Jacey rasied an eyebrow at Malfoy, "So, are you going to answer me or sit there like an ape?" she asked. |
He looked at her with the glare, "woman, would you give me twenty seconds to find the words i want to use." He hated when people did that too him. "well if you really want to know people have been spreading the rumor that you and I are together." He smirked a little wider. "You know you can't resist me." his smirk turned into a slight smile. |
"I wonder where they get such an idiotic idea." Jacey said to him. |
Harry listened to his friends though, he stood at the door of the great all watching Draco and Jacey talking debating on weither or not to go over there, he new if he went and fought Draco people would say something like 'oh hes just mad draco stole Jacey from him' and stuff like that. He sat there debating for a few miniute. |
Draco looked at her, "well it surely wasn't me so you can just get that idea out of your head." He looked at her and then saw potter standing in the doorway of the great hall. "well are you mad that you can't have me because of dumb scar head?" he questioned. |
Cathy stood next to Harry. "Look, you can't just go running over there," she told him quietly. "He's just going to start more rumours. And, if you go over there to help Jacey, there will be talk of her not being able to defend herself...and you don't have to worry about her," she said with a small smile. "Just wait and watch," she said finally. |
Shannon sat down at the Gryffindor table. Despite seeing her friends over by Draco. |
"oh yes Malfoy, that's it, I'm so unhappy with Harry and I would rather be with you than him, is that what you want to hear?" she asked him |
TJ laughed as he sat down. He couldnt help it. Draco was making a major fool of himself and he really didnt want to take part in it. He glanced over at Shaonnon smileing and then glanced around from something to occupy his time. |
"well i garuntee that i can make you happier." Because he saw TJ sitting there he knew he could make a fool of her and dare her because she wouldn't turn it down. "Well. I Dare You To Spend A Week As My Girlfriend" He said looking at her with eyes bright. |
"Wha- I- you-" Jacey took a deep breath, crossed her arms and locked his eyes, "Fine Malfoy, you're on, but let me make it quite clear that I am only doing this because I never turn down a dare." |
Hermione watched as jacey and draco talked, "Oh, come on ron," She said turning around and grabbing ron by the hand,"I'm not standing here and watching him anymore," She said then storming off to the gryffindor table and pulling ron with her. |
"We will see won't we. I garuntee you'll fall in love with me by the end of this week." He smiled at her as he saw Hermione and Ron Coming closer, "see you first thing tomorrow morning." he said kissing her hand and walking away from her to his table. |
Jacey rolled her eyes at Malfoy and stalked off to the Gryffindor table. "Remind me to burn my hand later Ron." she said as she sat next to him, she looked around for harry, but didn't see him, suddenly she was hit with the reality of what had just happened and she wanted to throw up. What was Harry going to say? |
Harry had heard it all and was shocked as to Jacey's answer, he new she couldnt turn down a dare, but this was over the top discusting, and then the fact.. Jacey was dating harry!, Harry finally came out of his shock and walked over to Jacey, "Wha..What.. Why.. You said yes!?" |

Cathy had finally let go of Harry, seeing that he was too shocked to do anything anyway. She took her seat quietly, seething inwardly. "That snake, I can't believe him!" she whispered fiercely. |
Hermione turned round and looked at ron "dont you ever listen," She said impatiently,"Draco dared jacey to go out with him" |

Cathy put a calm hand on Jacey's shoulder. "Its alright, I think we're all a little shocked by this right now..." she said. She gave Ron a 'that really wasn't appropriate' look. She sighed. "Look, just because you're dating him doesn't mean you can't date Harry...and since its a dare, its not like you're cheating on him," she reasoned, trying to help things calm down. |
Harry looked over at Cathy "no.. that wouldnt work, do you no how much bad things would be spread around?" Harry said then looked over a Jacey "your break up with me for Draco.. because of a lousy dare?.. Jacey please dont do this!" Harry said sitting down beside Jacey staring deeply into her gorgoes eyes. |
Jacey locked eyes with harry, "You know how many things have already spread? According to the entire student body, I am dating Malfoy now, what other things is he going to say if i dont do the dare? Hm? You know that they will be worse than this, and both of us have lived through many rumors, remember?" She asked, thinking back to last year, before she had started dating Harry, she was with Seamus, and everyone said she was cheating on him and he believed them and broke up with her. "Please, let's not do this right now." she said to Harry, "Especially with everyone watching." |
Harry looked around and noticed many wandering eyes watching their every move. “Well.. can we just talk about this later tonight??” Harry asked very sencerly. He understood exactly what Jacey was talking about but still wasn’t ready to let her go, even if it were just for the week. |
