She smiled and shrugged. 'Nothing much. Just hanging around the grounds. What about you?" Her blue eyes, glanced down at him. She got sudden urge to lean down and give him a kiss. He was just so cute. |
Andrei walked absent mindedly down by the lake, school had started well enough he supposed... he hadn't really made friends but there was still plenty of the term left for that! Maybe if he looked hard enough he would see a Grindylow. |

"When do you want to see it? Now? Or maybe tomorrow morning?" Because even though she was the impulsive sort who was always happy to jump up and do a thing right away, it was quite nice sitting here with him. She giggled at the tickling and shook her head. He wouldn't give up and yet he hadn't even started yet. Boys were so weird. "If you say so." She said cheerfully. Sometimes windows did close though. |

Distracted, Paige shook her head back to the present and Azura assuring her that her apology was not necessary. The Hufflepuff still got quite riled up just over memories of it, the entire thing absurd from start to finish. "Try telling that to the Groundskeeper," Paige sighed a bit defeatedly. The man had clearly overreacted and poory assessed the situation |
SPOILER!!: The Lion and The Stick She felt serene. Lulled into a false sense of peace and comfort by the atmosphere and the sugar she'd had earlier. Made her thoughts louder even than usual. Tak Asakura. He was like her. Suspicious, lonely, cleverer than most. Aslan had seen it all in him when they'd met. It was the same stirring that had brought her along to Daxton Prince (however badly that had ended) but softer. She was certain he was an orphan, the assumption was strong enough to be fact now, but she wouldn't voice it. Whether it was her conscience or a lack of confrontational energy Aslan didn't know, but for now she would keep those words buried under her pink tongue. "Why do you hate it?" She asked softly, still staring up at the leaves and the light that shine through them. |

"Hey Oldie!" Timmy snapped and without even thinking. *SLAP* He slapped her across the face. "You should be nice to people." |

"Yeah, I saw that. I'm sorry." She said softly as she looked up at the older girl. She had left the table right after that, due to everyone being rather silent and down about the whole thing, she felt bad for them though. She had wanted to hug the entire table.. "Will we ever have a normal feast?" She wondered softly, with a slight bit of a smile. |

As she gathered her stuff he took her by surprise and slapped her. HE SLAPPED HER? As fast and quick her wand was at him, "Immobulous" Taking him by surprise was something she was going for. If that didn't work she was going to make him eat horse dung soon. |
For anyone :) Juno found a quiet spot by the lake. There were a lot of other students out and about but she didn't want to interrupt anyone's conversations. So she found a good spot close to the lake, but still in the grass, to lay her blanket down so that she could be more comfortable. She then set her back pack down on one end of the blanket. She had books and snacks in there in case she got bored or hungry. She was a typical 'Puff: always had something to snack on. Juno then pulled her boots off showing off some boring black ankle socks. She didn't want to get the top part of the blanket dirty. She sat down right in the center of the rather large blanket, and watched the water and the other students around her. |

" I'm not much of a baker quite yet... Cassie is gonna teach me... We made a deal over summer... I'm gonna teach her everything I know about candy making and she is gonna teach me how to bake... " Beaming at the thought of learning new things... " Maybe you should make some cupcakes for the next gathering we have?" Miranda was serious... He had said he baked with his mum.. so why not see how good a sweet he could conjure... right?.. Made sense to her. And as far as she was concerned there as no such thing as a bad sweet... |

"It feels strange." He answered simply. "Everyone here...everyone that i've met so far, most of them aren't in Slytherin. It feels like i'm trying to fit into a space where I don't belong." The words seemed to flow right off his tongue, which was strange considering the fact that he had in no way meant to tell her the truth. Strange indeed. |

"You're not the one that needs to feel sorry for anything," she replied gently. "Just quite the disappointing start to term...but nothing can be done about that now but move on." And her final one at that. As if starting on the sombering note of remember a great man hadn't been enough...and the chance to celebrate him in their own way snatched from their grasp. "Probably not," she laughed softly. "This is Hogwarts after all." And it seemed like this term was destined to have a wedding as its finale...which was unappealing to the Hufflepuff, despite being one of the sorts most likely to celebrate love. It was just hard, impossible really, to call what was being displayed between the two selfish poltergeists as that. |

