2010: Meet D.A Forever

Hellooo my dears! Very nice to meet you all! I'm D.A Forever, better known as Gracie and I will be your Mod of the Month for January.

I joined SnitchSeeker late summer of '06, after viewing it as a guest for quite some time! I'm currently a Knockturn Alley (RPG) and FanFiction mod, as well as Diagon Alley (RPG) Shopkeeper Assistant. I've been involved in the School RPG since Feb/March of '07 when I created my very first baby character - Savannah Mae, - and was a Prefect during Term 19 and 20.

Outside of the computer, I'm still in school and have every plan to become a Vet Tech; I've been in love with animals of all kinds for as long as I can remember, probably because we have always had pets around the house. I was indeed one of those small children that pretended to be a different animal each day of the week! Also the one that goes outside and comes home with a sick animal, begging and pleading to keep it; I did that too.

Now it's your turn to ask me questions! If you want to know more, feel free to ask whatever you like. Given that it abides by SS rules and I don't find it to be too personal, I'll be happy to answer.

Sooo many possibilities. I suppose, I would choose a cat if I could. It's a common animal, something that wouldn't be a surprise to see wandering around - even for muggles, which means you could explore all you want without causing a scene. Most often than not they're very graceful and fast, too. I think it would be fun.

Ohh, that's too hard! I can't choose out of our lovely MM graphics malkers; we've got SO many talented members and each have their own special style, it would be impossible to say who's I like better.

In character (IC) here on SS I actually have worked in the Ministry, at one point when it was brand new. And I was in level four, Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures; if I had the opportunity to really be in the HP world, I would go for that same Department!

Because they work with animals, of course. It would be fascinating to learn more and be around magical creatures.

Oh gosh. That's all very blurry and vague in my head, and I still don't understand why . I don't recall being little and seeing Sorcerer's Stone; but I do remember going to see Chamber of Secrets, I was ten-years-old then and that might have been the first time I was introduced to Harry Potter.

It didn't take me any time at all to like it, as soon as I had seen it that was it for me! I've been hooked ever since.

Hmm, that's hard. Like a thoughtful gift from someone? Putting aside birthday and holiday presents, I'll go with the most recent thing someone gave me out of the blue. A couple months ago I had an animal pass away for the first time; When an old family-friend heard she went out and got me this cute dog-shaped picture frame and card to show she was sorry.

Hahah! Oh you would think so and I wished that were true, but I've only thoroughly read each book once. I have tried to re-read them and skimmed through certain parts of all seven on many occasions, but that doesn't really count.

Harry Potter movie? Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Why? So many reasons. I really liked the director of that movie, I think he did an amazing job and I had my fingers crossed since then that he would be asked to do another HP movie. It was very focused on the book, how Harry learns about Sirius, Lupin and the Marauders in general. About Buckbeak's importance, the timeturner; I loved getting to see everything come to life in PoA in particular, out of all the HP movies so far. There was something very magical (no pun intended *is such a geek* ) and.. sort of innocent, but still exciting and adventurous about that movie. I'll leave it at that, because I could go on and on.

All kinds! It sort of depends on the book itself, but my favorite type are the kind that the main subject is something that you know someone, somewhere in the world have or are still going through; choices, decisions, illness, ect. I like seeing things from another angle and it's nice to read something meaningful that makes you really think about what you're reading.

Hi there! Hmmm.. I've always been one of those people who are really cautious not to break the rules on and off SS in 'real life' as a kid I broke certain rules that involve disregarding what your elders tell you like 'don't run', 'don't climb on that', 'don't touch that', the usual behavior for a child which of course, earned a few minor scratches and many bruises from not listening. Besides that nothing comes to mind, except on SS.. I think as a newbie, I probably did double post once or twice. I honestly can't remember by this point.

Ooh! I'll have to look him up, you're right I've never heard of him. LOL.
