Hey this is my first ff so go easy on me.
This one is taking place 22 years after Harry's victory over Voldemort and three years after the scene in Kings Cross, where Harry's sons are going to Hogwarts.

DISCLAIMER: This is completely J.K.R 's work and I have nothing to do with it. The only characters that belong to me are the one of Matthias and Artemis.....Please restrain from taking any of my original ideas and plots from this story....Thanks!!!!

Chapter 1

"C'mon Harry, we have to go!" Hermione said impatiently. It was late in the afternoon and Harry Potter was still going through his report about his last mission in his office.
"You know if someone had told me years ago that you'd be the one encouraging me not to finish my work I’d have called them crazy".
"Yes, but the kids are arriving any minute now!"
"The kids are arriving in two hours!" Harry said still not moving from his chair. He knew that once his kids were back for the summer he wouldn't be able to get any work done and he wanted to finish everything he had left so noone from the office would come bothering him during the summer break. He had promised his kids that this summer they could all go away together and he didn't want to let them down, especially Lily.
"Harry, you do know that there are other aurors except you and me to take care of stuff, right?" Hermione persisted.
"Well, it's easy for you to be like this. You've had all the week to get your work done, I came back from Mexico yesterday!" he sighed but stood up. "I hate this job!" he complained.
"No, you don't", laughed Hermione. "You love it! Come on we have to pick up your lovely wife!"
"What about Ron?"
"He and George are waiting for a new order today, so he'll meet us there".
"So I cannot be late but he can?"
"Yes because when he says he'll meet us there he means he'll meet us there" she said walking towards the elevator. "When you say something like that you never..." she cut her sentence short as the doors of the elevator opened and their supervisor bursted in.
"Good, you two are still here" said the old wrinkled man. He was about seventy years old. Too old to be Head of the department but it was a common secret that they'll make him retire soon.
"Actually we were just leaving" Hermione said. She knew that it was easy for him to cancel their days off so she wanted to leave as soon as possible. She just wished that Harry wouldn't...
"What's going on?" asked Harry and Hermione sighed. As Matthias Barge, their supervisor, walked towards the nearest desk she mouthed to Harry:"Ginny is going to kill you!"
"There's something I haven't told you", said the man turning to face them. He seemed really worried. More worried than any of them had ever seen him be. Hermione walked towards him forgetting about her rush.
"Are you going to tell us what that thing I collected in Mexico was?" Harry said full of curiosity.
"No", he said briefly disappointing Harry. "There were some murders that used to concern me. They all seemed to have a connection, a rather disturbing connection".
"Okay, wait a minute. Why are you talking to us about common homicides? I thought that new recruited aurors were dealing with such simple issues. Or are we the only ones still in the building?" Hermione said giving Harry an angry look.
"This was never a simple issue, but as you said it wasn't your area of expertise so I haven't told you anything, although now I think I should have".
"Fine then" Hermione gave in, while Harry was sitting on his desk. When she sat next to him the old man continued.
"I believe you remember the murder of your friend Dean Thomas six months ago?"
"Of course, how could we forget?" Harry said sadly.
"Well it appears that his death is linked with nine others".
"Nine?" Hermione said in disbelief.
"You've got any lead on the killer?" asked Harry. "And how is it linked?"
"Well, all of the victims or someone related to them seemed to be involved in..."Matthias hesitated.
"In what?" Harry asked with a bad feeling growing inside him.
"In Voldemort's fall".
"What? And you're telling me this now?" Harry said outraged as Hermione was bringing her hand on her mouth.
"It was just an assumption until a couple of hours ago".
"You still ought to tell me!"
"What do you mean 'a couple of hours ago'?" Hermione asked not so sure she wanted to hear the answer.
"A new group of Death Eaters took the entire blame for the ten deaths", Matthias gave the answer.
"What?" Harry whispered, all the color draining from his face.
"But we we...the two of us captured the last escaping Death Eaters almost seven years ago" Hermione said perfectly convinced this was a mistake.
"That's why I said they were a new group".
"But Voldemort is dead", insisted the woman.
"They have a new leader. We do not know his real name but he calls himself...'Apostollo'" explained Matthias.
"But Matthias we shouldn't be worried right? I mean, it's only shocking because they call themselves that. We have faced a team of murderers before".
"Yes Hermione but in his letter that 'Apostollo' said that they came out in open just because they've gotten strong now. He said they are to continue their work until they take full revenge".
Silence fell like snow among them. Harry was still shocked. He couldn't believe that after all of those years the past would come back to haunt him. Death Eaters were back. They had killed Dean and nine others. And who the hell that 'Apostollo' was? They wanted revenge and surely he was the first person they would seek it from. So that was how Dean's mysterious death was explained. Harry felt his heart pounding hard against his chest. Mysterious deaths...that was how it started the last time. All the victims or someone related to them was involved in Voltemort's fall. Someone related. Related...
"The kids!" He yelled in agony, jumping out of both his desk and his shock.

