The Slytherin found it very odd that Bliss actually considers him a friend already when they just met a few moments ago. As much as he was weirded out by this, Mordred simply nodded at the badger and turned back to Sophie.

...but before he could even start asking stuff from the lady badger, Zeke suddenly decided to talk. It was another odd thing for the boy because the Lion didn't talk much when they met. And if they were going to talk about keeping a low profile, Mordred would have easily retaliated by saying that he is the king of low profile, until the Aparecium thing came up. That was another story, and these are some of the things he would ask Oakey...and Sophie...and maybe Ella.

Who is Sophie?

"She's here now and I'm sitting beside her." Mordred looked at Zeke for a few seconds trying to figure out if he was pulling his leg. Something is up with this guy.

And maybe, this is the time for introductions?

"Right...Um. Zeke, this is Sophie." he said as he gestured his hand towards Sophie.


Mordred felt the exact same thing when he was around Chloe. He felt his insides churn, and do flips. It was a nice feeling, but it would be better if Sophie wasn't this sad.

Was he okay? "I'm okay now." Mordred shook his head and looked at her. "I was worried about you." There. He finally said it. He may have gone overboard by searching the entire castle for her, but it was all worth it to see that she was okay physically.

He didn't have to be Albus Dumbledore to figure things out. He was thankful that Oakey ended up apparating inside the sink during the Apparition exam. His unluckiness paved the way for them to talk...although, his best bud wasn't off the hook.

Mordred nodded and paused. "Would you like to spend some time with me during the break?" Because he could also use some company. Things have been rough for him and Ethan, and he would love to take a break. But if Sophie decides to go with other people, except Oakey of course then it's good too.

The Slytherin slowly turned around to where Sophie was waving and stared at Ariana and Oakey. He doesn't care one bit about the she-snake, but right now he was disgusted with the badger.

Really. All this flirting in front of your ex-girlfriend. Gee, you're pretty dense Oaktree.

Mordred turned around to face Sophie, purposefully blocking her view. She didn't need to see what was happening on that end of the table. "Sophie...I already know what happened between you and Oakey..." the Slytherin paused to wait for the girl's reaction. "Well, his side of the story at least." Which by the way, still confuses the hell out of him. "He said that...you're better off with someone else." he said softly. "This...this may not be the perfect time to talk about it...but, if you need someone to talk to...besides Ella of course, I'm here." Mordred half smiled and gently grasped her wrist to assure things.

Everyone else would see. Small sigh. She understood though, because she was quite the same. She didn't want anyone to see her cry, she found embarrassing then but was taught later on that it wasn't meant to be, not when things like that happened. "I..they'll understand, I do...crying doesn't mean you're weak it means you care." One of the most important things Ness had ever learned from Kurumi was that, and now hopefully Bliss would learn too. All Ness wanted was for Bliss to know it was okay to feel the way she was, it was better than keeping it inside, it was healthier and most importantly it was what she needed.

The kiddo had a point. Time could go by within a blink, but it could also drag and you could never tell when it would do either. "I'm sorry, kiddo." She wasn't sure what else she was able to say and sorry always sounded okay, right?

Giggle. Cute comment, but still Ness knew without her team she was far from awesome. They made her who she was they were her everything. "Not as awesome as the team though. They made me who I am...without them I would have never grown like I did." Grown as in personality, not actual age. The team had shaped her to be a better person and she was forever grateful for that.

..........Whooops. "I..erm..sorry about that." She immediately apologized for the cheek pinching. Old habit from Alecutie's cheeks. heh. Finally though, Bliss had answered and that made Ness smile even though the answering wasn't that convincing. "Good." She didn't want to press the girl about the 'ok'. As for how was she, that was easy to answer. "I'm good, looking forward to summer." She was because it meant going home, as in South Africa, her old home.

Everyone was chatting away. But Jory wasn't really in the mood so he just sat there watching everyone. Mostly the staff. He could see Professor Lafay had brought her daughter and almost everyone especially the Healer was fawning over her. And something was up with the Headmistress. He could see that much from the expression on her face.

The Puffer now glanced back at the Hufflepuff table. Still lots of chattering. His eyes for now at the Gryffindor table when he was suddenly aware of someone standing awfully close to him. So close, that their robe was brushing his shoulder.

"Excuse me, you're-'' Jory began to say but trailed off. It was Gwen. She appeared to be looking for someone. "Probably me,'' he thought. He poked her in the arm. "Hiya, Gwen,'' he said. "Looking for me?''

Minerva rolled her eyes, "If you say so, but from what you've told me in the past.. I don't think I believe you." No, it didn't seem fun, didn't Taylor get hurt once when she went. Minerva smiled it must have been a little to obvious of her awkwardness to bigger homes. "Oh I bet it is Damon, plus if it's home then that's great." She laughed a bit when he seemed so surprised that she had never been to France,"Come on Damon, I'm American, to a muggle father. We didn't travel unless it was being transferred to different bases. The first time I had ever been on this side of the ocean was when I came here." Then her smile grew, "So I guess you are planning on me visiting one day then?" She knew he wanted her to, but she wouldn't want to be an unwanted guest either.

"Oh okay, yes I know what weekend then. I'll be in Germany still, but I don't see why Ethan and I couldn't make the trip. I'll make sure to ask him. I haven't missed in the past few years, so I don't want to stop now." She then shook her head, "Thanks, but no thanks with Sage, again I've heard the stories, not my thing.." Yes putting yourself in danger from what she had heard was on her list of never do.."Awww well having the baby there will be fun. I haven't seen him since he was only a few months old." She loved little babies and kids, so she thought Landon being on the trip would be a blast.



Minerva laughed a bit and then tried to act offended, "Thanks Blissy, make me feel all old and stuff. Sixth year isn't that big.."Still laughing she shook her head, "But I know what you mean, I really can't believe I'm going to be a sixth year. Don't get me wrong I'm excited and everything, it just doesn't seem possible yet." No sixth year meant she had one more term before seventh term, which meant she had two more terms before leaving here. GULP.. She did not want to even go there in her already messed up head.

Feeling Bliss hug her again Minerva gave a small smile and patted her head, "Oh Bliss it's alright, but thank you. It was three years ago, it's still hard some days, especially holidays, so I'm not going to lie when I say it's always going to be little hard for you, but the other days and friends like we have can help make it better." Yes, if it wasn't for friends Minerva would have been very lost. Plus, I didn't tell you that to get you upset again or I just want you to know that there are people around here that really truly understand how you feel and what your going through if you need to talk." Anything to make her little badger feel better.

Seeing the blush Minerva smiled, it was nice to see something making her happy during a sadder time, but she would keep an eye on this boy. She did keep good tabs on her little badgers, being protective over them was something Minerva was good at. "Oh I actually have great plans. I'm going to America right after this to my grandparents house, whom I've lived with for a few years. Then Ethan is coming to meet me there and spend some time. After that we are going to his parents house in Germany, so it's going to be an eventful summer." Yes it was going to be a very busy summer, but she couldn't wait to get it started.





While listening to Belle talk about a phone Minerva reached into her bag and pulled out a parchment and quill, "Here, keep this, it's my number. I've actually had a phone since I was 10, but it was because of all the dance competitions and camps I would go to. Mom always felt better when I had it, she felt that it kept me safer for some reason." That thought hadn't crossed her mind before now, hmm was her mom wrong about that one a few summers ago. Shrugging the bad thought off Minerva smiled again, "Well if you want to come with us you can. You can apperate now, right? Maybe you could do that to get to my grandparents easier, then go with with us." Yes that would be fun, she hoped Belle could come and hang out with them.