But it seemed like it was bound to happen to the Ravenclaws so long as Daxton Prince was here. At least this terms -25 was better than last terms -70. Azura had felt light headed when she had seen that point loss. That poor boy.. he needed a hug or something.. "Mmmm, I can understand how disappointing that could be." She said with a nod, as she turned her purple eyes to glance out at the lake for a moment before turning back to the older Hufflepuff with a grin.. "You are right it is Hogwarts. My first feast here, there was a food fight, and then one of the Professors made it rain! I was.. just sitting there stunned.. but it was pretty funny as well." She would always have fond memories of that moment. When she had been sitting with Jasper and they had looked at each other, mashed potatoes dripping from their hair and water pouring down their faces, yet despite all that.. Their eyes had met and they had burst into laughter.. It was one of her happiest memories.. Yeah that would be a memory for the Patronus Charm.. Though she would have to forget the bitterness that followed it.. Life was like that sometimes.. Happy and then sad.. |
Quote:
That feast had most definately not given her a memory for a patronus - hers only coming within the past year on her 17th birthday - and her stomach tied in knots thinking about how her final feast at Hogwarts would turn out. Rather not dwell on it, to be honest. "Still...I'd take a table of Gryffindors initiating a food fight over that feast any time." Seemed to be a thing with Gryffindors since food fights had happened more than once because of their influence. |
My Puff! <3 It wasn't that cold as yet. One was still able to enjoy some time out by the Lake before winter set in, which was a good thing. Kay decided that particular afternoon that she wanted a walk to clear her head. Maybe she would even soak her feet in the lake or find something else relaxing to do. In her hand, she was clutching a book about muggle animals. The woman intended to leave it in the hollow beech tree for anyone who was interested. The book itself had been owned by her for quite some years now and she felt it was time to pass it on, having read it so many times. But before she did so, what other interesting books were in there? Kay peeked into the beech tree. Surely there would be something there that would hold her attention.... |

The dog led him to the lake and he just followed him there. Man, what an active dog. Jordan just let him running around the lakeside while he's gonna sit leaning against the beech tree. He tightened his scarf and watch his dog playing around the lake. Well, hopefully that he wouldn't fall to the lake or it's gonna be difficult to keep him dry. It was such a nice weather though, he was glad that he came down here after dealing with the creatures in the barn. Looking around, Jordan noticed that one of his fellow professor was there, enjoying her free time and reading something. He gave Kaysha a small wave and probably he would walk toward and joined her there. |

"Oh, that's cool... you should. And I bet the elves wouldn't mind if you used some of the ingredients in the kitchen if your mom didn't send any. Especially since they'd be for a bunch of students." He chuckled thinking of the elves though. Anytime he was in the kitchen, they were more than insistent on helping or doing things themselves. "Yeah, maybe.." he shrugged. "I mean, I have made some things like that for friends before, it just depends if I have time." He always seemed so busy lately. And it'd depend on his mood, whether he felt like it or not with all that he had to do. |

