Jones underground family manor Built the day Nate turned 10 it was designed for a house for him when he was older. His parents died the next year, so now him, his two older sisters, his little brother, and his older brother live there now. It has 7 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a parlor, a living room, a bathroom, many secret tunnels, and a basement (people are not recomended down there unless they can handle untamed beasts). The scene starts 2 years after it is built and Nate and his sister go down to the basement. (They don't know there are beasts down there.) Quote:

Nate and Tanya come to the basment door. "I wonder what's in here." "I know right. They carefully open the door. |
The door opens slightly, they take a peak inside to see a sleeping chimera guarding a door. The door creaks and it awakes the sleeping beast and quickly one of it's three heads shoots out a blast of fire. Before the fire can get to them they slam the door shut. Thankfully it couldn't go through the door because it was made of metal on the other side. "Whoa that was close. Thankfully we closed the door in time." |
Taylor knocked on the door. She had a gift in her hands for her cousins for a housewarming gift. |
"Ah yes taylor the masters are expecting you. Follow me and watch your step." |
The house elf takes Taylor down past the parlor and into the living room. " Hi Taylor." |
"Hey cuzes." Taylor smiled and tossed Tanya a box with a necklace in it and Nate a box with a videogame that you can go into in it. |
Nate grabs the box and Nate says "Thanks Taylor. Well I want to show you something." |
"Show away." Taylor smiled. |
Nate brings her down to the basement. "Be prepared." Nate opens the door. "Look inside, tell me what you think." |
Taylor entered the basement and looked around, "Nice place." She smiled. |
Nate points and says "Did you see the chimera?" |
Taylor shook her head. |
The beasts roars then shoots out some fire. |
Taylor edges closer to Nate. "What the heck?" She was a little frighten. |
"Yeh we didn't know it was down here either we just came down here and there it was." |
"Is it tame?" Taylor realized she was gripping her cousin's arm so she quickly let go and straighten out her outfit and pretending that nothing happend and she wasn't afraid, "Because you know that would be cool." |
"No." |
Taylor shrugged and picked at her nailpolish. |
"So yeh, that is why i want to go to hogwarts to learn how to tame the thing." |
"You can ride in the same compartment as my sister, my cousins on my mother's side and i, if you want that is." She looked at Nate. |
"Yeh that's cool with me." |
"Sweet though you would be the only boy unless Lori's boyfriend decides to sit with us." Taylor laughed. |
"Oh, well that be awkward." |
She laughed, "It wont be too bad, though we are a year older than you." |
"10 points to Nate." |
Taylor raised her eyebrow, "Excuse me?" She was confused. |
"Just nevermind that comment. So let's go eat diner should be ready." |
Taylor looked at Nate weirdly and shrugged, "ok." |
Nate steps into the parlor and sits.......it's as if he's expecting someone. |
Taylor tilted her head slightly, "Are you expecting someone cuz? oh and should i go?" |
Adeline didn't know where she was. The only thing she remembered was being in the car when her mother's driver crashed the car going around a corner. He ran into a tree. Adeline went flying out and the rain didn't help much she was soaking wet. She knew she was alright but she needed to find shelter. Adeline found a house up the road, she walked to the door, knocked on it and waited for someone to open it. |
"Yes what do you want?" |
Adeline jumped a little when she heard the door open. "By any chance do you have a towel. I'm a bit wet from the rain." Adeline asked. She shivered a bit. Adeline looked around and then stopped. |
"Yes step inside one moment. Wait in the parlor." |

"Thank you." she said in her natural American accent. Adeline stepped into the parlor and waited for the towel. She looked around and it seemed empty to her. Even if someone else was there she wouldn't have a clue because she knew that she doesn't know anyone. Adeline wrapped her arms around herself to try and keep her body warm. |

"House elf where is my sword the chimera is getting out of control." As he says walking into the parlor. "Hello. The house elf didn't say we had company." |

Adeline heard footsteps and turned her head to where they were coming from. She saw a blonde haired girl taking off her cloak for her. "Thank you. That's very kind of you." she said to the girl and putting the cloak on herself. It felt nice and toasty against her body. |
"You still have the chimera, cuz?" Taylor wrinkled up her nose. To the stranger, "Oh no problem at all." She smiled, "I'm Taylor by the way." |
"It's in the living room on it's case master." "Yes I do and it's getting out of hand. I'm going to write a warning note on the door. Oh and I'm Nate. My sister Tanya isn't here at the present time." |
Taylor look at her cousin, "Are you going to tame it sometime?" She laughed. |
"Yes that is what I'm going to do now. You once your dried come down to the basement, I may need an extra hand or two." nate gets his sword from the living room and heads downstairs into the basement. |

