A minute-long advertisement will be shown in UK theatres to showcase the biggest films coming out this summer, including Half-Blood Prince.

Blockbusters such as Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds will be showcased in a minute-long advert intended to "whet appetites for the sheer excitement of the cinema experience".

The advert has been commissioned by Britain's film distributors in order to bring in a larger audience during the summer months.

We are unaware as to whether or not new footage from Half-Blood Prince will be shown in the short trailer, though will update when we receive further information about this. If anyone in the UK gets the chance to watch the trailer, please feel free to send us a report!
