter. ''She was... Probably thinking... About something... Ginny said...'' Hermione managed to get out through her laughter while Ginny wiped away tears and Alicia ducked her head. ''What was that?'' Jamie asked as he turned round to face the four girls, three of which laughed even harder than ever as Jamie grinned at them. ''I wanna know now...'' He said as he took a bite of toast. 'Ginny asked about if we were planning to have any kids...' At that, Jamie started choking on the toast and Harry smacked him on the back. ''What the- ? First Alicia knocks her cup over and now Jamie's choking... Ginny, BREATHING is a good idea!'' He said as he turned to look at Ginny, tears pouring down her face as she turned a faint pink colour. ''Seriously, what is so funny you three...?'' He asked as Jamie turned to look at Alicia. 'Really? That's it? And what did you say?' 'Umm... That I hadn't thought about it much... What about you?' She refused to look up at him and focused on cutting the white of her fried egg without bursting the yolk. ''Oi, I'm going up to the common room... I'll meet you out by the Lake later...'' He said as Harry, Ron, Luna, Ginny and Hermione stood up. The three girls still laughing and clinging to each other. ''Alright then... Alicia? You coming?'' Ron said as he eyed the laughing girls cautiously. ''I think I'll go change if we're going to the Lake... Somehow I don't think I can trust them three'' She said quickly as she stood up. ''Alright... Se you later then'' Harry said as Ron directed the girls out the doors and Jamie headed off up the stairs. Catching up to him, Alicia turned to look back at the girls. Laughing still. ''Why are you going up to the common room?'' She asked as he caught her hand with his. ''So I can talk to you... And I don't think you'll need to change... The others look like they won't be able to control their laughter for a while...'' He said as a smile twitched at the corner of his lips. ''It's not even funny!'' Alicia said as they turned a corner and the Fat Lady came into view. ''Belladonna'' Jamie said and the Fat Lady swung inwards to let them enter the common room. ''Oh, did I tell you that I really like that dress?'' Jamie said as he pulled Alicia round so she was in front of him. ''Really? I thought it was a bit old fashioned when I got it... It was a birthday present last year from...'' She said but Jamie had leaned down and kissed her. This wasn't like any of the other kisses. The kiss started off light and then begun to get more aggressive. Soon, they had worked their way onto the couch. Jamie sitting back into the couch with his arms round Alicia's waist and her on his lap with her arms round his neck, pulling him towards her while he pulled her towards him. Jamie moved a hand up Alicia's back slowly, right up to the hair band that tied the long blonde air away from her face. Carefully, he pulled it out so that her hair swung down to her back and over her shoulders. In return, Alicia's hand made it's way down to Jamie's chest and rested there as he pulled her closer still, his hand resting on the base of her neck. Ginny, Hermione and Luna couldn't stop laughing as they walked across the grounds towards the Lake. Harry and Ron followed them. As they reached the lake, the laughter seemed to fade away and the boys thought it safe to be near them again. ''Are you going to tell us what was so funny?'' Ron asked as he sat down on a large rock beside the bank. ''We can't! It's not our business really... You'll have to ask Jamie or Alicia...'' Ginny said as Luna and Hermione tried not to giggle unsuccessfully. ''That makes me think that I don't want to know...'' Harry said as he leaned against the oak tree behind him. After they had been down at the Lake for 20 minutes; talking, laughing and Harry ending up in the lake twice, Hermione asked a question that they all seemed to be thinking. ''Where are they already?!?'' They all looked at each other and shrugged. ''I mean, I want to go and find them but I don't at the same time...'' This comment brought up the laughter again, ending that conversation with Ginny being pushed into the water by Harry. ''Alicia? What's wrong?'' Jamie asked, surprised by the way Alicia had suddenly frozen. Pulling away from her, he saw the blue eyes from earlier change to a shocking pink. I'll post again tomorrow... Jamie watched as Alicia's hair went from blonde to jet black and spoke up again when her eyes went to a deep red. ''Alicia? What did you see?'' He hated this side of Alicia. This was her temper coming through. ''The others... We need to get them and go... I want to drop in on someone'' She spat as she stood up, pulling her hair back up into a ponytail. ''I'm going to get changed... I can't fly in this dress...'' And with that, she had sped off up the stairs. Jamie stared after her for a few seconds before turning and walking out of the common room. As he reached the corridor, Alicia fell out the portrait hole. ''I thought you said that you couldn't fly in a dress?'' Jamie said as he took in Alicia's black dress over red jeans. This dress was more closely fitted than the first. ''Actually, I said I couldn't fly in THAT dress... This dress is different... Hurry up... There's not much time'' She said quckly and they started to run. Harry sighed as he looked at his watch for the fifteenth time. ''I'm going to find them now... Never mind'' He said as Jamie ran towards them. ''Finally! Where have you two- OI!'' Ron shouted as Jamie and Alicia ran straight past them and towards the forest. ''Come on...'' Jamie shouted back at them. The others looked at each other quickly before following. As they caught up with the two in front, Harry realised where they were heading. ''The Thestral Paddock? Why are we going there?'' ''We're flying somewhere...'' Was all that Jamie could tell him. Alicia didn't turn round or speak to the others. he was totally focused on getting to wherever she wanted to be. ''Alicia? What's up?'' Hermione breathed as they skidded to a stop at the gate, which Alicia had opened with a single wave of her hand. Now everyone knew something was up because the only time Alicia used wandless magic was when she was mad. ''A friend has decided to stay still long enough for me to see them... And we're going to pay them a little visit'' She spat as she climbed up on the nearest Theastral. ''And who would