In the past, the only reason why Frankie ever went to the dungeons was to attend Potions class. However, with having a girlfriend in Slytherin, he had become quite familiar with the layout of the dungeons. So far the couple hadn't been able to see much of each other, besides for the handful of classes they had together. He missed his Hady, and that was the reason why the sixth year Gryffindor was creeping around the place.

As it was later in the evening, the blond knew that Hady was likely to return to her common room after her millionth class that day. So the boy wandered around the dungeons, letting muscle memory take him to the stone wall that kept everyone but the Slytherins out. Once he was there, he patiently stood, avoiding leaning against the damp walls. If anyone gave him trouble for being there, he was prepared to flash his prefect badge at them.

She'd be there any minute now...

Why did it seem like she had more time last term then she had this term? She wasn't even studying for OWLs or anything. With all her lessons and band practice, training, portrait lessons and everything else things were hectic. Hady was slowly falling into a routine but not fast enough and without the help of coffee or sweets she had grown frustrated. And not to mention tired. Always tired.

Finally her last lesson of the day had finished and there was no practice tonight. Maybe she could get to bed early. That would be nice. Hitching her bag higher onto her shoulder the brunette rounded the corner taking her to the snake wall.

It only took but a second for her eyes to land on the blonde. "Hey there," She whispered breaking into a large grin. Sliding up beside him she let her fingers brush gently against his. They didn't see one another nearly enough.

Frankie felt like he had been staring at the walls for ages. Where in Merlin's beard was Hady? Did she make a detour to the kitchens to refuel? Did she go to the loo and fall in? Did Peeves throw eggs at her? No matter what had happened, he was going to go looking for her if she didn't appear soon.

Looking down at his watch, the boy sighed as time ticked by. Unable to take it anymore, he decided that it was time to begin his search. Before he took his first step, however, he felt something brush against his hand. He knew that touch all too well. The boy turned around and smiled, his brain registering just how tired the Slytherin standing before him looked. Concerned, the smile lessened a little as he wrapped his arms around her shoulders.

"Hey," he quietly said. And he left it at that. No more words. Just hugging.

The smile she was met with only made her happier. Only her lions smile began to fade and she couldn't figure out why. Had something happened? No, he didn't look like anything was wrong really.

Hady let her bag slip off her shoulder and onto the dungeon floor when a pair of strong arms encircled her shoulders. Lifting her own arms she wrapped them lightly around his waist hugging back. "Don't you have round to make?" She asked quietly lifting her head to look up at him. All that mattered really was that he was here even if it might only be for a few minutes.

He was enjoying this simple moment, them two just standing there holding onto one another. It was a rarity for them to be like this with everything that was going on and how busy they were already in the school year.

He was surprised by the question that came out of Hady's mouth. Yes, he did have rounds to make, buuuuut... Frankie leaned back and looked down at her with a grin. "Trying to get rid of me already?" And then he moved his head forward and gave her a quick peck on the lips. "Clearly I'm patrolling the dungeons," he added with a wink.

A momentary pause followed before Frankie asked, "How have your other classes been?" He was still holing onto her, curious at how she was handling everything. "I still think you're crazy for taking them all." But that was his Hady, the overachieving superstar. He had to adore her for that.

Standing here in the middle of the dungeon corridor wasn't her typical routine. This she could get used to though. A few rare moments just standing here with her arms around Frankie getting the hug him. It was such a simple gesture and yet it meant so much more from him. It was the little things like this that she really missed.

Hady loosed her grip on him when he leaned away from her. "Of course not," She whispered with a small shake of her head and a gentle peck on the lips in return. "You can patrol the dungeons all you want if that means you get to be with me." Selfish maybe but hey he was her boyfriend after all.

It didn't take very long for him to sway back and forth while they held on to each other. It was almost as if they were now dancing to a slow, romantic song. Obviously there was no music playing in the background and the dungeons was no place for a dance, but Frankie was quite content in this very moment. Next time he'd woo her with flowers and his awful singing voice. Hehe.

That's what he thought. She didn't want him to not be there. Maybe he could swap patrol areas with one of the prefects just so he wasn't on the opposite side of the castle, where he technically was supposed to be right now. "I'll see if I can bribe one of them to swap places with me. It'd be nice to have little moments like these more often."

