What up SS! *runs around and raises the roof* My name is Lissy, and I'll be one of the two mods you get to meet during the lovely month of February!
Lissy is short for Melissa, and I am a 20 something college student studying to be a teacher in the great state of Illinois here in the USA. I'm a HUGE history buff and some day want to go to law school as well. I've been a Chicago-an all my life, and I'm OBSESSED with the Chicago White Sox, one of the two local baseball teams.
I'm one of the strangest sorority girls you will ever meet. I basically live on a diet of bagels and Starbucks coffee. I have three tattoos, including a quote from Gandalf in Lord of the Rings. I'm also a bit obsessed with TV--my current favorite shows include Glee, The Office, How I Met Your Mother, awful reality TV, and the BBC show Sherlock and the E4 show Misfits.
Back to the SS stuff--I've been around the site for nearly NINE years now. I KNOW RIGHT?? I'm old when it comes to SS, haha. In the school RP, I was the Gryffindor male prefect for three terms, head boy for another (DON'T LET THOSE CONFUSE YOU I AM ACTUALLY A GIRL!  ) and quidditch captain for another two. Then I was chosen to be on the school staff and played as Divination Professor Nolan Reynolds for another two terms (I like to play boys in the RP if you haven't already guessed). I was also a Ministry Department head on Level 3 wayyyy back in the day. Today, I'm a mod for the Madame Malkins forum, which is where all the awesome graphic makers make lots of pretty things for you all, and the Magical Menagerie, where you can go and talk about all sorts of random HP related stuffs. I'm also the mod for the Neville Longbottom Fan Club because, in case you didn't already guess it from my username, I LOVE Neville Longbottom!

Anyways, I really like how the dwarves look! I know a couple of people think they look a little silly (and I'll admit they kind of do ) But we only ever saw Gimli in the LotR movies (aside from like one shot of the Dwarf Lords in the beginning of the first film) so I feel like they have a lot of liberty to do whatever they want with the dwarves. I like that they all look a little different  ALSO CAN I JUST TAKE A MOMENT TO FANGIRL OVER HOW PERFECT MARTIN FREEMAN LOOKS AS BILBO OMG 
And CALE is currently working at the Ministry (obviously not as my charrie, I just pretend he's floating around there somewhere ) just in a regular office job. He's still married to Anna, raising twins (Cause apparently they run in the Greingoth family) and they recently took Alex in before this current RP term because their mum died  So he's trying to be like a cool big brother to him too

I have a LOT of favorite books. I REALLY REALLY LOVE The Millenium Series (aka The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo books) so I've been trying to finish that series. I also love Lord of the Rings (despite the fact I've only read the first book...I WILL finish that trilogy this year!) Finally, I love Mary Higgins Clark. She writes a TON of mystery novels.

And then I got to college and really got involved in stuff I was passionate about and reached my full potential, just like he did! I just always knew I had a connection with him  Hehe.

I honestly like Alex and Sierra's roleplays the best...their personalities are just SO different, you never know WHERE the RP is going to go once you get started

1. My favorite character is Artie. This is mainly because I'm a HUGE Kevin McHale fan (Artie's too much of a jerk sometimes) but I think he has an amazing voice, and I LOVE when he gets dance numbers!! Safety Dance is actually my ringtone right now
2. HMMMM. I think I'd choose the Invisibility Cloak Time Turners just complicate things, I'd have no use for the Resurrection Stone (It'd just creep me out xD ) or the Elder Wand, and I don't think I'd use the Maurader's Map much either. SO that leaves the cloak! Plus I've always wanted to be invisible Quote:
