Meet Slytherin Fox

Hey everyone! I'm Linda!

I joined SS almost four years ago and have been pretty actively involved with it. I've held many positions around the site which include being a Department Head in the Ministry, Muggle Studies Professor in the School (later Divination), Yearbook, Daily Prophet and SOTS writer, and president of many fan clubs. I am currently actively involved as a Knockturn Alley mod and SOTS writer.

Offsite I am currently employed, but keep active by reading, writing, doing lots of knitting, scrapbooking and other crafts and posting here on the site!

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Just nothing too personal, or I probably won't answer.

Thanks, and I'm looking forward to meeting you all!

Yay! Fellow Slytherin. (: Haha. Who's your favorite character?

Hey, nice to meet you!

My favorite character is definitely Severus Snape. He had so many complex layers to his personality and proved in the end that you can be the biggest hero even if you're "dark". I love that! :)

Is it fun RP'ing as a Hogwarts Teacher?

He He... This Was From Me!

Whats It Like To Be A Hogwarts Teacher?:albus2:

It was! I RPed as a teacher for something like 7 or 8 terms (I think), but am now back to playing a student. It's fun thinking up different lessons and stuff, very different from what you do as a student.

How did you come to be so active here at SnitchSeeker?

nice tp meet you

do u have any pets?

Hi.:) What's your favorite HP movie?

Awesome.. Slytherin is awesome. Y do you like slytherin and who is your favorite character... would you have a rivalry with anyone from gryffindor to stay with the spirit of the house rivalry? :cedric:

When I first found the site back in August of 2006 I wasnt that active at all. Then I gave it another look in February of 2007 and I just threw myself into it, joining a bunch of fan clubs and taking part in discussions and stuff. I had missed the sorting and had to wait till June, so there was a lot of anticipation there. I couldn't wait to see where I ended up. And then, when I was finally sorted I threw myself into the site even more! The school is definitely the best of its kind anywhere, no question!

I loved the movie Coraline. There are others, but I find that one appealing.

Nice to meet you, too! :)

Not at this time, no. I used to have a kitten, but it ran away.

I think probably Goblet of Fire. I loved all the action in that film!

I do like Slytherin, it's my fave house by far! (I always get Slytherin on every sorting quiz I take - haha!) My fave character is Severus Snape, followed by Narcissa and Draco. And yes, of course! That might be fun! :)

Lindaaaaa!!!!!!!!! *waves around like a maniac* :pfd: :doof:

President of many fan clubs?! OH!? You don't say ... ... Well then, I suppose I ought to ask you a question. Cause questions are awesome, but not as awesome as answers ;D
Anyway, I think I likely know this one, but i'm gonna ask anyway. If you could pick any one fan club in which you adore the most, then which would it be and why? :D

Hey Jess! Nice to see you here!

Now, that is a very hard question! However, if I could pick only one, it would probably be the Death Eater and Lord Voldemort FC. That was the first one I ever joined, the first one I became an offer in, and holds a lot of special history and meaning for me.

Hey Slytherin Fox!
Dorry to be a downer, but what was the biggest let-down of the HP series for you?

"please not slytherian please not slytherian!"

What happens after you graduate? Can u ever go back to school?

Foxes are so cute I want a pet fox.

Swiper is a fox with some serious style!

Hi! I know you like Slytherin house, but I want to know what's your second favorite house and why?

Hey, how are you? To me there were three things - the death of Severus Snape, the death of Fred Weasley, and the way things were just left hanging at the end.

You can go back and play as many characters as you want and start them in whatever year you want. That's what everyone does.

I'm consolidating all your posts. Please, no double posting! It's against site rules.

I think probably Ravenclaw! I admire their intelligence and their composure.

Don't laugh, but i'm confused about RPing; can i just join in an RP randomly half way through?? (I know i need to post 10 posts in the newbie forum before i even think of RPing :))

Hi! :)

Hey, how are you?
I was just wondering if you know when the next sorting is and how I find when they are?

Linda is one letter off from Glinda! Nice Meeting you, Slytherin Fox!

Hello! How do you find out when the nest sorting is? :)

*next

Generally, you should check with the host (the person who started the RP) and find out if it's okay if you join in (especially in the case of one that's already started). People are usually pretty nice about this, so feel free to check with them! :)

Hi! Nice to meet you!

The sortings happen during the time when a term is over and before the next term happens, so it will be a while. There is a big announcement made site-wide, so you can't miss it!

Haha, that's true! And nice to meet you, as well! :)

There will be an announcement. Don't worry, you won't miss it!
