He didn't need the guy's confirmation, Michael already knew that it was his Zahra. He looked out the window while he chewed on his bottom lip. He had never gotten mad at his BFF before. Annoyed sure, but never mad where he wanted to seriously tell her off.
And he could have done with her company and friendship over the past week when he'd had to endure all the fuss his family had been making over him kissing a girl, but instead she was avoiding him like the plague. And here she was doing practically the same thing. Well not the kissing but the not telling thins.
Michael turned away from the window and fixed his gaze back onto Ascanius. "So what does she and Ruby do, when you guys are practicing?" Did she have a thing for one of these older guys?
And they were back to the staring thing. Did he have something on his face? Because the way this kid kept looking at him he either was entranced by his good looks, which was totally possible, or this kid was looking at some left over food on Ascanius' face, which was less possible. The sixth year was very particular about the way he looked.
What did they do? At practice? Um. Ascanius didn't really pay much attention to them...since he was, y'know, practicing and little girls were not at the forefront of his mind. The music was 'cause they were still working out sound and stuff. "As far as I can tell they just sit there.................and oogle." That happened.
But he supposed that was normal for groupies, yeah? After all that was what they had penned themselves.
That being said, he wasn't signing or kissing another drumstick...ever again. S'weird.

"What about you? What are your plans for your future? What do you hope to do?" he asked Alex.....
but before she coold reply, the puff he had been holding in his hand, gave a loud squeak before scrambling up his arm until it reached his head where it hid comfortably in his hair. Sander immediately reached up into his hair and tried to pull the Puff away from his head.
No...No...No...No Pygmy puffs allowed in hair. Puffs poop. Definitely no Puffs....Sander tried to look up while searching for the Puff....then he fellt a hand reach out to join his.
.....and Mika grabbed the puff out of his hair and placed it on her shoulder along with her other two.
Yes....good....you stay there and poop on her shoulder. I'll just make sure the cat stays away from all three of you....yes nice cat food indeed.

"You'd think I'd have my future planned out since this is my last year at Hogwarts. I have been giving some thought to being a healer. I think I would like helping people and I think I'd be good at it.". But honestly, Alex was not sure that was her true passion. "Sorry, I didn't mean to ramble on.", she said to Sander.

Mika smiled again to Kace as he waved over to her and asked how she was doing. ”I’ve, well been good? How have you been? And also good luck with quidditch this year if you go out for it that is.” She smiled brightly as she had rather liked commentating on the young Hufflepuff’s Quidditch skills
Kace smiled. "I am pretty good. Yeah i am gonna try out this year." he nodded. "I actually missed it last year. My mom wanted me to take a break from it and focus on studies but now she said i can try out." he smiled brightly.
Then his memory began and he remembered she commentated for him. "Oh yeah i remember you commentating! But i couldn't hear that much since i was too into the game." he shrugged and grinned. "How was your summer?" he asked her.

The worst thing about being a newbie in school is that people tend to stare at you like you've got a big ol' boil on the end of your nose; or your skin is green; or you look like Darth Vader when Luke removed his helmet. Either that, or it was paranoia. Amber Mackenzie-Hughes subtly checked her hand for green on her way down the corridor in her quest to find somewhere to sit. 'Nope. Perfectly normal.' She tentatively touched the end of her nose lightly with her fingers. It was as small and as button-like and as free from boils as it had been when she looked in the mirror this morning. She just had to pray she didn't have the Darth Vader thing going on.
No way of checking that.
Still, at least her nose was fine.
She decided it was nothing but silly paranoia.

Amber wasn't usually so self conscious. She blamed her dad who'd insisted on meeting her and her mum at the platform to see her off and making her anxious with his fussing. He was hoping she would be a Ravenclaw like he had been. Her mother bit back that Amber was much more suited to being a Gryffindor. The pair had then proceeded to have a mini-slanging match over Hogwart's houses right there on the platform in front of everyone. The just-turned-thirteen year old blushed a bit and pretended like the parental-bickering wasn't happening.
'Nothing to see here, peeps. Move along.'