that be?'' Ginny said as Harry pulled her onto the skeletal like horse. ''Professor Severus Snape'' Snape sat down on the couch, watching the glass in front of him. He knew that the girl would of seen what had happened to her brother and that the rest of her family were now captured. He also knew that Dumbledore had found out where he had decided to place his faith. As his eyes watched the honey coloured liquid in front of him, his ears waited to hear the sound of someone soaring through the air or the pop of someone apparting. What he didn't expect to hear was the loud explosion echoing from the front hall and the loud shout that came after it. ''SNAPE!'' I printed off Chapters 1- 17 earlier today and gave them to my English teacher as my coursework... She wasn't very happy with me... She only wanted the first chapter... And then my Technology Construction teacher told me to et it copyrighted and to see if I can get it published!?! I said no... XD Maybe if I wrote a story all by myself and then got Lilly to check it... Naa! I'd never pull it off! Landing was easy. The hard part was trying to stop Alicia. It took all six of them to stop her running in to the building and pinning Snape up the wall. She did blow half the front of the house off though... ''SNAPE!'' She screamed as Jamie flung his arms round her waist and Harry grabbed her left wrist while Ron grabbed the right. Hermione and Ginny had moved so that they were standing in front of her while Luna rested a restraining hand on her shoulder. ''LET GO! SNAPE! COME AND FACE ME! JAMIE, LET ME GO'' She shouted as she fought against them. ''NO ALICIA! YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THIS!'' Jamie shouted back. ''THIS ISN'T LIKE YOU!'' She relaxed in their grip and everyone moved away slightly apart from Jamie. As soon as Harry had let go of her wrist, he regretted it. She pushed out with both hands and all six of them flew backwards into the rubble or each other. Jamie looked up in time to watch Alicia step forward towards the living room. ''ALICIA!'' He called to her but she didn't turn round. Snape looked up from the lass into the bright light, listening to the yells and shouts coming from the garden without hearing them. As he went to stand up from the couch, he saw a blonde haired girl walk into the room before everything was a blur. As the girl stepped into the room, he was thrown backwards off the couch and was pinned against the wall behind him. ''Snape...'' He knew this girl. He recognised her voice. She was one of the seven they had to fight, the one who's brother was killed a few weeks ago in front of his eyes. ''Miss Daniels. May I say that Blonde suits you more than the usual red and blue.'' He said as he looked down at her. ''Thank you. Now, if you don't mind, I would like t know why you attacked my house and Family'' She said as she sat down on the arm of a chair opposite him. ''That was our way of making sure we could trust you in the future. Make the wrong choices and people can die. Your brother made the wrong choice by trying to talk to us. Fenrir decided that th Werewolf population was beginning to get over crowded...'' As Snape was talking, Jamie had run into the room, stopping dead as he listened to his teacher talking. ''So you're planning on torturing the rest of them until I do what you want?'' Alicia said calmly as Jamie's temper was growing slowly. He didn't know that he hated the man in front of him this much. ''That would be the plan. Good afternoon Mr. Starlight'' Snape added on at the end of his sentence as he looked over at him slightly. ''Professor, or should I say Death Eater?'' He spat as he glared up at him. Alicia didn't turn to look at him as he spoke. Snape noticed this and his smirk seemed to make Jamie even madder. ''Fighting, are we?'' He said with a slight ring of laughter in his voice. Alicia shook her head and Snape directed his attention back to her. ''Yes. The plan is to use your family to make you choose the path we want. Of course, we will ask first. Call it blackmail if you wish'' He spoke calmly as well. It was like jamie was the only one truly mad in the room. Outside, Jamie could hear Ginny shouting somthing but was more interested in Harry's shouting. ''JAMIE! SHE'S BLOCKING US! ALICIA'S NOT LETTING US IN!'' Jamie turned to look at Alicia. She seemed oblivious to Harry's shouts whereas Snape seemed to enjoy them. ''What's Potter done Daniels?'' He seemed pleased that Harry wasn't in the room though. ''Can I say that our visit has come at an awkward time? You see, I'm expecting Bella, Cissy and Lucius over shortly'' Alicia smiled. ''I know. I would like to speak to them too... If you don't mind me staying. I'll make sure that the others won't gate crash your party. It will just be Jamie and me'' She said as Jamie turned towards her. 'Have you lost your mind! Outside you wanted to kill him! Now your being polite to him... And can you let th others in now please... I've got a plan...' A smile appeared on Alicia's face as she looked over the plan in Jamie's mind. Snape looked from her to Jamie and back. ''I don't see why the Dark Lord doesn't keep you Daniels... So much power in a Mudblood... Maybe he could look over that...'' At his words, Alicia's smile vanished and Jamie snapped. ''DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK TO HER LIKE THAT!'' He said as he raised his wand at him. Alicia stood up and walked towards Jamie. ''Calmly... He knows that will never happen'' She said as she rested a hand on his outstretched arm. ''Starlight, it doesn't matter how I speak to her, the last memory of you he will ever have will be your dying moment'' Snape said slowly. Then Alicia snapped. ''NO!'' Before Jamie could stop her, she had raised a hand and directed it towards him. Jamie was thrown backwards as Snape laughed. He hit something that splintered underneath him. Looking down he saw a smashed up table. ''JAMIE! ALICIA!'' Harry's voice sounded behind them, signaling that Alicia's barrier was gone. Jamie turned round as Ginny, Hermione and Luna entered the room. Looking round at Alicia, he could see what she was about to do in her eyes. ''NEVER THREATEN HIM!''She screeched as she pointed a large pile of bricks and rubble, which rose into the air behind her. Jamie scrambled to his feet and ran towards the girls shouting. ''LOOK AWAY! DON'T WATCH!'' As he reached them, he turned back to Alicia. ''ALI! NO, DON'T DO IT! NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO ME! DON'T-'' He cringed and closed his eyes as Alicia's upturned hands opened and the fly debris flew at a now scared Snape. ''Do it...'' He finished his sentence as he felt Luna's grip on his arm tighten slightly. Alicia stood with her back to the others. Her shoulders were shaking and her head was hanging. Luna stepped forwards quickly as she started swaying. ''It's okay Alicia... It's okay...'' She said as the girl blacked out in her arms. ''We need to leave now before the others come...'' Jamie said as he helped Luna get Alicia out the room. Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny followed behind them. None of them looked backed. Maybe in the next post I'll add a few new (And old) faces... I posted in yours... *Scowls at favourite person ever* How could you! The news that Snape had been killed was wide spread. The story that was repeated round the school was that his fellow Death Eaters had turned on him, with gruesome results. Only eight people seemed to know what really happened. The seven had gone straight to Dumbledore when they arrived back at the school. They had told him what had happened. He had told them to go along with any story they heard. Alicia and Jamie had spent two whole weeks locked in a room. Whenever someone walked past the door they could hear crying or shouting from inside. Harry and Ginny focused on practicing. They were now going down to the Room of Requirement every day. Hermione was studying again, pulling Ron into it as well. They spent most of the time either in the library or at the small tables in the common room. Luna had been spending most of her free time with Naomi again. It turned out, that ever since Luna left, Charlotte had started on her. ''Just try to ignore her Nay...'' Luna said as they sat cross- legged in the center of the Ravenclaw common room. ''That is easier said than done Luna... You know that.'' Naomi had said as she flipped her chocolate hair over her shoulder. ''I'm starting to miss you now...'' She added. ''I know... I miss you too... But I have to stay with the others... We can see each other whenever... We've still got those free lessons as well'' Luna said as she watched her friend. Then an idea hit. ''Nay, I know that we haven't spoken in ages but I have to go find Alicia! I promise I'll be right back! Actually... You might want to come along...'' She said as she jumped to her feet and held out a hand. ''Whatever... I'll beat you next time'' Alicia said as she crossed her arms over her chest. ''It's called WIZARDS chess for a reason Alicia...'' Ron said as he cleared the table. ''Luna's coming...'' Alicia said suddenly. A minute later, the portrait hole burst open and two girls ran in, one stopping and looking round while the other headed for the group at the table. ''Luna, what's the problem?'' Alicia asked before she could even com to a stop. ''I just thought... We know that the battle's here right? We also know that some students will fight... But none of them know how! They won't last 5 minutes! Look, Nay! Come here for a minute!'' Luna called to Naomi over her shoulder. Naomi walked over and waved at the six Gryffindors in front of her before turning to Luna. ''What?'' ''Don't take this personally...'' She warned before drawing her wand at pointing it at her. Naomi drew her own wand automatically. ''Luna, I get where your going... Naomi? Can ou come here for a minute?'' Alicia asked as Luna smiled and put her wand back behind her ear while Naomi placed hers in her pocket and walked closer to Alicia. As soon as Naomi was close enough, Alicia placed a hand on her cheek. her silver eyes turned pink. After a couple of minutes, they turned luminous orange. ''What did you see?'' Jamie asked quickly, receiving a glare from Alicia before she answered. It wasn't that they were fighting, it was that comment was getting to Alicia... ''Naomi practicing with Luna... Actually, I saw the D.A'' She said. ''The D.A? Really?'' Harry said as he stared at her. ''Yep. The D.A... Only... Much bigger'' She added on as she looked at him. ''How much bigger?'' Ginny asked as she watched Naomi take in her surroundings again. ''All the students in school bigger... Oh, and the teachers'' Alicia said as she ducked her head slightly at the look on Harry's face. ''What! No. Not going to happen...'' He started to argue but Alicia carried on over him. ''It's not just you this time Harry! It's all seven of us teaching them! We're doing it the Great Hall when they have Potions! It means dropping out of our subjects we've still got but at least they'll learn how to protect themselves!'' ''Do they always do that?'' Naomi said quietly to Luna, who nodded as she smiled. ''Ugh! Fine! Let's go tell Dumbledore...'' Harry said as he gave in to Alicia's puppy dog eyes. She grinned at him beore standing up. Dumbledore had agreed straight away. Ron and Hermione were sent to put notices up in the common rooms saying that when the students were supposed to have Potions, they were to go to the Great Hall. Alicia had started to make write down lists of spells that she would need to remember while Ginny made a large banner to go across the front of the Hall. It read: DUMBLEDORE'S ARMY TRAINING LESSONS Underneath it was the house logo as well as the D.A logo. All the members of the old D.A were notified about its return. They were all very happy about it and said that they would be willing to help the others if they needed to. All too soon, Harry found himself standing in the Hall waiting for the first group of people which were some fellow Seventh Years. I hope you like it! It's all I can post now... Abi...xox |