Still watching as he climbed to a comfortable enough spot.Miranda shifted her position so as to better see him where he now rested up high in the tree's branches. She stared up as her arms folded sat on top of her knees as she leaned back just a bit making sure to keep her balance. " Well, My mum is usually pretty on point when it comes to sending me packages from home... And... I've already asked her to send one most every week..." Miranda thought for a moment and contiued, " Ya know.. I bet the kitchen would become a madhouse if I were to try and make anything in there.. Maybe I can find the room of requirement.. Then.... I could make anything I wanted..." She said eyebrows raised at her genius brainstorming.... Not many second years would know much about it... But her father had told her a story once of how he had found it with a friend of his whilst he was back at school... Miranda knew Henry was a nice kid and was always so help ful... And for somne reason his last statement kind of stuck with her and she thought of how kinda streesed he looked since classses had started. " Say, Henry...? Have you been alright?.. everything going well in class?" |
SPOILER!!: Jordan! <3 Perfect! There were a few crime books. When she was ready to head back to the Castle, she must remember to grab it. For now, she would spend some relaxing time at the edge of the Lake. If she sat at the edge of the dock, she'd be able to stick her feet in the water. She turned away from the Tree just in time to see Jordan and his dog arrive. The woman waved back to her friend though her eyes moved to his dog almost immediately. Kay jogged over to them. "Hello, Jordan! Hello, Big Boss!'' she called. The Professor loved that dog. "He's still so energetic, I see.'' She laughed softly as she watched him before looking at Jordan. "How's it going, Jordan?" |

Henry nodded and closed his eyes. "Probably. I think the elves get annoyed when people are in the kitchen all the time, even if they are accommodating most of the time." He couldn't blame them really though. It was their domain and even though they were really sweet and nice, they probably just wanted to do their thing once in a while too. "Huh. Yeah, I guess the Room of Requirement would work for that." He hadn't really thought about it for baking purposes, but it did really seem to give you what you required. "That is, if someone else isn't using it. A lot of people want to use it anymore and if someone else is using it for something else, then you'd have to wait." But that only happened to him a couple times so it might not even be an issue for her. He opened his eyes and peered down at her quizzically as he heard her question, unsure of why she'd suddenly have concern. "I've been fine.. things have been going great actually. Why.. things okay with you?" |
For anyone and Kat/Sarah Snow wasn't Noelle's favorite thing, but she wanted to enjoy some time outside in it. The first big snowfall was always the prettiest. This year was no exception. The air was crisp, the light bright from the white. There was just an innocence, a newness. Noelle headed out and plopped down near the frozen lake. She'd brought her homework and classwork that needed some extra work, but she wasn't in the mood to do them. Instead, she grabbed her wand and pointed them at her shoes. Testing out her Transfiguration skills, she turned her shoes into skates. Her smile growing. Standing back up, Noelle left her books on the snow and wobbled to the lake. Time to test out these newly made skates. |

Sometime outside was way over due, so she made her way down to the lake. She didn't bring any homework or books with her because she didn't feel like studying, but having a little fun. Bella was walking near the lake when she spotted someone walking funny toward the frozen water. When she took at closer look she noticed the ice skate. I wouldn’t mind doing some ice skating. Bella thought to herself, but she hadn’t thought to bring her skates down with her. She walked a little closer. “That looks like fun Noelle. I wish I brought my skates down with me.” She asked, recognizing the girl to be one of her house mates. She had never really talked to her, but Bella tried to make sure she at least knew everyone’s name. |
Wobble wobble wobble Noelle put her newly made skate onto the ice when she heard someone talking to her. She didnt recognize the voice, so she turned to look. Only thing was, she had for a split second, forgot that she was getting on ice. Her blade went sideways from her turning to look t see who was talking to her, and down she went. ooooof Noelle laughed when she landed. "Oh! Isabella!" She knew her name but she had never said more than a few sentences to the girl in passing. "I'd say come ice skating with me. But, Im not doing much skating." |
Miranda made her way down to the frozen edge of the lake and pulled the blanket from her bag and spread it on the ground near her favorite everything tree... It was probably her favourite place at the whole school. She would come down here everyday if the weather allowed it.... Whoa hold up ... Wait a minute... Did she just think about the very thing they had just learned about in charms class?.... I think so.... Miranda pulled her charms textbook from her bag and plopped down on her blaket and opened her book and began to reread the bit on weather charms... |
Quote:
Woah!!! Bella tried to stand still to regain her balance to no avail. Her feet slipped from under her and down she went, landing on her bottom a few feet away from Noelle. “I guess that makes two of us.” She replied giggling a little herself. “I would love to skate with you, but I didn’t think to bring my skates down.” |
