"Ticket designs from your division, Liam," Rex grinned and remembered that he needed to contact the games departments in the other three Ministries who's teams had advanced to the Final Four. It seemed as if his work was never done. "We're putting the marbles on hold until this big shindig is over."

"The poster looks fine, although knowing Colin he'll probably still complain." Mei Lin said with slight distaste evident in her voice. She still remembered the last time she'd seen the man. Never had she met someone as arrogant as he had been.

"But sir, out of curiosity. What exactly are ticketing tiers?" Mei Lin asked, hoping that no one would think she was stupid for not knowing. She had only moved here around two to three years ago and wasn't exactly sure on some of the terms people used. Plus she was only nineteen, with her twentieth birthday taking place in the summer holidays.

A paper airplane flies into the room and comes to a rest on your desk, unfolding and smoothing out to reveal...

Carefully picking up the parchment that was delivered via paper aeroplane Mei Lin let her eyes scan the page. No magical creatures could attend the world cup? Sighing Mei Lin placed the paper down, knowing it would do no good to protest the decision that had been made. Even if it was one that was entirely unfair to some people living in the wizdarding world. Yet another way they were still segregating the magical creatures from themselves.

Someone sneaks through the corridors sticking this to the walls with the following message flashing across it:

Join us as we stand up for Beings and Beasts Rights!Don't give into the injustice. Stand up and walk out for what you believe. Join the hundreds of Wizarding Workers who are opposed the Ministry's prejudice against those who are different! There will be a mass walk out on Saturday at 4 p.m. to show your support for those who have none. Take to the streets of Diagon Alley and stand up for what is right!

Mei Lin eyed the poster discretely, knowing that to tear it down right this minute would be asking for trouble. Even though she didn't support the movement she knew that others did and that she would therefore need to be tolerant at the moment of the sign until it was late and she could get rid of it.

Sighing Mei Lin started to mentally run through a list of what was needed for the cup. She would have to owl the rest of her employees and get them to come in so she could assign some work to them.

Dani rubbed both sides of her head. She almost growled at the poster. QWC was over thank god. Things would be quiet for a while, hopefully. She ripped the side of an empty parchment and scribbled a note-to-self.

Hmm, seems to be the right room. She carefully stepped inside the room and frowned on finding it empty. So she was going to work here alone with all the horrible background noise? How..fun? Rolling her eyes, Axel strutted towards an empty chair and sat down. After glancing at her watch, she decided to wait for Mei Lin and took out her cellphone, she had to catch up with her friend about the super shoe sale at a really great muggle shopping mall. She'd hit the shop later tonight. Can't wait.

Rachel entered the Division anxiously, wondering what must be so important that Mei Lin sent for all the employees urgently. Seeing another girl whom she hadn't seen before, she thought it would be nice to introduce herself to others. "Hey, are you a new employee here? Hey, I'm Rachel and I was wondering why Takenouchi-san called us here?" she said.

Mei Lin's heels clacked on the floor as she walked into the room, her face a complete mask. Looking around she spotted only a few employees and smiled to them. These ones were punctual at least. "I'll start the meeting once a few more people are here." she announced, moving to sit cross-legged on a plush chair that she had conjured a few days ago. They needed to start this ASAP as the employees would be moving a lot of different things and would need to do so by the end of the day.

Tearing her eyes away from her cellphone screen, Axel gave the girl she'd never seen before a small almost unnoticeable smile. "Umm..nice to meet you, Rachel. I'm Axel." She said a little coldly and dropped her gaze back to her cellphone which had been vibrating in her hand. But when the girl spoke again, Axel didn't bother to look up, "Oh..no idea. I just joined..." Trailing off, she switched off her phone and added, "..today." Lifting her gaze, she scrutinized the woman from under her long eyelashes and finally smiled. "Are you new as well?"

While she was trying to be as friendly as possible with Rachel, Mei Lin breezed inside the room. Slipping back her cellphone in her handbag, Axel nodded in her Division Head's direction, flicking her hair out of her eyes.

Dani leaned on her hand and sighed. She pulled out a blank piece of parchment and doodled absentmindedly on it. When she stopped she saw it was a broom. She felt her nose twitch in an annoyance as Mei Lin announced that they had to wait. Dani scowled. The other employees just had to be late. It was so unfair.

REALLY NOT FAIR!

So while these guys were out having fun WE have to wait? "Ugh." Dani snorted. "'Hope these people are fast or they'll answer to me!" she murmured.

Elise walked into the Division nervously. She was fresh out of Hogwarts, and definitely keen to start work. Looking around, she noticed a few employees. She hoped she wasn't late for anything.
"Hi, I'm Elise Aldridge. I'm new here. Am I late?"

"No they wont. And if you start any trouble you can answer to Rex. I mean Vindictus." Mei Lin said, catching Dani's statement. "Yes people should be here on time, however this was a last minute meeting and a few of these people are still on holidays, having decided to take some extra time. In fact they may not show up at all, but incase they do WE will wait and you will not complain." Mei Lin said looking at the older woman in a way that showed any argument would not be taken lightly. There was enough trouble already without one of her employees causing any.

"Yes you're late. We're actually about to start a meeting so I suggest you find somewhere to sit." Mei Lin gestured to some chairs before standing up and pacing. Every so often looking at her watch.