Alicia turned to look at the doors a split second before they opened. It was only twenty people and Harry recognised Naomi standing at the back. It was Luna and Ginny's Potions class. There was no Slytherins ''Alright... Everyone ready?'' Hermione said to the others, who just nodded. ''Can you pick a partner and sit down please'' Alicia said loudly as she looked out over their first class. There was a scrambling sound and nearly everyone was paired up. ''If you haven't got a partner, can you step up here please...'' She added on the end and three students stepped up to her. A dark haired girl from Ravenclaw, a blonde girl from Hufflepuff and Naomi. ''Alright... Naomi, do you want to work with Luna?'' Jamie said and she nodded quickly. ''Right... Erm, I'm sorry I don't know your names...'' Jamie said to the two girls in front of him. ''Rebecca Mansfield'' The Hufflepuff girl said quietly as she looked at her feet. ''I'm Amy Eliots'' The Ravenclaw girl announced as she flicked her hair over her shoulder. She grinned at Jamie, who smiled back sheepishly. Alicia glared at Amy before stepping up next to Jamie and interlinking their fingers. ''You two can become a pair... Take a seat with the others please'' She said and the two girls walked away. Amy glared up at Alicia from her seat at the back of the group on. ''This is not just a lesson to fill up a free period... It's a lesson to protect you'' Alicia said as she let go of Jamie's hand and stepped forwards. ''People who were involved with the D.A, Dumbledore's Army, two years ago will know that we teach you how to defend yourself against the Dark Arts. In other words, this will be like constant practical Defence Against the Dark Arts lessons''This comment caused a ripple of sound to pass through the crowd. As Harry stepped forwards, the sound disappeared. ''We're doing this for a reason... I'm sure you remember what we said in that assembly a while back? We've found out where the Battle is taking place... well, the main part anyway... It's already started'' ''If you know where it's taking place and if its already started, why are you standing there and not fighting?'' Someone said from the center of the group. ''Because we thought that you might want to protect yourself when they start attacking you, Charlotte'' Ginny said viciously as she stared out into the crowd. ''The Battle's taking place here at Hogwarts'' She said, calm again. After everyone had gotten over the news Ginny had broken to them, Hermione had announced that they were to practice disarming. Ginny had actually tried to step down and punch Smith when he had snorted. Now, the hall was full shouts, squeals of delights and beams of light. Harry and Ginny were showing a pair of Hufflepuffs how to wave their wands, Ron and Hermione were working with Amy and Rebecca, Luna and Naomi were practicing in a corner and Jamie and Alicia were sitting at the front talking while watching the rest of the group. ''This Sunday? Are you sure?'' Alicia asked as sh watched three wands fly up in the air at the same time. ''Positive... Why?'' Jamie said as he pointed his wand at Ron's back. ''Expelliarmus'' Ron's wand jumped out his hand as he turned right round on the spot looking for whoever disarmed him. ''Behave! Anyway... Don't you think that we should concentrate on this?'' She said as Hermione summoned Ron's wand. ''Not really... I'm sure the others can manage without us for a week...'' Jamie said as Alicia tried to wrestle his wand away from him when he pointed it at Ron again. Harry and Ginny were walking round the different pairs now. Ginny looked up at Alicia and Jamie to watch Alicia levitate Jamie's wand high above their heads as they spoke. ''Wha do you think they're talking about?'' She asked as she looked back at Harry. ''I have no idea... Duck...'' Harry said as a wand whizzed close over their heads. ''Alright then... Sunday...'' Alicia said as she gave Jamie his wand back. ''I'll tell the others tonight...'' Ron collapsed into the couch. ''That was the longest day ever... And we've got to do it all over again tomorrow...'' He moaned as Hermione and Ginny sat down either side of him. ''Oh stop whining Ron... It was actually quite fun...'' Ginny said while Jamie and Alicia stood whispering in front of the fire. Harry sat down opposite Ginny and put his feet up on the table. ''We might want to spread out the range of spells we use though... I'm sure that the Seventh Years don't want to learn how to disarm others...'' ''Oh, shut up... I said that I would, didn't I?'' Alicia suddenly blurted out and then covered her mouth with her hand. ''Would what?'' Hermione asked while Ginny stared at her. ''Erm... Nothing... I'll see you later'' She said as she backed towards the stairs. She looked meanfully at Jamie before running up the stairs with Hermione and Ginny following. ''Are you going to tell us or do we have to guess?'' Ron said as Jamie sat down in Hermione's vacant seat. I'll post again later today... *Puts headphones in again* Ooh, Flo- Rida's new song... Hedwig soared over the tables in the Great Hall on Friday morning. Heavy droplets of water fell onto the students as she flew towards Harry. She let go of the large box she carried and flew out th nearest open window, afraid of being given another job. Harry caught the box before it hit the table. ''I think this is one of the dresses... Well, it was anyway'' he said as it vanished from his grip. ''Thanks... And thank Hedwig for me'' Hermione said as she opened the lid slightly to peer inside. Ron tried to peek over her shoulder. ''Ron! We've told you! Our dresses are a secret... You'll see them Sunday!'' She said as she slammed the lid down and stood up. ''I'm gonna go see if the other owls have come... I'll see you later'' She picked up a napkin full of toast, kissed Ron quickly, waved at Jamie and Harry and then walked away, the dress box tucked under her arm. ''Oh yeah... Sunday... Two days'' Harry said as he looked at Jamie, who just looked back. ''Ever since I told you in the common room the other day you've been trying to make me nervous... I'm totally cool with it Harry... Nothing you can say will make me change my mind'' He said and then grabbed more toast. A few minutes later, Ginny and Luna appeared next to Harry and Ron. ''I heard that you tried to peek at Hermione's dress?'' Luna asked Ron as she picked up a goblet. He nodded and helped himself to more eggs. ''Alicia's in the Entrance Hall... She was talking to someone so we said we'd save her a seat'' Ginny answered Jamie's unsaid question. ''I think Alicia's starting to rub off on a couple of people...'' Harry said and Ginny stuck her tongue out at him. ''Speak of the Devil...'' Ron said as he nodded towards the doors. Jamie turned round to watch as Alicia walked towards them. He smiled and waved at her when she stopped in the doorway. She didn't wave back but just stood there, staring into space. As Harry stood up, so did Jamie. Alicia blinked and then collapsed where she stood. In a blink of an eye, Jamie had jumped over the table and started running towards her. ''Alicia? Alicia!'' Jamie said as he asked as she opened her eyes and looked up at him. ''We should of got them practicing earlier... Its here'' She said and her black traveled to the bright blue ceiling above them. ''How long have we got?'' Jamie asked as he looked round at all the students sitting in the Hall. ''Well... It's 9.30 now so... About 8 hours'' |

