Gabe laughed and nodded in agreement. "I completely agree. I wouldn't mind lookinglike this everyday. Maybe without the mask and hat. But I definitely like the shirt and pants." He looked back at her and smirked. "I don't need a glass slipper to be able to find you." They began swaying again and he looked deeply into her eyes almost as if he was looking into her very soul. "I would most certainly do everything n my power to find you though. I would go to the ends of the Earth and back." |
"Oh, but I love the hat!" Adrianna said, stroking it gently with one finger. "And the sword certainly adds a dangerous vibe to your appearance!" she teased him. She smiled at his next statement. "Oh really? Tell me, good sir, how would you find me then?" she asked him, raising an inquisitive eyebrow. She almost swooned at what he next said. It was so cheesy, so corny, and yet, so romantic. Just the sort of thing she loved to hear... it was as if, by peering into her eyes, he could read exactly what she wanted to hear and then say it in the most beautiful way possible. |
"well alright, maybe I'll keep the hat. Just because you like it." Gabe smiled. "Maybe, I'll even let you wear it, not now though. I don't want to ruin your hair." He smiled and twirled a stray strad around his finger gently, every now and then his fingers brushing along the side of her face. "well, it would serv the same purpose to search for you with or without the slipper. Either way, I will still have to search. And the moment I saw you, I would know it was you. Your presence is electrifying. I feel drawn to you like Romeo was drawn to Juliet. Even if I never knew what you looked like, or who you were, I would just know. Plus you have amazingly bright green eyes. There are very few people that I know who's eyes are that vibant." |
"Oh good... well, then I'll certainly know its you, because of the hat!" she said with a laugh. "Oh, I can't wait... imagine me, walking around the halls of Hogwarts in my robes and with your hat on my head!" she said, imagining it as she laughed. As he played with her hair, should could have sworn that sparks flew between his fingers and her hair. I was a shame that this wasn't her real hair color, and she felt slightly foolish for changing it- however, her blond hair would have been a dead giveaway with her eyes. She blushed again as he mentioned they were like Romeo and Juliet. Great. "Well, let's hope that we don't end as tragically as they did," she said with a small smile. Her smiled widened as he mentioned her eyes. "All right, your turn- ask me something." |
"I think you would look fantastic in my hat." Actually, he thought she would look fantastic in just about everything, even a clown suit. The butterflies in his stomach fluttered like crazy as she blushed. He couldn't get over it. Then he realized something. Something he jsut hadn't really put together until then. Her blushing, her eyes, her cute sense of humor. He felt like smacking himself in the forehead. How many peple did he know that held all of those qualities? Not very many...He decided to let these thoughts slide to the back of his mind and a warm smile appeared on his face. "Darling, if I would have been Romeo...we would have eloped right away. I would have said the familes can accept it or not, but it was happening one way or another. I wouldn't have killed her cousin, and I wouldn't have pretended to kill myself just so the families united." He shook his head in disgust and smiled. "Romeo's thought process was horribly wrong." He looked like he was in thought. Ask her a question? "Ask you something? Ask you something...hmmm....ask you something...let's see..." He looked back into her smiling blushing face, her bright green eyes and he smiled running his fingers softly over her warm cheek. He blushed himself and looked down at the ground only for a moment before looking back at her. "Can I kiss you?" He said very softly and humbly. |
She laughed, still thinking of herself in the hat. At least the color would look nice with her blond hair as well, which she would definitely be going back to once the night was over. She looked into his eyes again, and felt herself being drawn into their deep blue depths. This feeling had captured her once before... and not during the dance. Was it in the lake as she was in the strong arms of... she pushed the thought away, not daring to get her hopes up. And yet... "Well, I thank you for not killing my cousin, I rather like them! And I believe it was Juliet who faked her death... that seems to dreadful in my opinion!" she said, shaking her head. "Such a waste- but, you're smarter than Romeo anyway. He was too quick to anger," she said, remembering the time she had read the story and had rolled her eyes at Romeo's too quick actions. She waited for him to ask her something, anything, and then she would give a fun and yet still mysterious reply. However, he asked her something that she wasn't prepared for. When he asked, she felt her heart leap into her throat, her mouth and remained pounding there. She could hear nothing else except for the loud and quick rhythm of her heart. "You... you already have," she finally got out. She had wanted him to kiss her on the lips, but her heartbeat was distracting her, causing her to loose focus and courage to say the one word, the one three letter word, that would unite them. |
