A few years back, there was a very sucessful PR called Hogwarts is Still High School. It spawned an entirely new site, which is still running, but was for more mature content that was unwelcome here. But I felt the need to resurrect this beloved RP, but bring a new spin on it... And if you were part of the origional, please, please rejoin. We all need a reunion, because it has been too long.

Hogwarts Is Still Highschool...

Relationships, love, and lies. Homework, classes, and professors. It's all part of a regular highschool, is it not? But look around, isn't it all the same here at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? I do believe it is.

We all grow, and learn many things from school. Be it how to lie to get out of a late assignment, or how to attract the pretty girl in your potions class. And thats where our story begins...

This RP takes place long after the famous trio has left the school. Years infact. Their children are still here, 6th years infact. But new faces have appeared. The Tuck twins out of Wales have been known to be the musical masterminds, and resident heartbreakers. And Jay Kelley, Quidditch fanatic spends his days on the pitch, getting ready for his next match.

You're a regular student, and a not so regular school. And you go about your not totally regular day, doing completely irregular things. Get up, go to breakfast, go to class, chase the guy or girl of your dreams... and be a teenager. After all, this is still highschool.

Any personaly created character is welcome, just attatch a profile for them. And for the cannons, a picture will do, just to see how you feel the character should look. For the non-cannon, a brief profile of their name, age, house, looks, likes, dislikes, and a picture will be enough. But feel free to go indepth.

"I absolutely love it." Meg declared. "Shopping, I'm so jealous. I wish I could have spent my summer shopping. But no, I was stuck with daddy's lectures about responsibility. He's making me take care of a quidditch team, can you believe it? The only thing that I know about that sport is whether the player is cute or not..." she said sharing her frustration. "But it should be all good now. Parker said he'd take care of everything." she said leaning back against her pillow. "I love being me." she said commenting on her ability to get others to do the work for her. Not that whatever was going on between herself and Parker was like that. He was probably going to end up with more out of the situation than she was, but she didn't care, as long as daddy was happy then Meg could remain within her happy expensive lifestyle.
Meg then looked at Jay who was still looking at Scorpius. "Do you just want to invite them over? It would be a lot easier to spy on them that way. I don't know why they aren't sitting here in the first place. Usually people are begging to be here with us." she said putting special emphasis on the word. Yup. They were just that special.

Abby laughed outright. "Way to make us drop the issue...You know what I think, Rosie?" She tapped her chin thoughtfully, making a show of it. "It was fun of course and then so raised my limit on my charging accounts too. you so know you don't have to ask me twice to spend family money." Alyss laughed. Of course being the only daughter came with privileges. She was to be the family princess, which wasn't a far stretch at all for her. Doting parents and people that adored, envied and wanted to be her or one of her friends. Life was really good. "Father did talk to me about responsibilities but I think he was easy on me since he knows I'm nothing like my brothers and I'm quite capable to do things they can't. I'm the brains of the family after all." she smirked with a flip of her hair.

Quidditch?"A whole quidditch team, are you serious? What are you going to do with a whole team?" she laughed as her head shook with disbelief. "I'm lucky to know what the Golden Snitch is. All I pay attention to is if they are cute and are available." she laughed thinking about the newest player she meet while on break. He was quite cute and she would have to keep in touch with that one. Looking back to her friend, her mind finally registered the name she mentioned. "Parker? As in Parker, Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain Parker?" she asked covering her mouth with her hand to cover a smirk. "And how did you manage that, dear Meg?" she asked with a single lifted brow.

Turning to look at Jay again, she smiled. "Meg is right, you know. It's so much easier to spy with them closer and it would be nice to see my dear cousin." she laughed softly. She didn't really want to see him, but it would be entertaining to watch what might unfold. Again, being cousins never meant that they had to be friends or anything, dispite what their parents wanted.

Abigail grinned, pleasantly surprised that the perfect little Weasley girl was finally rebelling a bit. "Ooooh. A Malfoy, huh?" She laughed. "I think your father would have a heartattack." She searched the train for his perfect shade of blonde hair and immediately spotted him. "He's gorgeous, of course...Nice build..." She leaned up a bit to get a better look. "You could do a lot worse...Although he seems a little too perfect."

Abby thought Kyle would be the better choice...If she were being honest. Everyone knew that the Malfoys were pureblood elitist. Rose wasn't pureblood...

