After a few moments of Wes' Patronus leaving there came a Golden Eagle Patronus bursting through the wall. It circled their heads a few times and then lighted on Muriel's desk before opening its beak. When it spoke the sound of Damien's voice came out. "Sakura has been taken to Azkaban. The dangerous cultists all need to be. That includes Wrekin. Please proceed with caution, but take him immediately to the guards. If you cannot please let me know and I will do so." The eagle opened its beak once more as though making a cawing type sound and then began to fly off, only it dissipated into thin whisps of silver as it went. |
Sitting down was definetly helping. Isobel didn't feel so dizzy anymore, although she had that feeling that once she did get onto her feet again, she'd probably feel worse again. So, staying sat down was on the top of her agenda. And now Wes was apologising. Izzy shook her head, turning around slightly to smile at hime. "Don't worry." At all. It was her job remember? "I'm tough Wesley." She was a big time auror after all. Isobel would not have survived this long in her job if she hadn't been tough, not even regarding all of the bad stuff that had happened. "You tried your best dear, thats all that counts." And that they had actually managed to capture Wrekin. That was definetly worth her head hurting like this. It did kind of suck though. Ooh. It was Dean. He looked pretty bad too. "Sit down Dean..." Izzy instructed, in some sort of motherly tone, as Wes whizzed a chair over to him. She now knew from experience that sitting down did help. "And I'll be fine." As long as she sat down anyway. She noted that Wes had sent a patronus off. That was a good idea. Maybe some new instructions? Not minutes later, another patronus reappeared. Well, that was quick. Azakaban? Well that seemed logical. Kind of. "We need to get Wrekin to Abakaban..." If that wasn't really obvious. She wasn't really up for apparating again, and Dean didn't look too good either, but part of her really didn't want Wes to go on his own. Even if Wrekin being all stunned and stuff. Dilemaa. |
At first, he felt reluctant to sit down when the chair charmed by Wes nudged the back of his knees. But after Isobel's motherly advise, Dean sighed as he settled down. Wow! That definitely felt better than standing up! Although he knew Isobel was one heck of an auror, physical damage can get very nasty. "Do you want me to take a look?" asked Dean half rising from his seat. His wand was still in his grasp, just in case if a Cultist misapparated. Was that even a word? Just before he received a respond, Wes sent off his Patronus to the atrium. Dean's eyes followed the silver wolf until it disappeared through the solid wall when suddenly, a silvery golden eagle flew through the wall heading straight to their direction. Sakura was safely handed over to Azkaban. What a relief! Then, the younger man turned around to the team leader. "What now?" he asked in a weak voice. Shall they look at Diagon and Knockturn? |
Dacs Dacs made her way back up stairs. It was time for her to go. She felt aches all over but she was glad the job got done. As came into the reception area, she saw Dean, Wes and Izzy. Sighing she walked over and said,"Well, I guess that's it. You guys did great and it's time for me to go.I'm leaving the ministry." as she shoved her hands in her pockets. She had had received the letter days ago that she had gotten called to join an elite team of magical enforcement. Dacs loved it here. She made a home here and had friends here. She MLE through and through because of here. But she decided she must branch out. |
congrats on the senior undersecretarinesssss! <3 Quote:
SPOILER!!: The Injured Ones ...clearly neither Dean nor Izzy was in any condition to go anywhere. Wes sighed and shook his head at them. "Well, now I'm going to take Wrekin to Azkaban...." He swallowed a bit, knowing full well that he wasn't on the best terms with the ah, guards there. "And you two are just going to sit tight here and rest. But don't fall asleep; I still want you to get your head checked out, Izzy." He gave her a knowing look and turned to head off to the holding cells, halting in place as he almost ran into someone. Quote:
Er. Awkward. Wesley was horrible at formal goodbyes like this. "Well," he echoed her. "You did great too, Dacs. We'll really miss you. Best of luck in your future endeavors." He reached out and touched her shoulder, nodding seriously before brushing by her on his way to collect Wrekin. |
Isobel refrained from telling Dean that he was a good boy when he sat down. She figured that he would probably not appreciate that much. So she didn't say it. "Feel a bit better?" Iz asked with a smile. She would've gotten up, and made sure that he was okay, but she was pretty sure Wes would've had a fit. Oh. He wanted to look at her. "Noo....no." It would be fine. She'd be fine. "I'm fine. you stay there and rest." Because she didn't really want him to be all deaded on the floor. Two of them being all hurt would not be good at all. But yeah, Isobel thought that she would be better once she had sat down for a while. Yes that would work. Wait. Wesley was going to Abkaban? "Wesley...." Isobel nearly got up, but refrained, giving him a look. "Be careful." Please be careful. She really did not want any of those guards locking him up. Wesley was not that man anymore. Isobel knew he wasn't that man anymore. He couldn't be. "Come back..." She mused quietly, smiling at him. Oh. Dacs was here. Isobel shrugged, turning back around, and resting against the chair. Dacs...was going? Waait. There was not nearly enough women going to be left in their office anymore. Not good. Not good. "Oh..." Isobel was kind of a bit sad that Dacs was going. Emily and herself were going to have to own nthe office. "Good luuck in the future" |
SPOILER!!: Dacs, Wes & Izzy Isobel's refusal made him had no choice other than to sit down. Dean rested his wand hand on the counter next to him. "Surely feels a lot better," he smiled over at the auror, agreeing with her. He wanted to rise again when Wes said he was going to Azkaban. He can't let his boss go to that creepy place alone! But it seemed like Wes had foresaw his reaction. "Don't get into trouble, boss," nodded the younger man seriously. Their conversation was interrupted by Dacs who appeared suddenly to say her goodbye. Dean leapt from his seat at once. "You- You're leaving, Dacs?" his tone was both surprised and tired. Dacs was a strict deputy chief, but she did what she had to do and Dean respected her for that. "I wish you the best of life then," a faint smile was forced on his face as he tried to ignore his current condition. |
Lights wasn't sure where to go after dropping Gevrik off at Azkaban, so she just apparated outside Level 2, suspecting that the anti-apparition charms were still intact, and went into the waiting room. She smiled at the few people there. "Hey," she said, flopping down into a chair and leaning against the wall, closing her eyes momentarily. It was official; she absolutely hated Azkaban. She opened one eye to really look at everyone. Dean and Isobel were looking a bit worse for wear. "Are you all okay?" Lights waved her wand in the general direction of the coffee machine, making a cup of coffee pour itself and zoom towards her. Even terrible coffee was better than no coffee at all right now. |
Rachie and anyone else.... Natasha headed down to level two to see her sister to deliver her first impressions. After a chaotic first day at the ministry the blond yearned for her sisters company and reassurance. Getting through the security checks and the official acceptance of her position Natasha had settled into her cubicle alongside her new partner Layla. Natasha could after a long day say that Layla was someone she would be able to work well with and also share some laughs with. Coming into the reception area the blond stalked over to the coffee machine. Just standing infront of it made her grimace and her nostrils flair as she smelled the aroma it gave off. There was no way she was drinking that coffee it even smelled hideous. Instead she headed over to sit down on one of the chairs and immediatley wished she hadn't, could a chair be less uncomfortable? *Sigh* |
Isobel knew that her sister had been starting work today, and she was kind of wondering how Tasha had gotten on. Iz was actually quite surprised that their mother hadn't owled her. Their parents weren't that happy that Isobel was working in the ministry, so Iz was wondering how they'd feel about their youngest daughter working then. but Isobel was happy for her sister. They were alike, and didn't really listen to their parents. Not that Isobel was going to see them anytime soon anyway, not after how they spoke to Wes. It was nearing the end of the day, and Isobel was going to go up to level one to see Tash. Make sure she was getting along fine. Oooh. Actually, there was no need for her to go anywhere. Tash was here already. "Hey tash." The blonde smiled, settling into the seat next to her. "I see you found level 2." |

