Personality: Fiona is a Slytherin through and through. While she strives to keep her calm her temper does tend to get the better of her sometimes. She tends to be extremely opinionated and stubborn. She does have a softer side, but doesn’t show it very often. Fiona has a big heart but very rarely puts it out there, too much risk of getting hurt.

Fiona takes everything she does very seriously. She is the top of her class, much to her twin’s displeasure. She plays hard on the Quidditch pitch and even harder when she’s dueling. Like any Slytherin she hates to lose and is always striving to better herself. Fiona does have a capacity for compassion and is a very loyal friend, though she doesn’t suffer fools and can’t stand when people don’t say what they mean.

Dozer enjoys politics quite a bit; however he aspires of becoming the next big Quidditch Chaser. His father doesn’t quite see the allure of an athletic future and is hoping to steer his wayward son away from such endeavors. Their family travels in the highest of social circles and attends all of the high end shindigs. Little Cassandra enjoys life as the baby. Personality: Kelby is a very, very out-going girl. She’ll talk to absolutely anyone if they seem interesting enough, and since she finds many things interesting, there’s a good chance she’ll speak to you. She enjoys making new friends but at the same time is exceedingly loyal to those she has. She won’t forsake a friend easily unless said friend states in no uncertain terms that they don’t want to be friends with her any longer. In that case, she’ll completely cut ties with them and will never speak to them again. This is similar to how she reacts when someone betrays her trust.

Kelby has an adventurous spirit, and she is rarely afraid of anything. Trouble is her middle name, though not because she causes it on purpose; it just sort of happens when she gets into something she shouldn’t. She doesn’t always think things through, though her intentions are usually good. She’s not particularly temperamental, but that doesn’t mean she’s incapable of losing it from time to time. Christmas dinner in the Weasley traditional family home has always been a beautiful event for the Weasleys and their extended family. Even if there were years where the bright decorations could not be afforded, there was always the presence of family and the warmth of togetherness. After all these decades, that hadn’t changed. The only thing that had changed was the location of Christmas dinner. When the Weasley family had grown to include the Potters and even a couple of Malfoys, and with the Longbottoms and Scamander who may as well have been family, the crowd of them had begun to outgrow the dining room. It had become a tradition in past years to gather everyone together out in the yard, a bubble of magical sunlight protecting everyone from the harsh weather outside.
As dinner was finishing and plates were being gathered for washing, without warning, an explosion took place at the center of the long table where everyone was seated. Near the end of the table, Magdelene Potter was thrown clear and crawled from the accident on scorched hands, looking over shoulder as the garden sphere flickered and faded, letting the snow storm outside into the garden.

A dark figure began walking toward her slowly, looking around as though taking in the destruction with a connoisseur's eye. Magdelene began ripping memories out of her mind as quickly as she could--an entire day's worth. She paused with one last memory in her hand as the figure stopped before her and raised his wand.

Hogwarts is always a beautiful sight around Christmastime, with its sixteen Christmas trees, and live fairies flitting between the branches. The smell of Christmas dinner is intoxicating and, even more so, is Christmas dessert, which is what the handful of students and teachers who'd stayed over break seemed to be tucking into at the moment. The collection of students who stayed over the holiday included a great number of the Weasleys and Potters, most of which who stayed because Christmas at home was always so very crowded.

With a grave look on his face (more so than usual, anyway), Headmaster Marcus Maltus stood up from his seat at the teachers’ table and announced in a booming voice, "The following students should report to the teachers' lounge immediately. Kelby and Spence Potter; Gemini, Genesis, and Elodie Weasley; Adelinde Ashling; Chase Longbottom; Isabel Lupin; Monday Zadkiel; Royal Scamander; and Fiona and Blaire Carlisle. Everyone else is excused to their dormitories."

All of them looking very somber, the teachers stood from their seats and followed the Headmaster out of the Great Hall and down the hallway to the teachers' lounge.

Gemini was happily eating, looking forward to thr Christamas celebaration that would take place place soon. She had been talking to her many family members and smiling happily when she heard her name called. She stopped talking and listened to the reast of what the headmaster was saying. She heard her many cousins names called too, and hs ewas starting to get worried. Her deep brown eyes showed worry, and a little bit of fear. The headmaster's grim expression didn't do anything to help calm her.

When he was done talking she studied all the teachers faces, they all looked similiar to the headmaster's. Except one...Professor Hargreaves, who teaches Divintation. He looked...Angry? Well, she'd find out why soon enough, hopefully. She took a deep breath and stood up. But she didn't want to leave yet, not without her twin. She would feel more comfortable and less afraid with Genesis by her side.

