For those so foolish as to come across Professor Perry's bad side, this is the room he often chooses to hold his detentions in.

Francis walks in with tears strolling down her cheeks. She walks quietly and sits down, waiting patiently for Perry to come in.

Mithos walks in this filthy room, rudely pulls his chair which makes a very loud noise. With his face in tears he takes the seat and puts his head down. Determined that this was thw worst day of his life he puts his head down and keeps breathing in an incredibly fast rate.

Francis sees Mithos come in. She then turns around her face and completely ignores him. She looks straight at the wall, as she waits for Perry to come in. Feeling extremely irritated that they are in detention, she decides to not talk to Mithos for a few weeks.

Professor Perry shook his head. "Two Ravenclaws. Absolutely horrible. And you're supposed to be the clever ones. It seems to me that you've had a serious lack of guidance in that house. First with the criminally Dark tendencies of your Head of House, Cassandra Rae, and now with the actions of the Co-Head..." He grinned as if delighted by how bad those two women had turned out to be.

"Now... let's start with something simple. I want you each to write a letter to be owled to your parents, letting them know that you've been caught breaking rules and attempting subversive activities against the school and the Ministry. I WILL be reading them before they are sent."

Francis nodded and immediately opened her bag. Taking out her parchments, she chose the most beautiful one she had. After all, she always wanted to present the best parchment and handwriting when she was about to give a letter to someone. Taking out her quill, she started to write:

Dear Mother and Father,

I deeply ashamed to say that I have dishonored both: our family and my house, Ravenclaw. I engaged in a horrific student organization that was the reason I have been placed in detention. This organization is a student organization known as the Fairness Against Torturing Elves.

I am in deep regret that this has come to pass because I've raised my thoughts against the Ministry and Hogwarts. I deserve this punishment I am currently undertaking and any other punishment you see fit. I deserve no forgiveness for my hedious crimes; thus, I beg for no forgiveness. I am afraid I will not be able to forgive myself for allying myself with such a destructive organization. Under strain and discomfort that I have suffered from my self-realization, I have come to realize that the Ministry is doing their best to save the school and preserve order. I realize that the rules are in order for a reason, to preserve the well-being of all wizards and witches. I have also realized that participating in this organization was wrong because it may show that I don't respect the Ministry, the School, or you. I am deeply ashamed of this wrong, and I can only hope to be given the chance to mend my ways.

Rest assured my beloved parents, I will try my best to put our family name high up. I will work hard, earn points for Ravenclaw, and stay out of trouble. Please send an OWL to Professor Perry, who was the Ministry Official that apprehended this organization. After all, if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have realized the destruction and ansgt this organization has created.

You may not know Professor Perry because he is a new professor. However, you may have heard of him from the Ministry. Professor Perry is the perfect fit for a professor and a ministry official. His incredibly bewitching smile and sparkling, white teeth, fail not to flatter him as he preserves order at Hogwarts. His sandy hair and hazel eyes do not match the contrast of the detention room I am currently sitting at. Nevertheless, he vigorously applies his smarts to tackle down all crime-doing. Thus, I am here facing the punishment that I deserve. He is quite incredibly handsomely witty. Furthermore, it is quite astounding how his glasses seem to give him a clear view of his surroundings and into other's hearts. So please, mother and father, send him regards for his extremely brave and courageous actions.

After writing her letter, Francis rose from her chair. Blushing, she gave Mr. Perry her letter.

"Francis and Professor Lainey didn't do anything I broke the rules!!!" Mithos felt even guiltier now and still with his face wet "Francis didn't do anything! Much less Professor Lainey! It only sees to me that you are not clever enough to see that Professor Lainey got herself introuble on purpose so I would not be suspended from the school!" Mithos said. He looked at the parchment, quill and ink bottle for a moment and than started writting.

He placed the quill on the table, gave Mr. Perry his letter. He sat down and stared at the wall trying to forget about everything but he couldn't fake it. Soon his eyes were filled with tears again.

Professor Perry read both letters before folding them and sticking them in his pocket. He'd attach them to a school owl later. His ears were faintly pink from the reminder of Francis's words about him, but he was a professional. The crush of a school girl was flattering, but it wouldn't hamper him in his work. "Thank you for your promptness in that task. I would appreciate it if you wouldn't shout out. My decision on what happened has already been made and your out bursts will only keep you in here longer. Why don't you just sit with your heads on the desk for a while and think about your poor choices?" He was mostly speaking to Mithos, as Francis was properly contrite.

Francis nodded and blushed slightly. Quickly sitting down, she put her parchments and quills away. After she had cleaned up her mess, she quietly stared at her desk as she waited for Mr. Perry to allow her to go. Hopefully, sooner rather than later. After all, she did have a lot of homework to catch up in.

Mithos went from sad to furious, but he didn't want to get Francis in anymore trouble. He rested his head on the desk, the only poor choise he made was call Professor Lainey and Francis to help. He couldn't get that out of his head!! Suddently he raised his hand and said "Professor I have to feed my cat... and," he sqeezed his legs together " I gotta go potty."

