The colours of blue and red were making Kat's eyes squint. The robe clash didn't look so good because, if Kat were to be honest, she was not a huge fan of purple. Yeah she sports the colour purple with her clothes but if it's too much and especially when it moves in full speed, it could make her eyeballs pop out. In a bad way. She wouldn't be all to benefit from those things because Keeper must have a nice eye and steady hands for blocking those darn Quaffles from entering their scoring area slash goal posts. Hmph.

Then Alice hit the bludger straight. Kat clapped loudly, obviously cheering for her friends. And only her friends. What's the point of rooting for strangers? Talk about awkward.

"Go Alice!" she cheered. And look the snitch! Kat tiptoed and craned her neck to see the snitch. She had to SQUINT of course because that tiny thing was small but dangerous... and real fast. Merlin. She wanted Penelope to catch this... she....

Oh shucks. The Claw seeker got it. Meh. "It's okay, Penelope!"

Ella didn’t wait for a response and opened the bag of gummy worms, popping a lime-y green one in her mouth and smiling a little to herself. Lime-y. Heh. The blonde looked up and couldn’t help but scan the stands for a certain hair ruffle she was missing at the moment. He’d be here soon, yeah?

And then came Uncle Messy, carrying his pom poms which made the fifteen year old grin. She reached into her bag and grabbed the pack of tissues and extra blanket, holding it out to the boy. Quidditch or not, the boy was still sick and she didn’t want him to get worse. “Hey Uncle Messy, take these.” No arguments about it, kapeesh? Oh…and that question. Ella shrugged and her green eyes scanned the stands once again. “Alec should be here soon.” Cause he wouldn’t miss Quidditch, right?

And then more people started piling into the stands and Ella smiled at the ones she knew, happy to see familiar faces. Like…was that Hulk’s Granddad? N’awww! He was too cute and was that his wife? JHFJKHFDLHLJD! Old people were so precious! BEAM! It was also nice to see Min was commentating again because she was quite good at it. Yup! She couldn’t help but giggle a little at the older badger’s comment on Alec. Grin! Yes, she’d heard it and she totally agreed. Oh and there was Sarah! The blonde smiled at the younger girl and held out her bag of gummy worms. “Hey Sarah, would you like some?”

Ella was starting to worry that Alec wasn’t going to come… because of things. She looked down and frowned a little, picking up another gummy worm and putting it into her mouth. Yeah, everything was going to be fine and there was nothing to- Blink. BEAM! The blonde turned her head and grinned when she felt arms around her. HEWASHERE. ”Hey Alec!” She responded quietly, the ridiculous grin still plastered on her face. Oh and he should sit, yeah? Because…this was a Quidditch match and there were people and…yeah. Mini!beam. “Gummy worm?” She offered, holding the bag towards the boy.

Minnie was so in trouble for this.

Oh the match was moving quickly, Minerva leaned forward again.. "Quaffle is back in play, Beezus turns and places it under her arm. She heads into lion territory. She passes it to that cute McCarthy.. He leans forward and heads towards the middle of the pitch. Watch out Ethan... Cambridge comes close.. "I will not give you anymore chocolate frogs Alexa if you hurt him..." "He passes back to Beezus, she turns and passes to Vindi. Vindi gets close and looks like he is going to shoot.. Wait he passes back to Beezus, Beezus shoots, but Sung turns and makes the save with her broom.

The Quaffle flies into Goldmans hands, she turns and heads down the pitch. Beezus and Vindi are hot on her trail. Here comes the biter, but it doesn't look like she is after skin today. She swings connecting with the bludger and it hits Branxton right in the face. He falls to the ground..

There goes Goldman towards the goalpost. She is all alone and looking like she is going to have an easy time. She shoots and scores..."

Dylan had been....generally opposed to the idea of attending this match for TWO reasons...And both of those reasons were on different ends of the field at the moment...

Selina Skylar for Gryffindor...and Beezus Castell for Ravenclaw.

Yea...It was rather official. The Slytherin Captain needed a break from girls...


He was easily distracted when he spotted Professor Flamsteed!...That suit! Dylan's eyes followed the man as he took a seat...and then to Professor Romanoes as she carried her...paint cans? to sit beside him. Dylan desperately wanted to talk to their new Astronomy Professor...about things. Secret, shifty things...Okay, so the things weren't that shifty.

...but Dylan did have questions.

Perhaps he'd drop by Professor Flamsteed's office last on...


The SNAKES were out today. The Captain made his way over, clapping members on the back as he went. "Romalotti...Good to have you back, mate." Yes, indeed.

"Hudson." Yea, she got smirks...because of reasons. Ahem...She, of course, was already screaming her head off. Dylan would never understand the friendship between her and his ex. Like.....never. Well, it was good, he supposed. For information reasons.

