Echo was glad that this year was over, she wanted to hit the beach as soon as possible to start working on her tan. Sitting on the bench she waited for her friends to arrive. Hoping that her friends showed up soon, so she doest sit here like a weirdo.

Even though Slytherin had won and Sky had helped contribute to that win on a tremendous level for her first year, right now Sky was longing for two people more than her housemates. She's grown fond of her housemates over the past ten months but there was something lacking which was the comfort of Noah and Hattie.

Sighing as she took a seat at her house table she smiled at the older girl already seated before looking longingly over at the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff tables, wondering if it'd be wrong for her to sit there instead of at her table ...

Maybe later? There was also train time ? And the whole summer. But it was different ...

She had made it through sixth year relatively unscathed. Even though Brooklyn hadn’t done quite as well as she had hoped in the Charms Challenge, she had managed to do well in Potions and in her eyes that was better. It didn’t mean that she wasn’t entirely bothered about the charms thing, or any of the other minor annoyances that had occur5red over the course of the term. Namely a certain plot she had overheard during the trip to Sweden, in which she had acquired more dragons for her slowly growing collection. She figured she hadn’t quite run out of dragon names from her books for her to need to stop just yet, even if she’d gotten the major ones covered now. Although the dragons were packed away already, waiting for the train ride back to London. She had almost everything packed, aside from a few things.

Heading into the Great hall for the feast, the decorations made a slight smile appear on her face. Proud of her house’s accomplishments and knowing she’d helped even with her personal opinions on homework and such. That didn’t matter. They were on top, and she had walked over to the Slytherin table with her head held high. She had nodded at Echo and the young snake at the table as she took a seat, staying relatively quiet for the meantime. As usual, she didn’t see a reason to idly talk when there wasn’t a reason. Instead, she glanced up at the staff table, wondering if even more professors were planning on leaving. There weren’t many she’d feel like adding to the list of professors she missed, but she still resented the leaving. There may have been a bit of that toward the seventh years too.

Slytherin had actually won. It was amazing and hilarious. Dante could not even remember if Slytherin had one in his now six years of Hogwarts besides this year obviously. Anyway good job slytherin. Not like Dante helped at all or anything. But he did not hurt their chances. So there was that.

The most important thing was he was not the first person at the table. He hated that with a passion. But this year was a different sort of feast since he was sad actually about the people that were leaving. Dot, Dima, Kyroh, and Maddie. Oh he forgot about the Head Boy too. It will be weird next year.

Look some people he knew were at the table.

"Echo.....Skylar"

Dante greeted both with nods before moving to take a seat by Brooklyn.

"Hello There, Brooklyn. My offer of a hug is still good from last years feast you know"

Big Grin.

During most of his time at Hogwarts, Dalton had had a love hate relationship with the End of Term Feast: on the one hand, he wasn't a particular lover of the whole school, and felt disconnected from reality when he was at Hogwarts. On the other, he enjoyed the copious amounts of food, the ridiculously comfy bed, and the company of some people.

This summer was no different, although his reasons for being torn were. His excitement at going to the Maldives - at actually leaving the country and going somewhere exciting, and as the guest of a ridiculously pretty girl, no less - was marred by his nerves. Would his second hand clothes stand out? Would her family think him rude?

With a few nods to people around the table, Dalton sat, impatient for the food to arrive.

So that was her first year? What a ride it was, then!

Totally ditching some of her stuff in her dorm - she stuffed them inside her luggages and will probably sort them out again after the feast - Vivian skipped from the dungeons to the Great Hall. She was expecting to be greeted by that amorous scent of delicious food but... eh, nothing on the tables yet? The blonde pouted. Were they going to wait for the speech again? Sighs. Oh well, then.

Looking around at her house table, Vivian went to find a seat. Perhaps somewhere near a friend or maybe close to the staff table so she can speculate on the Headmaster, who hasn't a cat again, hopefully. But then she found Sky sitting over there and, as usual, Vivian skipped towards her. "Hi Sky! Is this seat taken?"

Also some waves for the familiar people over there. Especially those she could vividly remember from the Snake Pit Gathering. Mhm.

Sixteen hours, seventeen minutes. That was how much time was left until he could board the train that would take him back to King's Cross. Sixteen hours, seventeen minutes.

The small teenage boy, still grey-haired, still very tired-looking, placed himself at the very end of the table and stared blankly at the plate on the table in front of him. He wasn't worried about food, or talking to anyone, or watching the professors as they went about their professorly things up on the dais. He was tired, and he just wanted to go home.

He had heard of the happenings on the grounds, and the way the kerfluffle had ended near the Forbidden Forest. It didn't take a genius to put two and two together, to realise that the things that had happened to him in January had been directly caused by the creature he had spent so much time being worried about last term. It was only a small leap from there to realising that, had she been so inclined, he would have been an easy target to get snatched up and eaten in the forest. Who knew why she hadn't been after students to eat all term long with the easy access she would have had to them from the forest, or why she had done to them what she had done to them and then released them, but whatever her reasoning... the entire experience had left Jaemin with absolutely no faith in Hogwarts whatsoever.

