Isobel just shook her head. "Don't I know it sweetie." It was how they had met after all. "But you are sat on your bum for most of the day now....so be careful." She just smirked at him, before mooching up the buffet, and placing some more food onto her plate. She was just joking of course. She loved Wesley just the way he was, even if he put a couple more pounds on. And now he was being polite to the lady.

"Better." She nodded with a smile, as she came to stand by him again. Mmm. Steak. "I'll have some of that as well." She nodded with a smile. It sounded yummy.

He sat on his BUM all day NOW?! "Well excuse me, Ms. Mysteries," Wes grumbled at his wife, "but maybe you've forgotten what a BUSY department looks like. We don't ALL sit on our bums all day." Granted, being in charge of everyone DID mean sitting down to do paperwork more often than not... but Wes was STILL a little miffed/offended at Izzy pointing it out like that.

Joking or not. He stepped to the end of the buffet with his loaded plate in hand, raising an eyebrow at Izzy and then turning to the food court assistant. "She doesn't want anything rare, not really. She always takes her meat medium-well."

Silly Izzy. Rare meat was for werewolves Wesleys!

"I think you'll find I'm a Mrs actually..." Isobel just smirked at him. She was his Mrs, so he hopefully already knew that. "And darling I do know what a busy department is. It's so busy looking all those secrets." That she hadn't told him. That she'd probably never tell him. Holding her plate in one hand, Isobel rested the other on his back, rubbing it affectionately. "I know you don't sit on your bum all day really sweetheart." Just incase he hadn't thought so.

Oh. So she didn't want rare meat. Hmm. She supposed he was right. She just smiled at him. "Yeah...what he said." She couldn't work out why she would've wanted her meat rare. Hmm. Weird.

He smiled much more politely at the food court attendant and then doled out the appropriate amount of money for the meal. "Pick us out a nice place to eat, dear."

Kyleigh hadn't all together known what she really wanted to eat. Everything looked so good - and the fact she had depraved herself for far to long with not getting lunch she just groaned her stomach gurgled in response. She pulled her tray along as she filled it with all the delicious foods she wanted to eat today.

Which wasn't much for today.

She chewed the edge of her lip as she decided what she wanted.

Maybe something warm - she knew she wanted a hot drink...so why not just a nice cool salad? She had no idea still as she scanned the buffet table. FINALLY something looked good.

She piled a ham and cheese sandwich onto her tray along with a fruit salad. There, taking the coupon from the teller as she paid she looked around for the next table...drinks...and maybe, maybe she'd come and get something else? She wondered as her stomach rumbled once more.

"HELLO EVERYONE!" Ian said coming it with Level One's staff in toe, "I AM IAN AMOROSO, THE NEW SENIOR UNDERSECRETARY!!!" He said and continued his conga line into the Food Court. "LUNCH IS ON ME TODAY!!!"

Apparently they were heading to the food court. Finally reaching the Main Buffet the line slowed down a bit and Victoria got to catch her breath. Wow, so unexpected that the welcoming thing would be turned into a party first among level-one's employees then it developed to be a conga line towards the food court where it's also turned into a party for all levels' employees.

And what did he say? Lunch's on him? Victoria was glad she didn't had breakfast today. She withdrew from the line and stood watching the beautiful and energetic scene.

Kensi...just wanted some food, ya' know? Like she got hungry.....like three times a day. it's somewhat normal, ya' know? So the redhead made her way down to the buffet...she hadn't been feeling herself lately..

She stopped, her mouth gaping...when this new undersecretary said he would buy lunch....for everyone! "Are you serious, sir?" she asked, quite perplexed...this was odd. Well, free food was free food, riiight?!

She glanced at the other woman..."Hi there..." she said politely...you know, Kensi was just full of niceties...yep...not feisty at all...

Stomach growling, Ella entered the food court and headed for the main buffet. But as soon as she got there, she saw the most... interesting scene. Was that the Senior Undersecretary? At the head of a conga line? In any other case, she probably would have just politely ignored him and go on her way, but he offered FREE lunch so she couldn't complain.

Ella saw one of the women she met before looking a little confused as well and walked up next to her. Oh and another woman was there too. "Looks like today is our lucky day." Because who didn't like free food? Ella grabbed a plate and looked over all the food. It kinda seemed like a soup day...

