| | 'Goblet of Fire' gets an M rating in Australia
' Goblet of Fire' has been given an M rating in Australia. This means it is recommended for those who are 15 and over however there is no actual restriction on who can see the film or whether parents should accompany children to see it. The reasons given were 'Moderate fantasy violence' which 'contains material that requires a mature perspective.'

Cause Hogwarts is bigger than any of us, of any of it's founders,

Maybe we'll see our kids come here one day.
That's the thing about Hogwarts.
No matter how long you're away from it, there's always a way back. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Elijah Wilde Graduated | Farmer Carter | | Ama's Secret 15 and over? I think thats a bit harsh, but i'm not to sure how the Australian system works. But as long as everyone can get a chance to see it if they want to.

Whoa i know some people in OZ. Luckily they are older than 15.
But it does say that they dont have to have a parent with them!! I think thats strange seeing as they say its suitable for 15s and over!

| Kind of over-exaggerating the violence now.. 15 is a bit over the top.. But they can still get in. |

wow, 15, that's pretty old.....but if noone is checking up on it, it doesn't really matter all that much. I remember I once went to the cinema in Brussels (Belgium) and we wanted to see 'Go', it was rated for 16 and older, I was still 15, so because of me, everyone had to see a diff movie, I felt so bad about that, but they really checked my ID for it.... I mean, it's spoken-over isn't it?! I once tried to watch an American film while in Austria...well, the film sucked anyway, but I thought it was soooo annoying to not hear the real voices....

15? wow....i think that's a bit too harsh but i don't know their movie rating system though. i think the US rating (pg-13) is a good area for the movie but that's just my opinion.

That is really harsh. I've seen worse stuff on T.V. that has a PG rating.

I think that it's good that HP is finally being recognized as more than a children's series.

| Ultimate Potterite Original original I'm glad Harry Potter is being recognized as more than a children's book/movie. Because, it's really not! (Well, not only ;D)