When she tightened her arms around him, a noise left the prefect's mouth. Now, of course, he did this on purpose to be funny and make it seem like she was too strong for him to handle. "Hads, too tight. Can't breathe." A smirk grew on his face, though it did disappear rather quickly. "Yeah. It's still early in the term. Plenty of time to figure it all out. ... Do you have a lot of homework tonight?" Because he knew that she should really be doing that right now rather than be held up in the corridor because of him.

The slow swaying motion was peaceful and it didn't matter that they were in the dungeons. This was something of a non dance that even the blonde couldn't mess up. There was nothing to it and yet she enjoyed it.

"I'll try," he told her with a curt nod of his head. "My ground to cover is fairly low-key, so I'm sure someone wouldn't mind swapping with me." Even if it was a few floors closer, that'd be good enough for him. "Otherwise, we'll just have to cast a Disillusionment Charm on you so you can sneak around to me unnoticed." He was primarily joking about the last bit, though there was a hint of seriousness in his voice.

Frankie laughed when had told him that there was no way she was holding him too tight and that he held her tightly all the time. The boy rolled his blue eyes and continued looking at her, beaming, as she let go of him. "That's because I'm the boyfriend. It's my job to bear hug you all the time."

Though he couldn't do that if she had a lot of homework to do. An eyebrow rose when she muttered the word 'kinda.' He saw right through that one, but didn't say anything. He knew she'd get it done eventually. He just didn't want her staying up until the wee hours of the morning to get it all done. And then she tangled her hand in his robes. Again, the prefect laughed. "Looks like someone's overly attached," he said, sticking his tongue out at her.

Try. That was enough for her. More then enough. Her smile widened and she nodded her head. "And if no ones willing to we'll just have to persuad someone." Who didn't matter right now. A grin surfaced on his face when Hady mentioned having to persuade someone to swap patrol areas with him. The blond didn't think that there'd be much persuading to do. A patrol area was a patrol area. Then again, now that he thought about it, Frankie was sure that there were likely a handful that were quite attacked to their posts for one reason or another. He was willing to bet that one of the Slytherin prefects were in charge down in this part of the dungeons. Thank Merlin Hady was irresistible; no one could say no to that pretty face.

No one could say no to giving Hady bear bugs too. When she told him that he could hug her any time he wanted, he took the opportunity to do so. BIIIIIIIIIIG HUUUUUUUG. This was the best. The prefect did his best to ignore the light footsteps that were steadily approaching.

But Frankie did eventually let go of his girlfriend. It was getting late, Hady had homework, the Gryffindor had a designated place in the castle he needed to be, and those footsteps were getting louder. Why was departing always so bittersweet? "I think our time here is running out," he said with a heavy sigh. But he was quick in moving his face closer toward Hady's for a quick kiss. "Goodnight, Hadleigh Lynch."

Gah, that grin! Every time the blonde grinned at her like that she couldn't help but smile up at him. If helping to persuade a prefect or two into swapping patrol areas with Frankie meant having more time to see him made him grin like that she wouldn't have any trouble at all.

The huge unexpected bear hug took her by surprise and made her laugh softly. She hadn't always been a hugger but over the years it had grown on her and she had no problem with it. Hady hugged the taller boy just as tightly in return burying her face in his chest momentarily paying no mind to the light footfalls of whomever was coming their way. She wasn't quite ready to let him go just yet...just a few seconds longer.

No, no. Why was he moving away? Couldn't whoever was coming their way go the other way? Hadleigh sighed softly letting her arms drop from their place around Frankie's waist to her sides. "It seems so. I'll see you tomorrow at breakfast." As was routine if one wasn't to caught up with whatever they had to do. A small smile tugged at the corners of lips at the welcomed kiss however quick it may have been. "Goodnight, Franklin Paton," she whispered leaning towards him once more to quickly brush a kiss to his cheek. With another small smile directed at the boyfriend she grabbed her bag off the ground where it had dropped earlier and made her way into the Slytherin common room.

Tomorrow couldn't come fast enough.

