"Safe from what?" Olivia asked, her voice was slightly muffled by her father's shirt. She pulled away and looked up at her father, "How is Draco Malfoy going to keep me safe?" He doesn't even like me." she said. |
Kate laughed at Elle. "Oh sorry love, didn't realize you were a junior. Well, junior year was my hardest but, no pressure." She added with a wink. "It was also the most fun so far, but i'm pretty sure this year will top them all. Don't you agree Cody?" She asked as she giggled a bit at his attempt to grab the coffee. "I think you should probably give up." She said in an non-offending way with a smile . |
Victor looked down at Olivia and tried to come up with something to say to his daughter that wouldn't worry her. "You're in a bit of danger and that's all I'm planning on telling you." he said quietly. "I trust Draco and I do realize that you hate him and that's fine with me." Victor added with a small laugh. Meanwhile Elle glanced at both Kate and Cody "Don't worry I could never be mad at you guys, even thought you'll both be gone next year leaving me all alone." she point out. She looked down at her shoes for a moment before looking back up at the both of them "I hope this year won't be to stressful." she added. Cody eyed the coffee once again before looking back at both of the girls "I will never stop trying to get her coffee." he laughed all evilly. "I very much agree with you but this year could be the hardest we have every faced." he mentioned to Kate and Elle. |
Kate laughed, "Yeah well, next year it will be you who owns the school so, i don't think you'll find that us being gone is to much of a worry." Kate smiled at Cody's evil laugh. "Some laugh you got there, eh? Yeah it might be hard, i've heard that it's both the easiest year and the hardest year, i'm not sure which to believe but i guess we'll find out shortly!" Kate added brightly. She would be lying to herself if she didnt admit she though Cody was cute. |
Before Olivia had a chance to say anything to her father, Draco walked up behind them and cleared his throat, "If we don't hurry, we will miss the plane." he said, smiling at Olivia, who cast him an evil glare. |
Victor looked at Draco and then back down at Olivia "Thank you Draco for reminding us." he said before grabbing something from his briefcase. "Olivia these are for you kiddo." he mumbled as he handed her a muggle device known as a cell phone and a strange card thing that was call a credit card. "Call me when you get there sweetie and I'll miss you trouble." he said giving his daughter one last hug and a kiss on the top of her head. "Be good please." he whispered. Meanwhile Elle looked at Cody and then to Kate "That is very true about me and my class ruling the school next year." she beamed as she poked Cody in the arm. She looked over at Cody who was really rather oblivious to how she really felt about him, but she was rather happy about him not knowing. "Ow that hurts." Cody jokingly cried after Elle poked him in the arm. He looked over at Kate "Thanks I know I have an amazing evil laugh." he said with a smile. Before he said a thing he thought about what Kate had said "Well I guess will have to find out how this year is going to be very soon." he added. |
Kate nodded. "You will do a fine job at ruling the school next year Elle, i can already tell." She added with a laugh. "Yeah i think all of the seniors are going to get a rude awakening when we find out how senior year will really be." Kate said shrugging a bit. "But hey, i'm still excited!" |
ooc: i'm sorry i wasn't here! I was grounded from the computer yesterday, and then at a party tonight. But i'm here now. Draco looked down at Olivia and wondered "How on earth did i get stuck doing this?" then he looked around at all the filthy muggles around him and groaned. "Are you ready?" he asked, toning down the impatience infront of the Minister. |
Cody couldn't help but shrug as he thought about how the year was probably going to be. "Can we please not think about how boring and difficult this year is going to be for me and everyone else." he whined as he looked at the both of them. Elle didn't mean to laugh at Cody but his reaction was hilarious. "Sorry I didn't mean to laugh at you Nash but don't you think you're slightly over reacting." she mumbled. "Power is always good and you guys should enjoy it while you still have it." Elled added as she glanced down at her shoes once again. |
Olivia smiled at her father and smiled, "I will I promise." she lifted her bag and glared at Draco, "Ready as I'll ever be." she said, walking up to him, she looked back at her father and waved, "I love you." |
Draco nodded to the minister and turned toward the "terminal" or whatever it was called. He pushed the should strap of his bag up, and shoved one hand into the pocket of his jeans. He had had to go shopping for all new clothes, and right now was wearing a white t-shirt and jeans that were apparently "cool". He didn't see what was so great about them, they were ripped up and faded, but he was determined to look better then all the Muggles at his new school. |
Olivia looked around the airport at all of the mugglew, and noticed that most of the girls were smiling and whispering when she and draco walked past, no doubt they thought they were a couple. She looked up at him as she tucked her hair behind her ear, "Do you know were we ae going?" she asked |
Draco didn't really notice the staring and whispering, he was used to being stared at. "Nope. No idea." he said casually. "We're going on a plane. I know that much. Don't you have the tickets?" He asked, pushing the strap back up on his shoulder and looking down at her. |
Olivia looked down at the ticket in her hand, she had never been on an airplane before, she looked at the destination and raised an eyebrow. "Coulter Pennsylvania? where the heck is that?" she asked herself. |
Chris thought for a moment, trying to mix and match everything Teresa just said. It got a bit confusing there, but it kinda mad sense...."Um... ya, lets go with that." he said happily. He noticed the time. "Wow, good thing I wasn't walking, I feel I would have been late if I walked. Were almost late as it is. You do know where the school is right?" he asked her jokingly, trying to keep the new school idea of his mind as long as possible. |
