Chunky chocolate IS better! "Waaaay better." Nod, nod. Tomorrow needed come faster! Manolo laughed, squeezing her gently when she hugged back. "Oh, yeah? Are you a serial hugger?" LOL. He made a funny. Seriously though. Hugs are awesome.
The man practically inhaled the rest of his lunch as he listened to her talk about her kneazle. "Awww, how cute. A mad little kneazle." He said, his mouth still somewhat full. MANNERS, MANOLO! He nodded, sipping his drink a bit before talking, "I currently have a puppy at home named Fluffles, an owl that I had at my time at Hogwarts, who still roams around, named Viva, and my sister's owl named Pegasus, Peggy for short." Sip, sip. "I used to have a cat named Shadow, but he passed away." Poor fellow was in the family for ages, but age caught up to the sweet creature.
He was kind of dumbfounded as his coworker suddenly slid off the bean bag into a position. Was she sleeping? Manolo had this urge to poke her face to see if she actually was, but her eyes flew open before he could. He stared at her for a few seconds. "This is...yoga?" He could of sworn yoga was like balancing on your nose and stuff. He could definitely do this.
Ember couldn't help but laaaaugh. "A serial hugger? Oh yes. Beware. Because I just may hug you...to death--" she let her voice get all deep and whatnot, pretending to be so menacing, but she really wasn't that great of an actor. That's why she stuck to animals. Yep.
She nodded. "He is mad. And I have...a green parrot named Paollo...and an Iguana named Isaiah..." she grinned. "Those two are good little pals. Then I have my cats---" she snorted. "Fee, my kneazle, and Edward, my kitty..." she giggled. "Paollo is inseparable from me when I'm home. He sits on my shoulder the whole time, practically..." it made her laugh SO much just to think about her silly bird! She made a sad face for Shadow..."So sorry. Losing a pet is always hard, regardless of what other people can say..." she put a hand over her heart dramatically. Some people were insensitive about pets in general, and Ember NEVER understood those people.
She nodded and stood back up. "Yep--" and she suddenly cocked her head as she heard a commotion in the technology lounge--"Hey--I'm gonna' go check that out--I'll see you around--" and she gave him a quick hug before jetting out. Oh NOES.

Manolo gave her a small smile after she gave him her condolences. Ember is such a sweet person. Aww. Just as he was going to thank her, she stood up and perked up to the cluttering noises nearby. She kinda looked like a bloodhound in action. Not that she was an animal or anything, just...professional? He received a hug and then she was gone before he could gather what was going on. Oh well. He waved goodbye after her and resumed to slumping down in the chair and finishing the rest of his lunch, daydreaming of chunky chocolate cookies.
