Bellatrix stopped when she heard Footsteps behind her. She drawed her wand and smirked as Jack came. "Oh Aren't we pretty"

"More than just pretty! Smart too!!" Jack boasted, "Expelliarmus!" He yelled.

"Protego," Bellatrix yelled. She hadnt spent that long in azkaban for nothing. "Yeah i can really see that. CRUCIO" She yelled at him before breaking the curse off and touching her wand on her dark mark. Calling the other deatheaters and possibly her master

"Jack Screamed in pain for just a minute, before he shook himself off, This woman had the Temprament of a nasty Dalek. "You don't believe in plesantries do you gorgeous? Normally it's polite to at least know someone's name before you attack them." Jack ran a handthrough his black hair, not trusting the woman for a second, he flashed her his winning smile.

Bellatrix stopped for a moment. He'd called her gorgeous. Nobody had ever told her that. "Ahh. Never had a chance before. But i thought the gentleman introduced himself first?"

"Jack smiled again. Captain Jack Harkness at your service." He bowed respectfully, his eyes never leaving hers. "And you are?" He asked pleasantly.

Bellatrix peered her eyes. "Bellatrix Lestrange. And its a pleasure," She sneered looking around, nobody had come yet. She half hoped that voldermort would come.

"There's nobody here but you and me love." Jack smiled again. "So what's a lovely lady like yourself doing roaming the castle all alone?"

I'll see about that Bella thought as she casually ran her hand up her left arm, calling her master. "Oh what a shame," She commented as she ran her fingers through her frizzy hair. "Well i was hoping to find a certain person,"

"Who might that be?" Jack asked. Casually curious.

Just then Voldemort Stepped through the Chimney in the next room. "Bring him to me my Dear." He whispered in her mind.

Bellatrix smirked. "Oh wouldnt you like to know," She commented as she turned to look at the door way. "He is quite lovely. Im sure you'd love to meet him. Oh Darling," She called as she made her way into the room voldermort was in winking at him

"Drat, you've got a boyfriend, and I was so hoping you didn't." Jack said arrogantly as he walked into the room where he got an eyeful of the ugliest snake of a man he'd ever seen in his life.

"Well, Well, Well, if it isn't Captain Jack harkness, come to save the day and take away my girl. Well Jack, you won't find me as easy to beat as a cyberman or a dalek." Voldemort said.

"I also have a husband. So you might have a chance," Bellatrix informed as she went and stood by Voldermorts side

"I have no idea who or what you are, but apparently there's about as much humanity in you as there is in a Dalek, so that makes you dangerous." Jack replied evenly, ignoring Bella.

Hermione looked at Ginny almost to the brink of tears. "you haen't seen them what if so..." SHe bit her lip. The thought of something happening to Ron scared her. SHe would never admit it to his face but she loved the brat dearly. And Harry was her best friend. If something happened..."we need to go tell everyone...come on Ginny." Hermione turned and headed for the door running full speed and passed a room where she heard people talking. She stopped and peeked inside to find Voldemort, Bellatrix and a ver attractive someone she didn't know inside. SHe gasped and took off down the hallway before anyone could see her.

Jack spotted the Girl out of the corner of his eye. "Get the doctor please." He thought.

"You Dare Disrespect him!" Bellatrix shrieked lunging out from beside Voldermort. "Only a pretty face afterall"

Hermione was a little shocked when she heard a voice in her head. She ran full speed towards the great Hall. "Doctor...Bellatrix...VOldemort. They are in the castle and there is a man with them that I've never seen bfore and he sent me to get you." She was out of breath and extremely frightened and she turne to Dumbledore and Hagrid. "I can't find Harry or Ron anywhere. Ginny hasn't seen them and they aren't in the common room."

"Dear Bella, how can one be disrespectful to someone they do not know, I was merely making an observation based upon what I see." Jack replied smoothly.

"I can see that you are quite the formidable man Captain, and also one who usually goes for something if there is something in it for him. I like that." Voldemort said.

Bellatrix was quite confused. She had taken a liking for this man but really would she drop the one she loved for him. "Only my close friends are allowed to call be Bella and as we have known each other for literally minutes i doubt we are close"

Once Hermione left the common room Ginny went and gathered all the Gryffindors and tolod them to head straight to the Great Hall. She followed the last Gryffindor out of the room and headed straight to the library, she figured that since she has to round up the students she might as well check the library for Harry and Ron. Wehn she got there she told a group of second years to head to the Great Hall, but she did not see Ron or Harry.

