| | |  Entrance Hall
 Whether you are brand new to Hogwarts or have been here a while, the Entrance Hall is always a breath-taking sight to see. Always memorable are the high ceilings, the colourful portraits on the walls, and the grand marble staircase. Various torches light the large room, keeping it nice and cozy at all times of the year. Arched windows atop the staircase, featuring the four Hogwarts Founders in all of their glory, bring in natural lighting as well.
This room branches off to the rest of the castle. If you are standing by the enormous oak doors and the House hourglasses, to the right are the doors that lead to the Great Hall. Next to them are doors that will reveal a broom cupboard and the basement corridor. Opposite is a door to a stairwell that will take you do the dungeons and another that will take you down a corridor where the staff room and other rooms can be found. Going up the marble staircase will take you to a corridor that connects to the moving staircase chamber. There is a lot to see here, so take your time exploring!

Where could have that cat gone....
Gemma was on her hands and knees looking all over, "Here kitty kitty, here kitty. Come here you dumb cat, if mum finds out I took you from her room she's going to kill me!" Looking all over she knew he had to be somewhere. Why was her mother's prize cat always such a trouble maker when she wanted to play.
Getting up she dusted her uniform off and looked around. It had to be in here. That was the last place she saw it. If her parents would just get her a pet of her own maybe she wouldn't have to steal other pets so she could play and have fun with them.

This time was no different.
The only difference was that this time, there was a blonde-haired girl on the floor as though she’d dropped her contact lens and couldn’t find it. Oh, she was looking for a cat! With a smile on her lips, Ingrid walked over slowly, her eyes darting around entrance hall now in search of the small feline, her hand already deep in her pockets in search of the cat treats she kept in there.
“Excuse me, do you need any help? Only, I’ve got some cat treats. Cat’s love them”, her hands out stretched now to show the small brightly coloured cubes on the palm of her right hand. | |

He was always tattling on her. Honestly he was worse than her brother!
Hearing a voice she looked up, "Oh yes, these might work if he is still around." She didn't know if he was even in here but if he was the cat wasn't stupid, he'd come to treats. "Can you get down here where he can smell them? He might come if he smells the treats and then I can get him back to my mum's office before she realizes he's gone." Come on you fat cat, come find the treats.
