This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

Woo-hoo! An early summer all for yourself, right? Wrong.

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

"Mm, I'm not sure," replied Vianna with a far-away look in her eyes and furrowed her brows slightly at the distance, thinking of what they could do in this large, crowded city or in these rather fancy hotel rooms. But nothing came to mind and before she could think on it too long, Vince re-appared in the scene, making her almost jump in surprise.

"I'm gonna go get Victor, he should be here soon. I'll be back later - and you two better stay off the beds, you hear?" said the boy. Vianna opened her mouth to speak right at that moment, to ask to come along as she was dying to bombard their oldest brother with questions about their family and their home, but Vince didn't give her much of a chance to speak as he quickly left the room, closing the door shut behind him. Vianna furrowed her brows disapprovingly and sighed.

Ferris was about to try and suggest an activity for them to do when Vince reappeared on the scene, announcing that he was going to get Victor and they should stay off the beds. Before another word could be said, the boy was gone and when Ferris looked back to Vianna he could only see furrowed brows. He frowned just slightly, "Did you want to go?" he guessed, watching her hesitantly. "Why don't you just go catch up with him? He can hardly say no to you. Trust me, it's harder than it looks." He gave her a small smile.

Vianna gave Ferris a weak smile with faint amusement as the boy told her to catch up with her brother as saying no to her was harder than it seemed. "I kind of already asked him this morning and he already told me no; Victor made it clear he didn't want me to come along when he came back from Italy," she said, her tones rather bitter as she was clearly displeased with her brothers for making this decision, leaving her feeling rather left out. "I thought I could ask again, but..." she trailed off and shrugged slightly, her eyes now scanning the tiled floor. She remained silent for a moment before leaving the boy's side to head over to the kitchen and get a drink of water.

Ferris's own eyebrows furrowed as the girl before him explained that she had already asked to accompany her brother this morning, but Victor had specifically instructed that Vianna be left behind. "Vi..." he said softly, knowing that this couldn't have made the girl feel particularly great. He watched as she released his hands, heading into the kitchen. Thirty seconds later he had followed her in, picking her up bridal style and carrying her out of the kitchen, "Come on, we're going to find something to do. Let's get out of the hotel and get your mind off things." And before she could say anything, her had grabbed a key and headed out of the room.

Vianna took her time drinking the cool water, as she wasn't necessarily thirsty but simply wanted something to do and an excuse to move. But before she could even finish the whole glass, she found her feet leaving the ground; and next thing she knew, Ferris had taken her into his arms. The young girl's eyes widened at him, her first thought being about his back. But before she could complain much about it all, the boy was already heading out of the room. "You don't leave much room for argument, do you, Professor?" said the girl with raised eyebrows.

Ferris grinned down at her as she mentioned that he didn't leave much room for argument, "Not when I've got to make my favorite girl feel better," he responded, leaning down to place a quick kiss to her lips. He then closed the door with difficulty after breaking apart, heading down the hall to the elevator. Even though Vianna was beyond light, the boy's back hadn't been very good for lifting of any sort lately. But he shoved this to the back of his mind as they made their way from the elevator, to the lobby, and back onto the streets. He then headed over to the first ice cream parlor he spotted.

Vianna smiled in both amusement and admiration at the boy's response before kissing him back as his lips met hers for a moment. Her brows furrowed slightly, though, as she grew rather uneasy in his arms, rather paranoid about the effect this must be having on his back. "Professor-- I really think I should start walking now," she said as they were suddenly back outside.

"There's no fun in walking," the boy assured her with a small smile, walking down the street and gently resituating her in his arms so she was a bit more comfortable. The boy was completely amused by the strange looks they were getting, as these seemed to have little effect on him as he marched proudly down the street with his girlfriend in his arms. "Do you want some ice cream, Vi?" he asked, turning his brown eyes back to her momentarily.

Vianna's forehead creased slightly at Ferris's response. She wanted to believe his words, but as she thought back of the box filled with food he had to carry the day before, her suspicions were confirmed - Ferris was in no state to be carrying her, or anything heavy, around. But she was briefly distracted as he then asked if she wanted some ice cream. Almost like a little kid, her face immediately lit up. "Ice cream?! That sounds lovely," she said with a grin. But it soon faded as she was snapped back to reality. "But you have to let me down, Professor."

Ferris didn't seem to notice her increasing worry, as the pain in his back was only a small stinging and that didn't seem like anything to worry about to him. He grinned as she lit up at the idea of getting ice cream, "Great," was his response. But his smile faded as she told him that he had to let her down. He looked at her for a moment with slightly furrowed brows before letting out an over-exaggerated sigh and putting her down. "There. Happy?" he said, though there was still slight amusement behind his eyes.

Vianna smiled faintly as Ferris allowed her back on her feet, giggling lightly to herself as he asked her if she was happy now. "Not really, but I'm sure your back will appreciate it," she replied, letting her small hand wrap around his, like a child holding on to a parent. But she was quickly distracted by the ice cream parlor only a couple of steps away now; the young girl beamed at it before quickening her steps to a sprint and running inside, dragging Ferris along with her.

Ferris frowned as she told him that she wasn't really happy, but rather that his back would appreciate not having to carry any weight. And now that she mentioned it, he could feel a bit of a throbbing come to his lower back. He decided not to mention it, as he was now being dragged into an ice cream parlor. He let out light chuckle as they entered, looking up at the menu filled with different flavors. "Ooh..." he said, as though in awe. "What're you gonna get Vi?" he asked her, completely forgetting that she couldn't speak French. There were, however, many pictures this time.