She sat and listened to Belle confess of having a crush on Ethan and Min couldn't help but smile, "I don't blame you, who wouldn't have a crush on him. He's nice to everyone, so super sweet, and such a cutie. I am lucky he picked me, because I know he could have had any other girl here." She knew that for a fact and she was just glad that he didn't have any other girl, he was with her. "I hate to admit this, but I'm glad I didn't know of this before I started dating, because I would have never dated him knowing a friend liked him." Then she said something that made Min's head snap up,Ethan McCarthy say what.. Minerva's face turned a few colors of red from blushing so much and her smile grew."He really said that to you? Well the feeling is the same, I.. well. love him so much, I don't know what I would do if he didn't want to be with me anymore." Not being one to plan for the future, she was scaring herself more and more when little thoughts of future with him were finding their way into her brain.





Minerva was looking around the table, she hadn't seen Alyssa yet, and was hoping to so she could maybe apologize for being such a brat at the tent, she had been in a foggy mood as it was and then when Ethan had gotten hurt, it had just sent her over the edge. As she looked for Alyssa she spotted someone else and made her way down.

"Hey Jory, one of the tops in our house again, no surprise there." She smiled and sat down, "Hey remember when we talked the last time, I just wanted to say thanks for being such a great friend." She knew he didn't really know what had been going on in her life, but he was still there with positive words and that made Minerva happy to call him a good friend. Noticing someone she had seen in classes, but wasn't sure if she had ever officially met next to Jory she gave a smile, "Hi are you having a great end of term feast? I'm Minerva by the way." She hoped the girl wouldn't mind her interrupting to talk.

Summer plans... that was always really fun to talk about. Alec leant forwards slightly, his elbows on the table and his grey-blue eyes on the older Hufflepuff girl. "Really? I... it sounds like you'll have quite an adventure, Minnie!" he said, nodding. Plus... from their short greeting, Ethan seemed like an awesome guy so... Alec's brotherly instincts approved. Nodnod.

... Oh? Alec looked over at his girlfriend and grinned before looking up at the older girl again. "I... yeah, sure! That sounds great! Erm... as long as... Ethan doesn't mind?" Because the guy might want some time with Minnie. Nodnod. "But... yeah! That sounds great! Erm... will this be... sort of like a double date?" ... That was probably a really awkward question to ask.

... Moving on... Alec blinked a little and tilted his head at the expression on Minnie's face. His eyes were prone to spotting small details, that's just how he was trained. Although, it did make him miss the bigger picture sometimes. Pity. But... back to Minnie. "Just alright?" ... Studying. That... didn't sound great at all. "Oh! Right! Yeah... how has that been going?" And then there was that 'quick' thing. "Yeah... it has gone by quickly, hasn't it?"



There was a lot of grinning involved. And Alec really liked that. It meant that things were great, right? And more importantly, that she was happy? Yeah... that was the really important part here. Even if this was an end of term feast which were technically meant to be really sad because of the leaving graduates and, well, the 'leaving' part. He did not like that one bit.

But... back to the blonde. The grin that could usually be found on the young boy's face vanished slowly and a frown formed along his lips. Seventh years. Them. As seventh years. And to think that in three terms, they could be sitting here for the very last time. "That... sounds really scary, actually," Because it did. Seventh years meant NEWTs and thinking about what they were going to do in the real world. And, even if he did sort of know what he wanted to do, it still sounded scary. Yeah.

Alec gave her hand a small squeeze, his grey-blue eyes looking into her green ones. She had nice eyes, Ells did. They were pretty distracting at times, though, and he blamed her for it. Just a bit. Maybe. "Agreed!" he said, nodding, "And maybe... maybe it'll be better than fourth year?" Although, fourth year had been a really awesome year so... fifth year had a lot to live up to.



And here was another one. Someone else who was going to walk through those great oak doors and never return.

Alec's chin wobbled slightly as he watched the older Hufflepuff girl make her way towards them and the Hufflepuff table. He couldn't help but feel slightly proud of her. Not only was she graduating but she was doing it with a big smile on her face, which was very... Violet of her. Nodnod. And look! She was grinning and clapping as well! She was very... proud to be Hufflepuff, Violet was.

Alec shook his head and shuffled over towards her, a small smile spread across his face. He then wrapped his arms around her and gave her a big, proper hug. One of those hugs where you just wanted to keep hugging and not let go just in case the other one had to go. Which, in this case, was actually true.

But then the fifteen year old let go and he just looked at the girl, frowning slightly. "Erm... you'll be missed, yeah?" Like a lot. And he didn't care that he was still going to go and visit her over the summer. The older Hufflepuff was still going to be missed.



One thing Alec had learnt from having a girl best friend -- or ex-best friend would be a better term (wobbly!chin) -- and a girlfriend was that if a girl said that she was just 'fine', there was probably a high... chance? Yeah. There was probably a really big chance that she wasn't actually fine at all.

And so, Alec raised his eyebrows slightly and tilted his head, his eyes studying the expression on her face carefully. But he couldn't see her eyes and usually the eyes said a lot, especially for him. So... frown. "Erm... well... you know you can tell me anything, yeah?" Just in case she didn't know. Nodnod.



So he probably shouldn't have mentioned anything about the 'news' to her. Nope. Alec shuffled slightly, starting to feel slightly bad about bringing this up. As far as he knew, she could have been on the verge of forgetting about it or trying not to think about it and he had brought it up. Good going, Summers.

He continued smiling at her, hoping that she didn't mind getting a gift from him. It was... a really weird gift, actually. But he had hoped that maybe if the girl felt down or... not herself, she could look at that and maybe, just maybe, it could make her feel better again? Because sometimes he didn't have the right words to make someone feel better but... he did have a hug. He was meant to be really great at giving those!

And she was claiming that she wasn't awesome. "But... you really are awesome!" And he didn't lie so. GRIN. "I know but... erm... I didn't know how to make you feel better so... I made that. Just in case you, erm, needed reminding about how awesome you are?" he said, nodding seriously, "Anytime, Bliss!" ... OH! See, this was something he could give her without hesitation. Alec wrapped his arms around the girl and hugged her back, squeezing her gently.

Hugs were awesome!



Alec grinned as the hug between Botros and Ells took place. See? Hugging was just awesome in that people tended to be sort of happy whilst giving them. Unless those people were leaving but that wasn't the situation here so... GRIN.

... Did this mean that hugging professors was allowed? Because he had been wanting to hug Hadley since his first year but... yeah.

Anyways. Back to Botros who... was complimenting him. BLINK. He was really not used to Professors complimenting him like this. Although, it wasn't surprising that Professors came to watch Quidditch games and he was sure that Botros had come to a couple. Didn't Oakey land near him once...? Alec shook his head and grinned at the Professor. "Really? I... thanks Professor! That... means a lot to me," Nodnod.

His eyes flew down to his girlfriend as the girl nudged him and he just shook his head at her, trying not to chuckle. He then looked back up at the Runes Man as the older guy started talking about... Keeping? "A Keeper? Just like Ells over here!" GRIN. "That's awesome!" he said, nodding, "And... it was really great to have you here." Really.