La dee daaah. BOY was she glad her parents never even attempted to live together.
She finally found an empty compartment. Stepping in, she closed the door behind her and took a seat, opening the window to breathe in the country air. She could finally relax until they arrived at Hogwarts. ..That was when the stuff she should really be anxious about would begin..
Mika glanced over to Sander and Huxley and only laughed a little as she heard what Huxley had said. Her eyes did widen in shock when the little Puff was thrown onto the Abs…the abs that were far more than a two-pack and were never going to be commented on…well, in front of certain Hufflepuffs that is.
Huxley was giving her a devious smile. There was something strange about the look that she was being given, it was almost as if – she had no idea, it was just, eerie in and of itself.
Mika was still contemplating the look that Huxley had given her when she heard what Sander had said. Not the things about the Pygmy Puff – but what he had said to Kace. ”Oh…yeah, you and…ugh Kaiden can join if you aren’t ugh busy or anything” she offered her eyes still slightly wide from the shock.
And then she turned her attention back to Alex. ”Ooh you like Defense against the dark arts?” She asked happily and began to practically beam. ”Really? That is awesome my dream is to be an auror!” she was practically squealing with happiness.
"Careful of the puff," she frowned as she leaned forward and snatched the little puff into her hands, carefully placing him on her shoulder with Kilo and Zara.

Poppy was once again moved from his resting place, only to placed somewhere else. This was just as good a spot as any and...oh, hey look! More pygmy puffs like himself. He gave a squeak of excitement in their direction.
Hope came rushing down to the back end of the train. She had no luck at the front, even less luck in the middle. Poppy hadn't taken off to the food trolley and she hadn't even check the prefect compartment yet, only because Poppy probably wasn't even cool enough to merit the attention of a prefect, let alone gain entrance into the exclusive compartment. One day, though, she hoped she'd be able to wiggle her way into that position.
As she passed by each corridor peering in she came to one that looked a rather full and it was a little hard to see much. Huxley and Kace were in there as was the other older boy she had met on the train earlier, along with a couple of people she didn't know. However, the fluff of purple was obvious on one of the unknown girls' shoulder. She pushed her way into it. "Poppy?" There were plenty of purple pygmy puffs so she wasn't entirely sure it was hers.
Mistress. Poppy squeaked loudly in even more excitement.

Sander interest perked up when he heard that Alex also liked to skate.
"I don't really know whether I'm as good enough to turn professional but playing the game has always been part of my life, ever since my uncle game me a hockey stick and a puck, and told me to get on the ice and start hitting it around." Sander told Alex sharing with her a little of his past.
"Hey I'm hoping to be allowed to freeze a small part of the lake when it's not winter, so that I can continue to practice my skills. If you're interested, I could let you know when I do it, and you can come out and join me." Sander offered the girl, hoping that she's be interested.
Then he heard her plans for the future. "A Healer? That's a noble profession. My mother's a Healer too...which comes in handy, especially when it comes to healing my cuts and bruises after each game I play. And believe I get those a lot." Sander chuckled.
This Ravenclaw girl seemed nice and genuine and Sander was interested to know more about her.
"So tell me more about yourself? Do you have any siblings?" Sander asked before realizing Alex might not want to be revealing her life's history to a stranger.
So he quickly shared some of his to her. "Me? I'm the oldest of four siblings. I have another younger brother and two sisters."
Adeline turned one of the pages in her muggle book, the book was alright but her mind was on other things, some more important than others but she just had to push it out of her mind, it would just be better if Asher were here because maybe he feels the same way about certain things. Adeline buried her head back into her book just as she was really starting to get into the book she heard someone come into the compartment.
Adeline threw her book to the floor, got up and pretty much tackle hugged her amazing boyfriend. She pulled away from the hug and gave him quick kiss then went back to hugging him. Adeline looked up at him. "I do need some help with those, thanks." She smiled up at him.
Asher stood there grinning down at the girl in front of him. He couldn't believe how lucky he was to have such an amazing girlfriend like her. Having her in his life made his life so much easier. He laughter as she jumped up and threw her book it the floor. Not even a second later, her arms were being flung around him. The force of the hug nearly caused them to fall over. He just laughed as kept them standing. And he even got a kiss, too.
And another hug. He grinned and nodded "Sure thing, Addie." He give another grin and a salute, before lifting the trunks one at a time into the overhead storage.

