Daniel Radcliffe gave a more positive answer than usual about the upcoming
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child plays, saying how eager he is to see the production next year.
The actor, who portrayed Harry Potter for over a decade, said (like many times before) that it will be a weird experience seeing someone else portray Harry, but he is just as excited as other fans to see it live. Dan opened up about this in a recent interview with NME magazine, and noted that he has no part in the saga anymore.
Quote:
Daniel Radcliffe: 'It’s weird. But I’m happy for it to go on without me. I’ve no ownership of it.'
'I actually really want to see it. It would be a mental thing to try and see it with lots of very excited Harry Potter fans. But I kind of would like to know what happens now.'

Dan also joked about being jealous over the costumers Eddie Redmayne wears as Newt Scamander in
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
Quote:
Dan: 'Oh f--k you, Eddie, in your brilliant costume… I got jeans and a zip top for 10 years and you’ve got a greatcoat already?'
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child's first preview performances start at the end of May, and the first
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them film comes to theaters in November 2016.
