If you need to make an appointment of any kind with Theo, or for the use of the Conference Room, this is the place to go. All mail for Theo, must go through here also.

Jude gently pushed open the door to the Gobstones Club division room and and hiked his way toward Mr. Newtington the III's office. When he arrived he stood outside the office door, knowing he must wait to be called on before entering the office. What was peculiar to him though was that his secretary seemed to be no where in sight.

There in front of the tall wizard stood a desk which should have been occupied by a sweet witch or wizard who would ask him "what can I do for you" and he would answer "I need to speak with Mr. Newtington the III" and they would say "one moment" and be off to fetch him or beckon him inside. Maybe they went to use the U-bend. Yes, that must of been it.

Jude shift his cloak out of the way as he sat down on a nearby chair, waiting patiently for someone to attend to him.

Alina glanced out of Theo's office door to see in man waiting patiently near her desk. She smiled warmly, and went out to find him.

"Hi there," she said, as she straightened her cashmere jumper. "Here to see Theo? There's a gathering of us in his office." She pointed towards the door and beckoned for him to head inside.

Jude sat up obediently with his papers in his left hand and ambled into the office, nodding his head to the kind witch whom he assumed was the secretary, "Thank you Miss."

A few days after his meeting with the Head of his department, Jude that it be prudent to check up on any progress. He waited patiently on the bench as he did before, waiting for Mr. Newtington the III's secretary to pop her head out again.

Alina appeared from Theo's office, a pile of paperwork in her arms. She smiled at Jude, and placed the stack on her desk. "You here to see Theo again? If you just hang on one moment..." She quickly started filing the work away in alphabetical order. Alina had to have everything in a systematic order, even if there was someone waiting.

"I'll just go and ask Theo if he is free now, else it'll probably be better to come back after lunch."

Alina's head popped out of the office door. "I'm afraid he's busy at the moment - would you mind coming back this afternoon? Maybe give it a couple of hours or so..." She smiled, slightly apologetically for him having to wait longer.

Jude looked up towards the kind secretary with her stacks of paper.

"Good day Mrs. Newtington. Actually, can you just give him a message from me," he said lifting up a hand to help. "Do you need any help with those?"

Alina smiled at the man's kind offer to help. "I'm okay thank-you, I'm nearly done now." She could be awfully picky about how averything was filed, so Alina was best doing everything herself, so she could check what she had done and tick it off of her schedule.

"A message? Of course I can." Alina slipped into the chair behind her desk, and picked up a quill to jot down what Jude said. She always wrote things down, just to keep a record of what is happening and to know was she was at. "What is it?"

"Tell him I'm starting a petition," he started. "Against that fountain. I need a few signatures to start it off and I thought it would be good to have a Department Head backing me on it."

Jude waited silently, watching Mrs. Newtington behind her oak desk, scribbling away.

"And your signature would be a fine addition as well."

Jude shoved his hand into his cloak, pulling out the petition which had a few signatures already on it.

"Should I just leave this here? If he decides to sign or not he could send the petition back to me. I'm posting it publicly tomorrow."

Alina nodded. "Of course." She finished jotting down her memo, and got a clip out of the drawer to the left of her. "If you leave it here with me, I'll get him to look over it as soon as possible." She stroked her chin with the feather of her quill thoughtfully.

"Have you written your main arguments in brief at the top of the petition? It just helps people understand the reasons behind your rally rather than you just wanting them to sign. It could greatly help your cause."

"Yes, I do have my argument ready and set," he nodded his head. "I'll be back in my cubicle now. Mr. Newtington the III can find me there when he needs me. Thank you so much for your kindness."

Jude bowed his head as he sat up, walking back down toward the Gobstones Offices.

Alina led the way out of the lift, her arm wrapped round her husband's waist. She put her handbag on her desk, and walked round to her chair to hang her jacket on. She perched on her chair, and carefully bent underneath the desk to pull out Theo's parcel.

"There you go...any ideas what it is?"

"Yeah I have an idea," Theo smiled, taking hold of the parcel. He read the label and smiled.

"I'll be in my office. Don't work too hard," he grinned, and unlocked his door.

Alina couldn't help but wonder at Theo's expression. He certainly had her intrigued, especially when he took it into his office. She read that meant he wanted to open whatever it was privately, and Alina was just a little interested. Well, very interested, but there was something telling her it was just a quidditch sample even after the build up.

Taking a pile of paperwork from her intray, Alina sat at her desk and started sorting. How there had managed to get so much build up since yesterday, Alina would never know.

Alina sorted the top pile out, and soon found the Quidditch folders that Theo had told her to send in Ian's direction. It was about time she took a break and a stretch, and Alina headed towards the Quidditch Area.

Brian walked in casually with his cool head and fresh parchment. He wanted to see the Head of the department Urgently. He approached the Secretary, "Heylo, I'm Brian from the Minister's Office, Liaison for your department. I want to meet your head" he finished and flashed his dazzling smile as usually.

J. J. Starr goes to the secretary of Theo. on a pice of parchment paper is written the names of the teams for the Gobstones tournament. " Italy vs. Australia, Leeds vs. America and since Africa has asked to be in tournament, I will make it glasgow vs. Africa with your ok.

Alina looked down at the parchment, a little confused by its contents, but there again she wasn't exactly the greatest follower of gobstones. "Did you want to hand it to Theo directly and explain the proceedings? Or should I just pass it on?" she asked, wondering exactly what Joe wanted doing with the parchment.

Alina looked at Joe, unsure how best to explain her actual job title. "I'm sorry," she said carefully, "but I only deal with the stuff going through Theo." She looked pointedly to the sign on her desk saying Theo's Secretary.

"And seeing as Dan isn't in Theo's office, you'll have to go find him yourself." She smiled apologetically. "If he's not in your division area, maybe he's at lunch and will be back shortly?"

Alina disappeared off into Theo's office before coming back to Brian. "He's ready to see you," she said, "Please follow me." She headed back to her husband's office.

Liam walked into the room the letter in one hand and the box in the other he didn't see anyone around so he sat and waited for the secretary to get there. He then saw this girl who he though must be the securatery "I need to see Theo i have a parcel which has a bitting tea-pot in and also this letter which I think he should see"

Alina returned to her desk carrying two large mugs of coffee. She sat behind her desk, and started to ink her quill. She'd deliver the mug for Theo when he was finished with Dan. Her attention was drawn to a guy she thought worked in the Gobstones division.

"A biting teapot? Are you sure?" She frowned slightly, confused what this might have to do with her husband. She wasn't really sure what to advise. "Erm, well Theo is busy at the moment. Would you like me to pass the message on, or maybe I can come and get you after he is finished with Dan?"

Erin walked with Liam into the office of his boss's secretary. Introducing the herself, she said softly. "I am Erin O connor, Misuse of magic department head. And I need to speak to your boss regarding the biting teapot."