Vianna beamed up at the menu, her eyes on the many colorful and tasty pictures rather than the foreign words. "I want... that one!" she said, pointing up at a picture of what looked like a raspberry sorbet with bits of fruit here and there. She grinned at it for a moment before turning her gaze to the boy beside her. "Which are you having, Professor?" she asked him.

Ferris grinned at the sight of Vianna's choice, giving a small nod before letting his own eyes roam over the pictures and descriptions. As she asked what he was having, his jaw dropped as he had just spotted a vanilla cheesecake ice cream WITH marshmallows in it! "Vi! Vi! There's marshmallows in it!" he said like a little boy, nearly bouncing on his heels as he pointed up to it. "I'm getting it, I'm getting it no matter what," he decided determinedly. He got into the short line with the girl.

Vianna watched as Ferris examined the menu with amusement in her eyes, but as he suddenly started calling out her name excitedly, the young girl nearly jumped in surprise, not having expected this sudden enthusiasm at all. She followed his line of sight and listened as he explained that one of the items in the menu came with marshmallows and he'd be getting it no matter what. Vianna couldn't help but laugh lightly at his enthusiasm. "That sounds like a great choice, Professor," she said, turning to the boy beside her as he now led her over to the line, an amused smile on her face.

Ferris let out a light chuckle at his own child-like-ness, smiling as the girl told him he had made a good choice. "Why thank you, my gem," he said, waiting in the line with his hand intwined with hers. They eventually made it to the front and Ferris gave a polite smile to the guy behind the counter. "Bonjour. Pourrions-nous obtenir deux boules de la shorbet framboise, puis deux boules de guimauve cheescake la vanille?" he asked with a warm smile, and the boy behind the counter nodded. "Merci," he added before paying as the employee went to scoop out the ice cream. Moments later, Vianna was handed a cone filled with ice cream, and so was Ferris.

Vianna grinned as she was handed her raspberry ice cream, beaming like a child before licking its cold surface. "How is it?" she asked, turning to the boy beside her, referring to the ice cream he had been so excited about with a smile on her face. Giggling mischievously, her hand left Ferris's so she could steal one of his marshmallows.

Ferris turned to her with vanilla ice cream covering his lips as she asked how his ice cream was. "How is it?" he repeated, eyes a little wide. "Vianna, it has marshmallows IN the ice cream!" But his jaw really dropped as the girl next to him stole one of the marshmallows straight from the ice cream. "You do like to cause trouble!" he accused, his arm now slipping around her as they walked outside and over to one of the tables. He took a seat, releasing the girl with an amused shake of his head.

OOC: I'm off Deee! Sorry I've been on so little, lots of things going on between holidays and work to do!

Anyway, I should be on tomorrow!

Vianna couldn't help but giggle as Ferris accused her of liking to cause trouble before then proceeding to eat the marshmallow she had stolen from the boy's ice cream. As they came outside and he released her to take a seat, the young girl proceeded to sit opposite him, her tongue and lips slowly turning a fuchsia color. "Your ice cream might have marshmallows in it, but mine's still better," Vianna teased as she often did.

Ferris was watching the people walking boy, licking away happily at his yummy ice cream when Vianna spoke once more, telling him that her ice cream was better than his. He narrowed his eyes playfully at the girl, "No, mine's definitely better," he contradicted. "What's yours got? Fruit?" he raised his eyebrows at her teasingly. "Yeah, nice choice there Vi," he teased her with a slight smile.

Vianna's eyebrows rose as Ferris teased her about the fruit in her ice cream. "Hey, I like fruit! It's a healthy choice," said the girl in her defense, pouting slightly before allowing a smile to spread across her face. "This kind of reminds me of that time we were eating ice cream at your house," she said suddenly, her eyes thoughtful as she remembered the scene.

Ferris grinned as she told him that this reminded her of when they ate ice cream back at his house. "Yeah, me too," he said with a soft chuckle, thinking back to that night. "That was our slumber party. And the first time I discovered that wherever you're sleeping is ten times more comfortable than my bed," he added with a light chuckle. He gave a soft smile, a little sad that they couldn't be back at his home town. It made him think of his home, abandoned and empty, his mother's paintings left behind along with all of his books. And who knew if the kidnappers had traced it down yet...Burned it, scavenged through it....This thought depressed the boy to the point of setting down his half-eaten ice cream, suddenly not in the mood to eat any dessert.

Vianna smiled in amusement as Ferris described the scene, then mentioning that it was also the first time he discovered wherever she slept was more comfortable than his own bed. The young girl laughed lightly at this, but as he turned quiet, so did she. Similar thoughts ran through her mind for a moment, and as she watched the boy before her, she could tell he was most likely having the same thoughts if not worse. Her forehead began to crease slowly as the boy then suddenly set his ice cream down and she silently cursed herself for even bringing the subject of home up. The young girl's free hand then made its way across the table to meet his, giving Ferris a sympathetic smile. "Those marshmallows look really good, Professor, and I'm afraid that if you don't finish them, I'm gonna have to do you the favour."

Ferris's mind was still on that small yellow house in his favorite place when he suddenly felt Vianna's hand in his and he looked up. He gave her a weak smile, gently intwining their fingers and enjoying the slight warmth that came from her touch. But it wasn't enough to keep his mind away from his town. When she mentioned his marshmallows, he gave a soft chuckle, gently picking up his ice cream cone and starting to eat it again slowly, absentmindedly, letting his mind wander back to his town.

Vianna's smile widened slightly as Ferris picked up his ice cream once again, glad he was at least eating now. She watched the people passing by for a moment, most of them little kids with green, blue, and purple mouths. Vianna's brows furrowed slightly at this as she looked down at her own fuchsia ice cream. "Professor…" she started slowly, somewhat hesitantly. "What colour is my mouth?"
