Not now anyway. He unpacked a set of the new books onto the floor and continued to rummage around his trunk. He paid no heed to the chatter all around him until someone mentioned something about sleep. Someone was gonna try to catch some Z's in here?!

Adi turned and cast an amused eye to the person. And was surprised. It wasn't a student. Who could it be? Did adults normally take the train too? "Hallo!'' Adi greeted the man enthusiastically. He had not met much adult wizarding folks. And those that he did meet fascinated him. Like that man at Ollivanders. "Won't it be better if you get sleep in one of the compartments or something? Students are gonna be trekking in here a lot, I should think.''

Did this one take him seriously? Was he really going to have to make room for a kid in the luggage compartment. He had never considered it, he had hoped his being in the back of a train would scare them off. Trekking it along in the back of trains was so much easier with all interesting drifters he'd met. Those guys were characters, really."Hello to you to." Tiberius sat up and blinked his eyes at the boy. "I prefer these parts. It'll quite down once all you leave to go sit in the compartments up front, Those corridors get too busy." This answered his question, yes? Although he had for the kid too. "You looking for something? I'll help you find it, and get you on your way."

"Of course!" Aidan spit back, "Because you don't WANT to admit writing a two-bloody-page long letter about your feelings and act like everything's perfectly NORMAL!" THERE. THAT was what he wanted her to say. "But you're right, there's nothing wrong with asking for things between freinds. But you had to go change that status, didn't you?" To 'it's complicated'. Ugh. Complicated was the word all right. To describe the situation. To describe GIRLS. "I'm not stupid for thinking it when I have proof right on paper!!"

His jaw clenched again as he looked back and forth between the two girls. "I was NOT obvious. You," eyes on Lottie, "were the only one who knew. What's obvious is that you couldn't keep your bloody mouth shut because you had something on me."

Hey, wait a minute.

A letter? What letter? What have YOU done, Alexa Cambridge?? Lottie suddenly sat on someone's luggage, hopefully not Aidan's because she doesn't need his voice to go any higher than his current tone. So, a letter. Well, this was rather interesting. The Hogwartian crossed her legs and looked away from them.

This was kind of private, why did he choose to say anything right now? Why did they need to carry their luggage in the first place? Couldn't their parents send it straight to Hogwarts or something? This was just...terrible. She really didn't want this to be the start of the new school year.

Also, she had a feeling she knew what Lex had written in there, so her first thought was: What about priorities, Lex???

Then 'You' happened. Okay, Aidan was NOT going to ruin this oh-so-pleasant beginning. No. And this pretty much the end, because there was no way they could be friends after this, right? Right. She wanted summer back, you know. Lotus Acacia Wisteria stood up and looked at him for a moment, "I have nothing further to say. You may choose to believe my words, I don't care if you don't. But I didn't tell anyone." TRUE. "Also...," this time she looked between Aidan and Lex, "...this...," she gestured at them, "...is none of my business, so...I'll meet you later, Lex?"

Mmhmm. It seemed...healthier? So, she was leaving this compartment, yup.

Why wasn't there someone to help with these luggage? Finally, he managed to get it into a corner. Adi straightened up and wiped sweat from his forehead with the back of his left hand. Whew! He should go find a compartment now. He had already turned to go when he suddenly remembered something. He had packed a book for the trip! You know, so he wouldn't get bored. Adi turned back to the trunk and sifted through it's contents looking for the book.

Dylan stumbled a bit as he walked from the large weight of his suitcase. Merlin, this bloody thing was so heavy! The boy was far too puny for this huge... thing. Grunting and heaving it up a bit more in his arms, he finally reached the luggage compartment. The eleven year old squeezed through some chatting students and suddenly tripped over someone's foot, causing his suitcase to tumble out of his arms and onto another person's foot...

After standing back up and brushing himself off, he glanced at the person who he had knocked his suitcase onto and he froze.

