A gleam of light catches your eye and you notice the giant nameplate bolted to the biggest desk in the room, reading:

The job of this committee is to think up a good way to explain or cover up any magical incidents that could not be explained or erased from the minds of Muggles. This job requires you to THINK like a Muggle; that means completely forgetting about anything having to do with magic! Come up with a good news story, then submit it to the Head's office.

Tasha sat at her desk going over some papers to help her get a feel of the way things where run here. Then looking over her shoulder she grabbed the news paper and started looking through it. Doing alot of Hmmmm's, and Haaa's, she started to eat her lunch.

Catastrophe Kerr walks into her office, her eyes cast down as people look at her. She sits at a new, empty desk and lays out of her work. Sipping her coffee, she begins taking out her new ink pot and quill, dipping the quill in the pot and writing on the parchment.

Tasha was happy that Cat showed up at her desk ready for work. She walked over towards her. "Cat We will need to go to Scotland to find a perfect place to hold the Quidditch World Cup and I think its best if we go as soon as possible. Maybe sometime after lunch so that will give you enough time to go home do some packing and meet me back here?" She kept looking at Cat and continued " Does that sound good to you? or do you have any other plans?"

Catastrophe snapped her head up, looking at the friendly person in front of her. Straightening up and petting her hair into place, she nodded.

"Of course, Miss Starr!" she excitedly whispered as she nods her thanks and left, squealing happily in the process.

Tasha was exausted from going to Scotland with Cat, she sat at her desk and opened up a letter that she had given her before they left for their trip which contained alot of good informantion

Hmm. As I said before, making them lose their memory is hopefully not the charm we need to tell them. If needed in dire consequences we may, but we must show patience and direction, and also, besides, we must be careful not to show what we're doing, thus preventing us from using lots of magic unless the field is extremely secured with lots of disillusionment charms or oblivious charms. What I mean is, for oblivious charms, when a person wanders near the field with no magical property in their veins, like a Muggle, they will just wander away from it, not even sure why they came there. Also, I have a idea. There is a web by Germany, I believe, that has these types of pros:

1. It makes the person forget what in Merlin's name they were doing there and will wander away, not harmed, to their home. They will never come back again.
2. Soundproof. It makes all the sounds in the area go away, thus preventing loud noises from the tournament to the Muggles.

Also, if Death Eaters try to come in, like they tried, they will not be able to. Before World Cup starts, there will be a little walk through of a door without a door. To clarify, like in those Muggle air- what do they call it? Oh yes, Airports, they have those security things that you walk through. Like that. But they will have to walk through that before or they will not be able to enter the tournament, period. It will test their veins for magic, in dark magic, which You-Know-Who puts the Dark Mark, he puts in a little magic in their skin. So, we'll check for the metallic magic, then see if there is the Dark Mark. You-Know-Who could have made them invisible, so we look for a little pin point on the arm; which shows that they had taken the Mark. It will ring a bell for the security and the Aurors there at the tournament. Let's move on.

3. List of excuses of what you'll use as an excuse should a muggle accidentally wander into the camp.

Okay. The thing is, we're not perfect. The security for the no-muggle policy is still in effect with those spells and charms, but if a Muggle comes in and sees all the magic, we have a extremely bad problem on our hands. Here is the list:

1. Let an alarm go through the whole stadium, to the security guards and the Aurors mostly. Cast an disillusionment charm at the people and the players, shielding them from the nosy muggle. Then, the ones who are excelling in Transfiguration may use their spell to change their appearance and just tell the muggle that they are having the party. Since the tournament itself is invisible and all the muggle can see is the group of people who are telling them about their 'party' and go home.

2. There is another solution. The wall of the stadium. While the disillusion charm is still in effect, cast the obliviating charm as well. When the muggle comes in close to the wall, the muggle will bump into the wall with no feeling and forget everything that had happened. Then will go home.

Awesome she kept thinking this was great it seemed like to Tasha everyone was some what on the same page. Still sitting at her desk she was lost in her own thoughts. Once she found what to write she started to write down her reply to Cat

Im not going to be handing in our final details untill (that is if the rest of my employees hand in their ideas) we are fully confident on where we are going to host this awesome event and what we are going to be saying to the muggles. Catastrophe smiled as she took a bite of her sandwich. Unwrapping the brown wrapper, she saw something whoosh by her and fall like a snowflake on the floor. Bending, she picked up the parchment and smiled happily as she read it. Her smiled widened as she saw the writing and became engrossed in the letter, forgetting about her now-cold sandwich.

Tasha peeked over from her office looking at Cat while she read the letter, she couldn't help but giggle. "Hey Cat you wanna come over here, I didn't see you come in thats why I sent you the letter." She waited for Cat to come her way before she continued to talk for she didn't want to yell across the room in her Division.