Professor Perry cocked his head to the side. "Your cat, sadly, will have to wait until detention is through. You really should have thought to feed it before you left. As for your need to.... relieve yourself, there is a chamber pot in the corner. You are free to use it."

"I guess I will just have to hold." He said determinedly. Mithos didn't really care about the care he was sure someone in the Ravencalw Common Room would do it for him. He rested his head in the table again and a couple minutes later he raised his hand again and asked "What did you do in the Ministry of Magic? Where you an Auror?"

Francis heard the conversation around her. Nevertheless, she didn't budge. She remained still as she stared at her desk. Getting out of the detention center was more important to her than finding out about Mr. Perry's past work (even if it was extremely boring or interesting). As she concentrated on the shapes of her desk, she kept listening attentively. Anything that Mr. Perry would say would definetely be of use to SAMMO.

Professor Perry raised an eyebrow at Mithos, before looking at Francis as if in disbelief. "This isn't a joyous round of 'Getting to Know You,'" he scoffed. "I haven't given you permission to speak, nor will I. This is a punishment, and I don't want you to talk."

Mithos sighed "Okay...okay.." Mithos crossed his arms and rested them on the table. Mithos didn't have much to look at so he stared at the empty wall in front of him. He looked around at Mr. Perry and at Francis and than went back to the wall. He thought of saying many more thing but he decided that be quiet was the best thing if he wanted to leave that room and go back to the Ravenclaw Common Room.

Francis continued to sit still and not move. She noticed that Mithos had stop arguing. Concentrating on the silence absorbing the room, she breathed silently. It seemed that this was going to take a couple of days.
ooc- posted because I saw in the rules, we had to post at least once a day to prove that we were still here in detention.

Mithos took a deep breath every once in a while. He didn't dare look at Perry's face. He wanted to get out of there as soon as possible! He started to think of what class he would be right now... Or what would he be doing.

Trying really hard not to give in to her tiredness, Francis suppresed a yawn. She continued to look at the table, fearing to lift her eyes to see how Mithos was holding up.

Professor Perry cleared his throat. "Alright, children. Thank you for your silence. Its nice to see that you are now able to hold your tongues when you are clearly wrong. I am your superior and it would do you good to remember that. Now... since you seem so fond of the Evanesco spell, why don't you try your hand at cleaning things up... the Muggle way? I'm rather disgusted with the state of this room. There are mops and buckets in the corner, as well as scrub brushes. Don't forget to get between every crack on the floor."

Francis nodded. Certainly some movement would prevent her from falling asleep. She walked to the corner and grabbed a mop and a bucket. As she chose a mop and bucket that looked in good shape, she bit her lip trying to suppress any tears. She knew she had not been the one casting the Evanesco charm. She had not even been the one gathering the ingredients. Nevertheless, she knew that she had to do her penance. After getting a hold of the mop, she started to clean the floor carefully so as not to let water spill or let the water get out of hand. As she cleaned, she looked at Mithos and Mr. Perry.Mithos seemed bored. Mr. Perry looked very demanding and authoritarian.

After she had mopped the room, she re-did again. If she was going to do something, even though it was just cleaning the dungeon's floor, she was going to make sure it was a job well done. This must have taken her a few hours.

Once the job was done, she looked up at Mr. Perry. Wondering if he wanted the floor re-done.. or if he had any more tasks.

Mithos got up and got a mop and a bucket. He hated the way Muggles worked. The seemed filthy are stupid for doing things the hard way. Mithos started moppin the floor without looking at Mr. Perry or Francis. He kept looking down as he mopped the filthy and disgusting floor of the dungeons. He mopped for a few hours and when he was finished he placed the mop and the bucket where they were. Mithos' hand were not very clean but he didn't dare ask Mr. Perry where to clean them. He placed his hands in his robe's pockets and sat down. He had done a good job for someone that never cleaned something before. He wondered it Mr. Perry was a mugglebord or better a mudblood. Now sitting quietly with his hands still in his pocket. His stomach growled, he was really hungry by now, but he didn't say anything. He sat there waiting for his next assignment and he hoped it was not the muggle way.

Seeing how Mithos had sat down, she put the mop and bucket away in the corner. After making sure they were neatly placed away, she sat down quietly. Lowering her face and looking at her desk, she was trying not to burst in tears. This detention was definetely too harsh. She had been sitting down, not talking, not able to attend class, or post announcements in her common room. She dreaded what would happen to Ravenclaw if they started losing to Slytherin.It was then when her thoughts were distracted by Mithos' tummy. She felt bad for the first year.

Putting on a straight and expressionless face, she looked up and waited.

Mithos rubbed his stomach and took a deep breath. He wondered how he had done in the Muggle Studies Quiz. He looked around the room but there was nothing to look at. He was the most bored person in the whole world right now! HE was going crazy! He needed to go potty!!!

Professor Perry stretched and glanced at his watch. "Fine, you two are free to go. I don't even want to see you lounging in the halls between classes. You've walked the fine line between detention and suspension, and I don't think you'll be so lucky next time. In fact, I'm sure Miss Lainey has already tasted her punishment. Now... if you'll leave, I have work to do in my office."
