Vianna laughed lightly as Ferris pointed out she was getting a combination of both at the moment. "Lucky me," she said with a smile before the boy then leaned forward and kissed her eyebrow by accident. She was a bit startled at first, since she hadn't seen him coming at all, but chuckled softly at this gesture. "Y'know, this kind of reminds me of those nights when you'd sleep over invisible," she said thoughtfully, her voice soft. "Except this time we're both invisible, of course." |
Ferris gave a small smile as Vianna explained that this kind of reminded her of their sleepovers when he was invisible, except now they were both invisible. "Yes, I suppose you're right," he agreed with an amused smile, still holding onto her hand which he gently set in his lap. He then started to traced small designs onto it with his free hand, his gaze absentmindedly on the darkness around them as they fell into a comfortable silence. He began to feel more and more aware of Vianna's presence at his side, the small amount of warmth he could feel from her arm against his own as they leaned back onto the wall, and the warm hand he was holding in his own. |
Vianna gave a smile in the darkness before letting her head rest on Ferris's shoulder. She then brought knees up, a little cold now that there was no bright Italian sun washing over them and they were now completely enveloped in dark shadows. "I love you," she said absentmindedly after a few long moments of silence. |
Ferris gave a small smile as he felt Vianna curl up beside him, listening as she then told him that she loved him. His smile widened at this and he squeezed her hand gently, "I love you too, gem," the boy confessed, releasing her hand only to wrap his arm around her and pull her closer to his pale chest, his free hand now picking up the hand he'd left on his lap. He intwined their fingers once more before leaning over and gently kissing her forehead, letting his warm lips rest there for a couple seconds longer than necessary. |
Vianna smiled as Ferris told her he loved her too before wrapping an arm around the girl and bringing her closer to his chest, which was nice and warm unlike these cave walls that didn't see much sunlight. Her smile widened as his lips met her forehead, her eyes closing. Whether they were open or closed didn't really make much of a difference, anyway. "This is actually a good hide-out," she commented absentmindedly. "Reminds me of that cave we stayed at when we first started running away from camp." |
"It is," he agreed softly as Vianna mentioned that the cave was a good hide-out, that it reminded her of the cave they stayed in when they first ran away. He gave a faint smile at this memory, "Yeah...it does kind of seem like that," he agreed with a soft chuckle, his chest shaking just slightly with each warm laugh. He let out a small sigh, "It seems like a good while ago, you know?" he mentioned softly. "I know it was just a week or so ago, but I feel like...running away and all that was just a dream." |
Vianna smiled faintly as Ferris mentioned that running away from the kidnappers felt like something from a good while ago. "It does," she agreed, listening as he went on to add that though it hadn't really been that long ago, it felt like a dream. "I know..." muttered Vianna quietly, blue eyes still resting closed. "And soon enough it will be a dream... it won't be long until the ministry sends another letter; one saying they've captured the kidnappers." |
Ferris listened quietly as Vianna agreed with him before mentioning that it would be soon that they'd get another letter from the ministry explaining that they'd caught the kidnappers. He smiled at this, "I can't wait," he told her. "It's just you and me," the boy murmured a couple moments later, recalling the thousands of times the couple had confessed to each other just how much they wanted to be done with the kidnappers and to just be normal again. "We'll be able to just be you and me again; we won't have to run." |
Vianna's blue eyes fluttered open and she grinned as Ferris pointed out that it would just be the two of them again soon, that they won't have to run once the kidnappers were captured. She lifted her head from his shoulder and placed a disoriented kiss on his jawline, then chuckling softly to herself. ooc: be back in 15 |
OOC: Ok ^_^ Ferris's smile fell as he felt Vianna's head leave his shoulder, confused, until he then felt a warm kiss on his jawline and he gave a warm smile. He glanced over at where she was, though he wasn't exactly sure where her blue eyes were, and murmured, "You're so cute, Vi," he told her with a soft chuckle. |
"I know," Vianna replied as Ferris informed her she was cute before letting out an amused laugh, obviously just joking around. "But I can think of someone else who's a lot cuter... and sweeter, and nicer, and charming... he even glows in the dark, too!" she said with another chuckle, amused. |
Ferris couldn't help but chuckle as Vianna agreed that she was cute, aware that she was only joking before listening as she mentioned that she knew someone else that was cuter and nicer and charming, who could glow in the dark. His eyebrows rose and a small smile fell onto his pale features, "Did you finally meet that ogre you were looking for?" the boy asked teasingly, his brown eyes playful as he let out a soft chuckle. |
Vianna let out an amused laugh that lasted a couple long moments when Ferris asked if she had met that ogre she had been looking for. "No!" she replied after the laughter had died out, leaving her with a large smile on her face. "He's not an ogre, he's a boy... about a year older than me, and probably twice my height," she said with a soft chuckle. "He has the best hair, too. It's curly and soft and really nice to play with." She grinned. "Aren't you jealous I've met such a perfect guy, Professor?" |