''8? Are you sure?'' Ginny said as she stood behind Jamie. ''100 percent sure...'' She said as she looked towards the teachers table. Dumbledore looked up from his conversation with Professor Sprout and nodded at her. ''What?'' Jamie said as she sighed and put her face in her hands. ''Um... We've got to tell the school now... So that if anyone wants to practice they can'' She said without looking up at the others. 'That's not it... Promise you'll tell me later?' Alicia looked up at Jamie as he walked up the aisle between the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff tables. 'Promise...' She agreed as Ginny helped her up and they followed him. ''Can I have everyone's attention please...'' Dumbledore said as he stood up when Jamie and Harry reached the table. ''We have an announcement'' He waved at the group in front of him and then sat down. ''Alright... From our very reliable source... We've all got a problem...'' Jamie said as he turned round to face the school. ''This battle that nearly all of us are getting ready for... It's going to be here in about 8 hours... So thats how much time we've all got to practice... Even if you don't want to, there are no lessons today'' Alicia said as she looked over towards the Slytherin table. ''No lessons apart from D.A lessons outside on the lawn. If you don't want to practice, you don't have to but remember that we'll give you something to do so no- one is sitting around doing nothing'' Ginny said as she glared at the Hufflepuff table. ''So... Grab some toast and make your way outside please'' Dumbledore said as he clapped his hands and everyone stood up. Harry, Ginny, Ron, Hermione, Jamie, Alicia and Luna stood in a line in front of the school out in the cool summer air. ''If you want to practice, go stand with Ginny'' Harry shouted out as Ginny moved away towards Hagrid's. ''Anyone else, line up please and wait for one of us to give you a job'' Alicia shouted as Harry walked over to Ginny drawing his wand. There was a shuffling as the students lined up in front of her. When they were all in a line, Jamie walked up to the first person. ''Ernie, This is a list of people that can help us. I want you to copy this letter as many times as needed and send it to them. Use the school owls only'' He said as he handed over two scrolls of parchment. Ernie nodded, then turned and ran towards the school. ''Name a spell Parvati'' Ginny said as she paced at the front of the group. ''Erm... Avis?'' She said wearily. Ginny thought about it or a second then nodded. ''Yes actually... Everyone, AVIS!'' She said as she pointed her wand up at the sky. A dozen starlings erupted from her wand tip. ''Think of a bird and then cast the spell... yes, thats it Hannah, Canaries are pretty but they're not going to help'' She said as she passed the Seventh Year Hufflepuff. Soon the sky was full of birds, there was even a few eagles up there. Alicia left Jamie handing out jobs and walked towards Ginny and Harry. ''Hey guys, who cast the Eagles?'' She asked as she watched the birds above her head. ''Erm... Naomi I think...'' Ginny said as she looked into the crowd. ''Why?'' ''Can I borrow her? I've had an idea...'' She said as she continued to watch the large birds. Ginny nodded and called Naomi over. Alicia knew they had the right person when the Eagles followed the small brunette as she walked forwards. ''What's up Alicia?'' She asked as she reached her. ''Your birds, you can control them can't you?'' She asked as she looked down at the girl. ''Not really... I can tell them to do something but I can't control them like mind control... Why?'' she said as she held an arm out and a stunning golden bird landed there. ''We need to protect the school as best as we can... You think you could create as many Eagles as possible and get them to attack anyone who's not on our side?'' Naomi nodded and then skipped off towards the school. ''Try another spell now... Try Incarcerous...'' Ginny said as Alicia walked away again. She walked past Jamie, who had finished handing out jobs , and headed towards the forest. ''Ali? What are you doing?'' Jamie said as he caught up with her. ''Getting help...'' She said as she turned and smiled at him. ''I'm not sure if this will work though...'' She added on as she looked behind her. ''Where are we going?'' He asked as they stepped off the path and into the trees. ''Cover your ears... FIRENZE! BANE! MAGORIAN! RONAN!'' She shouted as she spun round on the spot. |

''We are not used to humans calling us girl'' Bane said as he stepped out of the trees straight ahead of Jamie. ''I know and I apologise. Hagrid told me that it was the only way to get your attention'' Alicia said as she stared up at the dark Centaur. ''What do you want girl? We know what is happening tonight, what you are doing out on the grounds. What do you want?'' Magorian said as he stood behind Jamie and Alicia. ''Your help. The Deatheaters will attack the forest as well as the castle, you know that. I ask for the Centaur's to help'' She said. The four Centaurs around her grouped together and spoke about it. 15 minutes after Alicia and Jamie had entered the forest, they walked out with the herd of Centaurs surrounding them. Next chapter is 2 hours before battle. |