"Duck." Yep, no surname for Daichi...It just seemed to make more sense to just say 'Duck'...because of that stuffed animal he liked to carry around. No judgement, of course. Everyone needed things around them that comforted them. "....."

Wait, what had he just said? Kurumi?


...THEN he seen her! Someone that he didn't think he'd be seeing at Hogwarts ever again...Dylan quickly made his way over, several people already crowding around the former Gryffindor.

"Cookie.....It's good to see you back." Yea, the Captain had heard Alumni was being allowed back this term. Pretty exciting stuff. Reaching down, he wrapped her up in a one-armed hug. They were familiar like that now, right? It was allowed...

Airey was a bit too focused on what was going on on the pitch and waving his little Gryffindor flag around to notice that Medea had taken a seat next to him. That is until she put one arm around him for a hug. Heh, wasn't that supposed to be the guy's move? At least she hadn't done the whole fake yawn bit to get her arm around him. Still, he was a bit surprised by the gesture and somewhat smirked at the dark haired woman. Oh yeah, the power of the suit.

"Just you wait until other matches," he replied with a wink. "I made a promise to Mr. Katharos to be in green next match." Sorry, Miss Wisteria. Perhaps the one after that he would dress in yellow...unless Hufflepuff was playing against Gryffindor in which case he would be in red. Couldn't betray them lions.

Airey's eyes then drifted to the paint buckets on the ground. Paint. HORRIBLE stuff. Left stains on everything. "You know, red stains are really hard to get out of fabric....unless you go to one of those muggle dry cleaners. They work magic."

"GOOOOOOOO SELINA!" Kurumi shouted from her seat in the stands. She wasn't sure her best friend would be able to hear her, but it was the thought that counted. Merlin did it feel good to be back here and watching the match!

"Oh! Professor Bentley!" Kurumi chirped as she scooted over a bit to get closer to her former Head of House, mentor, and mother figure. "It feels good to be back. I got lucky with my university's schedule and could make the match today."

Kurumi's cheeks flushed when she heard that nickname - knowing exactly who it was that had called her that - and her right hand played idly with some of her fingers on her left.

Ummm...distraction time. "How are the lions this term?"

"WAY TO GO MELANIE!" Kurumi cheered as the girl blocked a shot. Keeper, huh? She looked good out there.

Turning her attention away from the match, Kurumi's eyes lit up a bit when she saw Ella and the eighteen year old began to wave frantically in the Hufflepuff's direction. "Ella!" Gummy worms? "Oh, no thanks. Do you want some cookies?" Because she had those with her again.

And then a certain boy sat down near them and Kurumi sort of did one of Ella's signature eyebrow wiggles. "That's right," she smiled. She knew his face and name from lessons and, of course, when she had done some announcing last year. Now, should she just go ahead and greet him back or get some innocent revenge on Ella and make the girl blush like she had done to Kurumi billions of times? Hmmmmmm. "It's nice to finally speak with you properly, Alec," she continued, bowing her head slightly.

Yeah, we let you off the hook for NOW Miss Ella.
"Hello to you too," Airey replied, offering the boy a wave with his Gryffindor flag when he noticed something sparkly up in the sky. "SWEET SOLSTICE!" he exclaimed while jumping to his feet and pointing like a two year old at the snitch before it vanished from his line of vision.

"Messer!" Kurumi squeaked while waving frantically towards the boy. "I'm great! How are you? You want a cookie?"

Kurumi then found herself blinking and somewhat staring at the man in a red suit with a blue hand print on it. "Who is that?" Besides obviously being a new professor.

Oh wait...SNITCH!!


Flailing about and doing some sort of awkward rain dance as if doing so would summon the snitch towards the Gryffindor Seeker, Airey paused in mid flail when he spotted a certain elderly chap in the stands. "Good day, Mr. Clark," he greeted before returning to his dance in which he was sort of spinning around on spot while doing a bit of a booty wiggle.

Pausing his booty wiggle, arms held up straight in the air, Airey smirked at the Slytherin prefect for a moment. "Good day, Mr. Katharos. Care to join me?" You know, in his snitch summoning dance.

Kurumi was on the edge of her seat when she saw the two Seekers go into a dive towards the snitch. "YOU CAN DO IT PENELOPE!!" Kurumi shouted while jumping to her feet and leaning over the railing just a bit. The closer she was to the pitch the more likely she was to hear her, right?

Was someone calling her name? Tearing her eyes away from the pitch for a moment, Kurumi smiled when she saw Daichi. "DAICHI!!"

