Mum always said that the one who cooks should never clean up afterwards..." he said and then paused a moment before continuing, "so you're most welcome. Although I must admit, as I learned more magic over the years, cleaning up has gotten much quicker and easier than it used to be." Alex couldn't believe that she agreed to go tonight rather than wait until morning as previously planned. He kissed her gently on the lips and whispered, "Thank you, my love," and followed her upstairs to pack. He walked into his room and quickly packed everything into his blue backpack and flipped it around onto his back. Within a few moments, he was out in the hallway waiting. "Ready as I'll ever be..." he said cheerily. Taking her hand, he walked her downstairs and out onto the back patio. "Just close your eyes and I will apparate us both there," he said calmly to her. One. Two. Three. All went dark and for a few moments, it felt like they were losing air - their lungs being compressed. As quickly as darkness enveloped them, they spun back into reality and landed neatly at the end of the large yard of the Rose Family Home. |

Then when she realized how that sounded she blushed a little. "Well im glad your mother taught you that. Its a wonderful Idea. Im Used to cleaning up after everyone. I agree cleaning is much easier with magic." "Your welcome." She smiled and accepted his gentle kiss, as she melted. She waited for him to finish packing. "well lets go then." she smiled nervously. This was the first time she was going to be 'taken home' to meet a boyfriends family. She was excited but extremly nervous she was shaking a little when he grabbed her hands. She closed her eyes and said, "I am ready." Suddenly they were thrown into darkness Adia felt her stomach go into her throat, as if her lungs had just simply deflated. Finally the darkness was gone and her stomach was in its proper place and her lungs were back. She smiled as she looked upon the beautiful house sitting next to a gorgeous pond. "Its beautiful darling, why didnt you tell me how gorgeous it was?" She grabbed his hand kissed him on the cheek and started to walk towards the house. |

When they arrived at the home, everything seemed all quiet and he half wondered if anyone was even still home. For all he knew, they could have left early for Diagon Alley. But his parents had said to come tonight, and that's just what he did. He smiled, clutching her hand, as they walked toward the front door of the home. She could tell he was nervous as well, but it was a good nervous. SHe squeezed his hand tightly back. "This is it..." She mumbled back. Still scared that she wasnt going to be what they expected. She silently waited for the door to open. |

After a few minutes they got up and left. It had gotten cold outside and Tina was trying to keep warm as her teeth started to chatter a bit. She should have brought something warmer with her. |

"Let's go for a walk along the bridge.." he looked at her angelic face and slowly walked over the bridge with his fav.person in the world. He seemed so composed and euphoric. But he noticed that she was shivering in the cold weather. He did get upset with his forgetfullness for not taking any Jerkin or something warmer for her. He used to get this weather, but she didnt. "Sorry honey, I should inform you about this weather or take something for that.." he smacked on his head, but put her arm around her and pulled her as much as closer to him to give her some warmness. |