Okay. This was the last kid he wanted to see right now, and the last kid he wanted to drop his suitcase on. This was just gonna make everything worse between them, wasn't it? Oh, clumsy CLUMSY Dylan. He stood there awkwardly, not sure if he should say sorry or...what. Finally, he decided not to say a word to the boy and quickly bent down, scooped up his suitcase and quickly stowed it away.

....What was Lex doing? Blushing? Yeah well, he'd been there and done that. Because of HER and her STUPID letter and her HAVING to come into the luggage compartment while HE was in there and TALKING to him and acting like NOTHING happened. So Lex was blushing. So he embarrassed her. Big bloody deal.

And she was still going to blame HIM for all this? "I didn't start anything! I minded my own bloody business!" He didn't open a can of flobberworms by confessing things in a letter the day before they were all forced back to Hogwarts together.

They were also still insisting he was obvious when he wasn't. And he KNEW Lottie wasn't quiet about it. Not the way she kept bringing Ascanius up. If it became obvious, it was NOT from Aidan's own actions, but HER taunting him with how 'wonderful' Stark was. "You're both rubbish friends!" he barked, hopefully loud enough for the departing Lottie to hear. Then, he stomped out after the Hufflepuff.

And now Lottie was giving her looks, because she wasn't already mortified about this entire thing. Aidan read that letter most likely while he was in his room, his EMPTY room....this...this was a compartment that had people squishing each other in places and coming and going in places. Awesome dude. Great going.

She would have told Lottie she'd clarify later but 'cept LOTTIE WAS LEAAAVING. Ugh. You had to be kidding her.

Of course she wasn't going to stay now that the Hogwartian had walked out and she was all set to leave when he started yelling that. Nope. She wasn't going to reply to that. Nothing good to say in that department. Nothing good to say about today. Nothing good to say about anything.

And they were both rubbish friends.

That was rich. Being sure she wasn't squeezing Felix too tight, she kicked at the closest piece of luggage then hurried off to find Lottie and a nice empty compartment. She couldn't have gotten that far.

Adi had just turned around after adjusting his trunk, WHAM! something collided onto his foot. "OWOWOWOW!'' he exclaimed, clutching the foot and hopping on the other. Man, that hurt! Who was the blind person? But right now, he was just concerned about his foot. The pain had eased a little but still, he needed to examine his foot. Adi plopped himself down on his trunk and ripped off his sock and boot. Except for sore redness, everything was fine. No broken bones. Good! Adi now glared up at the perpetrator. "You!''It was the rude kid from Scribbulus. He jumped off of his trunk, wincing a bit at the pain that shot through his foot as he put pressure on it.

"Can't you watch where you're going?'' Adi brandished the sock and boot he was holding. "Are you hoping to get revenge?'' He yearned to throw his boot in the boy's face but he controlled himself by taking deep breaths. Instead all the boy got was a very intense and fierce glare.

She was reluctant to give up her possessions and feared losing them forever, but Amanda had glimpsed the cramped cars of the train and knew she'd be in for a rough time if she tried to keep her huge trunk with her.

Dragging it along behind her and looking around desperately, Amanda finally spied the perfect spot to shove the heavy thing...too bad this particular spot was two trunks up. She didn't want to ask for help, but then she really didn't want to break her back and she didn't know any kind of levitation spell either. Pride won out, though, and Amanda began tugging and wheezing and trying to leverage the huge trunk up into the slot.

Just what Dylan was expecting. He shrugged. "I didn't see where I was going and it was heavy." He muttered, not bothering to say anything back. He wasn't in the mood for this right now. He sighed a deep sigh in annoyance and leaned against the wall, crossing his arms across his chest and glaring back at him, waiting for the boy to say more.

After all the waving to his parents and stuff, Jayden really needed to get rid of his heavy burdens, which are his trunk and his cat's cage. He dragged his trunk along with him and when he reached the luggage compartment he saw that it was nearly full.

Being an eleven-year-old kid, he knew that he wouldn’t be able to lift it by himself, but he tried anyway. The amazing thing was that he managed to lift it over his head, however a split second later his hands gave way and it came crashing on to him. And he has the bruises to show for it.

