But Ruby wasn't going to complain because her plan was to at LEAST see if Bellaire would lighten up on the rest of the dumb punishment before the next Hogsmeade weekend. It really wasn't fair, all of this and it was definitely getting her down. She put on a brave face around others but when she was on her own she had cried about it, the endless detentions, the torture of reading and writing, the professor continuously harping on her and trying to shame her, the punishment not even slightly fitting the non-existent crime...
