According to a British Magazine Poll, Alan Rickman is the 19th greatest living film star over the age of 50 (Rickman is currently 58 years old.) Quote:

Interesting...who's number one, I wonder...
And Alan Rickman is one of my favorite actors, as is Sir Ian...Sean Connery's good, too, i suppose, I rather liked him in "Finding Forrester", but I've never really cared for James Bond movies, actually...his son's not that great an actor, though, he appeared in one episode of my favorite sci-fi series once and he was a rather wooden, cardboard cutout-type actor, which was bad as everyone else was rather decent in their roles...