And... Runes Man was leaving. To go to somewhere else (like the staff table?), that is. Not the whole 'I'm leaving forever' thing. "I... yeah, sure! Hope you have a great summer as well, Professor!" Grin and wave, grin and wave.



Little rugrat. That had to be one of the awesomest nicknames ever! Although, he was slightly partial to hair ruffler/hair whipper because of obvious reasons but... yeah. Rugrat was still a really awesome nickname. Nodnod.

"Hey Belle!" he said as he let her go. Because... he couldn't really hug her forever, yeah? Although, if he did, would that mean that she wouldn't have to go? Because then that wasn't really a bad idea at all. "Erm... do you... have to go?" Frown.

... Oh! And he wanted to ask him for a favour. One that involved... GULP. "Winning the Quidditch Cup again?" He took a deep breath as he tried to comprehend the girl's favour. It sounded hard and it probably meant that he'd have to spend a lot more time practising. But then... with OWL's and his need to spend time with his girlfriend, he didn't know how much extra practice he'd be able to get in. "I... we'll try our hardest, yeah?" he asked, grinning slightly. It was her leaving wish so... he'd try extra hard.

OH! RIGHT. "Yeah, yeah sure!" he said, grinning back at the girl, "Erm... do you have a piece of parchment and quill on you?" Because he had sort of already packed his things up.



... BLINK.

So here was a face he hadn't seen in practically forever. Alec tilted his head slightly as he watched the girl. The last time he had seen this girl was way back at the start of the term and he had't really seen her much afterwards. But... that seemed to happen a lot, actually. The two would meet for a short amount of time and then not see each other for a very long time afterwards. That was... weird. Yeah.

Alec shook his head and let a grin spread across his face as he continued to look at the girl who... was looking somewhere else. Probably looking for Asher? Yeah... Alec needed to catch up with that bro of his as well. Because the last time they had spoken was... sometime in Hogsmeade after the rubber chicken incident.

But back to Adeline. "Hey Adel!" he called, grinning and waving at the girl, "Erm... you okay?" Also, why was she sitting on her own?



LOOK WHO WAS HERE!

Alec grinned as he watched the older girl approach him and Ells. It was kind of funny how people were greeting them together now. As a couple. Kind of funny... and kind of nice as well, actually. It sort of made things more official, even though the two had been official for... nearly eight months? Really? That was fast!

But... Nessie. "Hey Captain LochNessie!" he said, grinning some more at the girl, "Erm... are you looking forward to the summer?" Because summer was awesome! And they'd come back as fifth years while the girl was coming back the next term as...

...

BLINK.

Nessie was going to be a seventh year. That was... well... How?! He had only just met the girl... erm... okay, he had met her years ago but... still! And this meant another really really sad end of term feast full of wobbly!chins and tears and hopefully, lots of hugs. Lots and lots and lots.

BLINK.

This person... wasn't one he had seen here before. Here being the Hufflepuff house table. And sure, they seemed to attract quite a few people from the other houses which was awesome but... he had never seen this girl here before. Nope. Only around in classes and things. So... was she lost? Or looking for someone? Or just looking to make new friends?

HE COULD BE HER FRIEND. ... Cough.

And... the girl? The Ravenclaw, according to her uniform, was then joined by none other than Jory! Alec GRINNED at the two of them. This was a talkative table and he was quite talkative, once he got rid of the nerves and the weird sense that he was just annoying people.

... This was going to be slightly awkward but... he was just going to go along with it. Yeah. "Erm... hey Jory!" he called, waving at the dude, "And... hey!" Girl? Ravenclaw? The girl who seemed to be very close to the older Hufflepuff? "Erm... I..." Awkward. "Are you two dating?"

His grey-blue eyes grew a little wider as he realised what he had just asked from these two. Yeah... he probably shouldn't have asked that. ... Oops.

Nathan mentally kicked himself, before deciding to change the whole subject all together. Because no - he did not want his last night at Hogwarts to be like this.

He could talk to Addy on the train or later. But for now, he was simply going to enjoy the last meal here at Hogwarts with his best friend.

"You know, I thought - after reading my entry on the memory book, your cheeks won't stop being red. But I guesss I was wrong." he tried to tease, hoping she would forget the encounter with Addy and decide to enjoy the night as well.

Seeing the little Hufflepuff on the verge of tears and trying her hardest to be strong ... well that just .... it broke Hadley's heart. And she just wanted to stay there with Bliss .... all evening. But a quick glance up at the staff dais told her that her boss would probably disapprove of her sitting with the students.

"I'm sorry." Because really that was all she could say. She couldn't imagine losing either of her parents at fourteen, even if she wasn't terribly close to them. Without saying any other words, because there were no other words for the loss, Hadley did something she rarely did. She wrapped a single arm around the girl and gave her a comforting embrace.

"Just remember, I'm only an owl away, even in the summer time." She smiled at the third year and glanced again up at the dais. "... but I really should head up there. Have a good summer." Whatever good she could have anyway.

Just as she rose to head up to her seat, she heard Minerva greeting her. "Oh hello, Minerva! Yes, yes, you guys always do me proud." Win or lose, all her badgers were winners in her eyes and she loved them for that. Exciting plans? "Well... I do have some mysterious day planned with some mysterious man who bought a day with me at the auction fundraiser earlier this year...." Only he wasn't so mysterious, but surely Minnie didn't want to hear about those details anymore than she wanted to tell them. She let out a short laugh; "but no, not really. Just relaxing and organizing for some fun-filled numbers next year."

"Anyway, I should head up to my seat. I'll see you later.... and if not, enjoy your summer vacation."

She gave a quick smile and wave in return towards her graduating prefect and then one towards Ella too. Her badgers really were the nicest kids in the school and she was proud of them.

She then turned on her heel and headed up toward the staff table shenanigans, with a sinking feeling that she didn't want to know what her colleagues were up to tonight.

Getting away sounded nice so Ella couldn't really blame the older girl for being excited. "Well safe travels, yeah?" BEAM. "And I hope you have a good trip." Or should it be trips since she was meant to be spending time with Ethan as well?

Nod. "Course I will." Ella would be sending loads of owls this summer. She wanted to keep in touch with all her favorites, okay? And ice cream was a go? "Brilliant!" Grin. "It'll be a lot of fun." How could it not when ice cream was involved? Plans? Hmm. Ella looked at Alec and bit her lip a little. There plans were basically to spend as much time together as possible, yeah? "Well I'm going to try and visit Alec at his house and then he'll come to mine lots as well." And maybe that didn't sound too exciting to Min but Ella was pretty jazzed about the whole thing.



Yeah...the unknown was totally scary. Ella had never been good with change. She liked constants, things she could rely on. The future was just to uncertain and it didn't sit well with her. Mostly it just made her nervous. "I think that's probably normal, y'know, how you're feeling." Belle couldn't be the only excited but nervous seventh year around here. "It'll be brilliant though, Belle. I think your future is going to be really great." Cause Belle was nice and smart and smart from what Ella knew about her. How could it not be great?

Heh. Belle's enthusiasm over the zoo made Ella BEAM and she bounced a little too. "I'm honestly SO excited about it! Thanks, I really really really hope I get it too." And she'd be finding out soon. Shuffle.