Sitting there beside his trunk he decided to try something different, leaning his trunk on other trunks, he lifted it from the bottom hoping it wouldn’t topple towards him. Success, he managed to get the trunk up into the higher racks, it was actually pretty high up that it might be quite impossible for him to get stuff from it. Thankfully, he remembered his mother telling him to pack a separate set of robes into his bag pack so that he could change into it before arriving at Hogwarts.

Grabbing the empty cat cage, he threw it up on to the rack right beside his trunk. Then he and his kitten, Charlie who is transfigured to look like a red tabby kitten, set down the corridor towards the other compartments.

Now Schuyler had deposited her luggage here previously, but now the brunette had returned. Why? Because she was quite the push-over when it came to that little bundle of orange and white fur named Kitty. Yes, original name, but it was such a cute term of endearment for him and HE was so cute that it suited him. Anyway. Schuyler may have felt slightly guilty for buying sweets for herself at the food trolley and not getting anything for Kitty, and so here she was: sorting through some trunks to get her kitten a few cat treats.

Hopefully no one happened upon her and believed she was some thief. The only thing she was guilty of stealing was that kitten's loooooooove.

Petra stood by the luggage compartment and looked from the compartment to the entire luggage she had, then she looked around for some assistance, then she saw another Hogwarts student load their luggage in the compartment the cat she was holding was adorable and she wished her dad would have let her get one instead of an owl. Looking at the snowy owl in the cage she said “I guess I have to load the luggage by myself.” The owl gave a quick “hoot” in agreement.

Next, Petra lifted her trunk which was real heavy and slid it into the compartment while mumbling about how her mother packed too much. When she finished she lifted her other bags onto the compartment. Mumbling something else, about having extra help on hand; then she looked at the owl that started hooting real loud and flapping her wings. “Look Arwen if I could take you aboard the train I would but there are other owls in the compartment. You won’ be lonely and soon we’ll be at Hogwarts." She fed the owl a treat, put her in the luggage compartment and then Petra boarded the train.

Adi flopped back onto his trunk, still glaring at the boy. "Oh, gee. Like it wasn't obvious you were blind,'' he said sarcastically. He wriggled his toes. They still hurt a bit but not so much that he could not pull on back the sock and boot. "Maybe you should try working out or something.'' Then he'd be all strong and could manage his stuff.

Adi stood up again. "What?'' he asked rather rudely. "Go glare at someone else.'' It was also obvious that the kid lacked manners. Didn't even say sorry. Adi had no time for people like that.

"Are you a muggleborn?'' Adi asked with interest. Or maybe he wasn't but just was interested in muggle stuff.

The first year looked down at his muggle attire. "Uh. Yes. I'm a first year. I plan to change into my robes just before we get to Hogwarts,'' he said, suddenly feeling nervous at the thought of stepping into Hogwarts. More precisely, it was the Sorting that made him nervous for some reason.

Adi brightened. "Great idea, Professor D! It's called Witch and Wizard.'' It was his first attempt to read a novel by James Patterson. It was the book's title that had gotten his attention in the first place. He did have some comics stashed at the bottom of his trunk but this Professor had changed his mind about reading right now. Adi grabbed his texts and stashed them back into his trunk. Maybe he could find Tessa or Hazel. "See you at Hogwarts, Professor!'' Who knew he would have met one of his Professors so soon. And though he was thrilled to, he was not thrilled about the subject. History of Magic was the subject he was least looking forward to. Hopefully, the really cool Professor D in some way would not make it boring?

He'd just finished moving a few of his belongings in between his trunk and backpack and had straightened up, ready to leave, when he heard a voice.

The voice itself wasn't what made Toby stop, but it was more what it was saying.

He turned around and looked around the surprisingly busy compartment before his gaze fell on the person who seemed close enough to have made the sound.

"You're a FAIRY?!" the Hufflepuff said to the girl, eyes wide. Like was she KIDDING or was she like, mixed blood or something? 'Cause that was cool.