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Airey froze with his right leg in the air and bent at an angle so that it was horizontal across his front and both arms held straight up in the air. Ravenclaw had caught the first snitch of the match...BOO! "It's alright, Miss Greenwell! Shove him harder next time!"

Although he got an eyebrow raise before she offered him a genuine smile. But she WAS happy to see him again.

"Thanks Dylan. It's great to see you again," she replied while returning his hug. "I trust you are putting your team through the ringer again this term?"

Cue slight blush. "He had to work today, but he really wanted to come."

The first Quidditch match. This was an important occasion…somehow for being the opening of the championship and all. No? Well, Cassia would've gone even if it weren't an important thing because she liked being on the stands where the atmosphere was so energetic and you got to scream at the top of your lungs without being yelled at or glared at. Unless Logan was next to her since the older girl has issues towards loud voice and Cassia totally understood that.

However, this particular match has a specialty to it. As Lex was playing for the first time! Cassia promised she'd cheer for her. And bring a sign! Though the lioness wanted Cassia to paint her face red but that wasn't going to happen. After climbing the stands, the snakes looked around her to search for some familiar faces because she surely wasn't going to sit alone. First she saw Kat, Cassia waved at the older Snake. And Peyton too. The fellow third year received a wide grin and an enthusiastic wave as well.

As the match started, Cassia kept her eyes on the field trying to recognize Lex, she thought she did see someone tiny and blond-haired. And that one was doing pretty well. Anyway, she was going to cheer anyway..so "GO ALEXA! YOU ARE DOING GREAT!" Surely she wasn't going to cheer for Gryffindors because Cassia only cheered for Slytherin. But she did cheer for friends in other teams. Like if Blue was playing today, the snake would be shouting her name as well. And because she promised, the third-year rose the sign she had for Lex that read "GO ALEXA" Yup she keeps her promises.

And it appeared that the lions were ahead of the Eagles. But was this going to stay that way.

Min saw the reaction from Ella and giggled... "Oh eat your gummy worms Ella and pass me some.." Giggling again Minerva looked up and almost chocked on her hot chocolate..

"The Quaffle is back in play.. McCarthy has the Quaffle, he places it safely under his arm. He is looking to the ground, what is he looking at... ETHAN PAY ATTENTION.. FLY!! There he goes flying down the pitch. Skylar comes towards McCarthy, but he dodges her.. Great move Ethan!! McCarthy heads down the pitch, he lines up, shoots, and SCORES!!!! ETHAN McCarthy SCORES!!!"

Minerva jumps up and down cheering on Ethan!! Then she sees something that makes her calm down.. "There is the snitch.. The Seekers are off.. They are in a shoving match, this is going to be close. Greenwell looks like she has it, but maybe she just ate a bug, her concentration is gone and Stone has the snitch!"

Minerva turned just in time to see some fun in the stands... Turning back to her mic, "Doesn't look like the competition is staying on the pitch today folks. Nope.. Professor Flamsteed looks like his red lionish suit just got a nice big blue hand print on it..Not the way to earn points students, so lets hope it was another professor or maybe one of our board people.." Minerva was still chuckling...

"Oh and Kurumi is here, I hope she brought cookies...Cambridge has the quaffle, she makes her way down the pitch.. McCarthy comes towards her and she moves to the right end of the pitch, Vindi isn't going to let her get away with that and heads toward her.. Cambridge sends the quaffle to teammate Goldman who gets to the goalpost and shoots, but Ashby shows his toughness and pushes the quaffle away with ease."

"Go Penelope... oh man... Well done Melanie! Wow Alexa- awesomeness! Selana and Alice beat them bludgers at the 'claws! Jake keep at it, you are doing well. Goldman - you too!... All you lions are playing well, so even if you think you are playing well pat your self on the back... not now of course!" Sarah was cheering for her teamates in between her Roaring. Ella was asking her if she wanted Gummy Worms? "What a question... asking me if I wants sweets is like asking me if I am a girl and the answer to both questions is yes!" Said Sarah... "please" she hastily added.

"Ashby looks pretty proud of himself, lets up he doesn't get to overly confident.. Beezus get the quaffle and heads down the field, here comes Cambridge and Goldman to take the quaffle from her. McCarthy and Vindi block their way and Beezus easily moves away and heads faster down the field. Looks like she might have to watch for bludgers though. Fairfield blocks the bludger from Beezus and it zooms passed Keller. Beezus looks at the goalpost and shoots, it looks like it's going to sail in nicely, but wait... Sung softly sings her broom towards the quaffle and blocks the shot. These Keepers are on today folks.