"Hey, working on a farm doesn't sound so bad." Ella said seriously, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "You'll be working with animals, yeah? There's nothing wrong with that." It actually sounded really nice to the fifteen year old. "And you've got time to get a job so just don't panic or anything." Said the worlds worst panic-er ever.



This was one of those hugs that Ella wished she didn't have to end. Because well, this was maybe the last time she'd be hugging Violet in Hogwarts and that made Ella feel really sad. Hogwarts without Violet just wouldn't be the same. Who was going to have tea parties with her and get all excited over everything? Who? Frown.

And Vi's eyes were quite watery which caused Ella's green eyes to widen a bit as tears welled up. Sniff. Don't cry, Ella. Don't cry. "I have something for you." Ella whispered this, releasing the older badger so that she could reach into her pocket and pull out a small gift box. Her chin wobbled a bit as she handed it to the older girl.

Wibble!

Squeeeeze!

"I can visit you lots, right?" Sniff. Sniff. "And we'll have lots of tea?"



Nessie seemed in good spirits which made Ella smile a bit more. She liked seeing her captain happy, mostly because she thought the red head really deserved to be. She was always trying to help everyone else and make them happy and someone like that should feel really happy too. Just saying.

"Big plans for the summer, Loch Nessie?" Grin! "Oh and...can we hang out? Ferocious Trio get together, maybe?" Pretty please?



What sort of things could they make with the jelly beans? Well that was a good question. Ella stroked her imaginary beard thoughtfully before the corners of her lips turned upwards. "Elephants." Obviously. "I wouldn't mind trying to make some of those." BEAM. "Hey, you could maybe make an otter? It's worth a try." And if they came out horribly at least they could say they'd tried.

Bliss was bouncing too and Ella couldn't not grin. This was the Bliss she knew, the one she liked to see. The bouncing meant she was happy, yeah? "Thanks Bliss, that's nice of you to say." Really, she appreciated it. "Making animal friends sounds pretty brilliant, actually. I'm quite fond of them, the animals." If that wasn't obvious already. "I'm just looking forward to learning all kinds of new things." And then maybe use those things in the future if she chose to stay on the path of working with animals/magical creatures. The shoulder squeeze was comforting but Ella was more of the hugging kind so she leaned over and wrapped her arms around the younger badger. "You're the best, Bliss." Just saying.

GRIN! "Nope, course you can't beat us. We're ferocious and scary." Giggle. Totally not true. "Well...I'm not too sure but I'm thinking dancing and singing should be involved." That's sort of what they did best, yeah?




Oh Merlin. Why did she have to go and bring up seventh year? The moment her boyfriend started frowning the blonde immediately regretted opening her mouth. "No frowning." Poke. "I just means...we'll have to fit in a lot of fun the next couple of terms, yeah? And go on lots of adventures?" And she gave the boy a small smile and another poke just for good measure. "It'll be great..." And hopefully not go by too fast.

Ella squeezed back, eyes flickering down to their hands. Grin. She liked this best, holding hands with Alec. It made her feel a little less sad or nervous or alone. 'Twas nice, being Alec's. And him looking into her eyes like he was right now, that wasn't very nice. He knew she couldn't think straight when he did that, yeah? He must. "Maybe it will." And it was something to hope for, right?

...

She was growing hungry now. They'd been sitting for a really long time now, huh? The blonde glanced up at the staff table and frowned a little. Could they do the speech now, please?

Oh and then her green eyes landed on Sophie and Mordred briefly and she raised her eyebrows. How was it going down there, anyway? The blonde hoped Mordred was making some headway with the brunette.

As for Oakey and Ariana. Ella avoided looking at them all together. She wanted Oakey to be happy but she knew what it was doing to Soph and that didn't sit well with her. Not at all.

Belle chuckled when Alec asked her if she had to go. "Yes i do have to go...i have to move on eventually right?" It was true. Everyone had to face the real world sooner or later and this was Belle's time.


When Alec said he would try his hardest, Belle smiled. "That is all i ask for out of you." she said as she bopped him lightly on the nose. Then when Alec asked for her parchment, Belle whipped it out at her side. "Why yes i do have it and a quill. I brought it down here for this reason." she said and moved it closer to him.

Well the feeling is the same, I.. well. love him so much, I don't know what I would do if he didn't want to be with me anymore." Not being one to plan for the future, she was scaring herself more and more when little thoughts of future with him were finding their way into her brain.

Belle was glad she got Minnie's number. "Trust me you will be my first contact when i get my cell phone. My mom says i should get the new phone called an iPhone? They look pretty cool from what i saw in magazines." Belle shrugged and was excited to try out a new piece of technology.

When Minnie asked if she could apparate, Belle shook her head. "I did not get my license but i will get it soon." Belle assured her. She will need it eventually. "Of course i will find time to hang out with guys, but i do have a driver's license so i can drive to your guys house if i want." Belle beamed at her. "We can have a total road trip courtesy of Belle Lecium."

Belle was relieved Minnie was not surprised. It was true, Ethan did have a quality that made girls fall for him. Belle was honored he was his first friend and she is sure Minnie is honored being his first girlfriend. When Minnie blushed when Belle told her what Ethan said, she giggled and squealed a little bit. "See you guys are too cute. I can not take it. I think i might have to take medicine to when i get adorable overload." Belle grinned at that joke. Belle knew she was going to have a boyfriend, sometimes things are worth the wait.

‘Hi’, Gwendolyn greeted the Hufflepuf girl with a small smirk. ‘Yes, definitely’, she responded to the question. She was just a bit sad because the seventh years were leaving, but she in the same time looking forward to the holiday. Gwen looked back at the girl, who she was sure she had seen around before.

Hmmm.

The Ravenclaw couldn’t really tell if they had met before. Hmm. Probably not. ‘Nice to meet you’, she said. Minerva, fine. She would try to keep the name in mind. ‘I’m Gwen’, the sixth year finally added.


Finally, after having spotted Jory, the sixth year was beginning to feel less awkward. Maybe the blue on her robes wasn’t standing out, after all. Phew. Now that was a relief. The last thing she wanted was having to explain that she wasn’t lost and that she was AWARE that her house table was not this one. Not like she wanted to be a Hufflepuff. Anyway- she was about to start saying something when…

…her attention was drawn to the Hufflepuff who greeted them. ‘Hi’ The people in this house were all very friendly. Gwen will just have to try not to be rude. Yes, since all the Puffs were so nice and yada yada yada. So this was her plan: be nice for a few minutes. Errrr… but the plan failed once she heard what the younger Hufflepuff was saying.

Gwendolyn STARED at the Hufflepuff in disbelief. ‘Do you MIND?’, Gwen said on the coldest tone EVER, though being calm, as usually. Ugh. Nosy Hufflepuff. She was not dating Jory. Jory was actually one of her very good friends. Who was dating Ari. Ari who was Gwen’s best friend. So no. She was not dating the Hufflepuff. If she would be indeed dating someone that would be Zeke no one. Eye roll. ‘But no’ There you have your answer.


And there was a Hufflepuff she could recognize!

‘Hello’, Gwen greeted the Huflepuff Prefect. ‘Umm… good, I guess’, she responded with a small smirk. Hmm. Was she excited for the next term? Honestly…‘I don’t know’, the sixth year said. It only hit her then that…

She was going to be a seventh year.

