The trophy room houses the various trophies earned by students over the centuries. From plaques with the names of Quidditch Cup winners to those who earned the prestigious Special Services to the School, all trophies are awesome looking and so shiny you can see your reflection in them!
Be careful if you're here to admire, or you might just end up polishing your own reflection over and over and over again if you damage any of these precious trophies.

In trying to figure out where else she could take her fairies, Sophie had an idea, so she took them on a GRAND TOUR of everything and everywhere she could find. Just her and her fairies, spending the day together. Quality bonding time.
As they approached the trophy room on the third floor, Soph got EXCITED, though. She figured they probably had an appreciation for... shiny, sparkly, beautiful kind of things, since that seemed like something they'd like, and the trophy room was one of those places they could find that stuff. Shiny trophies and plaques, lots of things to investigate and explore - the fairies should be in heaven, right? So there she was, carrying her jar of fairies into the trophy room with a smile on her face. "Lily, Zelda, this is the trophy room. Anyone who's anyone has ended up with their name in here." She removed the lid from the jar so they could get out and explore a bit, and so they did, the two flying together and checking out various trophies and plaques with great interest. Soph smiled, watching them, and sat down on the floor by the door, crossing her legs and letting the jar rest in the center of her lap.
Aaaaand she fell asleep.
She wasn't sure how long she was out or what time she had gotten there - she just knew that when she awoke, it was nearly ten o'clock at night, and her two fairies... were nowhere to be seen.
Merlin.
Jumping to her feet, Soph started to race madly around the trophy room, peeking inside trophies and hoping her fairies hadn't jumped ship on her - but she only got so far before she found her two fairies, napping away in the cup of a golden trophy with Duncan Fletcher's name on it. And she exhaled deeply.
"Y'guys are trying to kill me, aren't you?" Her voice made the two fairies stir and look at her, and Soph grinned at them, beckoning them with her hand back toward the door. "C'mon, nap time's over, we gotta get back to the common room." Peeking at her jar on the floor, Soph lifted it and... quickly put her hand over the top before the two fairies entered. Was there... drool... in the jar? Merlin. "Hang tight," she advised Lily and Zelda, pulling her wand from its holster.
"Tergeo. Scourgify." The drool was gone and the fairies' living space was back to normal - though she felt bad about cleaning up a few little specks of food that she thought the fairies might have been saving for later - and let the fairies back into their home, where they settled inside quite contently as she left the room.
When had she even gotten so good at this? She really couldn't wait to tell Tobes. Maybe she didn't need to borrow his wings after all!

Alright well this was going to be interesting to say the least. How come they had to be let out anyways? It was hard enough trying to get them into the jar. And now they had to do the catching bit all over again. Unless, they'd stay put this time around. Which was really a stretch. HEY! Maybe he could lead them in some stretching exercises!! That'd be fun!
YEAAAAH!
The Gryffindor quickly opened the jar up and watched as the fairies flew around the room. This was actually the first time they had been let out since being captured so clearly an exciting moment for them, huh? After a few minutes, Zander moved to the center of the room. "Alright so Professor Thompson says you guys need exercise and well, isn't stretching exercise?" .... Wait a minute. Why was he asking them.... They were just fairies. Right. Anyways.
Pulling one arm across his body, Zander looked up at the fairies, "Follow my lead, you two!".... And nothing.... Okay, uh maybe they'd cooperate better with the leg stretches? "Left foot first!" And streeeeeeeetch and-- Huh?
Fairies were really bad at following directions.
And so while Zander stretched, the fairies just kind of danced on top of the different trophies. They especially took a liking to the ones with snitches on top, maybe it was because of the wings. Who even knew? Fairies were weird. they didn't even like to stretch.

The hardest part of this assignment was, quite honestly, finding interesting things to take pictures of. Caleb wanted to just hang out in his room and sleep, and hopefully figure out where a month of memories had gone - but there was no time! He had homework to do!
He managed to find himself in the trophy room, taking a picture of a mouse that had scurried past him. It would do, yeah? He snapped the pic, and while he was waiting for it to develop, he found his parents' plaques on the walls. His mum had been the first Head Girl? He hadn't known that!!
Once the picture was developed, he sat down next to the Slytherin trophy case and tapped the picture with his wand. "Alacer!" he cried loudly. It took another go at the spell this time..."Alacer!" before the picture moved for some reason, but no matter. Moving mouse, there it was!