Angie.!!!!!! That scene with Scorpious "dying" was sad, and moving at the same time...and now he's alive, maybe Draco will actually be nice to him! Way to make him have a change of heart...I'm proud at 'chu!! So...Ginny better be okay...PAMS!!!!

OMG!!!!! I'm so sorry I haven't posted all this time but I'm going crazy with my exams!!!! I hope I'll be able to post a new chapter tomorrow or the next day....so sorry.....please don't give up on me!!!!!!!!!

Chapter 25 (The Potters die today part 1)

"Aunt Hermione?"
"Over here!" Hermione yelled getting out of the car. "Oh, God, Ron!"
"He's gonna be okay", said James.
"Yeah, I hope so", Hermione nodded raising her wand and taking control over Ron's floating body. She waved her wand and landed him in the backseat o the car. "Okay, so listen, I would apparate but you can't so I'm gonna creat a Portkey to the hospital for all of us", she said and unbuttoned her bracelet and then hit it with her wand, then grabbed Ron's hand. "Okay, kids gather in a circle".
"Wait, aunt, maybe you shouldn't come! I mean you're still wanted for betrayal, you can't actually appear at public", Albus pointed out.
"I'm not leaving Ron. Don't worry, Teddy will find a way to cover for me...come on now", she said. "Okay, grab the bracelet, I'll count to three and it will transfer us to the hospital, just don't let go".
They did as they were told and she started counting backwards. Three seconds is not a lot of time but it was enough for James to make up his mind. Right before Hermione reached three he let go of the Portkey.
"No, James, I said don't..." but the Portkey worked and they were gone. James sighed.
"Sorry, aunt, but I just can't let Dolohov go".

Ginny was walking up and down in front of the stairs in the empty now hall talking and arguing with herself, while Lilly was following her with her eyes as she sat on the last step.
"The auror said that someone died...I gotta go and check if Harry is okay...then again if he is okay, he's gonna be so angry that I didn't stay here...but how does he expects me to stay back without knowing what the hell is going on? Of course, if I get hurt, the baby gets hurt and there's Lilly too...but what if something happened to Harry?"
"Mum, you said it yourself that nothing happened to him, calm down", Lilly said.
"But what if I was wrong? What if he's in danger?"
"Okay, say that daddy is in danger, what good would a five months pregnant half-crazed by hormones woman and a girl in her second year at Hogwarts do to him?"
"Hey, young lady, did you just called your mother crazy?" Ginny asked raising her left eyebrow.
"Just kidding", the girl smiled but Ginny just exhaled.
"Oh, I can't take this! I need to know what happened to Harry!"
"Do you want me to fill you in, darling?"
Dolohov was standing right at the top of the stairs with a smug smiled across his face. Lilly jumped up and run next to her mother.
"Um...no thanks, we're good", Lilly said dismissively.
"Honey, I don't think that a diplomatic approach helps us much right now", Ginny pointed out as they started taking some steps back and Dolohov started climbing down the stairs.
"A girl had to try, right?" Lilly shrugged.
"No arguments here", Ginny nodded and before Dolohov could make the first move she raised her wand and sent a curse after him. He managed to protect himself but the force of the curse made him fell down. He got up with the smug smile still printed on his face.
"That wasn't very nice", he grinned and raised his own wand. Ginny dragged Lilly behind her. Lilly closed her eyes but she heard the bang and it was bigger than she thought. When she opened them she gasped.
"Daddy!"
Harry had come behind Dolohov and cursed him all the was down the stairs and across the hall, where he stayed motionless.
"Well, it was about time", Ginny grunted when Harry reached her.
"Yeah, I love you too", Harry laughed hugging her. "Come on, we gotta get out of here before..."
The door at the left exploded and the three Potters turned to see. Artemis stepped in the room followed by Yaxley and two more Death Eaters.
"...before exactly that happens", Harry finished his sentence and quickly hid Ginny and Lilly behind him.
"What's going on? What is she doing here?" Ginny whispered in his ear, but loud enough for Artemis to hear.
"I'm enjoying the party actually", she replied. "Isn't this night splendid?" she laughed and Harry rolled his eyes.
"You are getting on my nerves", Harry informed her.
"Honey, are you gonna tell me what's going on or should I go read a fortune cookie for more information?"
"Okay, okay, Artemis is Apostollo", Harry replied.
"WHAT?"
"Surprise!" Artemis laughed.
"Ha! No surprise at all! I knew you were evil, I knew it!" Ginny exclaimed and then shook Harry. "I told you, didn't I?"
"And you haven't even heard the whole story yet".
"Let me get this straight", Lilly interrupted. "The blonde, creepy lady is a bad guy?"
"Right", Artemis smiled. "The worst of them all".
"Now you're sounding like Snow White's wicked step mother, girl", Ginny said sarcastically.
"Oh, do I?" Artemis asked without losing her smile. "I guess I do. Do you wanna try a poisoned apple?"
And with that she attacked. Harry shielded them from Artemis' curse but there were more on their way, since the other Death Eaters attacked at the same time as their mistress.