Sitting on the uncomfortable chair she was pleased when Isobel came out to her. Giving her sister a sideways hug from across her chair she grimaced. "Hi Iz." "I did find level 2. No thanks to the directions i got from worker i passed in the lifts though, he almost sent me down to the 10th floor." Letting out a sigh of discomfort Tasha asked "Why does your department own so uncomfortable chairs, is it to make people uneasy?" |
numble walked thru the door to the repection area to wait for whom the owl never said numble thoght to himself he let out a sigh he felt at home as weird as it sounds.numble poured himself a cup of coffee with the flick of his wand blonde with a lot of sugar just how he like it,he walks over to the reception area chairs, these look really uncomfortable numble thought to himself as he takes a seat not an unpleasent feeling as the look he said outloud to noone in particular. |

She noticed a man sitting in one of the chairs and smiled. "Hello, are you waiting for anyone? 'Cause I can go get them, if you want." She assumed he would want her to go grab whoever it was he was waiting for, since otherwise the waiting was pointless. Heh. |

She shot an apologetic look at Numble. "It's the first door on your right, go up the corridor and turn left. Someone'll be there, they'll help you find your desk and stuff." Then she turned back to the man on the chair. |

Hawk Ebony left the workspace to get coffee. He hadn't had any before but now he was starting to get a bit tired. Besides, whoever heard of doing much work without it? Well, if it was work that you had to do while sitting down. On the way there he saw Lights talking with someone else. He heard snatches of their talk, and it seemed like a crime was being reported. He quickly got coffee and then stood a bit to the side, hearing what was being said. |
Alayna XD Isobel's head wasn't really on work anymore. No. It was far away, worrying about where Wes was. She really was trying to get her head back into action, especially because she knew Wes'd probably be okay. She trusted Evander, so she knew he'd fine him. It was just, she was very aware that it was the full moon tomorrow, so Wes hadn't been in the best of moods anyway. The head auror sighed, wandering back through the reception, heading back towards the auror offices. Hopefully the YATI's would be back, so that they could start working on things. Iz was hoping to distract herself, so that she she'd be able to get Wes out of her mind. She really couldn't help but be worried about him, especially after their fight. She was hoping she wouldn't need to talk to anyone else about that. She wasn't too sure if she would be able to not get upset. |