Keeping her eyes on the pitch Minerva found herself following a certain Ravenclaw like she was in a bit of a trance. She watched him move around the field, but shook herself out of it looking around.. Seriously she might have to get up from the mic to get the gummy worms if Ella or Alec didn't bring her some. Taking a sip of her chocolate she realized the stands were just to quiet. Something needed to jump start this group...

"Goldman has the quaffle again, she heads down the field, but she might have some trouble the fantastic McCarthy looks as if he is going to take it away. Goldman dodges him and passes to Cambridge. Cambridge turns and heads towards the goalpost. Tossing it to teammate Keller he quickly takes a shot, but nothing is getting past these Keepers today, he smacks the quaffle away. Standing up Minerva turns towards the stands.. "Look out.. Bludger in the stands.....

No.. no just kidding everyone, but seriously it's to quiet.. Stop making dreamy eyes at each other and cheer on these houses!! Let's see how can be the loudest.. Is it the students???? Is it the professors?? Is it the board members!!! Let's here you..."

Dylan jumped up and was glad to see the match was underway and all that, cause he loved quidditch so much! an he had to get his dad to get him some more tickets cause he needed a dose of pro quidditch, not that this was any less than pro. He bounced and danced as Minnie talked about him "Yeah! Im the friendly lion and Im back! Yea..." wait she did not just say the bludger would come towards him, oh she did! Well if this term was going to be anything like the last term.. he knew he was going to have to watch out for the brooms with the players on top, bludgers and snitch. He remembered being knocked to the floor a few times, and he was hopng that it would not happen again. Wait did she talk about a couple? ugh!! he hoped he wouldnt have to listen to that all the time, but she was still fun to listen to.. oh yeah! He then watched as Ravenclaw were the first to score, wait! what? THEY did not just score first! No offense Ethan but he would have preferred Gryffindors to set an example for the claws and score first! "Come on Guys! get scoring!" he then knew that it was cause of his roaring.. or lack of it that was making them lose!

He knew he had to get his roar in there somewhere to get the scores on the board.. 1.. 2.. 3! "ROAR!" he roared to a few claw players, NOT roaring to Ethan as he flew by and resuming his roaring at the other players. He then watched as they scored! Yes! see! thats all they needed! His roaring and they would be scoring! He watched as a bludger came towards him and he watched as it sailed over him and some other gryffindors, phew! that was close! He had to learn how to save himself from that stuff, now to get his brain thinking.. though not too much he didnt want a headache from thinking too much. "ROAR!!" he roared again as he watched gryffindor score again! Oh yeah! see his roaring was working! Did Minnie just tell someone to eat their gummy worms "Hey!! I want some too!" cause he did love candy and he was after any free candy that he could get! Wait did Minnie just said that Ethan scored? where! Oh wow! go Ethan! "Yeah!! woo" umm ok maybe he shouldnt have done it that loud but he was happy for Ethan! He would have to see him after the match and congratulate him for that!

He saw a gold twinkley thing as he watched the two seekers chase after that little ball. He watched as the claw seeker got the snitch, no! that did not just happen! How were they were losing? they were winners! Ohhh he knew what they were doing! They were acting like they were losing and then Baam! they were going to win the match! Good plan lions!! Good plan!! Wait! Minnie said that Kurumi was there too? so she was here! "Kurumi! I need some more cookies soon!" he said just shouting it out no matter where she was cause he couldnt see her at the moment! But she surely heard that right? so he should look up at the sky and wait for cookies to rain down upon him.. right? He looked up to see if he could see any cookies fall from the sky and held out his hands to catch a few if they did.. cause they would.. right? they had to! Kurumi was here and whenever she was here there were always cookies nearby! "ROAR!!" oh yeah! his roar was magic! they would be scoring more and more soon enough, and that snitch would be theres for sure!

Sarah was really ready to take up Minerva's offer. "ROAR, ROAR GRYFFINDOR!" she cheered VERY LOUDLY. "[B]ROAR[/B]" she let out a roar of her own. "Umm, Minerva... can I use sonurus to make my cheering a bit louder... I have reached the limit of my vocal chords yet the pride still needs a bit more."

She then noticed a fellow lion who was thankflly cheering along with her. "Come on! Lets Roar louder!" she said to Dylan.
"ROAR, ROAR GRYFFINDOR"

West wasn't being loud but he WAS being intense, and his whole body thrumming almost as if he was up there himself. INTENTONTHEQUAFFLE. INTENTONTHESNITCH. INTENTONCERTAINPEOPLE.

The whole world was Quidditch.

"GO GRYFFINDOR!"

So much for not being loud.

The Seeker perked up, his eyes darting between the tiny golden ball and the two players darting after it. This had to be one of the most crucial moments ever. And soon, he'd be up there, chasing after the Snitch as well. That is, if Nessie wanted him to Seek.