After five minutes Mei Lin decided to start the meeting. "Ok I think we've waited long enough due to the fact that we do have a few time constraints to deal with." Mei Lin said, alerting the employees to the fact that they would now need to give her their full attention. "The first order of business is that as some of you may be aware Mr Vindictus has arranged for the department to be remodelled. He wanted to do this earlier but due to the QWC plans were put on hold. He has decided to implement them now. Work on each of the separate divisions will be done at night so as not to disrupt our work. Unfortunately the work will be done tonight. Therefore I need all of you to clean out your desks and organise any official paperwork you do have into these boxes." Mei Lin used her wand to indicate the boxes, which she marked with what paperwork was to go in there. "I will be organising most of it, however what you have on your desks is up to you to file correctly. There are also some boxes for your personal things." Mei Lin indicated a different, smaller set of boxes. "I need all of this done by the time we are scheduled to leave." Taking a small breath Mei Lin gave her division employees a small smile. "That wont be the only change however. Earlier this morning I resigned as the head of the Quidditch Division so that I can take up a job opportunity in Japan. However I haven't handed in my badge yet and I am in charge of you until they can find a replacement. I just want to say that it was a pleasure to work with all of you and that I hope you can all continue to do a wonderful job when the new Head takes over. Now are there any questions?" Mei Lin asked the people assembled.

Dani sighed. She would get to work as soon as this was over. "Sorry your leaving," she mumbled.

Straightening up slightly, Axel crossed her legs and watched as Mei Lin paced around the room. She was a bit annoyed by the other employees lateness and no wonder, Mei Lin was too.

Her eyebrow raised a smidge on hearing the younger woman's sharp reply to a newcomer. But as she started speaking again, Axel eased up and focused on what was being said. Even if this job isn't what she hoped for, she could at least try to work things out and not be so negative before getting the chance to know about her workplace.

Axel eyes widened a bit when Mei Lin mentioned they had to clean the office. This is not good. How can she touch the objects around this room? What if her OCD kicked in and she ended up needing an hour long shower? Chewing on her lower lip, she sighed and pushed the thought to the back of her mind. Thank heavens, she carries her gloves at all hours.

Once again, shock took over her features when her division head told them about her departure. She was starting to like this girl. Oh Drat. "Best of luck in your future endeavors, Ms. Takenouchi." Smiling, she clasped her hands together and added, "Now, I don't have any personal belongings here so cleaning them is out of question. But, I may need some guidance while I sort the paperwork as I joined recently." She informed politely and glanced around the room as she pulled out a pair of transparent gloves from her handbag.

"Thank-you," Mei Lin said smiling at both of the women. Hmm she had a point there but Mei Lin didn't actually want her to deal with the paperwork. So what could the girl do? Hmmmm. Tapping her finger on her lower lip Mei Lin got lost in thought. Looking at the paperwork and all the filing cabinets in the room and then towards her own office Mei Lin came up with a good idea.

"If you don't have any personal effects then you can clean out my office. I'd rather deal with the paperwork myself that way all of you can leave earlier. Some of the things are breakable though so please take care when you touch them." Mei Lin said to the new girl. It may seem that she was just too lazy to clean up her own office but it really wasn't like that.

Elise bit her lip, and nodded. Her first day, and her division head was leaving. She hoped she would be happy at her new job.
And she needn't have worried, Elise was very careful. Probably due to having worked in her grandparents antique shop. It would be interesting to clean out the office, especially since she didn't have any of her own items here.
"What part of your office do you want cleaned first?"

"If you could start by taking all the ornaments off the walls and shelves that would be great and I'd really appreciate it." Mei Lin replied, smiling politely at the helpful woman. "Now if that's all I believe that we can get started with the cleaning." Mei Lin then bounced out of the chair and practically skipped towards one of the filing cabinets. The sooner she began the sooner she could get out of here.

Chloe had been a little absent-minded during the meeting, but luckily the most important pieces of information had got through to her. She got up, and in passing, on the way to her cubicle whished Mai-Lin: " All the best for your new job!"
When she had arrived at her desk, she let out a little sigh. The desk (not to mention the drawers) was rather cluttered and looked like a lot of work.

Yes, madam. Eugine smiled and went to her just about empty desk. There was only around two small stacks. Eugine pulled them out and started to sort through them.

What Mei Lin suggested sounds plausible. At least cleaning out someone's belonging is a lot more interesting than going through a stack of paperwork. Smiling, she added, "Very well. I'll get to work, then."

Taking a deep breath, she stood up from her seat and smoothed her dress. Putting on her transparent gloves, Axel smiled at her hands and strode towards Mei Lin's office. She stepped inside the room and gave a brief glance around. Phew.. it seems pretty clean already. Putting hands on her hips, she took in the room's appearance before heading for her desk. Huffing at the sight of heaps of papers, Axel ignored them and headed for the photo-frames and other ornaments. This is going to be a long day!

Herod was enjoying being kicked out of his own division, this let him wonder other places and meet new poeple in his department. He walked around and shook hands with every witch and wizard he met.

"Hey you!" Mei Lin yelled out to the man who just wandered into her division. "Go to work somewhere please do not distract my employee's from the task they've been set." Mei Lin ordered as she looked up from sorting out the paperwork that she was transferring from the filing cabinets into some boxes.

"I'm sorry mame. I was just kicked out of our division and thought it'd be a good idea to meet some of my fellow department emplyees. Again I apologize. howver, it is very nice to meet you!" he said, inching over. "I beleive you are Quidditch head, correct?" he said, remembering a conversation in the head's office. He reached out his hand to shake hers.