"Being a male I was never really into Shakespeare, but either way..." Gabe smiled as she looked somewhat deep in thought. He wasn't sure if it was because she was really deep in thought, or just the fact that she was daydreaming. He watched her intently, evaluating her reaction to his question. Chuckling at her response, he let go of her waist with one hand and brought it up to her face. He shook his head and whispered softly. "That's not what I meant." As he said this he leaned in towards her hesitating a moment before he finally did it. It was like an electric pulse went surging through him. He kissed her ever so gently, his thumb softly caressing her cheek. It felt like the whole world was spinning around them and they were there, standing perfectly still. His hand slid from her waist to around her lower back and he gently pulled her closer. |
She was speechless as he slowly approached her. There was a split second where her heard sank because she thought he was changing his mind. And then, their lips met. If it had been a movie, fireworks would have gone off over their heads, and Adrianna was sure that they had. A new fire had been lit within her, and it raced from her lips, through her bloodstream, around her arms and legs and then warming the tips of her fingers and toes. What was actually seconds seemed to stretch into minutes, days, years, until all time had stopped or left them behind. She leaned gently into the thumb at her cheek and kissed him gently back. As he gently pulled her forward, she put her arms around his neck, doing to same to him. No longer were they two people, but almost one being in the midst of a sea of shadows. |
As, she tilted her head, he moved his hand from her cheek softly running his fingers across her face and finally let his hands rest t the back of her neck. Gabe rubbed it gently for a fe w more seconds before he slowly broke the kiss and resting his forehead against hers. He could tell that his face was blushing almost as bad as she had. Just standing there, he pulled her into an embrace wrapping his arms around her in a bear hug, only not as tight. “Does the Prince get to carry his Princess off to his castle on a white horse now.” He asked softly “I’ve already awakened her from her dream.” His lips touched her forehead lightly and he leaned back to look at her pretty face. “I hope I didn’t offend, you didn’t exactly say I couldn’t so...” A playful smirk crossed his face and took hsi hat off bowing, his dirty blonde wavy hair falling in front of his face. “M’lady…I vow not to do it again without your permission, that was improper of me” |
Adrianna was reluctant for it to end, but after they broke apart her lips still throbbed gently as if something remained there. His scent filled her nostrils and Gabe's familiar smell registered in her brain. If that wasn't enough, he was quoting what he had said earlier to her in the lake. "I knew it!" she breathed, the warmth of his hug relaxing her being. As he pulled back, she looked into his blue and definitely familiar blue eyes. "Well, it depends," she said to him, still quite breathless. "Am I being carried in your arms, or on your shoulders?" she asked him, a smile playing on her lips. She grinned even more at his bow and she couldn't resist the urge to tuck back a loose strand of his hair. "I give you permission any time you like," she said, finally breaking into a smile. Ooc: I'm off!! G'nite! |
Gabe had hoped that, if his girl was Adrianna, that she would hopefully pick up on the horse comment. Apparently, she had and had given him a hint of her own which was enough proof for him. A wide smile appeared on his face and he picked her up spinning her around happily. It felt like a huge weight had just been lifted, the uncertainty, the guilty feeling of betrayal, it had all vanished. “Well princess, I suppose that depends on whether I am feeling like being a good prince, or a bad good prince. Right now I’m feeling like a good prince. However if m’lady prefers to travel on my shoulders, I will certainly have no objections. Perhaps next time that horribly annoying Marco fellow won’t interrupt us.” He grinned and closed his eyes as she tucked back his hair. Before she removed her hand, he turned his head kissing her palm lightly. Then he twirled her gently and got her in a dip again. “I’m glad I have permission, because now that we both know…” He paused then spoke in his normal voice looking down into her eyes. “I’d love to kiss you as me.” Keeping a firm hold on her waist, so she wouldn’t fall, he leaned forward and kissed her, this time not as her mystery prince, but as himself. |
Adrianna felt light as air as the weight of guilt and worry that had laid on her shoulders as well was released and scattered to the winds. "I wonder which prince I will like better- I guess I'll find out," she said, grinning at him. "But right now, the good prince suits be just fine," she said, laughing. "We'll have to see about the shoulders... it might be harder for me to get up there," she pointed out. "And please don't try now! It would be quite difficult, and quite uncomfortable with this dress," she continued. "That's right, we'll have to beat up that cruel Marco," she said, laughing. Her palm tingled as he kissed it, but she had no time to react before she was spinning around once again. Then, he kissed her again, but this time was even better than before. She realized now that he had been holding back a part of himself as he ad kissed her before, but now he wasn't. She pulled him close, not wanting it to end, and hoped that time would freeze at that moment so that they could remained there forever. |
Gabe felt her pull him closer and he smiled into the kiss. He gently stood up not breaking their kiss until he was beginning to run out of air. He slowly broke apart giving her another briefpeck on the lips before subcunciously licking his own. "Tastes like strawberries." He said grinning and wrapped his arms protectively around her waist. "So are you still going to let me find you when the night is over?" He looked into her eyes and brought his hand to her cheek. "By the way...I like the hair." |