He didn't feel safe here anymore. Not with certain professors, and certainly not on the grounds. He couldn't learn like this. Who could learn in this environment?! He shifted uncomfortably in his seat and looked at the small, old looking pocketwatch that had come from his mom as a Christmas present this past year. He just wanted to go home and stay there.

Sixteen hours. Fourteen minutes.

Maybe he should have just gone straight to bed.

Woah fifth year had ended already?

Where did the bloody time go?

He made his way up to the end of term feast. He noticed he wasn't the first one. You know who could resist the smells that were wafting from this place. He made his way to the middle of the table and he saw similar faces and he nodded to all of them. He wasn't too much in a talkative mood. He just stared at his plate hoping it would be filled with food but no luck. He frowned and started playing with his cup. He wondered what his summer plans were gonna be. He wasn't prepared for his OWLS at all. Not even close.

Maybe it was a little weird and a little presumptuous, but Dot had worn a tiara to the end of term feast. Graduation tiara, so everyone could recognize that Dot was a departing seventh year. She was out of here, heading straight into adulthood and WADA. There were plenty of people who were feeling tearful about people leaving, but Dot... was not. No tears here.

Not yet, at least, but it was possible someone would come along and evoke some sort of terrible emotional reaction. Like messy crying.

Good thing she wore her waterproof mascara.

She had had enough of her own table and her housemates! Not that there was like anything wrong with them, or anything. She just liked to keep her scenery changing.

She also had a tendency to lie to herself. Ha.

The blonde had started to wander around, but was drawn to the Slytherin table when she saw Colt walk in. Heh. After they had spent time together in the kitchen Dora really had been wanting to see more of him. Such. A. Sweetheart!

Plopping onto the bench beside him she lay her head on his shoulder. "Hey. Ready for this to be over yet?" She was!! OH AND HEY DANTE BARRINGTON! The older snake got a wave.

There was only a handful of people that Kaycee was going to miss after this term. One was a certain tiara wearing fellow prefect. She went up to the Slytherin table and smiled. "Dot." she said opening up her arms. Hug? Yes?

As soon as Olly got to the Great Hall he headed straight to the Slytherin table. It did make sense considering he was a Slytherin, but he had a special agenda today. He did have lots of Gryffindor friends he wanted to see, but they could wait. The one person he was most intent on seeing had to be at the Slytherin table. Because she was Slytherin prefect of course.

Dot was, in fact, sitting at the Slytherin table by the time Olly arrived. He claimed the empty seat on one side of her and gave her a squishing hug. He had his bag with him and was about to reach in when he noticed her choice of headgear. Olly smiled. "I thought a tiara would be fitting too." He reached into his bag and took out one of the items, which happened to also be a tiara. Obviously she deserved one. "I guess it would be hard to wear two."

As Colt was considering just eating his own arm off, he saw Dora and he grinned. He nodded towards her and muttered, "Hey.." Then he heard her question and it got a chuckle. "Yeah i am so ready. I want summer. I am kind of tired of school and learning. I want to be free. Got any plans?"

A muttered hello? What was that about? For good measure, Dora nudged his side gently. He needed to not be grumpy today. NOT TODAY OF ALL DAYS! End of term meant they were ALL going home and could be lazy or go swimming and just YAS! Brushing her hair off her shoulder, the blonde placed her bony chin on his shoulder and smiled. Like CLOSE UP IN HIS FACE.

"I'm going to Bali, Sam is coming to stay with me, Aaaaand I don't know. Maybe we will hang out some? In DA? " Yeah maybe, right? She was going to make time for everyone of she could!

Colt felt Dora nudge his side and he gave a big smile. He couldn't be grumpy at her. It just wasn't possible. She brushed her hair to the side and he raised a brow and wondered if it was a flirting move. Yup definitely was. It was working though no doubt. He was mesmerized. He looked down at her and smiled even more being this close. Having a close of her face was a great view. He bopped her nose and kissed it.

"Your going to Bali?" he was impressed. "Well you better get me something from there maybe like a keychain or something.." I don't know something little. "Or maybe a postcard I like collecting those things.." He heard her offering to meet up in Diagon Alley. "Yeah I will be coming back from Australia then so we can def meet up. We can totally get some ice cream." Was he insinuating a date or something. Possibly.

Dot was only just settled in when she was approached by her fellow prefect. The Gryffindor one. The Gryffindor one who hugged, apparently. "Kaycee."

She eyed those open arms skeptically before giving the girl a big hug. Perhaps... she did owe Kaycee more than a little thanks for the friendship she'd shown over the past few terms. "Onward and upward, right?"

Awww, and her ickle was here. With a tiara! He was perfection itself, wasn't he? Dot plucked the tiara from his hands and settled it on top of her current one. Double tiered tiara time! "It's hard for some people to wear two, but, as you know, I can do anything I put my mind to." Including... this.

He got a return squish of a hug, and then Dot settled him back into his seat. "Well. We're not going to cry, okay?"