"I can't believe that James let go of the Portkey!" Hermione said exasperated.
They were sitting in the waiting room at the hospital, waiting for Teddy to fill them in about Ron, but since everything seemed okay with her husband, Hermione was more concerned about James at the moment.
"There are Death Eaters out there! It's dangerous! What was he thinking?" Hermione continued.
"Newsflash aunt Hermione: James never thinks!" Roxanne said shrugging.
"Oh, if anything happens to him again, Harry will kill me!"
"He's gonna be okay", Albus said confidently. "I mean, mum and dad are still there to protect him, don't worry".
"I wish you are right".
"I am", he nodded. "In fact, why don't you wait here and we'll go find something to eat. Food always makes things look better".
"Oh, now you sound just like Ron", she said closing her eyes tiredly.
She stayed with her eyes closed so Albus grabbed Roxanne's hand and dragged her out of the room. They walked until the next corner and then Albus stopped and turned to look at her.
"Okay, so we're going back?" Roxanne asked him before he could talk.
"How did you know?"
"Aunt Hermione may be too tired to realize it but your acting skills suck, Al".
"Thanks, Rox" he said ironically and then pulled the bracelet from his pocket.
"You know James is not gonna like..."
"James is getting our help whether he likes it or not!"

Harry had managed to keep Ginny and Lilly away from Artemis' curses and he and Ginny took two Death Eaters down; only Artemis and Yaxley were left to fight, but they sure were enough. Harry was fighting with Artemis again, trying to keep her away from Ginny, while Ginny was fighting Yaxley off.
"How long do you think you can keep on shieldind yourself and your little girl, missy?"
"Long enough to shut you up!" Ginny yelled angrily and with that her curse hit Yaxley and threw him to the opposite wall, he fell on the floor and stayed there. "Damn, I hate to be called missy!"
"Whoa, mom, amazing!"
"Stay back Lills, there's still..."
"Expelliarmus!"
Ginny's wand flew off her hand and across the room next to the door. Dolohov had regained his senses and attacked Ginny from behind.
"Well, well, look who's let without a wand!" Dolohov smirked and raised his own.
"No!"
Harry threw Artemis backwards just in time to manage to shoot a curse at Dolohov before he attacks Ginny again. Dolohov used a protective spell and turned to face Harry, while Artemis was getting on her feet. Ginny took some steps back with Lilly hidden behind her back. Dolohov raised his wand to attack Harry.
"Oh, you so do not wanna be between me and my girls!" Harry said and his curse threw Dolohov back again but Artemis stopped his fall.
Harry run to Ginny and stood in front of her, just as Artemis turned to face him again.
"This is getting us nowhere, Potter", she said with a casual voice. "Give me the book and I might let your daughter live".
Harry grunted. He hated the idea of Artemis getting the book but he wanted to keep Ginny and Lilly safe way more.
"I'll give you the book", he said and Ginny gasped behind him, while Artemis' smile widened. "I'll give you the book but both my daughter and my wife get out of here".
"I knew we would get the book", Dolohov smirked.
"No deal", Artemis said as Harry was certain she would.
"But madam...?"
"I said no Dolohov!" she yelled. "The Potters die today!"

This line really made me laugh out loud!!!! Ginny is just amazing!!!!!!!!!! I hope they'll alright cause I sure don't like that title of yours....
