Hiiii everyone!!!

Sorry my meet thread is a day or two late, RL was determined to make sure I had no free time of my own!

For those of you who I haven't had the pleasure to meet yet, my name is Tori and I live in the North-East of Scotland. Roughly an hour from Dufftown ... so I'm not sure just how close I am from Hogwarts. Though... I live in the Shire, so I guess I can settle on being a Hobbit if I can't be a Witch.

I've been a member here on site for seventeen years. Currently, I'm a moderator in both Honeydukes and with the Book Seekers book club. Within the RP world I am currently the Transfiguration Professor and the school Librarian... and I really love playing Carwyn.

Off site, I recently got a promotion to be main Manager within my new hotel. I'm currently two weeks in and it has been slightly crazy as we have only come out of a second lockdown. I looooove going to the cinema and adore going to the theatre. If I'm not there, I'm likely spending my time reading, listening to music, colouring in or playing with my kitty cat. I live with my partner of almost 8 years (and said kitty, Rollo).

What was it like for you the first time you started RPing a teacher rather than a student? Was it strange making that transition?

Ahhh! That's amazing. I have the worst green thumb ever I'm afraid but I love getting home grown veg from my mum there's just something super earthy and homey about it!

I loved transitioning and seeing my posts help you all have fun in class! Especially with Carwyn cause he's just so ... he wants to help everyone learn. Haha. He's a big family man and it just sometimes seems that he can't always switch that off. bwahaha.

Thank you Ali!! It's taken a while but I'm settling in and loving it.

Ohhh very nice. We are both very family orientated (though my big family, is made tiny by his haha). We both love reading, though I think he loves educational reading more than I do haha. I would love to attempt the training to be an animagi and his form is one of my favourite animals (arctic fox) though thats due to the results/meanings I came up with and not because I'd pick that for myself hah.

PS. He adores her too! He can't wait to see her in class.

One thing that makes me happy is just knowing that I'm moving to a different state and starting a new adventure in my life.

Sooo...my question. In the books, you see that Snape has a beard and mustache, but in the movies, Alan Rickman did not. Which version of Severus do you prefer and why?