Kensi whipped around, saw Ella, and smiled. "Oh, hello..Ella?" right. she knew it was Ella. totally...

She saw her grab a plate, and she, too, took one...hmm...."Yeah, and since I'm absolutely star--" but she suddenly stopped midsentence...and a glazed looked came over her face...she seemed to even be drooling...somewhat. Her mouth closed, and she looked blankly on....unseeing...

Victoria stood watching the Conga thing that was still on. She made sure to get further away from anyone's range so she won't be dragged back to the dance. A big grin was on her face when she noticed two women come closer. They weren't from Level-one so Victoria supposed that the scene must be awkward for them. You know walking into the Main Buffet and finding a Conga line of ...employees and the new undersecretary.

She nodded at both of them, "Hello," She greeted them. "Oh it is, we must take advantage of it," She replied on the woman's comment of this day being one lucky day. "I'm Victoria Smith by the way," She introduced herself. Might as well mingle with other levels' employees considering she doesn't get to do that much. "I'm a secretary at the front Desk," She added. If they ever dropped by Level-one they would recognize her.

Lunch was on him? That suddenly made the Conga Line slightly worth it. Because Skander was hungry, but still, it didn't change his opinion on the man's sanity. Or lack thereof. And he was beginning to think that if anything his opinion on that would only be reinforced as time went on.

Still, free food was totally worth it.

Kensington still looked quite glazed, but then suddenly she cam to her senses and continued like she had never...gone out of focus. "Wh-what? What did you say?" she asked, since the woman was looking at her...and had just finished talking and all...but Kensi didn't remember her saying anything...or she had, she just...didn't process it...

She was confused.

And her mouth was all full of drool, so she wiped it quickly on her sleeve...EW.

Victoria raised an eyebrow at the woman who seemed to be glazed. The blonde secretary stepped closer to the other petrified woman, "I SAID I'M VICTORIA!" she repeated. Maybe she wasn't heard because of the noise? Or the woman......was drooling over food? Could it be. "You know I was trying to introduce myself. But what are you looking at?" Victoria stood next to the woman and tried to look were she was looking. Nothing, other than the dancing lot. "I said I work at Level-one front desk, yourself?" Victoria said still squinting her eyes at what was supposed to be there and caused the woman to freeze. Though she found nothing interesting. "What are we looking at again?" Victoria finally asked curiously turning to the woman.

Kensi took a step back..."Why are you yelling...?" she asked, confused. The redhead didn't appreciate it AT ALL! Hmmmph! "But anyways...yeah, hi, Victoria...I'm Kensington. But please...please, I beg you, just call me Kensi," she said with a fake whine...and a laugh. Her annoyance evaporated...since, you know, she had to make friends. Since she was still pretty much...friendless here in England.

And...oh. "I am a Patrol Officer...for the MLE's..." and why was this woman squinting so furiously...at the conga line? IT was just plain OODDDD!

Whaaa? "I wasn't...looking at...anything..." she said, raising an eyebrow...this lady was being all loopy! "Are you sure you're--"

But then it came again...the glazed look...her eyes lost focus immediately, and she opened her mouth...drool began to form, and then slowly it dripped...

Ew.

Ella smiled and nodded at Kensi. "Yes, it's good to see you again." And she was proud of herself for remembering who she was. Turning towards the other woman, Ella recognized her. "Oh, that's right. I remember you now." She was one of the first-to-see faces once you got on level one, after all.

Inspecting the food as Kensi spoke, she particularly eyed the chicken. That looked delicious. But then she noticed Kensi stopped talking mid-sentence. Ella looked over at her just as the woman began... drooling? Ella looked away so she could wipe her mouth and not get embarrassed, but... how embarrassing.

Even after Victoria's shouting and repeated questions, Kensi seemed to be acting oddly. More drooling... more staring blankly... Slightly worried and rather perplexed, Ella put a gentle hand on Kensi's shoulder. "Are you okay..?" Because drooling his much wasn't exactly... normal. And neither was stopping in the middle of all of her sentences.

Kensi suddenly wiped her mouth quickly, and turned to Ella...why did she look so weird?

The redhead smiled over at Ella...she had been so nice! "Yeah...you too! I am proud of myself for remembering your name as well..." she admitted with a giggle.

