The building used for the Gobstones matches had had it's doors opened to the brisk, autumn air and its surfaces magically dusted by Professor Botros and Mr. Kitridge, the school's Gobstones sponsors and made ready for the term's first preliminary match.

The green and yellow marbles were set out and the playing 'field' had been marked. Chairs were set out on each side of the arena creating a Viewing Area for those not playing to watch.

OOC: Remember only members sorted into Slytherin and Hufflepuff Houses can post in this thread, it is not a chat thread and there is no rping.

Read the Gobstones Rule book before playing and if you did last term, please check again for potential updates and changes.

Adi and Grayson stayed on the court even though there waves from the benches to want to try. The two boys swung their shooters again before they gave their stone's solid kicks forward. The yellow stone rolled around, over and under a series of obstacles before it stopped and let out a gush of smelly gob. The green followed in its wake before it in the end surpassed its opponent and stopped.

"2 points to Slytherin!" Leo announced.

The last encounter between Slytherin and Hufflepuff was concluded by the facing off between Rehman and Whitlock. Both players did their best in this last turn with their shooting. The green stone raced towards the goal and was the first to touch the Jack Stone, causing professor Botros to start applauding a little too enthusiastically-- not because it was Slytherin, but because it was finally over and they would all go back to their headquarters to warm up some and get some food.

"Slytherin wins!" He announced, clapping lightly, "Great game Hufflepuffs, you were fantastic as well. Thank you everyone for watching and taking time out of your leissure time to enjoy this match today. There are many matches left in the season so make sure to attend that as well. Today's player of the match is a tie between Adi Rehamn and Grayson Whitlock, thank you both for your dedication to the game." He offered big smiles to both boys. "Off you go to your common rooms for hanging out with your housemates or even studying." Leo ushered everyone out, out, out.