Alicia glanced at her watch. 3:30. She watched as Neville placed one of the many plants he was carrying behind a suit of armour. ''Jamie? Remember when I had that vision earlier?'' She said as they walked through the corridors. ''Oh yeah... Is this you telling me what you saw?'' He said as he come to a stop outside the Charms classroom. She nodded and looked down. ''I saw Voldemort talking to Harry face to face... He had Ginny standing next to him... A prisoner'' She said quietly. Jamie looked round them before pulling her into the classroom. ''I'll keep an eye on them... What else?'' ''Luna unconscious... Ron fighting to save Hermione... The twins... Rosalie... Jasper... Dead'' She listed as she closed her eyes. Her face screwed up in pain as she continued. ''I heard screams... My screams... I saw you... On the floor... In front of me... hurt...'' She whispered round sobs as Jamie wrapped his arms round her. ''That won't happen... We'll get the others back, I know we will... I'll make sure that I won't get hurt... I'll keep Ginny and Luna in my sight at all times... I'll do anything, just to make you happy again...'' Jamie said as he rocked the crying girl from side to side. ''No... Just look after yourself... I'm fine... Honestly I am'' She said after a minute. There was no trace of sadness on her face now. ''Alright... A long as I get to look after you as well... We might want to tell Harry about Ginny though'' He said as an after thought. Memories of how Harry had reacted to things they had kept from him flooded their heads. ''Okay... I'll tell him now... Be careful... There's 3 hours till they arrive... And I've got a plan on how to greet them'' She said as they walked back out the room into the corridor. Harry's reaction was better than last time. All he said was that the future can change. Alicia called another meeting with everyone involved, which had to be held in the Hall as the students were there. ''Right... When they get here, I'm going to be outside waiting for them, alone-'' She said but there was a loud outroar from the others. ''No. Your not going out there alone Ali...'' Jamie said as Ginny shook her head and Hermione stared at her as if she was mad. ''No- one is doing anything alone in this...'' Mrs Weasley said as Fred and George nodded in agreement. ''Right, fine then. I'll take a group out there with me then... But it will only be a small group- Don't. Mrs Weasley, hear me out'' She said as she held up a finger. Mr Weasley closed her mouth. ''As I was saying... I'm waiting outside, but there's people up at the windows waiting for my signal... There's also a group outside... Hidden from view... And then there's Naomi's Eagles...'' She said. Jamie understood what she getting at. She was the bait, to lure the Deatheaters into a trap. ''I'm with you...'' Jamie said as Alicia turned to look at him. ''I'm one of the small group'' ''Same...'' Harry, Ron, Ginny, Hermione and Luna said together. Alicia nodded. ''We'll cover the Astromony Tower'' Fred and George said as they stood up. ''We've got a few tricks up our sleeves...'' Soon, everyone had been given a group and had disappeared to whatever area they had to be in. Alicia looked at her watch again. ''Alright... We've got an hour... Lets go'' She said as she stood up and walked toward the doors, the others following behind her. ''Bring me the older girl...'' Voldemort said to Wormtail as they walked towards the metal gates of the stairs. ''Y- Yes Master...'' He stuttered and disappeared from view. A couple of minutes later, he returned dragging a blonde girl round the age of twenty by a chain which was tied to her wrists. ''What's your name Muggle?'' Voldemort's eyes seemed to glow brighter as he spoke to her. ''Rosalie Daniels'' She said strongly as she straightened her back slightly. ''Brave... Lets see how brave you are now... Say hello to your sister, Alicia'' He said to a dark shadow standing just inside the gate. |

Lilly, you actually made me cry with your post!! I love it so much! And now this post will hold the first part of the battle... Rosalie's head snapped round and she stared at the girl in front of her. Alicia looked like a total stranger. Black hair and eyes, tight black jeans and a tight, short sleeved shirt. One hand was a fist, the other held her wand. As they stood there, small white flakes started to fall from the sky, growing larger and larger. ''Where are the others? I was expecting to be met by the seven of you'' Voldemort said as he examined the girl. ''They're waiting for me... Over there'' She said as she nodded with her head behind her. Looking over, Voldemort saw six outlines in the falling snow. 'Be careful...' Jamie's voice swam through Alicia's head as she glanced at her sister. ''Why have you decided to meet me alone then?'' Voldemort said quietly as he eyed the wand by her side. ''My family. Let them go'' She said as she gestured to Rosalie. ''I think not... You see, they are my way of bargaining... Surely you understand'' He said as he placed a hand on Rosalie's shoulder. She shook it off and stepped away slightly as Alicia's eyes flashed red. ''It's a miracle that your still standing now so I think you can let my sister go...'' She said as she tried to control her anger. Exploding at him now could be dangerous for Rosalie. ''And then what?'' ''I'll let you walk away from me. You can return to your followers while I return to the others... A deal if you wish'' She said. ''How can I believe that you won't go back on your word?'' She placed her wand in her pocket. ''I know that you've mastered how to use magic without a wand'' ''I value my sister's life too much to risk it over yours'' She said. 'Don't react. Walk quickly towards the others. Jamie's over there. He'll take you inside the castle where Dumbledore will protect you. Whatever you do, DON'T LOOK BACK' Rosalie didn't even blink as her sisters words echoed round her head. ''Very well... Rosalie, you may go'' Voldemort said as he stared at Alicia as she walked forwards. As she passed, Rosalie touched Alicia's hand briefly. 'RUN, NOW...' Rosalie sped up as Alicia closed her eyes and raised a hand to her head. 