Was she okay? "Um..yeah...why wouldn't I be?" she asked, but as soon as she said this, her stomach lurched. She clutched it, suddenly, an felt like she may be siiiick..."Actuaaaaally..." the blank look crossed her face again..."Iiss feelzy siii-" she said, barely understandable. Her voice sounded like a zombie. And the drool...it could fill buckets!

Well, she was yelling in order to be heard and actually it wasn't really shouting it was speaking loudly and that was absolutely different. "Nice to meet you Kensi," Victoria grinned at her. She would simply call her kensi without the begging you know. She just had to ask. And she is an MLE employee. Victoria have been meeting quite few of them lately. Not that it was bothering her ,she always likes meeting new people . But she was curious why most of them are MLE employees.

And she wasn't looking at anything. Victoria shrugged, "Well, you seemed to be staring weirdly at something." And that was the nicest way Victoria could put it.

Turning to the other woman who was also curious about the drooling, Victoria nodded, "Oh you've been to our office." Victoria tried to remember her name but she couldn't. It is pretty hard when seeing so many faces aday you don't get to memorize them all. "Do you work in the Magical Law Enforcement too?" She asked perhaps she and Kensi work together.

Then Kensi started to act weirdly again. Victoria looked at her concerned, "Um….here that should help," Victoria handed her a handkerchief. Well, it wouldn't stop the drooling but it would help not to ,you know, make a lake. "Does this happen regularly to you?" She couldn't help but ask.

Kensi was still a bit...dazed. She couldn't sense anything..her gaze just went on and on...and the drool was getting a bit obnoxious now. But she heard Victoria speak, and she seemed to snap out of it...she quickly grabbed the cloth and wiped her mouth..."This is gross..." her stomach turned over, and she gagged a bit..."OH my....I really don't feel well at all...." She said, her voice hoarse.

Seemed to be staring at something? Kensi was confused...."Really? I thought I was looking at you the whole time..." she said, and her hands were now a bit shaky; the plate she was holding could attest to that.

Does this happen regularly?! "No! I d-d-don't know what's wrong!" she said, her stomach again feeling like it might PUKE. AAaaaahhh!

Suddenly, her gaze went away again, she stared blankly at Victoria, this time. The handkerchief she was holding up to her mouth fell as her hands began to shake...and the plate went crashing to the ground, breaking. She then came back into focus and leaned on the wall...awaaaay from the counter...she put one hand on her stomach and one on her head...she felt severely ill..."I th-th-think I might THROW UP!" she said suddenly, as her stomach felt soooo terrible. She lost focus again, and she seemed to be staring at nothing...she wasn't blinking...

Victoria nodded automatically when Kensi commented that this was gross but then she stopped noticing that it was rude. The woman didn't seem to be intending to drool and then again who would intend that. So Victoria started to get convinced that there was something wrong though she couldn't make it up. BUT SHE WILL! Hopefully.

"No actually you were looking in that direction," Victoria said pointing her arm. "And you know looking at me doesn't cause people to drool despite how pretty I am," Victoria giggled then she trailed off....ehhh probably not a very good time to joke,no? Clearing her throat Victoria tried to compose her face, they were serious here. Someone was drooling and glazing for no reason. "I don't know why you were looking in the direction I tried to spot something out of the ordinary but I didn't," She paused cracking up in a smile, "You know unless you were drooling over that cute guy because he ....." Trailing off again. Honestly Jokes only come to her at the worst times don't they.

That was so inconsiderate for the other's woman condition, "Maybe you should take a seat, "Victoria suggested. "And perhaps have something to eat so....you know...." Your drool will be used by something? Oh she wasn't going to say that out loud. Not that rude she was.

Kensi glanced in the direction that she was pointing...she was completely confused..."I don't...remember...ever looking in that direction," she muttered, absolutely perplexed!

The nice Victoria lady cracked a joke, which made Kensi laugh, but then she instantly regretted this...because she had to instantly cover her mouth in order to not TOTALLY PUKE EVERYWHERE.

So she DID take a seat, and she put both of her hands over her churning stomach...'Man...it feels like I have food poisoning...but I barely ate y-y-yesterdaaaa-" she immediately began to convulse, and while in the middle of this, her eyes glazed over, once again...only this time, she didn't immediately snap out of it...

"Get meeeeee waaaa-" she seemed to be saying something, her eyes were still out of focus, and her mouth was drooling badly now. "waaateeeeer...."