Adeline looked at the new person that called herself Taylor. "Nice to meet you Taylor." Adeline said in a friendly tone. "I'm Adeline Holiday." Quote:
Adeline looked at boy that just walked in. "Oh not I'm not company. I'm...I really don't know what I am." Adeline told the boy. It was odd she knew who she was but she didn't know these two people so therefor she was not company because they didn't know her either. |
Taylor watched her cousin go down into the basement and then back to the girl. "Pleasure meeting you, Adeline. Were you in an accident?" She tilted her head. |
"In a storm like this you may need something." Nate's sister walks in."I"m back." |
Taylor looked at Nate's sister who just came in, "Hey Tanya." She smiled. |
"Where's Nate. And who's this." |
"Nate went to tame the chimera in the basement and this" She gestured to the girl, "is Adeline." Taylor smiled. |
"Hi Adeline. OH dear i better help him." |
"Yeah i might as well go down with you.... at least to tease him." Taylor laughed. |

Tanya heads down to the basement and sees his brother. |
Talking to Adeline, Taylor gestured to the girl who just showed up, "This is Tanya. Nate's" She gestured to the basement, "sister. Are you ok and was there anyone else in the accident?" |

She shook her head. "My mother was but she wasn't in there when I got up...she had her seat belt on though. Maybe someone took her to the Hospital. It's nice to meet her."Adeline told her. |
"Maybe.... do you want to use my cell to try to find her?" Taylor held up her cell phone. |
Nate is trying to fight off the beast to get to the door while his sister is casting spells at the beast. |
Taylor leaned against the doorframe to the basement, "Need help you two?" |
"No were good for now." |
Taylor watch her two cousins for a little bit, "Ok." |
"I have an idea. Taylor what are chimeras afraid of?" |
Adeline shook her head. "No I don't want to be a bother if she's at the Hospital." she told Taylor. She didn't like to be a bother to anyone really. Adeline looked towards the basement. "What's going on down there?" she asked. |

"No she works for International Cooperation as an ambassador." Taylor giggled. |
Since there is a raing storm the house elf puts out a sign thats says "Knock on the door and someone will be with you shortly." Quote:

"Yeah so i have no clue to what the answer is." Taylor giggled, "Though i could research it in one of my school books if you want." |
"Go get my fantastic beast book from my room. Go up the stairs and its the second room to the left." |
Taylor went and got the book and started flipping trhrough it to the Chimera section. "I don't see anything about its fears." |
"Then what are it's weaknesses." |
Taylor shook her head, "It only talks about how it breathes fire and it is a body of a lioness but has a goat head on its spinme and its tail ends with a snake's head." |
"Wait? A what?" being a muggleborn she didn't know to much about wizarding creatures. But she would once she got to Hogwarts...hopefully. |
"Maybe if we cut off it's head it might die." |

Taylor nodded, "Thats always good." |
"I'm going to need some help to do it though." |
Taylor crouched down and took a knife from her boot "Will thiss be any good?" She held it up. |
"Yes that will anything sharp or spell will help. Or we could give it a blinding or sleeping potion." |
"We are underage, we cnat do magic but i can make a mean sleeping potion." SHe smirks, "I'm very good at them." She went off to get the potion ready. |
"Ok good but how are we going to give it to it." |
Taylor stirred the cauldron, "Play the lute? I don't know." |
Logan walked up to the manor and knocked on the door. |
"I know a song. My mom sang it to me. it goes like this my heart is pierced by cupid. I disdain all glimmering gold. Nothing can console me but my jolly sailor bold. He might not walk among us. He might be in the sky. He might be not living but in our hearts he didn't die. Oh my sweet love come back to me. Will i ever see you return from the sea. My heart is pierced by cupid. I disdain all glimmering gol nothing can console me but my jolly sailor bold. "Yes what do you want." |
"What a pretty song." Taylor smiled. |
"She sang that to me before she died." |
"sorry to hear that she died" |
"Well everyone has to eventually move on from this life into the next." |

"tis true, cuz." she finished the potion and handed it to nate. she heard a familiar voice and went to look who it was and saw logan, "hey logan." |
"Wait in the parlor." "We better get this potion down there to see what lies in the next room." |
Taylor nodded, "yeah we should." |
Nate walks down to the basement and slowly rolls the potion across the floor. The beast ate it and then Nate saw it go to sleep. He walks across the room and opens the door to see a giant labrynth. |
Taylor stays by the basement door, "Is all ok?" |