'JAMIE...VISION' He steppe forwards slightly as Alicia fell to her knees, her pink eyes were open and staring. ''Hmmm...'' Voldemort said to himself as he looked down upon the helpless girl. Jamie noticed this and stepped forwards again, only to be blown back by an unseen source. Looking up, he saw Rosalie cross the half way line between the two groups. He raised a wand and gave it a sliht flick. Rosalie dropped like a stone. Alicia had stood up again, face set and two red eyes staring forwards at the snake- like face opposite her. Voldemort was pushed back by a force that exploded out of the girl. ''LIAR! NO!'' She screamed as she swiped at the air. Voldemort ducked out the way just in time, causing a small beech tree behind him to explode. ''You really think I'd let her walk away alive?'' Voldemort hissed as he backed out the gates again. ''I DON'T CARE! YOU'LL DIE FOR THIS!'' She screamed at him as he melted into the blackness. She turned and ran towards the others. Skidding to a stop beside Jamie, she looked down upon Rosalie's body face down in the snow. ''Come on... We'll better be getting inside...'' Harry said as he covered the bod in a conjured white cloth. Alicia turned and walked, practically marched, into the Entrance Hall. Harry and Hemine levitated Rosalie's body into Classroom Eleven, the unused classroom on the ground floor. ''Alright... Change of plan. We attack now'' Alicia said as she entered the Great Hall. The silence broke as people stood up. ''Don't be light on them, they won't be to you. They're aiming to kill... Use any spell that comes to your head.. Even Unforgivable curses... If you don't want to kill... Stun'' They nodded and made their way to their positions. Harry looked at her momentarily. He had heard those words before. Lupin had said that to them at the Ministry right before... He pushed the thought aside quickly as Ginny turned to him. ''We've got to get outside...'' ''What are you waiting for? Them to make the first move? GO!'' Voldemort said as he glided forwards. ''Leave the Muggles...'' He said as he drew hi wand and walked towards the three small figures. Naomi walked up to the Astronomy Tower with the twins, who carried a large box between them. ''I would ask, but I'm not sure I want to know...'' She said as she pulled her wand out her pocket and directed towards the sky. A dozen Eagles appeared and started to cirle above them. ''And we think that you'd be better off not knowing'' Fred said as George pulled a packet of brown liquid out the box. ''Some of this is only proto types though'' He said as he levitated the now open packet out and tipped the contents out, down to the lawns far below, where a swap appeared. ''See them get over that Shouts of the Deatheaters were heard throughout the castle as the groups lead by Alicia, Jamie, Harry and Ginny surprised them. Flashes of light lit up the windows as they fired back. Naomi's eagles dived at their heads, ripping off masks and pulling out hair. The twins' swap claimed a couple of Deatheaters as they tried to go round the first fight. I know it's not much but still... Abi...xox |

Warning! Very Short, Unfinished Chapter ''Alicia!'' Ginny shouted over the smashing sound that was a window behind them. Their fight had managed to crawl closer to the school. ''Have you seen Luna or Harry?'' ''No! Why? Are they missing? PROGETO!'' She said as she deflected another stunner. ''Yeah... I've looked everywhere!'' She sounded upset now. ''One minute...'' She waved her wand and the Deatheater she was fighting crumpled and fell. ''Right... I think I know where Luna is... Stay with me Ginny'' Alicia turned and back towards Hagrid's where Harry and Luna were supposed to be fighting. A dark shape was visible in the white snow. ''There! That's Luna there... She's been hit by something on the left side of her head and was knocked out... I've seen this...'' Alicia closed her eyes and swore loudly as Ginny picked Luna up and carried her into Hagrid's. ''Ginny! Whatever you do, don't leave my sight! If you do, pray that Jamie or Harry finds you!'' She said quickly as she grabbed Ginny's arm and pulled her towards the school. ''Alicia! What's going on?'' Ginny said as she stumbled up the stairs. Alicia spoke quickly as she dragged her through the castle, telling her everything that she had told Jamie. Voldemort apparated back to the Malfoy Manor with Jasper, Alice and Edward. He locked them in a small cell below the living room while he paced round a study thinking. Hi everyone! I promise, as a thank you for reading, I'll add you all in to a story... Hopefully, in a couple of weeks, my newest one is popping up somewhere... I can't actually write anymore... Alicia finished as they rounded the corner and saw Ron and Hermione. ''OI! Have you seen-'' Alicia said as thy skidded to a halt in front of them. ''Harry? No... I was about to ask the same question. We found his jumper though...'' Hermione said as she held out a light blue hoodie. Alicia took the jumper and her eyes jumped to pink. A few seconds later they turned red. 'I'll kill him! I really will!'' Alicia said as she turned and ran back the way she came, drawing her wand as she went. ''Alicia! Kill who?'' Ginny said as she went to follow. ''Voldemort. You stay with them... I'll get Harry back'' And she turned the corner at full speed. Voldemort returned to the basement. He opened the door to Jasper, Alice and Edward as well as th one opposite them. ''Lets go find Alicia, shall we?'' And with that, he apparated the five Muggles to Hogwarts. Harry was gagged and bound to a tree close by. He tied the others to another tree and walked towards the Lake where a small figure was barely noticable threw the heavy snow. ''Alicia, what do I own the pleasure?'' He said as he drew nearer. ''Release Harry. Release my brothers and sister. Now'' She was practically shaking with anger as she stood opposite him. ''I can't do that. You knew that anyway'' He said as she nodded. ''Yes. I saw that you wouldn't let them go without a deal'' Her red eyes closed and then opened to reveal a bright blue. ''A swap. Let them go and you can have me'' She held up her wand and dropped it into the deep snow. ''Very well...'' Voldemort magically tied her hands behind her back and led her to the tree where Harry was tied. ''You are a fair swap for our brothers and sister. Not Potter though...'' He said as he gagged her. The blue melted into red again as she stared up at him. Voldemort walked into the darkness for a second and then returned with Jasper, Alice and Edward. As soon as they saw Alicia, they started crying. ''Alicia...'' Jasper said as Alice started to run towards her. Voldemort flicked his wand at the small child and she dropped like her oldest sister. Alicia's scream was muffled by the material in her mouth and she fought against the rope bounding her to the tree next to Harry. Voldemort flicked his wand twice and the two boys dropped as well. Alicia's eyes were a mixture of red and clear. As she fought against the ropes, Voldemort stepped away again. ''I've just thought... Who's going to tell the others that I have you as well as Potter?'' He returned with two adults who were shocked to see Alicia standing tied to a tree. As soon as she see them, Alicia froze and