Teresa gave a guilty smile "sorry that explanation must have been entirely confusing" she said blushing a little. she turned at the green arrow she saw a clear view of the school and the formulary welcome sign with he words "Coulter High School" she pointed it out "well I got us he didn't I" she said with a laugh as she turned into the student parking lot |
Kate laughed and nodded. "Right, we'll move on." She said as an awkward pause followed. "Okay, what is there to talk about?" Kate laughed. She yawned a little and took her hair down from the ponytail that it had been in. "I woke up late this morning so i didn't have much time to get ready." She said in an attempt to explain why she was so unsatisfyed with her apperance. "Not like you couldn't tell though haha." |
ooc: good timing :P I'm just gunna wing it with a discription of the school... can't remember if I saw in one of the posts what the school looked like, so i'll just make it up :D Chris smiled. "Its alright, I was going to make sense of it sooner or later really." he said happily. Chris followed to where Teresa was looking, and sure enough there was a building. A large 3-story high building, coving a fair amount of ground. The bricks where a palish brown, atleast for his eyes they were. The letters were great big white letters, that easily stood out from the building, and easy to read. A soccer and football field could be seen just off to the side of the students parking lot, and the grass was a dark healthy green. "Wow, this is great! My last school had a dirt field for the soccer field!" he exclaimed happily, practicly jumping out of the car, but thankfully his seat beat kept him held in tight. "i'll give you some credit, you did get us here... ontime at that." he exclaimed playfully. |
OOC: thanks :D , hey works with me Teresa laughed she had never seen someone react as Chris had to the site of a soccer field "I'm guessing you like soccer" she said laughing again. She looked around spying unoccupied parking space and turning into it. She turned the car off and glanced at her watch "well I'm not sure if you will be able to go over and look at the field this morning specially since your new to the school". she paused to unbuckle her seat belt and leaned over the seat to get her bags in the seats behind her. " but hey maybe after school, I stay after anyway so yeah if you want to check it out" she paused again to open the car door "all be her to give yeah a ride home" she said smiling |
Elle laughed at what Kate had said "Don't worry you look fine and besides I never wear makeup either." she informed both Kate and Cody with pride. "So I wonder if we're all going to have the same lunch period?" she wondered out loud and asked also. Cody gave both girls a huge smile "I think you both look amazing." he complementing both of them. "And Ellie dear that all comes do to whether or not the scheduled god decide to be nice to us." he informed. |
Smiling, Chris unbuckled his seat belt and opened the door. "Well, in all honesty, soccer is my number two sport... hockey is by far my best sport. Back in Australia, in the small league we had, I played AAA, which is the highest you can get before going to the NHL you have here in USA. But because hockey isn't too big in Australia, we got to travel all around the area, like to China, Tokyo, Japan, Russia, Germany. It was really great. I still need to find out if theres hockey in this area." he said thoughtfully and happily. "But that will have to wait for another day. And your right, i'll check it out after school, and thanks in advanced for driving me home." he said happily, glad to be getting on great terms with Teresa. Closing the door, he looked up to the school, then looked at the doors leading inside... then to the side where he saw some students talking and laughing. Then he looked back over to Teresa. So.. wheres the main office in this building?" he asked her, "Oh, and do you need any help carrying your stuff?" he asked, remembering a few minutes ago before we started the drive to the school. |
Finally, Quentin pulled into the student parking lot closely followed by Inez. He got out and met her by her car. She looked around then pointed a finger at Quentin. "Ha! We arne't late! I win." She grinned then stuck the thick green straw in her mouth from her frapaccino. "Fine... Tomorrow I buy." He said. He started to look around, but Inez was already skipping off towards a group of people. That's where they were so different! Well they were different in a lot of areas, but that being one of the main ones. She was like the social butterfly herself whereas Quentin could do without any social activity and would be fine. But as usual he followed. "Hi Elle, hi Cody, hi Kate." Inez said happily with a grin before taking another long drink. Something she never went without during the day. "What are we talking about?" |
wow that's pretty impressive" said Teresa with a smile"aw man your so lucky like I said before, I've never been out the US" she said a bit sadly "but hey I can help you look" she smiled at him "oh its no problem I stay after anyway way" She hoisted her tattered bag on to her shoulder "na I think I got it. thanks for asking though, it will be alot easier now because my guitar can just stay in the car" she started walking towards the doors "yeah common all show you" she said ,then waved at the group of students as she walked passed them |
Chris smiled to her. "Alrighty then, lead the way captain." he said happily, following behind her, giving a small nod to the group nearby to sort of say "hi" but not saying anything. Weather they noticed or not, is beound him because he walked a bit faster after that. |
Elle gave Inez a big smile as she walked over to their little group "Good morning and wheres Quentin anyways ?" she asked as she flipped around trying to find him. Elle was about to answere Inez's question when Cody answered for her. "Well Inez, we were just talking about whether or not we were going to have the same lunch period together." he informed Inez who was drinking her coffee. "That's pretty much what were talking about." he added as he tried one last time to grab Elle's coffee. |