Matt caught the other girl sitting with the Weasleys looking back at them for something like the tenth time. It was getting distracting. But what a way to strike up a conversation. "Hang on a sec." He said, getting up. "I've got to find out what's so bloody interesting about our compartment." He let himself out of the little room and walked down the hall toward the three girls.

"S'cuse me ladies." He said, in his typical charming mannor. "I can't help but noticing you three looking back at me and my brother every, oh, thrity seconds or so. And it's very distracting, having three lovely women such as yourselves staring back all the time. Might I ask, what on earth is so fasinating about our compartment?" He asked, leaning against the door frame, arms crossed over his chest. Of course he was flirting with them, he was Matt Tuck. The apparent modern-day Sirius Black, according to his grandfather who'd grown up with the second most famous group Hogwarts ever knew. Charming, devilishly good looking, and filthy rich... Just like the poor old soul. Except, like the rest of the Tuck men, he was put in Slitherin, where Black should have gone. Matt brushed the thought off and looked back to the girls. "Well...?"

Abigail gave Victoire a devious look before turning to Rose. Seriously...Rosie wasn't fooling anyone asking about Scorpius...They both knew her parents would have a conniption if she brought the Malfoy home, her father mostly. Too much bad blood there. Besides, Scorpius seemed...boring. It actually annoyed Abby how ordinary he was. This was really a no-brainer. Kyle was the better choice.

...And she felt she needed to interfere before the girl made a mistake and set her sights on Malfoy...Sorry Rosie.

Smiling brightly towards the guy who'd just joined them, Abby held out her hand. "Hello Matt. Im Abigail Whisp. I don't believe we've ever been properly introduced." Her tone was light and flirtatious, much like his had been. "I apologize for openly staring at you guys, by the way..." The look she was giving him clearly indicated she felt no such remorse. "...but we were having a little debate. Perhaps you could give me a second opinion?"

"Very true. Just dangle something they want in front of them, give them just a taste and you are golden." Alyss laughed. "I mean if he really wants to do it and is like excited, I say let him at it. Gives you more time to do other things." she added as she admired her new watch. "But you will have like say as well, right? I mean since you are like overseeing the team, you would have final say on who is on the team, right?" she asked with a slight smirk. Quidditch players were not at all the proper guys for her to be seen dating per say, but they were fun none the less. A girl did have to have some fun, right?

Rose's jaw dropped. She could not believe this was happening. She closed her eyes and wished that this was all just a horrible nightmare.

Matt laughed, what an excellant way to get the two finally talking. "Got you're eye on my brother, eh Weasley?" He asked, looking down ar Rose. He thought for a second and glanced between Malfoy and his twin. "Hmm... Well, obviously, I'm going to have to say Kyle." He said casually. "Only because the Malfoy's are generally programed to hate all things Gryffindor, and not pureblood. And yes, while the Tuck family is Slytherin pureblood through and through, we've made exceptions in the past." He flashed another smile and looked over his shoulder at Kyle, who had sunk down in his seat trying not to be seen. "Besides, dear Rose... Kyle had had his eye on you for some time." He said with a wink.

Oh he could see the beathing Kyle was going to give him now. He'd be black and blue for weeks. He laughed a little and looked back to the girls. "Not that you heard it from me." He said, walking away from their compartment. "Hope I was of some help." He called.

Rose's eyes were still closed and her jaw was still dropped. This was the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to her. Much more embarrassing than anything her father had ever donw in her company. She finally opened her eyes when Matt left. Her eyes fell on Abby. "I can not believe you just did that!" she exclaimed.

Meg laughed. Their parents knew little about the little devils the two of them could be. This whole quidditch thing was going to be loads of fun. She stole a glance to the compartment where Parker was. He was no doubt thinking of all the things she now didn't have to bother about. There was something so nice of Parker getting involved. She couldn't quite put her finger on it. "Sooo... are we having a welcome back party this year?" she asked turning her full attention to her nails. She loved the way her new bracelet went so well with them.

Meg smirked. She had an idea of who she would invite. She had a feeling Jay would not like the idea at all. But hey, since when were any of her (and his for that matter) relationships exclusive? "Shall we inform the others of our plans? I'm sure the Tuck twins will get a kick out of it. They're always complaining there are never enough girls there."