stopped screaming. She shook her head, begging with her eyes. ''What are your names?'' Voldemort said as he kept his eye on Alicia. ''Amii Daniels'' ''James Daniels, what are you going to do with our daughter?'' ''The same as I did to her brothers and sisters,'' He gestured to the three bodies. ''The same as I'm going to do with Mr Potter there'' He said as he nodded towards Harry. Alicia looked at her mother as she stared at the dark shapes in the snow. ''Jasper? Alice? Edward?'' She looked at Alicia ho nodded, tears spilling down over her cheeks. ''Rosalie?'' When Alicia nodded again, her mother bowed her head. Voldemort laughed quietly as he flicked his wand. The woman dropped like the rest of her family. Alicia closed her eyes and looked away, only to look back when she heard her dads voice. ''You've killed nearly all my children, my wife and you plan on killing my daughter and her friends. If you let me go, you'll only kill me as well'' Voldemort nodded once. ''Yes. You see, wiping out both the Potter and the Daniels family will help me greatly'' Alicia closed her eyes and hung her head, blocking out the rest of Voldemort's speech. ''Look, down there by the forest, who's out there? I was looking round and a flash of light caught my eye'' Naomi pointed towards three figures standing in the snow. As Fred and George looked over, another flash of green light burst through and one of the figures dropped. The light had lit up the corner and George had seen who was there easily. ''You- Know- Who's out there... He's got Harry and Alicia tied to a tree... It looks like there's a Muggle with him...'' H said as the tins turned to Naomi. ''Nay, do you think you can watch them while we find the others?'' ''Sure! I'll send some friends down to play as well'' She smiled as ten bronze birds plummeted towards the corner she was watching. I seem to have my brain back again... YAY! Abi...xox |

As Voldemort sent her father away into the darkness, Alicia remembered Harry next to her. 'Harry, you okay?' She nudged his shoulder lightly. 'Harry? Harry?' She started to worry as she nudged him again. Still no reply. She looked up at Voldemort with worried eyes. ''He's not dead yet. Just unconscious... It was how Bella left him'' Alicia's eyes narrowed as she heard Bellatrix's name. So that's why Harry had disappeared in the first place... Her thoughts changed as a large bronze bird fluttered down onto a branch nearby. She closed her eyes and concentrated on Naomi. Keeping her eyes trained on the corner, Naomi sent a flock of eagles towards the main fight. As she turned away from the edge of the tower, she screamed. ''ALICIA!'' She clutched at her heart as she looked at the girl in front of her. ''Sort of... I'm astro- projecting right now. I haven't got long. Tell the others that my dad's looking for them. Tell Jamie not to try and rescue me. I'm fine for now. I gave myself in! Harry's fine as well... Just knocked out. I'll tell him what's going on when he wakes up. If Jamie asks about Rosalie and the twins, tell him that they're dead. Same goes with my mum'' She said quickly as she peered towards the corner. ''We thought something had happened. I'm keeping tabs on the corner you're in. The green lights gave you away. Are you okay?'' She said as she followed her gaze. ''If Jamie asks, I'm fine... Between you and me, No. I don't think I'll ever be able to get over this... He killed them at my feet... He's planning on killing my dad as well... I'm going soon after though, even if I have to beg'' She said softly as she watched Naomi's face change. ''NO! Alicia! You can't!'' Naomi was on the verge of tears as Alicia spun to look towards where she was supposed to be. ''Look, tell the others what I told you. Tell Jamie I'm fine and to come and find me until every thing's over... Tell him I lov him... Bye Nay...'' Alicia started to disappear as Naomi ran towards her, tearing pouring down her face. As she ran, Naomi replayed what had just happened until she ran into Hermione. ''Naomi? What's wrong?'' She said as she gripped the girls shoulders. Alicia snapped her head up as the rope tying her to the tree loosened and the gag vanished from her mouth. She caught Harry before he hit the ground. ''I think that a little walk should give us time...'' Voldemort said as he tapped the rope in his hand. It attached itself round Alicia's tied hands and started pulling her forwards. She was followed, dragging Harry. ''Time for what?'' She said as she looked up slightly. ''This to end... Time to think'' Voldemort said as he waved is hand towards the fight in the background. The flashes of light issuing before them were familiar to Alicia. ''I've seen this...'' She said quietly as she shifted Harry's weight. ''Harry, come on... Wake up already!'' She said as she shook him slightly. ''This will do'' Voldemort said as he stopped by another tree, this time closer to the fight. ''I would give you another option apart from death, but then it wouldn't be much fun...'' He said as he flicked his wand. Alicia's wand flew into his outstretched hand. Another flick of his wand and she was untied. He threw her wand at her. ''Lets see how much you learnt'' She caught her wand before dragging Harry over to the nearest tree. ''I'm sorry...'' She said as she tied him to it. She didn't want him to try and stop what was going to happen. She raised her wand above her head as she faced Voldemort. They stood still for a moment before the duel began. ''NO! SHE CAN'T! WE'VE GOT TO STOP HER!'' Hermione shouted as her and Naomi ran through the corridors calling Jamie. ''But she said not to!'' Naomi said as she sent a stunner towards a Deatheater fighting Hannah Abbott by the front doors. ''I don't care! JAMIE!'' Hermione screamed as she waved frantically. ''ALICIA'S-'' She couldn't get the rest out as a spell missed her by inches. ''What!'' Jamie said as he looked towards them. Naomi ran to him and spoke quickly. ''Alicia and Harry have been captured and are now being held with Voldemort. He's moved them but I'm not sure where they are! Jamie, she's planning on dying! Voldemort's going to kill them both!'' Jamie stood there staring into the darkness with a horrified expression fixed on his face for a minute before turning and darting off towards the forest. Hermione and Naomi looked at each other before following him. I'll post asap! Abi...xox |