MINNIE SAY WHAT. Alec tore his eyes away from the Snitch and the two Seekers and landed on the older girl by the mic. Did she just... BLINKBLINK. And now everyone knew and... they would probably get looks and... allhewantedtodowasholdElla'shand. "I... thanks Minnie!" he said, grinning at the older Puff, "Great commentating, by the way!"

Nope. He wasn't red in the face... notreally.

... Also, did he mention that he liked the sound of him and Ells being a couple? Hair!ruffle.



Gummy worms. The mere fact that the girl was sitting here eating gummy worms made Alec grin some more. That had to be Ella's signature... snack? Yeah, snack. She was just known for always having gummy worms with her. Which was pretty awesome, actually.

"Hey!" ... Had he said that before? Shrug. The Hufflepuff stepped over the bench in front of him and sat down right next to his housemate. His head turned to face hers just in time to catch that grin she had spread across her face. That was nice... yeah. And... OH! Gummy worms! "Yeah, of course! Thanks!" he said as he fished his hand into the bag in front of him and pulled out... "Oh hey! Limey!" Her favourite, yeah?

And she knew his name as well! He did not expect that but... THAT WAS AWESOME. He also didn't expect the bowing of her head either. Did she do that often? "And you too, Kurumi!" he said, bowing his head in return. You know, out of respect. Like when someone holds out their hand, you shake theirs. Unless your name was Ella Bishop in which case, he'd rather hold the hand.

"So... erm... are you enjoying the match, Kurumi?" That question might not have been a nice one since, one glance at the scoreboard told him that the eagles were pulling ahead. Oops.

And speaking of Quidditch... AIDAN STONE. HOLY SUPERMAN, this guy was fast! Come oooooooon Penelope! Oh and Jake was feeling better yeah? GRIN.

Minerva laughed at DJ... "The lion wants to dance for cookies it seems... You better cheer your team more then watch for cookies there Lion.." Hearing her name Minerva turned and smiled at Sarah, shrugging, "I'm not a professor, I'm not going to tell you not to use it.. Go for it, just don't be louder then me.." Giggling she turned back to the match...

"Beezus has the quaffle she is heading down the pitch. She moves past Cambridge, then bast Skylar and her bat, she is looking good out on the pitch today. Leaving the snake might have been a great thing for her game.. McCarthy and Vindi fly in to help keep the lions away and Beezus shoots and scores..but there is the snitch and the seekers are off.. Watch out folks it looks like it's coming this way and you know what happened last term. Headmistress watch your hair!! Wait it made a turn and it's under the stands. the seekers are stumped and it's gone, better luck next time.."

Looking around Minerva noticed more Lion supporters then Claw supports well that wasn't good, people needed to cheer for her Ethan.. Turning back to the pitch Minerva leaned to the mic..

"Cambridge has the Quaffle, she moves down the field. McCarthy comes flying at Cambridge and hits her broom hard.. Cambridge passes to Keller before loosing the quaffle. Keller heads down the field. He shoots, but Ashby is not letting it pass.. There is the snitch again and the seekers are off.. Greenwell is stuck, her robes are caught, Stone goes ahead and Stone gets the snitch! Snitch to Ravenclaw.."

Ronnie felt under her seat for her poster, but didn't feel it. "Huh..?" she looked under the seat but didn't see it. Where was her poster?! She glanced around worriedly. Oh no! She was really looking forward to holding it up and cheering her team on but...it wasn't here! She swore she had just put it under her seat! Hmm..

She glanced around and noticed it was just under a few seats away from hers. The wind must have blew it a bit aways or something. She walked over, picked it up and went back to her seat. Then she unrolled it and held it above her head. "GOOO GRYFFINDOR!" she shouted, jumping up and down with her sign that said: GO GRYFFINDOR! in bright red letters.

Oh, well now she hardly could.

Just as long as she remembered to bring a camera that is. "I can hardly vait." she beamed, letting go over him to reach down to her paint cans. Off the lids they went and fingers into the colorful mixture! Oh? Glancing up to Airey, the professor reached up and made two paint lines on her cheeks; red and blue. Sports style.

The muggle dry cleaners? "Thanks for the tip." Though she did manage getting out stains from her clothes due to working with charcoal and metal. Surely simple paint wouldn't be as difficult.



Alas, a wave of students came in. Helloooo to you, Ella. Hello to you too Katrina and Edvard, Daichi and Sarah. They all got welcoming smiles and major arm flailing as a wave of hello to them. Paint flying everywhere WHAT.
Though Sarah seemed to have a question for her, which, she had no clue what had brought it on. Decent enough one though.

