"Yes, I had decided to hold off on calling a meeting with my employees. Only my division heads know what is going on right now," Lil explained. "What do you think we should do about this?" she asked, handing the letter over to her.

Warrick walks back into the office. "Sorry, I couldn't help overhearing." He looks at Liliana's shocked face. "I'm Warrick, by the way. I work in the Education Inspection Committee." Her face doesn't change so he explains more. "I know what's going on, Samantha showed me the letter. Or should I say the first letter. It's happening in Durmstrang as well?" asked Warrick.

"Warrick is the only one who knows at this point," Samantha explained. "He happened to be in here asking about assignments immediately after the letter had arrived, so I let him know a little of what is happening. I also have plans to let my Division head, Jake Rider, know, of course, as well as the other employees. I was going to keep it quiet for a while, but now I believe the employees really should know what is happening and that there is a problem going on with the other schools. It would probably be best for us to decide a course of action so we can take care of this problem before it gets out of hand."

Not that it may not have gotten out of hand already, Samantha thought to herself sarcastically.

Warrick couldn't believe what he was hearing. He had only been there a week, maybe two, and he already has a problem to deal with.

"Samantha, do you want me to tell to everyone in the office what's going on, or do you just want me to tell them that you'll speak to them in the next few days?" Warrick wondered.

"It's very nice to meet you Warrick," Lili said, a strained smiled on her face. She couldn't find it in her to give him a genuine smile today. Turning to Samantha she said, "Yes, only my division heads are aware of the problem at the moment as well. I felt it was best to keep it that way." She paused before continuing, "The only just recieved a copy of the new letter however."

She thought about everything for a couple minutes before saying, "I am planning on holding a meeting with the entire department within the next few days."

"Yes, I think that's a very good idea, in view of all the concerns expressed by both Beauxbatons and Durmstrang," Samantha agreed. "I plan on holding a meeting with my employees about this matter, as well. Warrick already knows what's happening, and I need to make the rest of my staff aware of this situation. I believe our departments should probably work together on this and try to handle it so that it doesn't become a huge crisis which jeopardizes Hogwarts' reputation, so we ned to figure out a course of action on this."

"I agree," Lili said after listening to what Samantha was saying. "How about we both inform our departments and then afterwords we can figure out a way to work together on this to smooth everything over." She agreed with her on the matter that they needed to address this before it got out of hand.

"I'm going to get the my divisions to research student affairs, and we'll come up with the fastest solution to this matter. I shall head back to my office and send out memos to everyone to hold a meeting about this first thing in the morning. "

"Yes, that sounds like a plan to me," Samantha agreed. "I shall get a memo out to my staff as well, and they can start investigating the matter first thing in the morning. Thank you once again for bringing this to my attention, and I hope we have caught things before they get too far out of hand."

"Alright, I'm going to go back to the office, try and get as much work done before we get bombed with all the work we're going to get from this. I'll look forward to your memo!" Warrick joked. "Bye Samantha. Liliana." Warrick walks out of the office, and prepares himself for a lot of work coming his way very soon.

"Thanks for helping me out with this, Samantha," Lili said. She got up, and headed to the door. "I'm going to send a memo to my employees," she told her, "I'll make sure I keep you updated."

She waved and smiled at Samantha as she headed out the door, closing it behind her.

"Thanks, Liliana," Samantha said, knowing their meeting had reached an end. "I will keep you updated if anything happens, as well. And I'll get busy on that memo now."

Samantha began to try and draft the memo to send to her employees.

With that, Samantha decided to post the memos to her employees immediately, before she forgot.

A snowy white owl suddenly flies into the room, heading for the Department Head's desk and dropping off the following message -

Warrick walks into Samantha's office with one specific idea.

"Samantha, can I have a quick word." He sits down in the chair opposite Samantha. "Right, I have some news about J.J. Him and his girlfriend, Katalin, have just got engaged. Now, because I'm new I don't know all the rules, but I was wondering if it would be okay for me to through a little engagement party, just for J.J. of course, in our office? Please!"

Samantha was just about to take a break when Warrick came in and told her the news. "My, that's very exciting," she said. "I'm happy for both of them, of course, and I think a party would be a wonderful thing! If you'd like help with it, I'd be happy to help you get it set up."

"Really? That would be great. I'll announce it to everyone, but tell them to keep the lid on it so we can surprise him. This is just going to be a celebration within the department, but me and Emma-Louise are going to plan a surprise engagement shower for the both of them, so any help with either of them will appreciated."

"Count on me for anything you need," Samantha promised. "I've done a few little parties of this sort here and there. In fact, they're one of my favorite things. And as far as the other part, my lips are sealed." She raised a finger to her lips.

Warrick smiled. "Alright, thanks Samantha. I'll let you know when we need any help!"

Warrick stood up, but he thought he should fill Samantha in on what he's doing regarding the schools problem.

"I've just contacted my sister and my parents to ask them why they prefer Hogwarts. Do you want me to do anything else?" Warrick asked.

J.J. Starr walked in as Samantha and Warrick were talking, they were talking about something private but Warrick say J.J. Starr and switched his attention to work of the education Dept with Samantha. "Samantha, have you heard anything about our assignments for finding out why their is so many transfer students to Hogwarts?" Joe Jon Montcenaggio asked her. " I want to help and I am also have been going in and out of the conference meeting of the International Co-operation meeting for all employees as well as Warrick." he told Samantha. "What happened to Jake( Jack) our supervisor?" J.J. asked Samantha.

Samantha was startled when J.J. quietly entered the room just as she and Warrick were wrapping up their conversation about the engagement party, it was a good thing they had switched to talking about the problem with students transferring just a moment before he came in. "Yes, that would be an excellent start," she told Warrick. Then she turned to J.J. "I'm glad that both of you are in attendance at that meeting on Level 5," she said. "I believe it's important we find a solution to this problem as soon as we can, otherwise there could be big trouble, I'm afraid. I appreciate both of you being there and contributing. And as far as Jake goes, I believe he's on some sort of business right now. He should be returning soon."

"Samantha. I was hoping you could help me with a proble,. well maybe a situation" joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Samanta. "Kstalin and I would like Reagan to marry us but we do not know her that well" J.J. Starr told Samantha. "So Katalin and I were wondering .hoping ,becuse you know Reagan beter than both of us, you would ask and hopefully convince her to marry Katalin and me"" J.J. pleaded with his eyes to Samantha.

"Well, that's a very interesting situation, J.J.", Samantha said honestly. "I will certainly put in a word for you to the Minister and see if she will agree to marry the two of you. All I can do is try, though."

" This is all we ask but if she cannot, do you know of another who will marry us?" J.J. Starr asked Samantha.

"Well, it's possible," Samantha answered. "Was there anyone in particular you had in mind?"

" No, just some one important like the minister " J.J. Starr told Samantha. " I am not aware of others except for you" Joe Jon Montcenaggio told Samantha.

"Yes, you do know me, don't you?", Samantha laughed. "All right, if Minister Taylor is unable to do it, then perhaps I can do the honors."
