A reliable source has confirmed that the Dursleys are to return for Order of the Phoenix and that Harry Potter does indeed save Dudley from Dementors - just as in the book.
Arabella Figg witnesses the act and Harry will be on trial at the Ministry - also just as in the book.
Warner Bros has not yet commented.
Madame Bones and Mundungus Fletcher have roles in the film, though WB has not yet released information on who has been cast.
We will keep you informed as we hear more! UPDATE: CBBC Newsround has now confirmed that the Dursleys wil be back. They also inform us that Amelia Bones and two of Dudleys gang members have been cast.
The only thing we are still awaiting is confirmation about Mundungus Fletcher. | |

Its so good to hear the movie is going to have as much as possible from the the book...but i still say they make the movie 6 hours long and include everything =) I really hope they include the scene when all the owls were flying into the dursleys kitchen and when the order goes to pick harry up....those would be great to see!

It's great to hear they are in this installment of the movies. I actually miss them in the movie version of GoF. I wanted to see Weasley's arrival and exit from the Dursley's house. So I am pumped their in OotP.

awesome! i hope they put the trial in to i want all of the book in the movie this time i dont care if its 4 hours long and it better not be rushed in the begining again thats all im saying i swear