"Alvays?" she repeated questioningly. Yes, where did that question come from. "I do haff a spare one yes, though it is not alvays vith me." Only on special occasions did she think she needed it, which wasn't often.

And time just seemed to fly by when someone was having fun.

It felt like she JUST got into the stands! GO GRYFFINDOR! GO RAVENCLAW!

"Ashby gets the quaffle back into play, I think he has every right to dance around this match. What great saves he has made today. Vindi gets the quaffle and turns heading down the field.. He dodges Keller and passes to McCarthy. McCarthy passes to Beezus. Beezus turns and heads for the middle of the pitch. She seems to be flying comfortably, but Skylar is flying quick.. She hits the bludger and it hits Beezus. Beezus is going.. going.. she is on the ground. The quaffle is loose, but Vindi gets it back. Vindi shoots, but Sung smacks it away.

Minerva hated seeing anyone hit, but she couldn't help being happy that Ethan had not been harmed so far.. He was doing great and she couldn't wait to tell him how awesome he played. Okay.. that was enough, Minerva got up and walked to the puff group.. "Since your ignoring me... Can I please have a few gummy worms?"

"Goldman has the quaffle again, she zooms down the pitch. What in the world.... Skylar is doing some weird we give up flag waving. Is this a distraction or is she really giving up.. Goldman passes to Keller, but looks like her arm isn't strong enough and the quaffle is loose free falling towards the ground. The chasers are flying fast, Fairfield tries to help her blue, but it doesn't work. Oh it looks like we aren't going to go without seeing some teeth today. Fischer just took a bite out of Vindictus.. Hope he has had his rabies shot.. Can lions get rabies... Keller has the quaffle again he shoots, but Ashby saves yet another quaffle today. This boy is on fire!"

In all the mess Min couldn't find Ethan, where was he, then she spotted him. Oh good still safe and sound in the air. That's when she saw it,

"and there is a snitch.. The seekers are off, and here is comes look out everyone. They are in the stands and getting closer, Greenwell pulled up, did she see the snitch move.. Anyone... Oh watch.. to late, Stone's in the stands. He gets up and what does he have... HE HAS THE SNITCH.. RAVENCLAW HAS THE SNITCH!! RAVENCLAW WINS!! Well folks looks like it was another exciting game in and out of the stands today. Join us next time, and thank you Professor J for giving me a chance to announce as a back up!!"

Minerva put down the mic knowing it was probably the only time she would be behind it this term. That made her frown, but at least she got this chance so she wasn't going to complain.

Wait! did Minnie just ask him to dance for cookies? Kurumi's cookies? He wouldnt dance for those! he wanted those for free! Now he MIGHT dance for candy, IF .. if it was a decent amount.. maybe a whole backpack full or something! "I do not dance for cookies Minnie, now candy is a different matter.. and I will cheer louder" he said to both Minnie and Sarah.. cause he could so do that! "ROAR!!" yup.. roar and they score! Just then the claws got another snitch, huh! did he blink and miss something? cause he was sure that his roar was working and now they were two down on snitches.. no matter they were still a good team.. he knew that! He had seen them play and practice the previous term so he knew that. He then watched as they tried to get more score on the board "ROAR!!" that should help.. right? cause that always helped "Come on!" he watched as the snitch reappeared and his eyes were glued to that little gold ball as he forgot to cheer some more cause he was concentrating to much on that and watched the claws got the snitch again, drat!! Oh no worries.. this was only the first game! They would get them back for this.. they would! Cause the lions.. they always stole the show.. oh yeah! They did! "Go Lions!" cause they were awesome! WAIT! Did Minnie just say she was a backup? she was not going to announce anymore? oh no.. that was just wrong! How was he supposed to motivated to dance.. not dance.. we meant.. to cheer.. yeah thats it.. to cheer!! No.. Minnie HAD to announce again.. she just had to! And DJ would try and make sure of that!

"Sarah! Hey! Nice to see you too," Kurumi chirped with a wave before reaching to her right and grabbing the box of cookies she had brought with her. The same ones she usually had at the opening feast but, well, she couldn't give those out at that time anymore. "Just like always," she said with a wink while offering her one.

"Well, I did once wear those same crimson robes you do," he replied with a wink and a smirk. Although he did think that his suit was far superior to any Hogwarts robes. Much more sleek and smart looking. Hmm...that gave him an idea. Perhaps he could petition the Headmistress for a change of uniform? Several students had expresse an interest in proper suit etiquette after all...