Well... no she wasn't exactly flirting. She was simply moving her hair so she could prop her chin there. And stare. She liked to stare at people. Heh. And that. Colt was ADORABLE. A nose boop and a little nose kiss? Too cute for words. "You're so sweet, Colt," she said with a small laugh. But like... Maia. Confusion.

"Yeah. We go every year for a couple of weeks. It is a family tradition." And no, she didn't want to share the details of why it was a tradition. She was trying to be happy right now. "I can bring you back a keychain for sure. AND a post card." Big spender, she was! No, not really. But she could definitely make that happen.

Was he asking her on a date? This made Dora squint... because Maia. Stupid, stupid girl thoughts and... stuff. "I could eat ice cream with you sometime." And for the moment, it was a friendly thing. He got that, right? Maybe she should remove her face from such close proximity to his lest he think otherwise. Did she like Colt? Yes? SO MUCH CONFUSION. She just needed some time to figure it all out.

Arielle sat at the Slytherin table for the last time of her first year. She looked around at her fellow snakes and realized how many of them she'd never talked to before. She was glad this year is over, so she would no longer be at the bottom of the totem pole, but she was upset she would never be able to talk to a seventh of these people ever again. She wished she had made more friends this year, but at least she had six more years of this school.

Olly grinned at Dot when she put his tiara on in addition to the one she was already wearing. "You can do anything," he agreed. She was Dot, and really didn't think there was anything she couldn't do. She was now double royalty and he thought it suited her.

He hadn't been planning on crying of course, but now that she mentioned it he realized it might be a possibility. He was really going to miss her. Olly still had four more years at Hogwarts left, and now all of them would be without Dot. But she said they wouldn't cry so he nodded and vowed to try his best. "Okay. I'm really going to miss you though. What are you going to do after Hogwarts?" Maybe if he focused on the great things she was doing to do with her life, he wouldn't be as sad about her leaving Hogwarts. Everyone had to leave, and it was because there were better things out there.

Colt shrugged and smiled and bopped her nose again. "It is not an all the time thing so you treasure it while it lasts." He winked at her. Ooohhoo a family tradition is it? "Well my family tradition is going to Australia with my cousins every summer and working on our tans and going surfing and seeing family." Maybe one day he can bring Dora. "Oh now I can finally sleep at night knowing you are going to get me something." he mocked and smiled and held her hand underneath the table. "Well I am glad, I mean eating ice cream here wouldn't be the same as Florean Fortescue's." There ice cream is off the chain.

Duh. Of course Kaycee expected a hug. They might not have been super close, but she'd miss the other Slytherin regardless.

"Yeah." she said with a nod. "I don't think I've actually congratulated you on WADA. So congrats." In case that wasn't obvious. It really was a huge achievement.

"I assume that things are going well with the boyfriend?" Just out of curiosity. And, you know, you're welcome.

More people had arrived at the feast, both at the Slytherin table and in general, as Brooklyn had continued eyeing the staff table, looking for any clues as to who might be abandoning them after this term. The seventh years didn’t count. Of course, there were a few she would miss, but the important ones would stay in contact somehow. She had no reason to believe they wouldn’t. No, it was the staff members she was more concerned with, although she had turned back to the others at her table long enough to give Dot, and her tiaras, a nod. Along with Colt and Olly, since she had no reason not to. They hadn’t gotten on her nerves at any point, therefore they deserved acknowledgment. There weren’t many others who appeared to have arrived yet that did.

But then there was the other side to it all, as Dante felt the need to invade her personal space. Even so, she had tried to ignore him pointedly, remembering his plotting and, well, outright spying from earlier in the school term. Her personal life was her own business, not anyone else’s, and as such, ignoring. Until he’d dared to make the suggestion, and she’d turned to give him a look.

“I’d rather not.”

Sixth year: DONE!

Hugo was happy this school year was over because it had been a pretty tough one and not to mention that the next one was gonna be worse. Thanks NEWTs. But anyways, he walked into the Great Hall, wearing his usual prefect badge and looking around to everyone especially the seventh years. Merlin, Henric was leaving and that was pretty sad considering Hugo enjoyed teasing him with Candice but he was a cool mate as well, so yeah he was gonna miss him. Oh and also his co-prefect Dot, she was a lot of fun.

He walked towards the BEST table and also the winner of the House Cup. EHEM. Yeah. He was very proud of the Slytherins. Hugo quickly spotted Dot, "Congratulations, graduate" said smiling "I'm gonna miss you" doing prefect duties wasn't going to be the same without her. And then, he moved over to Dante, "So, we are gonna visit Bella in Cairo, right?" actually it wasn't a question. They were going to.

She was glad that now she could see more people coming. "hey Dante" she said back in greeting. Flipping her hair over her shoulder she spotted Colt. "hey Colt" their relationship was a weird one, sure she thought he was cute, but she also barely tolerated him. But they could be nice to each other.

On another note she was thinking about getting up and checking out the hufflepuff table in the search for her friend Juno.
