Simply Stylish Salon sits directly across the street from Honeydukes, bright and shining with a variety of different colours. The funky hair salon looks more to be built out of plastic than the usual wood and stone one would see down the street. Decked out with neon greens, blues, and oranges on the outside with a handful of fun decoration shapes such as stripes, triangles, and stars, this shop is anything but ordinary!
On the inside, you are immediately hit with wizard rock music playing through the shop as the yellows, reds, and orange colours and new assortment of flowing shapes, most notable of them all being the 'swirl', take your attention. A plush waiting area holds comfortable couches and a clear glass table that sits upon a fluffy rug that feels more like a cloud than anything. Hair styling magazines lay on the tables as oddly shaped shelves of products the store sells line the walls.

Astrea, come on. You can do this. You're nearly thirteen! She gulped as she approached the salon. She wanted to get her hair trimmed! It had been months! But her grandma usually took her, and honestly she should have asked either Sam or Junia to accompany her, but this was sort of last minute! She had only procured the money to get her hair cut this morning in a letter from her Grandma. So.
Here she was, nervous.
But she felt a smidge better when she saw the older and cooler NOELLE. Astrea ran up to her and took a deep breath. "Hey Noelle! Can I tag along, please?" she asked. "I'm nervous!" She chirped.

It was one thing to be dragged down to Hogsmeade for sustenance, but it was an entirely different manner to be dragged here of all places.
"I refuse to spend even a sickle on coloring my hair some absurd shade," he warned the blonde on his arm. Not even Gryffindor stubbornness would move him on the subject.
Merlin this place was obnoxious...even came with a loud underclassman. This was all a form of equivalent exchange, wasn't it? He tortured her with withholding information and she returned the favor with this rubbish.

Monte was certain that there was a certain magic…a draw to the art of fashion and beauty that was changing ones hair. He was simply sitting in back room when he felt the buzz of his watch that indicated the door had opened. He had customers…customers were the BEST not only did he make them look better and feel amaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing he was able to do his favorite things…really, his favorite ABSOLUTE favorite was when the students of Hogwarts came and wanted multiple colors…his least favorite was the ear hair trimming…really, couldn’t the students take the time to clip their own ear hairs? What were they doing at this school that stopped them from clipping their own ear hairs?
”why helloooo and welcome dearies,” he beamed as he walked around the corner and grinned at the kids in the room they reminded him of his Trinity when she was their age…oh dear dear dear did that boy just say he wouldn’t change his hair color? That was sacrilegious now wasn’t it? ”now now now what’s the problem with coloring your hair? Miiiiine looks divine this outrageous shade of blue yes?” Monte asked as he brought his hand up to his hair to pat the edge of it and smooth out any imperfections (of which there were none, of course). Monte flashed a sparkling grin at the kid. Really, he was a kid, everyone here was a kid compared to him. Now now the girls looked like they were definitely in the market for some new styles.

"Of course. I actually could use some help. I have some extra Galleons that I have saved up and I wanted to see about changing my hair. What do you think I would look good in?" Noelle asked, turning to the short, younger, but adorable girl. "Are you getting anything done to your hair?"

Noelle smiled brightly at the blue-haired wonder before her. Maybe she should get her hair like that. Definitely not the style but the color was gorgeous! "Im looking to get my hair different colors. maybe pastels. Maybe rainbow... I don't know." Any ideas Mr. Shopkeeper?

Astrea wasn't entirely sure why she was being called TEA TEA but she didn't think she minded. It wasn't a bad nickname, but she smiled. "Hi," she said softly, again. "I think you could do anything to your hair and you'd look good, Noelle," she said with a knowledgable nod. "But me...I just want a quick trim.." she said loud enough for the HAIR GUY to hear her. SHE didn't wanna' end up with rainbow hair! At least not yet in her life!
"Can you just do regular haircuts, Mister?" she asked the shopkeeper dude, before turning back to Noelle, and whispering, "I've never been to a salon without my Grandma," because that was such an adult thing to do...but really her split ends were really bothering her!

Looking between both of the Gryffindor girls and smiled when Noelle asked about hair colors. Rainbow was grand but her other idea…pastel that sounded absolutely spectacular. ”How does a pastel waterfall of rainbow colors sound?...or hmm darker? Maybe we could theme it off of the Northern lights? Blues and bright and pale greens blending together with maybe some long layers to give your hair more…bounce?” he offered with a beam before looking at the girl that wanted the haircut.
The poor dear was probably frightened to be here without her gran…he got that, family, family was important. ”Darling, you don’t have to be worried at all. I’m the faaaaaaaabulous Monte Bossa and really, we can do more than a ‘regular’ cut…why not live a little get a wet cut with my complimentary stimulating scalp massage?” he offered with a bright grin. ”It will help you forget of the troubles of school and all of that boring education nonsense…which, isn’t nonsense at all its entirely and utterly the most important thing in life.” yes, Monte Bossa was a firm believer in the power of a good education. It was one of the main reasons his children though they had grown up next to Hogwarts had well, gone to Beauxbaton instead…the education, well, it was faaaaaaar superior. The best academy of magic in all of Europe.

This man. This brilliant, creative, interesting man had lovely ideas. Noelle's eyes shone bright as he described what he wanted to do with her hair. She was steadily flipping through the book that was before her as she listened. "Oh! Layers yes!" She gleamed.
But then something caught her eye in the book. "Waiiiit! I want this.' Yep. Thats what she wanted.
"What do you think about this Tea tea??" Noelle asked the younger girl. She grinned when the blue haired wonder gave her some encouraging words. "Oh whoa. Scalp massage. Whats that?" oelle asked, interested. "Live a little Tea. What do you think?" Because, it was all up to her.