*COUGH COUGH COUGH COUGH*

Airey breathed in while breathing out and ended up choking on his own aire at Miss Edwards' question. If there was ONE question that drove the man insane and to somewhat lose his cool besides asking to touch his suit it was comparing the noble art of astronomy to THAT rubbish. "They are two very VERY different disciplines," Airey said through slightly gritted teeth. "For one, astronomy reveals the truth about the universe. What you are comparing it to, astrology, is a bunch of guesswork and speculation and stereotypes. The reason why you and your star sign do not match up doesn't come as any surprise to me. The stars have shifted their position in the sky from our perspective by about 4 degrees or so since those constellations were first created, so what was true centuries and centuries ago is very much skewed now." In summary? Don't believe that rubbish, Miss Edwards, because it is ALL lies!
Smirk. Of course she couldn't wait. He looked irresistible in a suit. Oh, wait...she was reaching for the paint cans. He quickly crossed his two index fingers in front of his face to make a sort of X shield. Yeah...keep THAT stuff away from him please.

Distracted by the paint cans, Airey only vaguely heard the announcement that there was a blue hand print on his suit, but he DID notice when Medea began to FLING the paint around like she was some sort of wet dog attempting to dry off. "MEDEA! I just had this dry clea-----" GASP! "W-W-WHAT IS THIS?! DID YOU DO THIS?!" He said, flailing around as though the paint had been acid and was now burning through his suit and was now burning through his suit and to his skin.

WHY WAS THERE A GIANT BLUE HAND PRINT ON HIS RED SUIT?!

The whistle blew and Kurumi wore a momentary look of displeasure on her face. She hated whenever Gryffindor lost but it especially stung when it was Ravenclaw for certain reasons that she would rather not go into. "It is good to see all my friends playing again," she smiled before chewing on her bottom lip anxiously. How she wished that she could just go down there right now and hug them all...or sneak into the locker room like she had done while Selina had been captain to give everyone some post match cookies. "I've missed everyone."

Yeah, she hadn't really answered Alec's question, but she hoped that it was a sufficient one.

Standing up and offering her applause to everyone, Kurumi wiped away a few stray tears that were threatening to come out and looked back at Alec. "I hope my university schedule allows me to come watch your match." Against Slytherin she assumed. Her and Selina would be able to sit in the stands together then!

Kat was kind of hooked to the game that she nearly missed her Captain pass by. When she saw him, she dragged her attention away from the game. What if she missed a shot, huh? But that was her Captain and she couldn't ignore him. She was on the team because of him anyway. "Hi Captain," she said. Did he smirk? In return, Kat smirked at him too. What do you do when someone smirks at you anyway?

Cough. There were reasons.

The Slytherin then dragged her attention back to the game. She totally didn't miss that much. A few shots and blocks and bludger hits, that was all. Then there was the THIRD snitch. Kat eyed the Seekers as they flew past a few players and... look, there was the golden thing. Reaaaaaaaaaaach it, Penelope!

WHATNO. The Claw seeker got it. Kat blinked a few times because one of the few Gryffindor friends she had didn't catch the snitch. Meh, she was going to talk to Penelope later. There was always hope, I guess. Kat knew how bad it felt, losing. She'd lost two official matches last term and she was really disappointed. It didn't HURT so bad, but it was disappointing.

Sighs.

But hey, Ravenclaw won! Bee, the Subcaptain, was doing good so far. Kat had that mega awesome friend!beam on her face.

"CONGRAAAAAAAATS STUNNER!" And you too, Elise! More congratulating later on. Yes.

Lourdes was really glad to see the competence that the players from both houses. Indeed, they were really talented and displayed great skills and possible strategies on the pitch. Ravenclaw had won. Despite Lourdes being a Gryffindor at heart, she was still pleased about the performance of her pride. Still as good as the team in her time. The woman applauded politely. Oh, there was the Professor from the class she observed. Excellent officiating, really.

Was it time to go now? Lourdes didn't want to leave yet. She hasn't seen a Quidditch game in a long time after her retire from the Harpies. Maybe they could find aspirants from this match, yes?

"Oh," said Sarah thoughtfully. Hopefully the teacher had constant vigilance too. "Can one preform a spell without having their wand with them?Lets say your wand broke now could you make the Boogey curse anyway?" Sarah asked
"Roar" Sarah cheered together... folled by a Sonorus spell with her wand which caused "BITE Alice BIte them claws" to come outloud, not as loud as Minny yet loud anyway
Oh dear... Sarah slapped her hand on her forehead, "oh course Astronmy and Astrology are different!" she exclaimed. "I don't agree in divinition at all... I think I am too awesome to be goverened by the stars and and the Zodiac of how the divinition professor determines it. Only I project the future, not the stars or the other things covered in divinition... yet I take divinition anyway, it gives me simething to laugh about at night." Sarah said

Yay, Kurumi had cookies. "Thanks!" Said Sarah taking one and sinking her teeth into the ccrumbly depths of the cookies... "Yummy!" she said her mouth full. "We miss you at Hogwarts a lot! Are you going to come soon and do a cookie baking seminar? I would really like that.. maybe you can show us how to animate them to, like you did for the prep rally" Chew, chew chew, bite chew chew chew.

