Post 25 minutes 3-D footage in IMAX Half-Blood Prince release
As Half-Blood Prince will be released in regular theatres and IMAX starting July 17, 2009, it has been confirmed that there will be about 25 minutes worth of 3-D footage in the latter version of the film:

Rich Gelfond, the Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of the IMAX Corporation told shareholders, "we believe this film will include approximately 25 minutes in IMAX 3-D split between the opening sequence of the film and the finale."

Personally, I'm not a fan of the 3D that they only do for a small amount of the film. I only think that 3D should be used for documentaries actually because it's something with a real plot...