Ferris couldn't help but grin as he heard Vianna fall into a fit of giggles, always happy to know that he had amused her, and even let out a couple more chuckles himself before he turned quiet to listen to her. His eyebrows rose playfully as she explained that it wasn't an ogre, but rather a boy a year older than her, twice her height, with the best soft curly hair she loved to play with. He grinned at this, his brown eyes still playful as she then asked if he was jealous that she'd met such a perfect guy. "I'm very jealous," he admitted with a warm smile. "In fact, I'm very upset that you've met this boy of perfection. Looks like I don't have a chance anymore." |
Vianna giggled lightly to herself as Ferris answered her question, telling her that he was indeed very upset she had met this perfect boy, and he felt he didn't have a chance anymore. "Aw don't worry, Professor, I'll always save a place for you in my heart," she replied playfully before giving another chuckle and returning her head to his shoulder. |
Ferris grinned as Vianna assured him that she'd always have save a place for him in her heart and he let out a soft chuckle, "I appreciate that," he responded, turning his gaze to his shoulder, just barely able to make out her face. He smiled slightly at the sight, locking his brown eyes with her bright blue ones for a few moments though it felt like a sweet eternity to him. It was then that he gave her a very genuine smile, his dimples coming into view though she probably couldn't see them in the dark. |
Vianna was quiet for a few moments, returning the smile she was just very barely able to see in the darkness before she let her gaze fall to their hands. Or to where she thought their hands were, anyway. "How're you feeling about meeting your dad? I mean, I know it's still not in your list of 'ways I love to spend my time', but... aren't you just a little excited?" she asked him curiously. |
Ferris, who was simply watching Vianna still, was distracted from thoughts of her pretty face as she asked how he was feeling about seeing his dad again. His smile fell slightly, not having anticipated this being where their conversation would lead, and he thought for a moment as she asked if he was just a little excited. "I dunno," he admitted softly, turning his gaze away. "I guess, a little bit," he added with a small shrug of his pshoulders. |
Vianna gave Ferris a sympathetic smile as he looked away and shrugged in response, telling her he supposed he was a little excited, though he obviously didn't seem all too thrilled about this topic. She was quiet for a moment, merely examining his profile for a moment before speaking again, "Do you wanna head out?" |
"No," the boy immediately replied without thinking, letting out a soft chuckle a moment later as he realized how quickly he'd answered. "I mean...I don't really care either way. I kind of like it in here," he admitted with a sheepish smile. He turned his dark brown eyes back to Vianna only to see a sympathetic smile on her tan face which was still just barely visible. "I'm darkly excited," the boy corrected himself from just moments before. "I'm curious, and I want to know, but I kind of hate his guts, to be honest," the boy explained, knowing he'd kind of left her hanging before. |
Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly as Ferris immediately told her he didn't want to leave before explaining that he didn't really care either way, he liked it in this cave. She smiled faintly and nodded her head, turning quiet for a couple moments before Ferris spoke again, explaining to her that he was darkly excited, that he was curious but he still kind of hated his father. "I understand," said Vianna quietly. "But... hopefully this visit will help clear things up," she added assuringly. |
"Yeah...maybe," the boy agreed with a weak smile as Vianna hoped aloud that this visit with clear things up. He doubted this a bit but didn't want to down Vianna's hopeful thoughts, and so he just remained quiet. Ferris turned to look at Vianna in the darkness once more, his smile coming back at the sight of her. "I'm sorry I'm so...reluctant," he told her softly, knowing that he wasn't necessarily chatty on the subject of his father. "I just..I don't want to think about him. I want to think about you. We have a little while left and I just...I want to think about you." |
"That's alright, Professor, I understand," Vianna said softly as Ferris apologized, giving the boy a sympathetic smile. It was then that he explained to her that he didn't want to think about his father, that they only had a little while left and he wanted to think about her. At this, Vianna's smile widened slightly. "Is it really selfish that I want you to think about me, too?" she asked with a soft chuckle. |
Ferris let out a hearty chuckle as Vianna asked him if it was really selfish that she wanted him to think about her as well. "No, not at all," he replied, assuring her with a warm, very amused smile. "C'mere," he murmured after a moment of thought, pulling her a little closer to him before gently placing his lips onto her own. He couldn't help it when she was so cute like that, and she was so close already...It had to be done. |
Vianna grinned as Ferris assured her she wasn't being selfish, before pulling her a little closer and placing a kiss on her lips. The girl allowed her lips to curve into a smile as she returned this gesture gently, but still lovingly. |