Then the snitch was caught and the game ened.. the lions had lost and Sarah was terribly disappionted... "Oh,, Kurumi - we lost! I am feeling sad now.. can I have a hug? That always cheers me up!" Sarah nit her lip trying to hold back her tears and be a strong lioness. One side of her was telling her to make lemonade and be happy, yet the other side- the sore loser side was upset and all she wanted to do was sink her teeth into that Claw Seeker, just like she did to the cookies... bite, bite bite

Medea...had completely missed the announcement, though she didn't miss the sudden panic attack from Airey. It would've been kinda hard not to, seeing someone look like Mr. Candy Man flailing about. WHAT!? WHAT DID SHE SUPPOSEDLY DO?

Arms lowering to her sides, she spotted the hand print.

"Noooooope." Ahem, her blue hand went behind her back. Nope, not her. Erm, it was already there when she got here? "OH! OH LOOK! AIREY!" Medea's blue paint covered hand instinctively went out and grasped Airey's arm, shaking it about, while the other flailed and pointed to the seekers. SNITCH! SNITCH! SNITCH!

RAVENCLAW WON! SDLkfjakdfj!

"That vould be called vandless magic, Miss Edvards, and yes, it vould be possible. Though it is quite difficult to do. Only a handful of vizards and vitches are able to properly perform magic vithout a vand." Studying the young girl for a few seconds, Medea smiled after a moment. "If you're interested in reading about it, I haff a good book just on the topic."

Addy had indeed been in the stands the entire match... but she couldn't pretend to be super excited about things like most of the others. She was pretty freaked out watching everyone zoom around like they were. And well, one of her friends was up there and he was freaked out about his first match, and that freaked her out even more. But as promised she had parked her behind in the stands decked out in her Ravenclaw best. BEAMS!

Knowing the match was nearing the end she began to pay closer attention, eyes following the figure she knew to be Rawdon the best she could... and THEN SHE SAW IT HAPPEN! That freaky little Lion had bitten him. BITTEN HIM! Who does that? Crazy people, that's who. I mean... was she rabid? Had she had her shots? ADDY NEEDED TO KNOW THESE THINGS!

Jumping to her feet she began to shout toward the pitch, "CALL A FOUL OR SOMETHING? ISN'T THAT UNNECESSARY ROUGHNESS?! THAT GRYFFINDOR NEEDS TO HAVE HER JAWS WIRED SHUT IF SHE CAN'T KEEP THOSE TEETH TO HERSELF!!" And yes, she was shaking her fists in the air like a mad woman. But really; WHO BIT PEOPLE AFTER THE AGE OF THREE? It maddened her. And yes, she was confusing American football stuff with quidditch, but then again, she had no idea what the difference was other than one was played in the air. Heh.

She did, however, wonder if anyone was going to DO anything about the blaring unsportsmanlike conduct that little girl was displaying. HMPH!

Dustin was so excited for quidditch! Somehow he had managed to miss EVERY match last term that he wasn't playing in. But this term would be different. It was the first match he wasn't in and he was already there to watch! Go him!

He shuffled his way through the stands, trying to pick out the most centralized spot in the entire stadium. The poor kid was lucky the stadium was mostly empty because he just could not find the right spot.

However, he finally settled. Dustin sat down near the center of the pitch (in the stands, of course) with his yellow and green flags. It seemed appropriate that the two teams that reminded him most of Spring time would be playing in the freezing cold.

Today was very cold, wasn't it?

For this cold and chilly weather like this, maybe some people preferred to stay inside, having a warm food and coffee or stay in bed and wrapped himself by blanket. But not for Gary. Even it was cold but he decided not to stay at castle because it's Quidditch time! And Slytherin played against Hufflepuff today.

Tightened his coat, the Head Boy walked to the stand. He missed the previous game because of the flu. But he didn't want to miss the Slytherin match. Last term he was on the roster but never played in any match. This term he decided not to join because he wanted to focus on NEWTs, and he didn't want to make his shoulder injury became worse.

The stands wasn't too crowded. Well, the game is still in an hour. So, he was early. He took a seat in the middle row and waited for the the match started. Lucky that he brought his tumbler and filled it with cafe latte. At least it could keep himself warm. "GOOD LUCK, SNAKES! SHOW YOUR BEST PLAY TODAY!" he shouted. Perhaps Professor Lafay would be here too, soon. She didn't want to miss Slytherin's first game, right?
