Once again, it is that time of the year when another term passes and a new one begins. Let's wave goodbye to the Term 48 chat thread and say hello to the shiny new chat thread for Term 49. 
It is now time for your eager student to board the train back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, their home away from home for the next nine months. I'm sure everyone is ready to head back to school, even after the strange events that occurred just months ago. Will this term bring something even more stressful than an international magical competition? Will student lives be put at risk once more? Or will there finally be a quiet year at Hogwarts?
This thread is for all participating members of the Hogwarts role-play to chat, speculate, offer their character to play with, and more!

First off, I'm quietly amused at the topic of the HoM lesson, as my new shopkeeper was there during said flood. Gah! Reading all this makes me want to go and read some of those terms! I wasn't here for the flood and many many others that sounded like loads of fun but I have been here almost 4 years now and it's been AMAZING!
Aaawww all the ickles are growing up so fast! My little Rylee is nearly a third year (where did the last two terms go?!)
My first on site kiddo Hady I played all seven terms and I loved it! Getting to see her grow and change each term was lots of fun. Now she's married and having her third baby LOL
@Anna Banana - My seventh year Cassie says that Maddie can eat as many cupcakes as she wants! Coming from a major lover of desserts and cupcake baker <3

*snorts* so I'm slightly behind on catching up with lessons, but i did just gp back to stalk what term this mermish / flood stuff was - thanks to Rachie mentioning being hufflepuff prefect - and apparently i had Dominic... and now his babies are first years (which I'd assume they're present for in this lesson even though i can physically play them)