"Sooo....." Tasha started, "We going to be having a new employee around here and I know your new yourself but I would like to ask you to help me out and show her around the office. I would do it but as you know I'm swamped with work for the Quidditch World Cup. If thats ok with you, if not I can find someone else" She scratched the list of things she needed to talk to Cat about, thinking as she did it "One down".

"Also for the Quidditch World Cup, I am feeling confident on our location for the Event. For when the Cup is in progress we need more staff to help patrol the surroundings. I would also like to ask you if you would like to go to the each division asking if they could lend me an employee, Don't leave right away because I will give you parchment with my instructions on it" Tasha smiled.

Catastrophe listened well, and at the end she smiled brilliantly, but turned into a frown. "How do I do that? Do I inform the new employee? Oh and Miss Starr, of course I would love to take the job! I am new too, so interacting with each other would be much easier, right?"

Cat wrote those down on her notebook, then looked up. Jotting more notes, she nodded.

"I will wait for your instructions, Miss Starr!" Cat nodded and offered a cup of coffee, and sat down on a chair.

Tasha Pulled out a peice of parchment paper and started to right down what she needed from the other Division Heads. After finishing she stamped the Ministry of Magic logo on the parchment, folded it up and then passed it to Miss Kerr.

While handing it to her she said "Please go to each division find out their Division head and give them this message. If you have any problems please send me an owl."

she lent back in her chair and smiled, hopefully the other Division Heads would help her in her time of need.

Ben wandered into the Muggle Worthy Excuse Committee, knocking on the door before letting himself in. "Hello!" he said cheerfully, smiling at Cat and Tisha. "I just wanted to pop in and check up on how things are going in here," he told them with a grin.

Tasha was excited that Ben Came in to check up on their progress for the Quidditch World Cup. "Ben" she said kindly and patted the seat next to her for him to sit down. " Im so glad to see you. We have picked out the location for the Quidditch World Cup and I'm happy to say that its in Scotland. Myself and Cat here" she nodded towards Cat and continued "Visited Scotland and it was amazing theres lots of room in the country where we can hide a stand and we are pretty confindent that not alot of Muggles will be around but still the area will be safe. It will also be safe for people to be taking portkeys to the location for there are alot of hills to hide them comming in. or we can just put the location inside the safety of the spells where we are holding the Cup." Tasha stopped and looked up at Ben for his Reactions to her choice. "What do you think Ben?"

"I think that's fantastic," Ben said with a grin. 'Now, I need to take the idea to the Transportation Department--they'll ultimately have the final say so but they wanted to get an opinion from you, since you're all experts on places Muggles will be and won't be," he told her with a smile. "And I like the bit about the hills, I will definitely bring that up with Miss Greingoth and the Portkey division," he told them.

He looked down at the piece of parchment in his hands. "Okkkkk, so now I guess you're all clear to move on to the next part of planning. We need a few excuses as to why the area is going to be closed off to muggles so they can print that in their newspapers. Be creative," he added with a wink. "Stuff like construction, flooding, bear attacks--anything as to why they're not allowed anywhere near there!"

I had some ideas.

One: As some said, a attack. Make something up, a cage of Lions or Snakes tumbled off of a truck, or something like that. The pointe is to make them fear.

"Those are great Ideas Cat" Tasha said. While Smiling at her employee. "We need to write I would say atleast 20 full sentences that I would hand over to Ben, on things we would say to the muggles. I know 20 is alot but the more the better."

She thought that the best thing is to have more then one senerio to hand to Ben so he would be happy. "If you could please write down something a muggle would ask if they have seen magic or flying brooms and what not. once you write the questions that the muggles would ask, write your response to them as if you were at the quidditch world up.. and also could you please tell me what kind of spells you would use on the muggles to make them lose their memories, if need be and if another wizard or witch is not there to help you. I would like you to be prepaired just in case."

"WOW" Tasha thought that she handed Cat alot of things do to but once again Cat needed to know how important this is.

Tasha was glad that Cat started her work, she was only hoping that there would be more questions and answers to come for she needed alot of situations to give to Ben. Tasha started to write somethings down aswell.

1.
Muggle:"Hey What are you guys doing here"

Wizard/Witch:"Oh, we are just building a new Building and the area isn't safe yet."

2.
Muggle:"Why, Is that child running with a stick that has sparks flying throught it?"

Wizard/Witch:"Oh, we are from the Circus and we are trying out a few tricks"( at this time they would pull out a deck of cards and then after they do this trick then invite them to come back later, well of course we won't be back later for the quidditch world cup is a one night only type of thing)

Muggle:"Was that an Owl Carrying a Letter?"

Wizard/Witch:"We are filming a movie and those are one of our props that we are using. If you look carefully you can see the small wire."

Tasha would think of more once she got home and she would bring it in the next day.

After setting things straight with John, Taylor thought she'd pay a visit to Tasha.

Taylor walked into the division feeling completely lost she had no idea where she was going or if she was even on the right floor or not.