She wanted...water?

Victoria was really concerned about this whole thing. Though it might not have been clear with the joking and stuff but usually feelings don't appear clearly on her face. Oh and Kensi laughed! Good. Though it wasn't so...dry but Victoria appreciated it.

Food poisoning? Victoria's eyebrows creased ,"Umm...do you remember eating something from somewhere you're not sure about its safety?" She asked. Though it had to be sometime near.

The blonde secretary looked around her, would there be a healer here? Or it didn't requite healers yet. Oh sure it did! The woman seemed to be convulsing and her eyes...

Water! Victoria nodded at Kensi, "Ok I'll get you water!" Victoria strode towards one of the tables and grabbed a glass. On her way back to Kensi she remembered that she didn't fill it with water. As she got back to Kensi she dug her wand out of her purse and murmurer the spell none-verbally. Once the glass was full of water she handed it to Kensi, "Here you go." Will she feel any better?

Kensi shook her head..."No. I haven't eaten all day. And yesterday either...just a few meals at home. I don't think I poisoned myself..." the American said, her raspy voice sounding increasingly alarmed.

WHAT WAS WRONG?!!

And then her glaze came over, again, and Kensi began to drool...and when the glass of water made that CLANK noise as Victoria set it down in front of her, Kensi seemed to snap out of it. But almost immediately, as she took a sip of water, her daze returned. She continued to drink, like a zombie, and finished the entire glass quicker than usual.

She then felt her stomach churning, and her focus returned..."Oh no-" but it was too late to make a run for it. So she ducked her head under the booth, and BLLEEGGGHHH!

Ew.

Kensi couldn't beleive she had been sick...in public...in front of a woman she barely knew...she was highly embarrassed. And you know how usually after you VOMIT you feel better? Kensi felt worse. She groaned and cried, "I need some napkins!" she said, her head still under the table...

EwewewewEEEWWW!

The beauty of working on one of the upper levels was that you heard or got news from other departments about what was going on in the building as it took place. Natasha had been reading up on a new prospect land which might be a good place to build a new magical community. Her train of thought was though interrupted by loud singing and what seemed like a hundred feet moving.

Was there a fire somewhere? She hadn't heard any alarm. Confused the blond left her level 3 cubicle and wandered out onto the landing between departments where she perplexedly watched a conga line of Ministers office employees walk past.

Not knowing why Natasha followed the conga line but at a safe distance all the way down to the atrium. Hearing the senior secretary's hard to miss voice announce free lunch she thought, why not she was hungry.

Heading towards the big buffet table she passed two women (kayquilz) and (the fastest seeker) where at least one of the women looked pretty green in the face. It was probably just due to one of the usual ministry bugs which periodically spread around the levels. The last flu bug had been nasty but Tasha had luckily not attracted it. Taking a plate she started to shuffle a little bit of everything onto her plate.

So she wasn't poisoned. Then what? The secretary didn't have any idea. Victoria watched Kensi drinking the water and she seemed to be getting better? Or Victoria wanted to see this perhaps. Just when Victoria was glad that Kensi seemed to be better the woman ducked her head down and .................

Victoria fought the urge not to run away, she couldn't just leave the woman sick here alone. Though no one will blame her if she flee but no! She wasn't bailing on a sick person! However, she took a step back just so her newly-bought shoes won't be affected. But she made sure to pat on Kensi's shoulder just to let the woman feel that she wasn't aloneyet.

After Kensi seemed to finish...her business Victoria stepped closer again. "Are you feeling any better?" She asked in a concerned voice. Napkins! Victoria fished one out of her purse but the woman surely wanted more. That's when Victoria started to look around her.

Standing near was a woman holding her plate. Victoria walked towards her in wide steps, "EXCUSE ME!" Ermm...Why was she shouting? "Ahem, I mean excuse me," Better. "Do you happen to have some extra napkins with you?" Victoria asked. Please say you do! "We're having a little situation," She said pointing over her shoulder to where Kensi slouched down on the seat.

Victoria looked down at the woman's plate and remembered that they were here to eat free food! Darn! Hopefully Kensi will feel better and they'd be able to eat. How selfish! Victoria's conscience snapped at her. She mustn't be self-centered and think only about herself. So back to the woman ,"She suddenly started to...drool and act a bit weird then she puked." Victoria winced at the last word.
