Are you here to spend some time with all your green friends? Maybe you’ll spot Professor June somewhere in there tending to her favourites. If she sees you - she would love to hand you a slug repellent to help de-slug the school cabbage patch. If not, then take a look around - the storm last term has done a number on the greenhouses but Professor June is slowly working to better them. She has even set up a lovely little corner with a bench in greenhouse one - maybe you’ll be inspired to do your Herbology homework there while watching the color changing roses, and enjoying the sun.
OOC: Here's a basic guide of what you might find in each greenhouse; please remember to play realistically based on your character's age and skill level!

Torin walked through the door and took a deep breath in, fertilizer and pollen. He felt like he could breathe again. The castle always smelled kinda musty to him and he preferred the fresh smell of the flowers and plants in here. He liked to go to the first two greenhouses and prune, water and generally care for the plants in past years, but this year he was pretty certain he'd be allowed in greenhouse three by himself. He should probably check on that though. No sense getting banned from his favourite place.
Being in greenhouse two was always a special favourite of his. He liked having fresh ingredients for his potions, but knew that it wasn't fair just to take. He'd have to care for them too. Getting his dragonhide gloves out of his bag he went to put his other things to the side before beginning.

It was really sad...and even reaching out to Candi and Jerome hadn't helped.

He didn't mind, as long as they didn't bother him or hurt any plants. "Interesting theory, although it would be quite ironic seen as they use it for Skele-gro." He smirked at the girl. Familiar face, but in all honesty he had no idea who she was. "Got any particular grudges or are you a serial killer in training and I should watch out?" He was only half joking really. Could he get his wand out quickly enough to get past her?

None of which I want to act on yet, however," she smirked. "Doesn't mean I won't...aaaaanyway. I don't know if we've ever officially spoken...I'm Aboli. Slytherin prefect EXTRAORDINAIRE." She beamed and gave her badge a little rub.

"I'm Torin, Hufflepuff nerd extradordinaire." He gave a little sarcastic hand dance to go with it. "So if you don't know plants that well as it seems, what are you doing out here? Besides plotting murders that is." He chuckled.

She felt like she needed to brush up on her knowledge there. "My good side? Don't tick me off, that's how!" she smirked a little and laughed at his comment. "I'm always trying to improve my skills. I had a puffapod I cared for last year that...I did NOT keep alive other the summer, and so I...kind of want to adopt a new plant to take care of. Perhaps that's cruel since I killed one already, though." She sighed and glanced around again. "But I want to get better taking care of them! I am fine with animals - what is it about plants I can't figure out?!"