That sounded weird. In the need of averting the conversation so that she wouldn’t have to think that the next year would be her LAST one at Hogwarts, Gwen decided to say something. Anything. Umm… ‘You?’ Anything BUT that would have probably worked. Because Belle was graduating. Genius, Gwen. Fix this, Gwendolyn told herself. ‘I mean ummm… how have you been?’ Because that was the first question Belle had asked. Erm.

So yeah. Belle was a seventh year. ‘By the way- Congratulations’ On her graduation, obviously.

He was alright now? Sophie eyed him and blinked. He was worried about her. Huh. The girl blinked again. What did that even mean? The Hufflepuff stared at his beautiful eyes very hard, pretty much trying to read his mind or see inside his soul or something simple like that. Too bad she couldn't.

Though... huh.

"Absolutely." The brunette said, still looking at his eyes. Only after replying was that she noticed she had said it before thinking. And maybe she sounded a bit more excited than she should. Uh... Awkward. "I mean. Yes, sure." She tried to sound a bit less eager. Or whatever. Blink.

Sophie turned around to watch as Headmistress Truebridge gave her speech. Lovely, Hufflepuff won the House Cup and Quidditch Cup again. Nice. Sophie didn't shrug at this because that was truly nice, but she didn't beam as she normally would. Anyway. Nice.

She was ready to start eating when Mordred spoke again. He did sound very... worried. That made Sophie want to hug him and thank him, because he was such an amazing friend. Not that she hadn't done the same thing to him earlier in the same term, but still. Mordred was lovely.

Wasn't it awkward, though? That Mordred himself was talking about these things after so many people telling Sophie that he liked her? Did Mordred even know about all that? That was one of the things Sophie was trying to see in his eyes. That was weird, though. Merlin, that was REALLY weird. Come on, it was Mordred! He... couldn't...

Or... could he?

Sophie bit her lip when the Slytherin said Oakey had told him she was better off with someone else. Did he know who Oakey meant when he said that?? From what she knew of their odd friendship... her male prefect most certainly did mention it.

And Mordred was there talking to her now.

Blank stare. At his beautiful eyes, of course. They were worth the staring.

He was there... for her. Mordred just said he was there for her if she needed to talk. And held her wrist now. Even though Oakey had most certainly told him... so...

Merlin, they were all right.

Sophie didn't take her eyes off his as he finished speaking. She could hear the headmistress saying something else, but she paid no attention to the older witch as she leaned forwards. She didn't even realise that, as soon as her lips touched Mordred's, the Hufflepuff banners above them all turned into Slytherpuff ones.

Without any hesitation, eh?


Mordred stared at her for a moment and gave her a genuine smile. “That’s settled, then.” Although right now he doesn’t have a plan where to take her. The Slytherin would usually have a plan when it comes to certain things, but because of Sophie he was more concerned about her well-being after the break-up.

His Uncle Aldred was coming home from…wherever he came from and he was going to stay with the Mordaunts for the rest of the summer. They were going to practice something very important this summer and the boy was more than excited to see his cool uncle. But because of certain events, he might just rain check on their activity and help him fix Sophie.

But…how?

Mordred rubbed his thumb against Sophie’s wrist as he held on to it. His gears were once again turning inside his head planning right then and there on what to do for the summer.

But…

BUT before he could even ask her on what to do, he felt Sophie’s soft lips against his. “What in Salazar Slytherin’s name IS going on???” Mordred thought a few seconds later. “I can’t even do hugs and now she’s…kissing ME??!” The Slytherin debated against himself on what to do and decided to do it the Slytherin way. "If this will fix you somehow Sophie...then..." Mordred closed his eyes and kissed her back.

Merlin. It was an opportunity he wouldn’t dare miss…

Ella was sipping on some water when it happened, the tie. SKHFJKHDLS! The water she'd taken in dribbled out of her mouth and back into her goblet as she tried to wrap her head around this. A tie? Could that even happen? Well apparently so since the Great Hall was now adorned with Slytherpuff decorations. Blink. She'd seriously not seen that coming. Oh well, good on the Snakes. They worked hard so she guessed she didn't mind sharing. ...Kind of.

And just as she'd cleaned her goblet and refilled it with water, taking another huge sip, MORPHIE HAPPENED.

This time she spit the water onto the table and her green eyes went wide. Seriously? SERIOUSLY? Her best friend was just kissing Mordred so casually all nothing to see here, move along while her ex-boyfriend, Mordred's on-again-off-again best friend, sat a ways down with his new love interest?

And okay, Ella had seen this coming. AHEM. Probably WAYYYYY before everyone else, yeah? And hadn't she pointed this out to people? HADN'T SHE? Heh. So smart, Ella was. The tiniest bit of her wanted to yell at them, a big fat I TOLD YOU SOOOO, but she couldn't. Firstly, she didn't want to ruin the moment or anything. She knew how sad Sophie had been and kissing was anything but sad. Maybe this would cheer her up a bit? Secondly, she was drenched with water and had some cleaning up to do. oh yes, she did.

The Slytherpuff couple got eyes, though. Eyes and maybe even some eyebrow wiggling though they most definitely weren't paying attention to Ella right now. They'd have words later, though. And Sophie would SPILL and explain and give her all the details. Oh yes, yes she would.

Goodness.

End of term feast tryna give a Hufflepuff a heart attack.

Honestly, Bliss couldn't blame any of the older students for crying, or at least having tears in their eyes. Or certain other people, or .. or anyone to begin with, because you never really know what a person has to deal with in their life, so you can't really judge them. Bliss was beginning to learn and realise this. The older students for one had to face the fact that they'd probably never see half the people they'd met here ever again and that was bound to be a tough thing to face up to. If Bliss was in anyone of the Seventh Year's places, she wouldn't have lasted a minute without crying, as much as she hated to admit that to herself.

She shook her head in simple disbelief. It seemed like a ridiculous idea for her to be Prefect. Not matter how much she wanted to her people and she knew she probably could, there were many other that would do a much better job that her, with a single doubt. Bliss listened to Belle's words; 'believe in yourself,' something that was much easier said than done. "Thank you, Belle. I'll remember what you said," she said and she meant it. If she ever did want to be a Prefect, then surely following a Prefect's advice would be a good start. Obviously.

"Oh. Oh, yeah .. of course." Bliss would be more than happy to give Belle her address, she was desperate to keep in contact with as many people as possible after they graduated and during the coming holiday. She took a muggle pen out from her pocket and wrote her address down in her neatest handwriting. "There you go." She slide the paper back towards Belle and beamed happily. "Now there's no excuse, I'll be expecting a letter from you at some point," Bliss said and winked.



"Oh, smores!" Bliss loved smores, or .. well, anything sweet and smores definitely came into that category. Personally, Bliss' favorite part of camping, was simply being outside, in the wild, completely free; it always felt like a completely different world when she was outside. She wished she been camping more that once before. Luckily for her, she would be camping some time soon with Elodie and Coul. "Camping is lots of fun," she said, though unsure whether she was repeating herself or not.

"Pretty much," she said with a nod and a beam. "Also, if they a cold, warming with up makes them said EVEN better." Bliss had discovered this after one of her 'experiments' after the cookies had gone solid and cold; they still tasted nice, but after she heated them again, the slightly melted jelly beans and cookies tasted really wonderful. T'was one of her best jelly bean discoveries of all time, without a doubt.