Adrianna remained connected with him until her air supply was close to running out. However, she would have continued, except that her poor lungs demanded that she breathed. They broke apart at the same point and she was pleased that he included one last kiss before they recovered their breath. "Really?" she asked when he commented on her lip taste. "I don't think I put anything on..." she said, thinking back. SHe grinned at him as he puled her closer. "I don't know, maybe I'll have to make it harder for you know, since we now know who each other are... it takes part of the fun out of it," she said with a grin. "Maybe I should leave a slipper behind- but it won't be my foot size," she said with a grin. She twirled a lock of the brown hair around her finger. "Thanks! I figured it would make things a little more challenging! And I personally like the ribbons," she said, laughing. |
Gabe grinned and nodded. "Well, I definitely taste strawberries and I know for a fact that it isn't me. So my dear, tht would mean that it's you. Maybe your lips just naturally taste like strawberries, which is a little strange but I certainly won't complain." Chuckling, he gently took the hair she was twirling in his own hand. "I told you princess, I don't need a slipper to find you. That hasn't changed since I've discovered your identity. I still stand by everything that I said. I would love to be your real life prince if you'll allow me to be it. Because I would love more than anything for you to be my princess." Blushing, he smiled loking into her eyes. He knew it was corny, but he thought it was a much more romantic way of asking her to be his girlfriend than just asking her. |

He gave her a pained smile and felt worst then ever, he had really hurt her. Somehow he didn't think it was possible to hurt her. She always seemed to... Capable and Chad had never once seen her truely upset. "I couldn't help it!! I'm not brave like you are! I'm really bad with expressing my feeling and unfortunatly I'm really, really bad with talking about my feelings." Chad said. He sighed as well and wrapped an arm around her shoulder. "I'm sorry Roci.. I never meant to upset you." |
"I know you didn't," she said softly, leaning into him. "I just needed to get that off my chest. You know how girls are, we can't hold things in. Guys don't need to show their emotions. They can keep them cooped up inside of them and we need an outlet." She sighed once more. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hit you, by the way. It just sort of . . . happened." |
"You're fine. Honestly you should try out for boxing, you've got me seeing stars now." Chad chuckled. He relaxed as he took her scent in again. Her perfume filling his mind with thoughts that would've made his mother beat him to a pulp. Chad leaned closer and put his forehead against her's. "I ran away earlier, because, when I realized it was you. I got scared, I thought you might figure out it was me and then, you'd hate me." Chad murmered into Rocio's ear. His warm breath brushing away her normally red locks. |
"I already had an idea it was you," whispered Rocio softly into his own ear. "I just wasn't sure and I didn't want to say anything in case you were someone else. That'd just be embarrassing." She pulled back some, but her face was still close to his. Her lips hovered only an inch from his own. Her eyes were gazing softly into his. "Besides, why would i hate you? I could never hate you, Chad." |
"Well, I could just be magically delicious," she joked, grinning up at him. She listened quietly and attentively as Gabe continued. It was such a beautiful way of asking her out, how could she say no? Then, he blushed, for one of the first times that night. She put her hand against his cheek, allowing him to lean into it. She massaged his cheek and jaw bone. "You look so adorable when you blush," she said softly, smiling up at him. "Good sir, I would be happy to be your damsel in distress, your sleeping beauty, your belle of the ball," she told him, dipping down into a deep curtsy. |
"Never is an awfully long time." Chad joked. He took another deep breath and allowed more of her perfume to enter his senses. The Ravenclaw felt the butterfiles in his stomech flutter more wildly then ever as he watched her lips, soft and small and painted with lipstick. The urge to kiss her was so great it was breaking down all his logic, all his nervousness. Chad leaned closer still to Rocio and gently met her lips with his own. |
Rocio could feel her own butterflies. And she never had butterflies. In her young life, she had never had this feeling when around any boy before. Her heart beat faster. No one had ever been able to do that to her before either. Chad was definitely special and different; but that was a good thing. Rocio then felt his lips against hers. It was the most tender kiss she'd ever had the pleasure of having. Her eyes closed while her hand slowly crept up his arm and came to rest on his shoulder. She was melting right into him. |
Chad wrapped both of his lean arms around her small body. Still tenderly he kissed her, not afraid to deepen the kiss, but was justing trying to take it slow. The Ravenclaw brushed back a lock of her hair, that had drifted against his face with the cold wind. He laughed as he placed it behind her hair and planted kisses all across her jaw line, before coming back to her lip's. |
Rocio couldn't believe how incredibly gifted Chad was at making her feel so good. Her arms were wrapped around him. She didn't want to let go, afraid that if she did, he'd be gone. |