Asher laughed, well quidditch did have its other perks, like getting muscles especially being a beater. Yep. That was one good thing about going back to Hogwarts, quidditch! It wasn't as popular in Italy as it was here.
He kissed the top of her head, and give her a squeeze. He tilted his head a bit to see what she was reading. He had no idea what it is. So yeah, he didn't read. Just the reading he had to do for lessons or anything that sounded remotely relating to sports.
"It does, it seems a lot longer than normal. But that's okay more time I get to spend with you." He grinned and put his chin on her head. Yeah, as much as he wanted to be back in his dorm down in the dungeons or setting at the Slytherin table for the start of term feast. He was just as happy and content being right here, too.

Mika’s eyebrow raised as Sander immediately began to talk of his favorite classes. Snore. Seriously a part of her doubted if they were really his favorite or just his new favorite when a pretty girl…or well many pretty girls were around.

What? She’d already dealt with one of those types in her third year and wasn’t really in the mood for another unless they were a certain sixth year huffle…she was going to let that thought taper off. Yes, that would be good considering that certain Hufflepuff’s friend was right in the doorway.
”Hey…what is the staring about?” She raised her eyebrow as she watched Sander’s expression change after she had placed the happy puff on her shoulder. What? She was the keeper of the puffs…deal with it.
”Yeah I think it’d be a really well, awesome career” she admitted to Alex and smiled brightly as she did so. And then Alex’s attention was grabbed by the Seventh-Year-Ab-man….oh joy, that always seemed to be the case? Nice girls always got distracted by the previously topless man-boys.
Of course it was about then that Kace had piped in about joining them and them and she sent him a quick smile. ”Honestly I like the commenting a lot more than the actual playing of the game for some odd reason – and hey, that’s good I was a little…boring maybe?” she shrugged and sent him a quick smile.
Oh wait, he was asking about her summer. ”Had an awkward trip to new york city with my cousisn…and and even more awkward of a plane ride…you’ll probably hear about that one later, maybe?” she shrugged a she clearly didn’t know if Kaiden would tell people about their six hour plane ride together. Brilliant. ”I hope you do well this term, do you know who the Quidditch captain will be? Is it Ella again?” she asked as she had not yet known who the captain would be. She’d probably be shocked later.
She could hardly even hear the first year as she walked into the compartment. Her blond hair seemed to bounce and shine in the light. And then the squeaking was even louder. ”Is this Poppy?” she asked pointing to the smaller of the two purple puff’s the one that looked far younger than her own Zara.
She did send Sander a quick glance when he was…well, it seemed that he was almost ready to claim Alex as his not only name-twin…but maybe more than that, he almost seemed flirty with her.
Did someone have a rusty spoon she could gag herself with? For some reason she just wasn’t in the mood for affection. A pit full of vipers sounded almost better.