Adelinde looked around. It was a beautiful day... a beautiful Winter night. She was eating, a bit quietly and when she heard her name being called she looked up. She set down the silverware and paid attention to the headmaster. They were being called away? The headmaster's expression looked... more grim than usual and it unnerved her. What had she done wrong? Glancing along the staff table, she noticed that they too wore the same expression.

Addie felt quite scared, nervous. She closed her eyes. One breath and rose from her seat. She glanced to see if anyone else was leaving. Seeing that they weren't, she took the first step and walked towards the double doors. She left the Great Hall and walked a bit numbly to the Teachers' Lounge. She looked at them. "You called, Professors?" she said politely.

Plot point: Any of you who are playing characters that are especially attentive or who pay attention to their surroundings will notice that all of the teachers look quiet upset except for one. Professor Hargreaves, the Divination professor, looks angry. I'll let you guys decide how observant your characters are.

Dallin looked around the big room, watching as some students' whose names were called left the room. His eyes followed Elodie Weasley, and he began to wonder what this was all about. Those students were all related somehow, weren't they? Hmm.

He eyed the staff table, taking in the expressions of the staff. Now Dallin, being a very observant person, couldn't help but notice Hargreaves' expression. as it... upset? Angry? What was going on here?

Izzy was scared. What had she done? She never did anything wrong? After following the others to the room, she stood next to her friends and wondered what they all had done. Her hair colour changed from blonde to a light blue. She was wondering what could happen. "Did we do something wrong Professor's?" she asked them. She was one of the youngest ones here. What was going on?

Elodie Weasley stood up and nervously followed the others. She hadn't done anything wrong, had she? All the teachers look... angry? or was it upset? "what's going on?" she asked nervously.

Livione watched anxiously as the people left the room, a dumbfound expression on her face. what was going on? were they going home? and if so why so late?

Kelby was chatting merrily with her friends and family as the Headmaster stood up to make his announcement. She fell silent immediately when he called out her name along with her many cousins and demanded them to report to the Teachers' Lounge. Oh Merlin. Was she in trouble again? What'd she do this time? Kelby had been behaving fairly well for the past week or two, or she thought she was anyhow. Of course, that would mean all the others were in trouble too, and many of them never got in trouble. So what was going on?

Quite curious, she stood up, not really noticing if any of the others were following or had already left, and she went quickly to the requested room, where the professors and a few of the others already were. "What's up?" she questioned, raising an eyebrow.

Genisis was sitting next to Gemini when she heard her name along with the rest of her cousin's called. She looked at the headmaster and couldn't help but take in the grim expression on his face. Every other Professor's expression matched the Headmaster's. Well, all except the Divination professor's. His was more of an angry expression.

Gen had no idea what was going on. She turned to face Gemini, before standing up. She headed towards the teacher's lounge, glad her sister was at her side.

Monday looked up as he heard his name. What on earth is going on? He wasn't always the most observant person, but he did notice that every professor held the same expression, aside from the Divination teacher. He got up from his seat at the Ravenclaw table and joined the rest of his extended family at the front. He wondered if anyone knew what was going on.

Nathan looked up from his meal when the Headmaster announced that the pupils whose names are read out to report to the teachers lounge immediately. He frowned as the names were read out. Aren't they all related to each other? he thought curiously. He noticed all teachers stand up to follow them, all looking very sombre. Now, since Nathan was the Slytherin Quidditch team Captain, he had to be aware and observant of things nearly all of the time. He noticed, out of all of the teachers, the DIVINATION teacher, was... angry? There was only one question running through his mind when he saw the teachers and students leave.

What's Happened?

Munching contently on a chicken leg, he listened to his family and friends around him confer without much interest. Spence was deep in thought, about one thing or another.

So, when his name was called, along with the names of quite a few other members of his family, it took Spence a few moments to register what was being said. Setting his chicken leg down on his plate, he slowly rose to his feet, standing still for a moment before making his way numbly toward the oak doors that led in and out of the Great Hall. He didn't understand what was going on, and had sincere intentions of finding out what was so urgent, that it had to interrupt the traditional Christmas feast.

Concerned, and curious as to why his family in particular had been called upon, Spence followed his them down the corridor leading to the teachers lounge silently. He nodded to the professors inside as he entered the room, noting the distressed expressions on their faces without comment. Kelby asked the question on his mind.

What was up? Before his pessimistic thoughts drove him insane with worry.

