After Ginny finishes her final year at Hogwarts, she's stunned to learn that Harry, who's been out of school a year, is engaged. Not wanting to return to the Burrow, which will be full of wedding planning and activity, Ginny escapes to Diagon Alley for a bit of independent living. The twins kindly take Ginny in and offer her a job, and she drags Neville and Luna along as flatmates. Who knows what will happen now that they are living independently?

This is a VERY loose storyline so far, but we want to have the chance to explore these characters as rising adults. I have all of the main characters filled at this point. If you are interested, go ahead and post your character idea. To be honest, I'd prefer HP characters (but not necesarily HRH) rather than made-ups... although a quality made-up is always welcome. If I don't feel your character will add to the story, I probably won't say yes. Also, we're quite serious about RPing, so if you aren't on at night EST, CST, or you will only post very sporadically, don't bother. This is advanced RPing, so YES, your posts need to be longer and more detailed and we DO care about your spelling and grammar.

"I think that would be lovely..." Harry said, stroking Ginny's forehead with his thumb. He leaned down and gave her a kiss on the lips. "Your lips taste very good... did you know that?

"I prefer not to taste my own lips, Harry. That's what your lips are for." She smiled at him slightly before looking back up at the sky. She traced a pattern in the grass with her fingers. "Let me ask you something, Harry. Something I heard about men. You can verify it for me."

This could be going nowhere good. Harry started to get a little nervous. Usually, when women made a generalized statement about men, it was not good. "Okay..." He said, somewhat hesitantly.

"I would never let anything happen to you, Tonks. You're much too cute to die such a horrible death. I, on the otherhand, could be run over by a car and look much the same. Now... food?" He let her go reluctantly and led her to the hot dog stand. "Whatever the lady wants," he told the man.

Ginny grinned up at Harry's hesitancy. "Angelina once was telling me all aobut the things that boys like and dont' like. She told me that boys all have strange fantasies about... Quidditch pitches. Is that true?"

"That's good to know but, I wouldn't want to lose that cute nose," she said, smiling and stepping up to the vendor. "I'll have a hot dog with mustard. And a bag of those crisps there. And a large cola."

Harry laughed. It was somewhat of a true statement. All of the quidditch-loving wizards in the world couldn't help but thinking of combining the love of quidditch and the love of women together. "Well... it's... yeah, it's pretty much true," He answered her.

Ginny laughed and rolled over, propping her chin on Harry's knee. She looked up at him with wide eyes. "But... why? Tell me why you would have a fantasy like that, and I'll tell you anything you want."

George ordered as well and paid for their food. He loaded his hot dog with all sorts of condiments before leading Tonks down a pathway and deeper into the park. "You think my nose is cute? That touches my heart," George grinned, mustard dribbled on his cheek.

"It's logical, really. It's kind of like eating ice cream while listening to music. Combine two things you love and each enhances the goodness of the other. You put together a place where you do something you love... quidditch... with a person you love... and bam. You have the perfect fantasy right there," Harry explained to her, fully aware of how stupid he sounded.

"And here I thought you'd say something really scandalous about the grass and the sky and the excitement of getting caught." Ginny sat up and stretched out the kinks from laying on the ground. "And you say something sweet. Alright... what do you want to know?"

"Hmm. I think I want to know why you gave up on me so easily. I know you sort of had a thing for me in your fuirst year. Did it just fade away after that? Or were you just extremely good at hiding it? What happened?" Harry looked at Ginny. Ever since they had gotten together, he had wondered what happened all the years at Hogwarts.

She laughed at George's overflowing hotdog as they walked down the path. "I've seen it up close and personal so, I can say with some certianty that your nose is, in fact, cute."

Tonks smiled and moved them over to a bench in a more secluded area where they should be able to portkey back to Hogwarts. She noticed the mustard on his cheek, she leaned close and licked it off his face, and casually went back to working on finishing up her own hot dog.

"There was no use holding out for something that would never happen, so I moved on," Ginny shrugged and studied the stands. "I don't think I ever really gave up inside or the news that you were getting engaged wouldn't have bothered me so much. I just couldn't wear it out in the open anymore and face that constant rejection."

George was about to say something right back to Tonks, but he was stopped as Tonks leaned over and licked his cheek. An inch in the other direction and she would have licked him right on the mouth. He finished his hot dog in silence, not daring to look at her before finally turning. "Um... you licked me. On my face. Not that I didn't like it but... you used your tongue. On my face."

"That's a good explination. Anything else you'd like to ask me? Preferably referring to fantasies involving the quidditch pitch, which, by the way, we are currently laying on, and how we might fulfull those fantasies? But, anything else you want to ask me, relating to any subject?"

Tonks looked up from opening her bag of crisps and blushed crimson. "Oh... Eh... sorry about that," she said before going back to become intensely interested in opening the bag. What had she been thinking? Obviously she hadn't been thinking at all.

George kept watching Tonks even though she was trying to avoid his eye contact. "That's it? You're sorry. You licked me. If you give me a better answer, I'll let you do it again." He grinned at her and poked her with his elbow.

Ginny considered it and then cocked her head to the side. "I love you, Harry. Before... that wasn't about love. That was about need and anger and fear. I want to be with you, and I know now it would be about the right things. We can wait, but... I don't have to anymore."

Tonks could just feel the heat in her face and knew she must look like an over-ripe tomato. "I don't know," she said, carefully picking out a crisp and placing it on her tongue and sucking on it for a while until it got soft and swallowed.

George studied Tonks' face turn bright red. "Hey," he leaned in to whisper in her ear. "Dont' worry about it. I liked it and I won't remember it tomorrow." He ran his nose down the line of her face before licking her right at the corner of her mouth.