Sander interest perked up when he heard that Alex also liked to skate.
"I don't really know whether I'm as good enough to turn professional but playing the game has always been part of my life, ever since my uncle game me a hockey stick and a puck, and told me to get on the ice and start hitting it around." Sander told Alex sharing with her a little of his past.
"Hey I'm hoping to be allowed to freeze a small part of the lake when it's not winter, so that I can continue to practice my skills. If you're interested, I could let you know when I do it, and you can come out and join me." Sander offered the girl, hoping that she's be interested.
Then he heard her plans for the future. "A Healer? That's a noble profession. My mother's a Healer too...which comes in handy, especially when it comes to healing my cuts and bruises after each game I play. And believe I get those a lot." Sander chuckled.
This Ravenclaw girl seemed nice and genuine and Sander was interested to know more about her.
"So tell me more about yourself? Do you have any siblings?" Sander asked before realizing Alex might not want to be revealing her life's history to a stranger.
So he quickly shared some of his to her. "Me? I'm the oldest of four siblings. I have another younger brother and two sisters."
When Alex heard Sander's skating proposition she got excited. "I would love to skate with you. I haven't had much opportunity to skate outdoors. I'm mostly an indoor rink girl. It would be a lot of fun and I have a feeling that I'll need some relaxation time during this school year. Let me know if you are able to get permission."
So Sander wanted her to share. Where should she begin? " I have a brother who is five years younger than I am. Usually little brothers can be pests, but mine is a sweetheart. I love him to death. I'm muggle born, so unfortunately he can't be here at Hogwarts with me. I miss him terribly when I'm at school. " Just thinking about being away from her family for months at a time made Alex a little sad. She never really got used to that.
"What about you? What are you brother and sisters like? Are thy a lot like you?", Alex said with a smile.

Kace saw this boy talking to Sander first before he turned his attention to Mika. He smiled and this boy was named Alex. He smiled and held out his hand. "Hey Alex i am Kace." he told him politely. "You excited to go to Hogwarts?" he asked as a conversation starter.

"Oh you do?" he asked her. "Well sometimes people like to watch rather than play. I sometimes like to do that and learn new moves or plans. But you were not boring i am sure." he assured her. "Plus i do not know if i could do it. You would need to talk like really fast and such."
"Oh no i haven't heard of it yet. But what was it like in New York, i have never been there..." he admitted. "I do not travel to the east coast that much." he shrugged. It was nothing personal, his mother never liked to ride the car long distances. Then she asked if he knew who the Quidditch captain was and he nodded. "Yeah i do! It is Kaiden actually not Ella this year. Ella is head girl." he said giving Mika the news.
He saw Sander and this new girl and they seemed to be almost flirting. He looked at Mika and knew she didn't really like it. He smirked to himself and tried to keep her company.

Asher laughed, well quidditch did have its other perks, like getting muscles especially being a beater. Yep. That was one good thing about going back to Hogwarts, quidditch! It wasn't as popular in Italy as it was here.
He kissed the top of her head, and give her a squeeze. He tilted his head a bit to see what she was reading. He had no idea what it is. So yeah, he didn't read. Just the reading he had to do for lessons or anything that sounded remotely relating to sports.
"It does, it seems a lot longer than normal. But that's okay more time I get to spend with you." He grinned and put his chin on her head. Yeah, as much as he wanted to be back in his dorm down in the dungeons or setting at the Slytherin table for the start of term feast. He was just as happy and content being right here, too.
Adeline was bored with her book, she was more interested in her boyfriends than the stupid book in her hand, then threw it back on the floor. Sometimes books were just boring and even if she wanted to go back to reading it she wouldn't because Asher would get bored or leave her here alone? Adeline shrugged happily.
The more time? Oh, yeah! Adeline totally forgot that she won't get to sit with him during the feast, well at least she would have Alec and Ella to sit with. "I just want to go and explore again, I miss it and maybe go to the lake with Alec, our normal spot but I love being here with you." Maybe she would meet some new first years. Hopefully she shouldn't scare any of them? "Do you plan on scaring any first years?" Random question but he's a Slytherin and she remembered when a Slytherin scared her during her first year.

Hope nodded and moved into the compartment a little more trying not to step on anyone, human or pet. Wasn't there like a noise limit or something? How about a limit on the number of people permitted in one compartment. This could be a serious violation of safety. Awesome!
"I've been looking everywhere for him. He hoped off my shoulder earlier. I guess he was just looking for a little extra company." She held out her hand for Poppy, but he puff didn't move. "Come on. I'm pretty sure they want a little silence and you probably want a little food." The purple puff still remained on the girls shoulder though "You have room for one more? I can see that you guys are packed but Poppy seems to enjoy it here. I guess." She looked around at the compartment. How could anyone hear anything in here?