Even to herself, she seemed a little hypocritical, telling everyone like Belle and Violet that it was alright to cry, when her herself didn't feel comfortable doing it. "I .. it's not that I think it means I'm weak, it's just .. I don't WANT to." How could see possibly explain it? "I know you think I'm holding my emotions inside, but I'm honestly not. I .. I feel that I don't need to cry." There, that sounded a little better and was more like the thoughts in her head. Yes. She was strong enough not to cry, even though it had only been a couple of weeks since her Dad had passed away.

"It's alright," she replied simply. What more was there to say.

She understood exactly what Nessers meant with the growing thing. "Yeah, the team is pretty great," she agreed, "amazing, in fact." She wasn't counting herself in that, though, but what they hay, surely she wasn't too bad herself. Bliss smiled warmly at Ness. "Quidditch has helped me grow as well." For instance, she now knew she possessed the strength to knock a person out, so maybe she'd be a formidable asset to the team in years to come. Also, Quidditch had helped her keep a clear head and learn the value or teamwork and determination and all the skills that came along with playing Quidditch and winning the cup. Twice, she might add.

Surprisingly, Bliss didn't mind the cheek pinching that much, though, she didn't know why. "I forgive you," she said, a light and carefree tone to her voice that she hadn't really heard in a while. Heh. It was a good thing that Nessers didn't ask anything else about her mood, or ask for an extension or her definition of the word 'ok', because honestly .. it was just complicated. Summer, a new topic, thank Merlin. "What are your plans for summer," she asked, tilting her head and looking at her Captain with curiosity. Perhaps she could ask if Nessers was up for meeting with Ella and herself, because Ella had already agreed to it, plus Ness had said that she'd meet up with Bliss, so why not Ella as well.



"T'was not my intention," she said honestly and half-smirked when she heard Minnie's joking tone. It was a relief that she knew Bliss hadn't meant it in that way. "Sixth is still bigger than fourth," she pointed out. Though, honestly, if she'd been born an few weeks earlier, she would have been a fourth year already and would be a fifth year already. Scary. "Exactly and .. fourth year seems strange too, only one year away from doing OWLs." Wow, she hadn't thought about that before, but now it was just a year and however much time before she was to do them. Heh. Four more years and she'd be the one saying goodbye to people and leaving. ASDFGHJKL; Bliss was NOT allowed to think about that yet.

Head patting? Only Tag had done that to her, but she liked it and didn't comment. Her voice was quiet when spoke, she had things on her mind and she'd not yet been fully honest to people and Minnie .. Minnie, she felt, could be trusted and would try and help her. "Min," she began, "is it strange that I don't feel really, really sad. I mean, sometimes I have moments where I want the world to disappear and so on, but sometimes I'm completely find and happy and myself. Should I be like that? Istheresomethingwrongwithme? I just feel different, I feel .. strong." Her eyes were slightly wide and was silent. Maybe it was too much for Minnie to take in, but she had to tell someone. She had to.

Thinking about it, there may be a logical explanation, for example .. her personality disorder. It was minor, though, sometimes not. It could make her angry, sad and happy very close together, so perhaps that was the reason for her strange way of grieving. OR, it could be a completely different reason altogether and Minnie could help her understand. All in all, only time would tell. Hopefully.

She returned the smile, before listening to Minnie's holiday plans. Bliss blinked, taking it all in. Grandparents, America, Ethan, Parents. That WAS quite a lot to do, though she did have quite a lot planned herself. Camping, meeting with Ariana, also Nessie and Ella, then going on holiday with West. Yeah, a lot. "That sounds like it's going to be loads of fun. Ethan's your boyfriend, right?" She asked, and smiled. As far as she was aware they went out. Actually, now that Bliss thought about it, there were quite a lot couple in Hogwarts, her and West included.



Bliss took a breathe - so far she'd done a really great job being brave, being strong, she could keep that up. She knew she could. After all, her father's parting words had been, 'be strong, sweetheart'. Almost like a dying wish. She glanced back at Minnie, and bit her lip; maybe that was reason that she could be completely sad. Her father's words were preventing her from feeling the full sadness she should. Instead she being .. brave. Perhaps it was a good thin and not something that was wrong.

Hmmm. She looked through the little thing, a smile playing at her lips. It was a strange gift, but honestly, one of the nicest things she'd ever received. She had, admittedly, received quite a lot of nice things, all courtesy of family and friends. In that respect, she was a very lucky girl. "It really is sweet of you," she murmured, possibly repeating herself; not that it mattered, he deserved to know what she thought of it, even if she did sound like a broken record.

"I .. thanks, Alec! You're more awesome though," she earnestly, meaning every word of what she said. He didn't know how to make her feel better? Seriously? A lot of things could do that, for example; smiles, hugs, jelly beans and definitely books about her awesomeness even if that didn't exist. She always appreciated attempts to make her happy, even if they didn't actually succeed. BEAM. Alec's were great, she thought, hugging him tightly.



Tears were swimming Bliss' eyes, but she refused to cry. She could read the Professor's expression and it made her bite her lip. Was she making her feel bad, because honestly, she didn't mean to. "It's .. thank you, Professor," she said, offering a little smile of gratitude. Huh? She blinked in confusion at Hadley's next actions, then smiled. Honestly, she wasn't sure how to react to a Professor hugging her in a comfort, so she just leaned into the embrace slightly and mumbled her thanks.

T'was official Professor Hadley and Professor Botros were the best.

"I'll remember, Professor," she nodded. Maybe she would owl her, maybe she wouldn't, but the offer was still greatly appreciated either way. "Oh, of course and then same to you," said and smiled warmly, thinking briefly of the many summer plans she had. There was pretty much no doubt that it was going to be quite enjoyable. Especially the trip with West, ahem. The speech was soon, yes?



Elephants! Otters! "You're full of good ideas, Elly," Bliss said enthusiastically and beamed. Actually properly beamed, a beam without any of the usual distractions that came from recent circumstances. She was glad. "We invented a new type of jelly bean. They would be bigger and shaped like jelly beans." Nod, nod, nod. So practically MASSIVE jelly beans. Bliss' dream. She would love that, but back to the discussion of elephant and otter jelly beans. "What colours would they be?" She mused, wondering aloud. Ella was probably going to get annoyed with Bliss soon, but it was Elly's fault, cos she brought up jelly beans. Whoops.

Ella was beaming at her beam, which made Bliss beam more. HEHEHE. Ahem. "You're welcome, Elly," she said earnestly. "Hmm? It does, I'm jealous," she teased before continuing. "What are you hoping to learn? Skill wise." Bliss was genuinely curious, after all, she may be in Ella's place in a year's time, looking for a summer job or internship. Maybe something to do with music, or possibly animals or .. or anything, really, cos she was unsure what she wanted to do with her future. Quidditch, animals or music, those were her goals. She smiled again as Ella pulled Bliss into a hug, rather than just having Bliss' arm around her. The third year gave her a little squeeze before speaking, "I'm pretty sure that's you, but thank you." Ella thought she was the best? Really?

"The scariest," she confirmed. That probably wasn't true, but she was sure they could be fierce if they tried. Bliss had already proved that she wasn't the most even tempered of all people and they also knew she had quite a swing. So people should be afraid of her and Ashley. Nessie also had quite a loud screech, or so she'd heard, so that could be her weapon. Ella, however, didn't really have a mean bone in her body, but that was definitely a good thing. It added to her charm. Maybe, Ella could kill people with kindness, or ice cream, or set an elephant on them. Yup, sounded about right. She giggled, before replying to Ella. "There would be singing and dancing involved, no doubt." BEAM.

