Gosh, some people really need to read! lol! Like many people have already pointed out, an M rating in Australia isn't that bad. It's probably better than the rating that it got in Britain...don't children under 12 have to be accompanied by an adult there? But with the M rating here in Australia, anyone can go see it...it's just not recommended for people under 15.


I personally think it's really good that it's rated M! I doubt many kids won't be allowed to see it; if they've read the book, they'll know what to expect. But i think it'll gain a new audience...all the people who think Harry Potter is childish might start to realise that it's not just for litte kids.

Yay! I'm all for the M rating...it's not as if kids wont be able to watch the movie, there'll just be alot less of them :D

Umm it's a good thing for here! People have all these issues thinking Harry Potter is for kids, with an M rating alot of that stigma will go away.

^ Dude, read! It's not an age limit it only means it's not recommended for people under 15, there aren't any actual restrictions.

oh, your probably just not old enough to have seen ratings on VCD's that say M15+... it is used sometimes... even though its not on the official website, i've seen it before aswell...