Niomi was walking around Hogwarts, searching for a place to draw a picture for her Charms activity. She thought this may be easy. When she existed the Charms classroom, it seemed like everyone went to the places she wanted to go. To her though, she didn't want to go where everyone else went. So, she went searching. After being in deep thought for so long, she found herself, in automatic mode, walking to the Slytherin common room. Questions ran through her mind not on where to draw the picture, but WHAT to draw. Then she realized where she was and what she was doing.

No.

She couldn't go to the common room. She was technically still in class. Her mission was to find two locations, in Hogwarts, and draw a picture, etc. Stopping herself, outside the Slytherin common room entrance, a thought came to her mind. Might as well start drawing here.

Taking her wand out, she walked up to a wall, which wasn't the Slytherin common room entrance wall. Niomi pointed her wand to the wall, "Figura snake," she said, as she traced a snake, that included eyes and a tongue. This was not intended to be a scary snake. Instead, an animated drawing of a snake.

Next, was to color the snake. Pointing her wand in the center of the snake, she said, "Colovaria," while thinking of the color green. In front of her appeared a green animated snake. It looked pretty good. One last touch was needed to be done, before she found Professor Primeaux. "Animatae," Niomi announced. This spell gave an effect, causing the snakes tongue to move around, only a little bit. The drawing was now finished. Time to find a second place to draw a picture and to also show Professor Primeaux of snake.

They had them in there..

She tilted her head, eyes dazed as she looked at the wall.. She stiffly moved a hand onto the stone..

"Egggsss." She whispered.. "Azura need eggs."

Azura get into snake common room.. Azura get eggs, Azura please Song.. song sings more to her.. Yes..

Open Wall.. Open! Azura needs to open! Wall open!

"Oh c'mon! You know I live here, wall!" Ollie glared at the wall, waiting for it to open up for him, to no avail. He had been out trying to study for the millionth time today, also to no avail, and fell asleep in the library. Now that he was kind of still half asleep, he couldn't remember what in the world the knew password was. After four and half years of never forgetting the password, today, when he was most sleepiest, he couldn't even begin to remember it. He was just too frustrated!

Sliding down against the slimy wall, Oliver sat on the floor, still glaring at the wall. "Two can play this game." He knew it was rididulous to play the staring game with a wall but it's not like he had anywhere else to go. Sadly.

There hadn’t really been one reason for Brooklyn to have been out of the common room this late. She hadn’t been studying, after all, or at least no more so than usual this term with the potions lab and the charms challenge. She had actually been up in the Room of Requirement, mostly practicing ballet although she had gotten some violin practice in too. There just hadn’t been a real reason why she’d left it so late, aside from the fact she’d been avoiding her usual walks outside due to certain creatures having shown up again.

Either way, she had decided to return to the common room instead of staying in the room all night. If anything, she didn’t trust Tywin not to try and treat her dragons like toys if she wasn’t there, or trust Maggie not to do something to her bed. It was simpler just to go back down to the dungeons. Except, as she had gotten closer to the section of wall hiding the entrance to the common room, she’d come upon a figure slumped across from it and practically lecturing it. “I’m pretty sure threatening the wall isn’t going to make it reveal the entrance,” she said idly, walking closer. It was only then when she saw exactly who it was.

Just when he was pretty sure the wall would give in to his A+ death stare, there was a voice...but it wasn't coming from the wall. Oliver looked down the corridor to where he'd heard the voice and found a girl who looked vaguely familiar standing almost right next to him. He stared at her for a minute, no death glare included, and tried his best to figure out where he knew her from. Obviously she was in Slytherin, so there was that, but he had a feeling he had probably actually met her before...and that it was Kali related. Was there no one in this school not related to Kali in one way or another??? He was starting to think he needed to make more Ravenclaw friends. He didn't really know anyone in that house so surely they had nothing to do with Kaliyah Richards, right? One could hope.

"Do I know you from somewhere? Um, other than...here." By here he meant the Slytherin common room but also the school in general. He needed to know or else it would drive him crazy. Realizing he had completely ignored her comment, he looked back at the stupid wall and sighed. "I thought maybe my glare was magical enough, the wall would just give in. Obviously, I'm not." Otherwise, he'd be asleep in bed already!