And if she WASN'T actually a fairy then she definitely had an imagination, and that was what Tobias LOVED experiencing. "Do you have wings?!" HE'D ALWAYS WANTED WINGS.

There was some sort of commotion nearby, but Tobias ignored it for the time being. 'Cause, you know, fairy talk over here.

So luggage packed and she could leave then?

Abbi looked around, especially at the owls, and then decided the sooner she got her baba kitty out of here the more he'd love her. And she wanted kitten love and shnuggles because it was SO the best thing ever, even with the claws.

Her plan of leaving was not happening though. Nope nope. Someone had said her favorite word ever. The little eleven year old looked straight at the source. A boy a little taller than her. Did he have cooties? She made sure to keep her distance just in case. No cooties for Abbi Nuh uh.

Nods for the boy though. "Yep! I'm a witch too now though." Not that cool cause they were monsters. "I'm Fairy Abbi Campi." Beam. She loved how that rhymed. It made it sound real fairy-like. "You are?" She asked wondering if he was some guy fairy like Terence in Tinkerbell or PETER PAN. He was cool too.

Now THAT made her beam even more. She turned around to show him her back. "I do! I have all different colours in my bag too. I even have invisible ones." Those were for when you were in witch disguise, you know?

OHH and question for you Mr! Cause wings equals flying. "Can you fly?"

"So you're like... a fairy witch?" Tobias asked excitedly. "Like... like... maybe a little bit like Glinda the good witch? She looked like a fairy in that movie... I've never heard of a fairy witch before. You must be totally unique."

Tobias still wasn't sure if they were being serious or just imaginative, but it was FUN and totally WORKED FOR HIM.

"I'm not a fairy. I wish I was though. I'd LOVE to have wings," Toby said enthusiastically, bouncing on the balls of his feet. All different colours too... woooooooow. "I'm just a a wizard. Wizardus Tobias Tempus." HIS name rhymed TOO! "I can fly though! I just need a broom stick to do it."

The Hufflepuff looked around to where his stuff was safely stowed away, and pointed out the brand new Firebolt 600 which he'd INSISTED his grandfather put a kajillion charms on to make sure it didn't get stolen.

Or scratched.

No scratches until he'd flown it at LEAST once.

Luggage Compartment. Finally.

When she slid the door open this brunette was fully expecting that it was devoid of any other person given the virtual parade along the corridor. But like everything else that’s happened the past few days, expectations always yield the opposite.

So it doesn’t look like a quiet trip to her perceived juvey hall are in the cards at all.

But she was here, and there was this girl. Casually she passes the threshold and picks her way amongst the trunks and bags, peering down at labels and boxes and various thingamabobs. Yes she is looking for her stuff. You know, if she actually had brought stuff.

She turned and spotted what looks to be posh-- and rather obvious-- potions trunk just by the other girl’s feet. Bingo. “Ahem, do you mind reaching for my trunk please?” she said to the other girl fiddling with the other bags.

Adi stood up again. "What?'' he asked rather rudely. "Go glare at someone else.'' It was also obvious that the kid lacked manners. Didn't even say sorry. Adi had no time for people like that.

Dylan shot the boy a look and glanced at his own arms and then back at the boy. "I'm not that weak. There's just a lot of things in that suitcase. I have no doubt I'm probably tougher than you, though." he snapped back, eyeing the boy's arms. Yeah, Dylan was certain he was stronger than this puny guy.

Rolling his eyes, he turned from the boy. "Fine, maybe I will." he said through gritted teeth and then was off to find a compartment. He was so not in the mood for this today, no sir. He had been waiting for this train ride for years, and he wasn't going to let some stupid boy spoil it for him.

Adi laughed a bit mockingly. "HahaHA! As if I haven't got the same things as you in my trunk by I didn't try to break anyone's foot.'' So who's the tough one now?

"Yeah! Go on!'' Adi shouted after the kid. "And I hope I don't have to deal with you again,'' he muttered under his breath. Which was highly unlikely because they were both first years and chances are their Houses would have some classes together.