They have to be here somewhere. Ginny thought to herself as she headed to the Great Hall. She was worried about her brother and Harry, if something happened to them, she didn't even want to think about it.

"What? you carry forgetful pills around?" The Doctor said disbelieving

"Yes of course Hagrid" The Doctor smiled pulling out his Sonic Screwdriver

Dumbledore smiled "You have rare potential my dear, come this way, Doctor, Mr Harkness, Miss Tyler" Dumbledore's eyes twinkled as he said their names

Dumbledore suddenly became more alert and smiled "Expelliarmus, is the spell to disarm, and Protego is the spell to put up a shield and thats your first lesson"

Dumbledore smiled at Rose's comment and sent a stunning curse after Bellatrix

The Doctor looked up and pointed the Sonic Screwdriver at the window, which slammed shut, and then took the descision to run after Jack


Dumbledore ran aswell "Doctor" he breathed "Stay back I'll handle this"

The Doctor looked at Dumbledore and nodded "Ok, call me if you need me"

"Pretty? Is she stupid?" The Doctor smiled at Dumbledore

"Huh, thats a joke" The Doctor whispered

Gorgeous? well The Doctor couldn't disagree, but this woman was dangerous

Dumbledore watched this and was waiting for his moment to strike

The Doctor had to restrain himself from going out there and sorting Bellatrix out

Dumbledore watched as Bellatrix ran her hand up her arm "She's calling Voldemort, they have a mark on their arm called the Dark Mark and if they touch it Voldemort will make a visit" he whispered to The Doctor


"Right now is the time, lets go Doctor you wait outside for me" and Dumbledore walked into the room after Jack, but he was invisible so Voldemort couldn't see him

'Cybermen? How could Voldemort know about them? Daleks aswell?' The Doctor thought

Dumbledore creeped behing Voldemort pulling his wand out carefully, being quite silent

'True, always dangerous' The Doctor thought


Ron was running through the hall, where was Hermione? he'd heard that Death Eaters were in the school, If there were then Hermione was in great danger, 'she's a muggleborn' thought Ron "Hermione? Where are you?" Ron shouted
Dumbledore knew that Jack had done the wrong thing instantly and he grabbed Bellatrix's wand as she lunged forward, he breathed a sigh of relief as Bellatrix seemed to not notice that her wand had gone

Ron ran up behind Hermione "There you are" and he smiled "I've been looking for you everywhere"

Dumbledore started casting silent spells, to make sure that Voldemort and Bellatrix couldn't get out of the room unless they used the floo network, but Dumbledore also cut off the rest of the schools fire's, so Voldemort could only travel away from Hogwarts

Dumbledore made himself visible and cast a stunning spell at Bellatrix's back and watched her drop, Then he ran in front of Voldemort and cast a protection spell between Jack and Voldemort "Go Jack, The Doctor is outside, RUN" Dumbledore told Jack as he tried to keep the forcefield going

Hermione smiled to see Ron enter then room then anger crossed her face and she flung her arms around his neck "don't you ever do that again Ronald Weasley. I couldn't find you or Harry and Voldemort and Bellatrix are in the castle. I thought something happened to you"She buried her head into his shoulder. That boy made her so mad sometimes.

"Sorry, I was in the toilet, and then a load of 2nd years ran into the toilets screaming that you-know-who's in the school, so I ran to find you, Where's Harry?" Ron looked around and saw Rose "I dont mean to be rude but, who are you?" Ron looked puzzled he'd never seen this person in Hogwarts before

Jack dove out the door. "Man they're not what I'm used to." He told The Doctor, Shaking his head. "Where's Rose?" He asked.

"Expelliarmus" and "Protego". Rose muttered, following along behind Hermione. She jumped a mile when suddenlt out of nowhere this kinda cute ginger haired boy started talking to her. "My name is Rose Tyler, I am here with a couple of friends to help."

Hagrid stood as all the students began coming in. "All righ' listen up, this is important. I need all members of the DA to stand by Rose. The rest of yeh, with me, wands at the ready. DA members, be prepared to help with the fight should The Doctor or professor Dumbledore need yeh. Evrybody else, is to stay here out of the way, prepared to cast defensive spells only."
