A generation after the defeat of the Dark Lord, the Wizarding World is starting to feel safe once again. Life goes on, children are born, and several rounds of these children have come and gone from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The professors have prepared for another calm year, but little do they know that someone within their ranks is posed to upset everything.

The year is 2037, and it has been 40 years since Voldemort fell at the hands of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. This RP will take place from the professors’ point of view, and I’d like to fill up as many roles as we want to before we start. After we’re set on who is playing who, we’ll fill the rest of the roles with names so we can all refer to the same people. References to canon characters are acceptable, although HP and co. would be almost 60 in this RP and Snape and co. would be over 80. Please provide as complete a history as possible for your characters, although the fact that this RP is for advanced players only means there is leeway for you knowing more about your character than you want to share at this time. Character secrets are great and encouraged.

Please PM me or MSN me if you are interested in joining, but a warning: all the RPers are advanced, mature members of this site who are prepared to devote time and enthusiasm to this RP. If you don’t feel you can post an adult character with good character development, post frequently daily and usually in the EST evening, or write involved posts that are grammatically correct and well-written, then please don’t sign up. We’re serious RPers and we get cranky easily. Some of us even bite.

Aria was a bit taken back when he licked her tongue. She had to laugh though it was so odd. "You've been Ricky since I decided Warrick was to long to say." and when he licked her lip she couldn't help but lick her lips as well. She leaned up and kissed him wishing she could move her hands to bring him closer.

Warrick shook his head, "Whatever you want, Aria dear." He said and laughed as she licked her own lips. He moved back down and gave her a more serious kiss. Though he was half afraid of her reaction, he did not hesitate. He moved his knees from off her arms so that he was now straddling her waist. He pulled his mouth away and looked into her eyes, waiting for her reaction.

Aria kissed him back and brought her arms around behind his neck. As he pulled away and looked at her, she stared at him and smiled then with a smirk she asked. "Why'd you stop?" and pulled him to her again letting her hands play with the back of his hair.

Warrick smiled and gave her another serious kiss. His mouth slowly moved to her jaw line, then down to her neck. His breathing grew heavier. However, before they could get too carried away, Warrick pulled away. He smiled down at the lovely creature beneathe him, kissed her lips once more, moved off her and held her close to him. He nuzzled the top of her head and watched as she drifted off to sleep. Slowly, he drifted off as well.

Ana blinked in absolute shock before standing. She couldn't help but notice that she barely reached his shoulders and she felt like a child. She was behaving like a child. "Yes, of course. Thank you."

Much as he was enjoying himself, Mark knew better than to push for more so soon. Sighing, he stood up, escorting Bebe back to her room. Tomorrow would give him the chance he needed to impress the witch. Smiling, he set off for his own bed, pushing the open file aside. That was something he could worry about tomorrow too.

He would have offerred his ar, but, didn't want her to get the impression that this was anything more than his attempt to be a bit more congenial toward his colleagues. He led them down into the dungeons and into a surprisingly bright, if not cheerful, room. "Make yourself comfortable," he said, festuring toward a couple leather chairs while he moved to the liquor cabinet. "What would you like?"

Ana might be slightly afraid of Muggles, and that might be well=known, but her Gramps Weasley was a big fan of Muggles, and in his older years had delved into Muggle alcoholic beverages. She smiled confidently and pushed a piece of stray hair over her ear. "Vodka tonic on the rocks," she said it sweetly as if ordering a glass of milk.

Doyle smiled and made the drinks. He handed her glass to her before taking a seat. "I never pegged you as one to enjoy a Muggle drink," he remarked, though it was probably more surprising for him to be aquainted with them.

"Nor I you," Ana said smoothly, taking a much larger sip than she would of if it hadn't been teh first day of school and she hadn't been trying to converse with the most challenging of men. "My grandfather is a Muggle fanatic, and my mother is Muggle-born."

"I merely enjoy a good drink and there quite a few nice Muggle pubs near the Ministry in London that I've graced after work with a few colleagues," he replied. "Other than drink, however, I never saw much need for Muggle... things," he said, for lack of a better or more polite way to put it.

Ana was tempted to ask if the colleagues were female, but she knew it was none of her concern. "I think I would enjoy teaching you about the joys of Muggle inventions," Ana said with a laugh. Her face felt warm, but it couldn't be the affect of the alcohol. She hadn't had that much... except her glass was empty. "Listen to me... you'd think I taught Muggle Studies."

"I was never given the impression that you cared that much for Muggles," he remarked, taking a casual sip of his drink and propping his feet up on a footstool. "But, why would you enjoy teaching me about them?" he asked, intrigued that she would enjoy doing anything with him.

"I don't care for Muggles on a whole, but I think I would enjoy watching you learn." That sounded awfully forward as soon as she said it, and she revised it immediately. "What I mean is... I think that your perceptions of the usefulness or enjoyableness of Muggle creations could be dramatically altered."

"I have no idea," Ana clinked the ice against the side of her glass. She stood and wandered over to the bottles, pouring her own this time... straight. "Perhaps because you're like me... stubborn and straight-laced... and I'd like to see you come a bit undone."

He walked over to her and slipped the glass from her hand. "I'm afraid you'll become a 'bit undone' if you drink much more," he said, calmly. "I had no intention of getting you drunk. I merely wished to prove that I could be sociable, if I had a mind to be."

"I am NOT drunk," Ana reached for the glass unsuccessfully, ending up leaning against his chest and staring up into his face. "I might be a little bit drunk," she admitted quietly. "Don't you think I have pretty hair?"

"Um... Yes, very pretty hair," he said, uncomfortably with one arm wrapped around her to keep her from falling over. She was more than a bit drunk if she was losing her balance. It would do no good for a student or another professor to see her like this. Why did he even bother trying? He sighed.

"You can't really see it," Ana stood and pulled the tie from her hair, letting the thick auburn waves fall down her back in a glossy waterfall. "I don't think I've been drunk in years. I'm a bit tired, though. Can I lay down?"

Doyle was at a complete loss. He hadn't been prepared for this at all. This clinched it. He was never attempting to get chatty with his colleagues again. "Over here," he said and, keeping a tight hold on her, led her over to his bed.

Ana shed her outer robes immediately and began to remove the shirt she wore underneath. "You know," she tilted her head to look at him through blurry eyes, her hair falling around her face. "I haven't had a lover in six years." She reached for him and lost her balance, falling onto the bed. Once down, she curled up in a ball and immediately went to sleep.

Doyle felt the heat rising to his face as the woman began stripping and speaking about her love life. This was not what he had in mind when he invited her here. Luckily, they were saved further embarassment when she passed out. He used his wand to remove her shoes and then pulled the covers up over her. He walked over to his chair, shed his robes which he lay across the opposite chair, and settled down for an uncomfortable night's rest.

ooc: Ern starts a new day. I think we need to seriously consider moving this RP... before we forget about it.

Ana awoke the next morning with a pounding headache and the vague sense that she'd made a fool of herself. The bed was strange, but she lay there a minute adjusting to the darkness. Finally, she looked up in fear at a noise... there was someone across the room. As soon as she could see clearly, she realized who it was and where she was, and her actions the previous night came back into focus. She leaned over the bed and retched.

Cole woke early, as always and he rolled over, as always. This time, however, he encountered Wei. His eyes flew open, and he froze, his arm around her waist, his chest against her side. He watched her sleep, twirling a lock of her hair.