Hadley paced the section of the corridor where she believed the Slytherin Common Room entrance was. There was no way to be sure exactly as she'd never been here before, but she was sure it was nearby. Dot would have to come by here, either going to or leaving her common room. So it was the best place to wait.

The ferret on her shoulder was clearly trying to sleep, but the constant movement was making it impossible. Every now and then he'd chitter at Hadley in annoyance or nibbler her dark red hair. She felt bad keeping him awake, but her nerves would let her sit still. How do you apologize for something you don't remember doing and aren't even sure if you truly did do it?

Everyone seemed adamant that Hadley had done all these things before the break, including shoving the Slytherin prefect. She didn't remember any of it, but probably should smooth it over if she did, just in case. Hadley didn't need another person having issues with her. She had enough thank you very much.

Dot was in a hurry. She needed to dump her books from NEWT prep and grab her ballet bag for a practice session in the Room of Requirement. And then dinner. And then homework. And then... maybe sleep. No, she had to do curfew monitoring tonight, so sleep would come later.

She spotted the younger Ravenclaw waiting for her in the corridor, and Dot slowed significantly. Was she in her right mind? Was she going to shove Dot again, because she really didn't have time for a concussion right now... Dot crowded in near the opposite wall and continued to make her way toward the door to her common room.

"Hey... there."

Hadley turned, half startled, and saw how Dot was practically pressing into the far wall. Instinctively she took a step back, putting even more distance between them. Guess that answered her question. She must have hurt Dot and not remembered it given the way the girl was keeping as far from her as possible.

"So, I guess it's true? I shoved you?" Hadley became intensely fixated on the stone work of the floor. "I don't remember it, but wanted to say sorry and was hoping we could put it behind us?" She already had Rooster and his grudge with her, she didn't need another prefect hating on her. "Sorry."

It was stupid to be scared of a little bit of a kid like this one, but Dot felt vulnerable. It felt like her skull was still stinging from her fall, even if that was just one of those ghost pains. In spite of knowing it wasn't real, Dot had to fight down the urge to touch the back of her head.

"You don't remember? You were being pretty... strange." Dot relaxed, though, since it didn't seem like Hadley was going to come after her. Again. Much as she hated to ignore the potential danger to her person... that apology seemed pretty heartfelt. "It's fine. I'm sorry I tried to stop you from stealing the professor's books. I'm sure you had a good reason for needing them."

Hadley sighed. "Nothing, not even a foggy memory of it." As far as she knew, it could have been a doppleganger or... "Maybe it wasn't me, just someone using polyjuice potion to look like me?" It was more a hopeful question than a legit theory. Hadley sighed again and leaned against the wall opposite of Dot. "I don't know."

She was quiet for a long moment and shook her head. "I wasn't stealing his books. At least not intentionally. Not consciously. I don't know." Hads slowly slid down the wall until she was sitting on the dungeon floor. It wasn't the cleanest surface to sit on but at this moment she didn't care. "Has anything like this happened to you? You being told you've done things that you have no memory of doing? Things you would never do?"

"I don''t know." Dot was willing to give the girl a pass. She crossed her arms across her chest and stepped out into the hallway. "You didn't say much of anything, just... Books. Books, like you were real single-minded about it. So maybe it wasn't you, but you'd think someone would polyjuice themselves as a less distinguishable ickle." Dot gave a nod to the girl's bright hair. Hadley wasn't exactly incognito at Hogwarts.

She crouched near the girl and gave her leg a pat. It wasn't all bad, really. Sort of funny, if you stepped back from it and squinted. "Maybe you were hypnotized. D'you know any magicians?"

Dora had sent a message in for someone to send Rula out, but it seemed like it was taking forever! I mean, it had probably only been one minute, but she was impatient. BADLY. Dora checked her watch and tapped her foot for good measure. That always seemed to make things go faster, yes?

Didn't Rula understand that Dora NEEDED HER right now? She had things to tell her friend! But as it were, she had no choice but to wait. Impatiently. For half her life! No, not really. She was just having a flair for the dramatic at the moment... but she really was excited and GAAAAAH! COME ON RULA BOTROS!