And no, she wasn't on about that Sophie and Mordred were kissing, though ... she hadn't expected that either.

She was on about the fact that the Headmistress had just announced a tie. A TIE. She didn't even know that she possible. For a second she thought that there would be a last minute competition, a way of drawing out a winner over all, but there wasn't and the room was immediately decorated in Slytherpuff banners. Not something that would be seen everyday, that's for sure. Well, this would make the train ride with West very interesting indeed. Bliss peeked around the Hall, taking in the equally shocked faces of her peers, she almost wanted to laugh, it was just so .. unexpected. Also, she was almost annoyed that the title would have to be shared, almost. At least West would be happier now, right? Besides they'd won the Quidditch cup. Though, the Snakes had won the Gobstones cup, but everyone knew that Quidditch was where it was AT.

Heh. She felt kinda bad for Gryffindor and Slytherin.

Oh well.

"Have a seat,'' Jory said, moving over to make some space for his friend. "I'm good as usual.'' Grin. "What about you? Enjoyed the term? Any plans for the holidays? Going to see Ari?'' Question after question. Jory could be so talkative when he wanted to be. "So anything you wanna tell me?'' he asked, winking. He had been watching others apart from the staff and he had noticed something interesting.



Jory noticed Minerva looking around the Puff table. "Looking for someone?'' he asked. Maybe he had seen whoever it was.

He grinned. "Yes, again I made it. But you know, I expected you to be close by trying to beat me.'' He was kidding around, of course. He and Minerva always joked about this. But it looked like whatever was bothering her would be over soon. She had OWLs coming up after all. "No problem,'' the badger added. "Er, I'm here to help if you need to talk.'' Sure, he wasn't good with words but he had two ears and he was a good listener. "Weird thing for a dude to say,'' he thought shaking his head. But yeah, he was always here. "But only for one more year,'' he added in his head. As Minerva turned to Gwen, Jory turned his attention to another Puff who had just called out to him.



Jory looked around to see who had called him. "Hiya Alec, Hero of the Quidditch matches!'' It was true. Alec always came through for them. Not to mention the others. "What's up?'' But then Jory realised Alec wasn't even looking at him. He followed the direction of the younger Puff's stare and saw it was directed at Gwen. The older Puff couldn't help grinning. Obviously Alec and never met Gwen. "Gwen this is Alec, Alec this is Gwen,'' he said quickly introducing them. He wasn't even sure Alec heard him as he was busy staring at Gwen.

Joy's grin widened. He remembered Alec going all read in their last Divination class when he had to give the meaning of one of the Tarot Cards. He shook his head. Alec and the ladies. And then... a question that made Jory burst out laughing. He briefly wondered how Gwen would react to that. "No, Alec, we're not. She's just my good friend.'' He leaned towards the boy and whispered, "Interested in her?'' he kidded. Jory knew Alec had a girlfriend, but he couldn't help messing around. "Gwen,'' Jory said turning to his friend. "Alec likes you.'' Grin, grin.



Jory burst into laughter at Gwen's reaction to Alec's question. It looked as if she wanted to have a staring contest with Alec. Seriously, she could be so funny even when she was serious. "Aw, come on, Gwen, don't be mean to him.'' He remembered having the feeling that Gwen didn't like him when they first met. Maybe it was something about Hufflepuffs? "He just has a crush on you.'' Wide grin.

"And speaking of crushes,'' the boy added, speaking directly to Gwen now. "When I asked if you wanted to tell me anything, I was referring to that boy, Zeke or whatshisname.'' Yes, Jory had noticed everything at the Gryffindor table including when the boy seemed to be looking for Gwen and then when he went all red when she arrived at the Table.

Per the Headmistress's request, the Hogwarts house elves got the best job ever: serving ice cream to the studentsies! Tinka had been working for several hours, filling bowls with the delicious substance. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth! Fill a bowl, put it in the freezer. Fill a bowl, put it in the freezer. Fill a bowl, put it in the freezer... That new machine Headmissus bought sure is be popular at the Feasty!

And now the time had come to deliver the scrumptious treat! With a loud POP! the small creature appeared first at the Hufflepuff table, with Argyle following close behind her. She cleared her throat in excitement and squeaked in a loud voice. "Studentsies! Who want ice cream? We be celebrating!"

Minerva shook her head, “yeah, it will be a fun adventure, I really can’t wait.” She was super excited to get started with summer. Now if the feast could move along she could get to that awesome summer she had planned. Just as she thought it she turned hearing the headmistress. Oh..O_o.. a tie, what? Well at least they were still on top as well, she could handle a tie. Now back to Alec, Minerva turned looking at him as he talked about their date plan. She giggled a bit, when did her little bro grow up enough to have a girlfriend and talk about double dates. “Yes, Ethan will be fine with it. Don’t you worry about that, we will be together pretty much all summer, so I will drag him along if I have to.” She gave a little wink to Alec on that joke. Well I think I would call it a double date, if two couples are going out somewhere.” yes that sounded weird double dating with Alec and Ella. They were the cutest couple every, but when did they get old enough for this.
Giving a little smile she felt like Alec was suspicious of her answer, but kept walking around it, “Yes alright, there is nothing wrong with alright” No more questions Alec, she would never be negative with him.. never.. never. Sighing when he asked about the studying, “It was tough, I’m just glad it’s all over now. If you need help at all next term look for me, I will help you study.” She would help any of her badgers they just needed to find her and ask and since she wouldn’t have to worry about studying for any big exams she would have a little more time.


Smiling at her head of house, she liked hearing that they made her proud. She always tried her hardest to help that out. Then she started talking about her plans.. mysterious day.. mysterious man.. was that safe? If she didn’t know the person, maybe she should bring a friend along..Oh the fundraiser, yes Minerva forgot about that, but then an odd thought came to her mind. Professor Hadley on a date.. That was just odd to think about, the professor dating and being not professors, even at sixteen that was a different though. It was like seeing Scabiors and Schirmer together, she was still trying to forget. Smiling at Professor Hadley she nodded, “Well I guess I better be ready for the new things next term.”

Safe travels, well that was nice of Ella. “Of course Ella, always try to be safe, I promise, plus I’ll have Ethan with me.” Yes she would be with her grandparents and then they would be with Ethan’s parents so Ella had nothing to worry about. Minerva chuckled a bit as Ella looked at Alec, wow these two seemed to have it bad for each other. It was so cute and sweet and everything else. “Well that sounds like you’re going to have a great summer as well. We will all meet up at one point. “” she liked seeing her two friends happy.


Minerva liked the fact that Belle took her number, this was a good way to get together and a way her grandparents wouldn’t freak out. She knew they were uncomfortable with the owls and the magic, so cell phones they could do. “Oh yeah, that’s a pretty good phone. shrugging a bit, “I don’t know about you, but I have a small addiction to my muggle stuff. I can’t wait to get to my grandparents for my computer and Ipod. I actually carry my phone in my bag even though I can’t use it. I just like it with me.” she giggled at that confession, she knew it was lame, but it was part of her.
Oh so apparating was out of the question, well at least she could drive to them. That seemed like a far drive though. “Do you think you would be allowed to drive? It’s kind of a far distance to drive.” Especially for them that don’t get to drive most of the year. “My grandpa wants to me to take my test when I get back, I’m kind of nervous and part of me doesn’t see the point.” She wasn’t sure what the future held, but if she was in this world, why would she need her drivers license.
Belle made Minerva blush even more with her words, “Oh stop Belle, we aren’t that cute.” Well she thought they were cute, but she didn’t realize others thought that as well. She rolled her eyes about the medicine, but laughed, Belle was such a great friend.


