1-)Uhmmm. You know, I've been asked this before and I used to say Luna Lovegood, just because she's one of my favourites. NOW, though, I'd probably pick the same one JKR once said she'd pick, and go with Lupin. He's a pretty important character, though hardly THE most important one but... to me, he's SUCH an interesting character, you know? His childhood and teenage years... well, we don't know much about THOSE and I'd like to sit down and have him talk at me about those years.
2-)Eerrrr. I'll be perfectly honest and admit that, far too late, I realized Law wasn't my thing. So I'll be studying English as soon as I graduate. THAT SAID, if I ABSOLUTELY had to pick I'd go with Criminal Law just 'cause of how complex, and tricky it can be.
