Attention all 5th and 7th year studentsDue to the extreme weather conditions we are having, OWL and NEWT exams have been postponed at this time. All current fifth and seventh year students will receive notice when the exams will be available for you to take. Please see your Head of House if you have any questions or concerns about these exams. And YES! You still have to study for your exams!

Herbology Homework Two

Please select ONE of the following options.

Submit a collection of journal reflections of approximately one page, or 12 inches of parchment, in response to the following question:
Q. In what ways have you attempted to manage and maintain your bonsai in light of the unusually bitter winter we have been experiencing?
OOC: You should include 2-3 entries. They should be small paragraphs/one decent paragraph (minimum) in length, each.
OR
Take measures to ensure the survival of your bonsai in light of the unusually bitter winter we have been experiencing. Attempt various methods to prevent your bonsai from expiring.
OOC: You should attempt at least 2-3 different methods, and this should be conducted over a minimum of 3 posts.
Extra credit is available for outstanding and creative work.

History of Magic Lesson Two Who: Everyone!
When: ooc: July 24th // ic: May 10th, 1 pm
Where: History of Magic Classroom
What to Bring: usual classroom materials and your imagination! Make sure to dress warmly as it is still rather chilly in the classroom and don't forget to bring your smile! Also, please bring a copy of Year with the Yeti if you own it, otherwise extra books will be available in class though you may have to share.

What to bring: Pens or pencils and paper. No quills. Your wits.

Option One: Remember the cookies you made in class? Find two different people that have the signs of your cookies and give them their fortune cookie. OOC: You will need a minimum of six posts for this option (three for each person). RP giving the cookie to them and having them read their fortune. PM links for completion. Option two: Write about your knowledge of fortune cookies and how Astrology and Horoscopes can make a fortuen cookie more accurate. Essay must be three paragraphs (four to five sentences in each) long. OOC: PM Essay or links for option 1 to me by Saturday, August 2 at 8 p.m. EST |