Smiling at the ravenclaw, Minerva wondered if this could be Jory’s girlfriend or something. Did he have a girlfriend, she wasn’t sure. it’s nice to meet you to Gwen.” Well she was at their table, so Minerva decided to get to know her a little better. “So what year are you? Then she looked at Jory and smiled a bit, “How do you know our boy Jory here? He’s a great friend to have around.”
She then looked around, “What plans do you have for summer? Anything exciting?” Yes she knew it was small talk, but how else do you get to know someone without all the small talk.

Minerva shook her head, “Oh Bliss don’t think about OWLs yet, you have time. Believe me it was not fun studying for them. I am so glad they are over.” She was so happy to have OWLs over and was glad for the summer to break from all the stress of studying. She didn’t want Bliss worrying about them when she had two years yet, nope she just needed to have fun and enjoy life.
Minerva let go of the hug and looked at Bliss for a few moments and then wrapped her in a hug again, “Oh Blissy, it is very normal. The emotions rushing around will be crazy. I think a lot has to do with how it happens as well. If he was sick you might have been able to grieve a bit before, even though it’s still very rough, your brain was already trying to prepare you a bit. I know I felt a lot of anger for a long time, because it was a crash that took mine, but I remember feeling all those feelings. So don’t think anything is wrong with you. There are some days I’ll be doing something and think I need to tell mom just out of habit and it hits me all over again.” She really felt for Bliss knowing where she was at the moment and knew how her healing would probably go.
Looking puzzled for a second, she couldn’t believe she had never introduced Ethan to Bliss. She thought all her little badgers knew her boyfriend. “Yes, Ethan is my boyfriend. He is a sixth year claw, well I guess almost seventh year.” wow this thought made Minerva a bit sad, only one more term with him there. Shaking that off she wasn’t thinking about it. Looking over at the claw table she smiled seeing him talking to his friends, “He’s right there. pointing towards him. “Maybe later or on the train I can introduce you.”


Chuckling Min shook her head, “Nah, I think I just found him..” Yep, she was happy seeing her friends and that meant all of her friends. “I see you at the match and now your being social here, it’s a nice change. I thought maybe all you did was study. Minerva hoped he knew she was just joking.
She then shook her head, “Oh don’t worry your little head about me.. I had a rough time this year, but your going to have to watch it next year. I will pass you up..” Challenge accepted Mr. Stonewell.. Smiling at his next word, “You know if you ever need anything I’m always here as well.” It wasn’t right for her to be the only one going to him if she had issues. The door worked both ways and she hoped he knew that. Then a sad thought crossed her mind, wow only one more term she would have this friend. Growing up stunk at times.. “You ready to be top of the school and not just in points?” It seemed weird to say that to him, but it was true one class was leaving another was moving to that top spot.


Minerva heard a pop and looked over smiling she didn’t know if she had seen an elf all term. That was an odd thing, usually she had seen them everywhere. “Hello Tinka, how are you this evening?” Minerva had gotten to know a few of the elves over the years. “I would love some ice cream, need any help passing it out?” Even though she knew it was their job to fix the food and sometimes help serve it, she had never felt completely comfortable with this and always offered to help. She figured it was because of her muggle upbringing, the fact she didn’t even know what they were until she got here, so why would she be comfortable with them serving her. Plus they should get to enjoy the ice cream to, not just serve it. Did house elves even like ice cream?

Awar spotted her graduating friend and jumped up from her seat. She ran towards her, nearly knocking her over with her hug. "Belle!! Don't leave!! Well, I'm happy that you're finished, but DON'T LEAAAVE." That wasn't childish at all, was it?

*gasp* ICE CREAM!? Gimmie, gimmie, gimmie! She waved down the cute little House Elf. "I would like some, please!"

Honestly, Bliss couldn't blame any of the older students for crying, or at least having tears in their eyes. Or certain other people, or .. or anyone to begin with, because you never really know what a person has to deal with in their life, so you can't really judge them. If she ever did want to be a Prefect, then surely following a Prefect's advice would be a good start. Obviously.

"Oh. Oh, yeah .. of course." Bliss would be more than happy to give Belle her address, she was desperate to keep in contact with as many people as possible after they graduated and during the coming holiday. She took a muggle pen out from her pocket and wrote her address down in her neatest handwriting. "There you go." She slide the paper back towards Belle and beamed happily. "Now there's no excuse, I'll be expecting a letter from you at some point," Bliss said and winked.

Belle was glad she was taking her advice. "I hope you remember what i said because i do not know any other prefects giving out advice." she smiled at her with a wink.

Belle was glad she was getting Blissy's address. Then Belle said, "Well i am sure i will see you in Diagon Alley next year because i am going there with my little brother next year to get his school supplies."

Then when Bliss mentioned jokingly that she will be expecting a letter, Belle giggled. "Oh do not fret, you will, Charlene my snow owl never has failed to deliver a letter yet."

After Belle was done talking with Blissy, Belle heard a loud popping sound. It made her jolt and she looked around and noticed Tinka the house elf. Belle gasped and said "Tinka it is nice to see you again!"

Then she mentioned ice cream. Wait a minute...ICE CREAM!?!?! She was SO IN. Belle LOVED ice cream. Especially cookie dough. If there was cookie dough all bets were off. Belle raised her hand and said, "I will have some ice cream please!?"

Belle giggled when Minnie mentioned her addiction. "I know right? I might be like that when i have my cell phone. See my mom never sent me here with one because she knew i was safe." That was true plus she did not want her to be distracted from her studies.

I also needed to drive him to camps and friend houses. I was basically a slave." she shrugged. It was a deal because her parents helped her so much so why not help out.

Belle even asked Minnie, "Just out of curiosity do you find muggle cars interesting?"

As Belle was done talking with Minnie, she heard a familiar voice. Belle turned around and OOMFFF, she was tackled with a hug. "Uh...hey..Awar.." she said through her tight hug. After they were done hugging she caught her breath a little bit. "Jeesh girl you scared me, almost knocked the living daylights out of me." she chuckled a little bit.

When Awar asked her not to leave, Belle could only frown at her. "Aww Awar i wish i wasn't leaving...but sometimes you know people need to move on. It is my time. I will miss you. I still remember when i first met you." she said and bopped her playfully on the nose. "I will not forget you plus my little brother is coming here next year, you need to make him feel welcomed." she winked at her.

"OH i need your address for you to write to me this summer." she said showing her the sheet of paper.

Belle smiled when Ella thought her future was going to be great. "I am sure your future will be amazing too. You are an amazing person Ells and people look up to you in this school." she nodded. I mean she was a star student and involved with the house. She was even on the quidditch team. She was an achiever.

Belle nodded when Ella said to not to panic. "I will make a mental note. Sometimes you get caught up in the moment you forget to step back and breathe." Belle was so caught up in finding a job she forgot about having time for herself. Then Belle asked her, "Have you ever worked on a farm before Ells?"