Additional plot point. As each of you enters the teacher's lounge, you see more than just the teachers in the room. Standing in the room, you see the following people:

Monday, you see your parents, Zephyr and Conleth Zadkiel.
Fiona, Blaire, you see your mother, Braith Carlisle. Chase and Adelinde, you recognize her as your aunt.
The rest of you recognize Jacques. He is a close family member of Elodie and Isabel (your uncle), but isn't as familiar to the rest of the Potters and Weasleys. Still, you all recognize him.

Zephyr, Conleth, and Jacques look just as somber as you professors. Braith has obviously been crying. A lot.

Genisis entered the room, her sister hopefully not to far behind. She looked around at every one gathered there. She saw every Professor that she had had and some that she hadn't had just yet. Then, she spotted people that were clearly not Professors. They must be peoples parents or something. Who ever they were, they looked just as disgruntled as all of the professors.

There was one man who looked completely familiar. She couldn't place his name or where she knew him from. She figured that he must've been family. Gen looked at her sister and then at all of the others. She really wanted to know what was going on.

Monday entered the room, following the rest of his family. He looked around the faces of the professors. His eyes stopped when he spotted his parents. He was in shock at them being there. He didn't know what to say. "Mum. Dad. What are you doing here? What's going on?" He was even more worried now. Something bad must've happened if his parents were here.

Adelinde turned and saw her auntie. "Auntie Carlisle," Adeline said softly, her aunt looked like she had been crying, "are you alright?" she asked. Everyone else, distant relatives and someone else... they all had the same expression of sorrow, that grim look on their face... except... the Divination teacher, who looked quite angry. Something had to have happened and she felt a bit afraid. "Why are we all here?" she demanded to know, "What's going on?"

Gemini followed Genisis through the hallways, her deep brown eyes showing worry, her dark red hair falling behind her. She avoided looking at anyone as she walked by, but she could see some people, who were going to their dormitorys, looking at her. They must have heard the headmasters speech and were wondering what was going on. Just like her.

When she entered the room she saw all the professors, along with some people who were not professors. She recognized them all in some way. Either they were a kids parents, and their traits were shared with their children, or she had seen them somewhere. She saw a lot of people other people didn't, her deep brown eyes took in everything. One thing she did know other people saw too was that all of their faces were also grim, this would not be a happy meeting.

Then she saw someone who she did recognize, and she knew why she recognized him. His name was...Jaques, she though. Or something like that. but she thought it was Jaques, she had a good memory. He was...Isabelle and Elodies..uncle? Yeah, that was it.

Then Gem noticed that one of them looked like she had been crying. Oh no. Gem stepped a little closer to Genesis.

Lyra had her head on her elbow as she heard a few names being called. She turned to the teachers table, "Guess someone's pretty angry..." Lyra's brown eyes were now on the Divination professor....now what was his name?

For now that didn't matter, why would the teachers be...sad? "Who died?" she asked no on in particular as she stuck a potatoe filled fork into her mouth.

Seeing all these people, both professors and people she knew as part of her extended family, looking so upset and grim, along with the Divination professor's angry expression, made Kelby finally realize something was wrong - and it wasn't because she was in trouble. Something much, much more awful must have happened...but what?

Her attention was particularly caught by one man who looked vaguely familiar, and yet she couldn't quite place why. She was usually pretty good with names and faces, but his name escaped her at the moment. Oh, bother with remembering his name. There were more important things at hand. "So...what's happened?" she asked, trying and probably failing to hide that rare sound of worry and fear in her tone.

Fiona Carlisle was been happily munching on her dinner when she heard several familiar names being called. Curious she glanced up brushing back her long dark hair only to hear her name and her twins as well. She cut a look at Blaire and raised her eyebrows. Alarms were going off in her head and suspicion began creeping up her spine.

As she stood to follow the teachers brushing her skirt down, she noticed their somber faces. Something had upset them greatly. A stab of fear twisted her gut but she gave no outward appearance of her distress. On the outside she was calm and composed. With easy measured steps she fell in beside Blaire and walked into the teachers lounge.

The fear in her stomach turned into a twisted black hole as she took in several family members, one of which was her mother. She quickly took in her disheveled appearance and the tears running down her face. She froze unable to go a step farther into the room. "What's going on? Mom?" Her voice was deadly calm a great contrast to the way she was feeling inside.

Her eyes swept the room again and alarm crashed through her system. Her brunette hair swished from side to side as she realized one important person was missing. "Where's dad?"

Elodie looked around still as confused as ever, then she saw Uncle Jacques, but he didn't look to happy either WHAT IS GOING ON?!? she thought walking over to him. "Unc? whats going on?" she asked a little worried about the answer.
